Hey, people call me Peat. I just recently started rp in Star Wars. Ive run my own rp for halo before. But this star wars stuff is a bit different. Im hoping to create a smuggler type character cuz Han Solo is my role mOdel lol. I would like a bit of guidence though.

(We are switching timelines soon. We're now in 13000 years Before the Battle of Yavin and we're jumping to 1000 years After the Battle of Yavin. Post-legacy era.)

so I got my character up, but I don't really know where to start

As the others have said, there's a time-skip soon, so people aren't as active as they usually are. From what I know though, you should be able to use your character in side RPs, such as the Cantina, but not the Major ones such as the Battles.

Somewhat new, so I don't know much, if anything about Forum RPs.

I have an idea on a way of transferring a character from pre era to post era. Say like my character was on his ship, and my ship for one, has cryo chambers. I became frozen for a long journey, and something on my ships navigation went hay wire, because my ship is an older model, and I awake after 1000s of years of drifting in space. BAM!!! FUTURE!!! Sounds pretty legit as legit as I can make it. It is kind of like the begining of Aliens 2.
