But in this, the Hunters aren't special jounin. Hunters are their own rank.

Hunters are superior to Jonin. Guardians are superior to Hunters. The Shinobi Lord pwns all.

If Hunters were classified Jonin, they would be roughly the same strength as a jonin. Alongside to that, jonin are usually the more elderly people. I'm letting it slide for you all.
