Naboo. It was a beautiful planet with beautiful cities. It reminded Gamze of home sometimes, but there was no denying that the people here were worlds ahead of Orsimer when it came to technology. They had luxuries here that only foreigners seemed to have on her homeworld. It was pretty cool to see.

Gamze had arrived on Naboo about a month ago, and she'd spent her time so far doing odd jobs to make rent. It wasn't hard at all to find work when she was practically a walking billboard, but as much as she didn't mind, she did not want to spend the rest of her life doing manual labor. Her Basic was getting better and better by the day, so she was sure that all she needed now was a few of the right connections to get her feet off the ground.

In the spirit of wanting to branch out, Gamze headed out to visit one of the bars further into the city. She'd been going to one on the outskirts closer to home, but no one with real money patronized the place. Curious eyes snapped to her as she entered the place, glancing over her towering figure and then quickly darting away when she returned the look. The looks were something she'd gotten used to by now. Whether it was her height or something else, someone was always looking at her. It rarely bothered her now; if anything, it'd be helpful.

She made her way up to the bar and ordered a vodka drink before settling down into a chair. Her silver eyes began to wander, looking for someone interesting to talk to. This bar was not expensive by any means, but it was significantly busier than any she'd been to on Naboo so far.

Xol found himself in a better mood today despite the chaos swirling around the galaxy at the moment. From his leaders getting a bigger bounty than the Empress of the Sith, to more touchy secretive business done with Hutts and other Syndicate members. The reason why Xol was happier today was because of his luck the Guild. The Tognath had snatched a 50,000 credit bounty that would give him a little bit more of an edge with the Hutt community.

He was after a beast- a younger juvenile, but it was a beast nonetheless. The contact said the targets had to be under eight months to ensure solid domestication, so the beast was a little smaller and probably easier to catch. However, upon realizing what kind of creature he was after and where he'd have to go get one, he giggled a little. Hoth was home to barren winter-horror-lands and only a select few creatures could live their. Finding a Wampa was going to be a lot of fun for the Tognath. If he actually managed to get away with the ordeal, it would be a pretty nice little cherry on-top for his reputation as a Bounty Hunter.

Now, all he had to do was find someone willing to do something as stupid as traveling into a blizzard in search of yetis and abominable snowmen with your blaster set to stun instead of lethal.

Enter, Naboo.

Xol brushed open a bar door and took a seat a table in where he could see all the patrons. The Tognath would've chosen another place to find able workers, but with the tension with the Syndicates right now, Xol didn't want to be seen fraternizing with fellow criminals. Besides, there was a big Orc woman that everyone was staring at, someone that fit the job description Xol had made almost perfectly. So, he got up from his seat and approached the woman.

<"You speak Huttese, Orc?"> Xol asked curiously.

"Sorry friend, I don't speak it," remarked the Orcolan when the alien creature addressed her in a language she didn't understand. Her lips curled into a smile around her tusks, but when she raised her glass to clink it against his, they dropped into a frown at his empty hand.

Clicking her tongue, Gamze waved down the bartender and said, "Get this man a drink. Put it on my tab." The woman had a thick accent to her voice that rounded her vowels into small o's. Once the ordered drink appeared before Xol, a smile returned to her face. She looked down at the alien creature as she took a sip from her mug, studying him as she did so. The woman had never seen a creature like him before. He was almost insect-like, which was interesting to her. The weirdest species she'd come across so far were probably the Bith though. Weird-looking, but good musicians.

"What's with the mask?" Gamze inquired while gesturing to her lower face with her pointer finger. If she were to guess, she might assume it was to help him breathe. It certainly looked uncomfortable, but not being able to breathe was probably even more uncomfortable.

Xol was taken aback by the hospitality the Orc woman showed him. Even if she couldn't understand his Huttese, Xol was already taking a liking to her. As a glass of whiskey was handed to him by the bartender with a straw, the Tognath thanked Gamze.

"I am....Xxxol." He slurred in Basic. "Masssk...is for...breeaathing." The Bounty Hunter really wished he had done more to perfect his Basic to the point that he could at least form complete sentences.

"Looking for...crreeeew. Big job. Big pay. Hottthhhh." The Tognath inquired, looking back at his much bigger potential ally. "Wannnt innn?" Having someone like Gamze as a partner could prove to be very beneficial in the future. With the way Zaa Fenn was going to shit, Xol needed to be even more careful with where he set foot and who was walking with. He didn't want to drag Gamze into his troubles, but he was hoping that maybe she had connections that could drag him into some of her own- or something like that.

After the whole fiasco on Bracca with Xol's almost perfect assassination attempt on Gram Van Alasdaire, he found that not everyone needed to greet death. Yes, Gram did soften the Tognath up a bit, but the experience of almost dying by your target who then ended up saving you really opened Xol's eyes a bit more to what a partnership really was.

Maybe he was trying to compensate for his lack of friends and his twisted backstabbing Crime Family. Or maybe it was just because he was lonely. Either way, Xol wanted a partner and maybe with where Crix Dolan sometimes failed to meet that standard, Gamze wouldn't.
