In America, all you can do at 18 is vote, buy cigs, not have your parents co-sign everything, and buy porn....I wouldn't exactly call that being an adult. 21 is an adult in America...don't let people lie to you

In the eyes of the law, you're an adult at the age of 18. But you can't buy alcohol until you're 21.

Same thing in Canada, except it's 19 for alcohol, 18 in Quebec(not sure if it's for all alcohol or not, would have to ask SIN).

Then the law should let you do everything at 18. You can fight and die for your country, but you can't drink...lame! They need to change the legal adult age to 21 or let drinking be legal at 18...that's just what I think
