With my father coming out to visit for the first time in a few years, and having never seen the new house or anything I decided it was time to brew a new batch of beer for him...

So I need help with a witty " and ****ed up" name that makes sense but is fun...think along the lines of dead guy, arrogant bastard.. or my own bastard Bac and SINful sticky etc.

WHat it is is a German Wiesenbier ( wheat beer) it's a pale gold with a fruity, and yet bready like taste ( atleast currently pre-carbonated or chilled) it's a light, mild flavor. with a little bit of lemon zest put in during fermentation. so it's obviously made more to be a summer brew.

I'm bottling today, and utterly stumped on names.

hehe thats a nice one, but there is a Northern Amber with a hint of caramel in it I was thinking of trying the recipe for and naming it in honour for you.

The title stumps me, but a good catch phrase would be:

Didn't piss yourself? Have another.

"Schrodinger's Brew"

It doesn't make much sense (unless anyone can come up with a way of relating quantum theory to alcohol, in which case you are awesome by default) but as soon as I saw this thread it leaped into my mind.

if it helps there are changes at a sub atomic level that happens not only during fermentation, but also the carbonation stage, and again if I take the beer while is doing its second fermenting and carbonation and refrigerate it three days or so into the process to convert a ale or a porter into a lager...

thats SORTA Quantum...don't think anything more than neutrons and protons are affected in small ways, I doubt the changes to the amount of quarks are different.

Bier Scheissers

thats messed up dear...but a good nickname if the batch gets contaminated * lol
