Most of the major clans are major because they're more famous. Ordo and Fett are obvious choices in naming a Mandalorian because everyone knows who Boba Fett is and who Canderous Ordo is! I think we should pool them together so they don't outshout the other clans.

A) The Seperatists are the vast majority as far as NPC's and PC's go. Among the Seperatists Clan Ordo has a rather fantastic reputation.

B) They were merely reacting to what was seen as an assassination attempt on their leader, Apollo. Surely that wouldn't make sense for them to lose "honor" over.

C) While everyone seems to know it IC too, you guys really wouldn't know who's Ordo and who's not. Everyone's in customized, personal armor, we don't wear signs that say LOLOL ORDO HERE.

So yeah, Ordo's fine brah.

Cramming three clans into a single sub forum would cause A LOT of issues...and unless divided into threads with clan sign ups, up coming missions for the selected clan, mission ideas, clan unit production, and clan outlooks things would get messy FAST. Plus that would be difficult to manage.

Ok, I tried my best and you may fix this but I just want to help a little. There is 15 clans all to gather, so that be 5 clan in a group witch = out to 3 group. When I made these I input their history so they can look better as a whole, though there is a few clans with little to no history so I had to count the people in them.

Group1: Mostly made of old deathwatch and fighter clans.
Vizsla, Varad, Spar, Kryze, Jendri

Group2: Mostly strong tries between them.
Fett, Skirata, Vevut, Carid, Bralor

Group3: Some tries and misc.
Ordo, Beviin, Jeban, Tenau, Awaud

You are pulling that from Canon I suppose...this time line the Fetts really don't have close relations with any other clans...sure A'den KNOWS members of other clans but that doesn't mean his Aliit holds them close. If groups are paired like that it should be through similar activities.

Example:

Clan A produces Pilots, while Clan B produces metalworkers who specialize in space fighter parts, and Clan C are engineers who can produce space fighters.

See how that works? It is effective to have those groups to work cohesively and eventually they would melt together as one clan instead of three.separate ones. If we plan your idea out that way clans could MERGE to form their own new fanon clan, adopting a new name and having the wisest, and strongest leader step up to oversee the new clan.

True, That be up to the FL's and maybe admins on whos who. But I guess That this list can give a idea. And even if you are in a diffent group to your friend that means nothing, the group system should help with less chaos.

The problem is, nobody here is part of the Group 1 Clans, and most of the Mando players would end up in Group 2. And as it stands now, Clan Ordo would be the only clan in Group 3.

So essentially, rather pointless, sorry Plight.

There can be any number of clans in the RP. However, it would probably make the most sense for your Top 3 to have the sub-boards, and those, I imagine, would include Clans Vencu and Ordo. Possibly Clan Fett too, if you all wanted to emphasize that, but if not that then another Clan. Board set ups should be as simple and easy to understand as possible -- the KISS method to success, "Keep It Simple, Stupid" -- so trying to cram all canon Clans into 3 sub-boards is not a good idea.

Focus on your Top 3 for the boards, IMO. You can still have other Clans in the RP.

Out of fairness, I'd also suggest having 2 of the 3 be Separatist Clans, and the other one being a Loyalist Clan. An even split obviously isn't possible with 3, so the Separatists having 2 is the fairest given that they had the overwhelming majority of PCs in the war.

Define populated. There are only 3 loyalists, so "populated" isn't a really apt term. It would have to be based on IC numbers, more than likely.
