Fifth Timeline: Characters

I didn't know exactly where to post this, so I chose here. :P

All we know about the Fifth Timeline, thus far, is that it will take place in the Post-Legacy era and involve a Sith Empire. Despite this, many of us already have character ideas spiraling around in our head, including me.

This is a place for you to post pictures, concepts and ideas, and that sort of thing pertaining to what you know about the characters you plan to make in a month or so.

Keep in mind that nothing stated here about the new timeline or character ideas is official, as I said, we know little to nothing about the new timeline yet, but we can use this thread over the course of the next month to discuss possible character ideas.

I'm not doing anything until I see some factions.

Something I rigged up no one payed attention to.

The Jedi Order
The Sith Empire
The Republic

"Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable."

He was not a Revolutionary of roofs.

"A revolution can be neither made nor stopped. The only thing that can be done is for one of several of its children to give it a direction by dint of victories."

There are doubts it was stomach cancer.

"You cannot make a revolution with silk gloves."

He died of smoking not communism.

"Methods of thought which claim to give the lead to our world in the name of revolution have become, in reality, ideologies of consent and not of rebellion."

At the last minute.

"When dictatorship is a fact, revolution becomes a right."

He was the Third Republic.

"The revolution is not an apple that falls when it is ripe. You have to make it fall."

He had guts right to the very end.

"I’ve concluded that genius is as common as dirt. We suppress our genius only because we haven’t yet figured out how to manage a population of educated men and women. The solution, I think, is simple and glorious. Let them manage themselves."

He's still alive because he's different from the others.

These revolutionary men make up the plan. Their names make up the code. The firsts of the firsts safeguards the plan.​

I'm not doing anything until I see some factions.

Well we can guess at two of them; the Sith Empire, which will likely be the Sith Order combined with the remnants of Darth Krayt's Galactic Empire, and then the Republic-replacement, which will likely be the Galactic Alliance.

The Jedi we won't even have to guess on. They will be there.

Either way, character concepts can be made without knowing which faction to put them in yet.

 

[Horizon]

Sith Master - Probably going to be your average Dark Jedi, hoping to further the Empire's goals (Hopefully seeing as they might stick together) while tagging along with his former Master to help hunt Jedi. Hopefully when I have him fully written up he will be a tad more interesting than it sounds. I'll be using Darth Malak as his personal image to go off of.

I'm writing a TIE fighter pilot, or will be. For that to happen there needs to be an Empire of some description (HINTIDDY HINT THINKTANK).

If you guys leave it out, I'm only going to make one myself. So there.

They're my babies.

I just keep picturing Dark Jedi, stepping out of a transport aboard one of those huge destroyers. Walking together as they are saluted by lines of storm troopers.

Just gets me gasming yo. Although that's if we put sith and empire together.

A Black Sun-esque businessman named Joaquin Vandimion or something similar. Goes with an indy faction idea I had.

A Sith to be part of a trio of characters with CK and Sreeya.

Possibly another Sith if I'm elected for a nonstandard position or just feel like being able to roll out on my own without two people at my side :P

A Jedi. Possibly blind or with some other debilitating defect. Another idea was a Jedi Master (if I can make one) that's something like Gandalf meets Sherlock Holmes who possibly has an affair with John Constantine.

And then probably an indy of some sort. I was going to make him this timeline, actually, but oh well. I think the idea is that he's of common birth and becomes a slave to his big dreams, ultimately to the point where he's unwilling to do anything that might threaten his ability to achieve them.

Yes, now I'm gasming. This is all so exciting... I can't get these imaginary dogfights out of my head.

My character ideas are as follows;

A Sith Lord, possibly one of the higher ranks, depending on if I get FL or not. If not, I'll have him one of the higher ups if I'm allowed, and if not, he would only require minor reworking. He is currently being constructed on SW Fanon.

A non-Force sensitive Sith Moff or Admiral - details pending on this idea.

A non-Force sensitive Sith Trooper/Stormtrooper

And possibly a Hutt who controls a cartel of his own as an Indie.

Sith picture inspirations so far:

I'm hoping to go for a Master or Lord type of rank with either of these if possible, but the first can probably be worked from a Knight-level. I'm torn between the two because one has the potential for a shorter but hate and injury filled past with his scarred face. He also has a rather unique look. The Anzati is centuries old and could have an amazing storyline of his following whatever side-story I'd decide to set up for him.

I'd also like to get a field officer type Stormtrooper (Lieutenant - Lieutenant Colonel), a Imperial Knight, a non-FS General / Moff Imperial Officer, and maybe a political junky or two for the GA. :)

So far, I want to make:

Member of the Jedi Council, hopefully another Swordmaster, if possible.

A powerful crime Independent

and a Republic (or equivalent) Admiral/High Admiral

I'm going to have a pack of Jedi brothers that work as a unit.

Kres isn't done so I'll have that completed next time line. Makes more sense then anyway.

Then there's a matter of what other indie character I want...

I'm going for an assassin know around the Galaxy:

I'm going to distantly continue a branch of " the" family line , and have the name and all that.... Just don't know if said character will even bother getting involved in too many major things for a time.

Also limiting my character amount. NOTHING was more frustrating than dealing with numerous factions at once, or trying to accomplish something with someone and having them suddenly change plans because it was detrimental to the character they have in ________faction. doubt I would use more than 2, and even then they would more or less be on the same page.

Adena why do you put a space after your first set of quotation marks? I've noticed this alot in your posts and I just had to ask why you do it. LOL.

Probably continuing with few family lines. There will be a Tien somewhere in there, maybe even mixing his line with a line from the second timeline. Perhaps that character could also have some feelings about Alsakan which has probably engaged in several other crises since the one of the third timeline.

Another two character concepts I'd like to revive would be a Mando Wookiee that I also did second timeline and a Jawa Jedi. And somewhere in there, I'd like to have the Pancernik, the ship that the Mando Wookiee from that timeline had captured nearly single handedly as the Mandalorians had been fighting the Sith on Manaan.

As for novel creations, I'm considering some sort of dark sider as I haven't really done one. Perhaps a recent convert to the Sith and still wrestling with any remaining conscience from having been a Jedi(or something else good) beforehand. A senator(or whatever the equivalent would be) might also be an interesting prospect.

TIE pilot and a storm commando-esque character.

So far just a FS indy character that will be with Saint's hunter character 247(that's the idea anyway).

As for the main factions, I'm waiting to see how those end up being put together. If I join a main faction it'll largely depend on certain details.
