In the confines of a decorative space station called the Wheel of Fortune that orbited Nal Hutta, the Imperial Court had gathered. While many had hoped for a gala, it instead turned out to be an anual conveying of the nobles who served under Emperor Tusa.

As organizer of the nobility session, Obroa-skai Marquis Gabriel Djibril greeted those who entered the marble hall. The hall was filled with a hemispherical line of thrones made of ivory, each bearing the seal of whatever planet it belonged to; silk armchairs had been provided for the Knights and Dames.

"Welcome, my fellow nobles," greeted Djibril. "I'm afraid Emperor Tusa is extremely busy and sends his regards and apologies for not being unable to attend." It was a lie, of course. The paranoid emperor feared for an assassination attempt, and thus decided not to attend. However, Djibril needed to execute crowd control so Tusa's followers, who were just puppets and pawns to the emperor, didn't see the Hutt Emperor as a coward, hiding in his hole on Nal Hutta.

Scribble scribble, scribble scribble. The official Imperial Delegate wrote in his datapad, linked directly to a satellite hookup. The hookup via a series of relays went to the Imperial Household, who would compile a formal report to the Emperor... A member of Tusa's secret police assigned to every noble.

Note 1: Unsatisfactory opening from the Marquis of Obroa-Skai. Investigation suggested. The delegate, a young human with a thick Southern-galaxy accent, stood and cleared his throat. He depressed a button on his datapad, hijacking the audio system in a clear display of power.

"Let it be known his almighty Emperor Hai's presence, or lack thereof, is due merely to the preparations of the fleet to launch against the Esstran sector, along with handling logistics in our assaults on Bilbringi and Taanab. No disrespect was meant- the meeting will reach his ears within the day. Mr.Djibril, honorable nobles, the floor is yours." The delegate depressed his button and sat, allowing the meeting to continue unhindered.

Count Eduardo walked into the Nobility meeting hall, but this time he did not look as elegant and full of energy as he did always. After all, he has been busy with a lot of meetings these days in different places and that was enough to make him look tired and worn out;however, today's meeting was not a thing that he could miss and that is why he made sure to be present today.

Of course Eduardo had a lot of important things to say today and almost everyone knew about his meeting with the Bogan leader which lead a lot of people to believe that he was a traitor, but in fact Eduardo was loyal to the Hutts and that is why he have been working hard lately to stop this war from happening.

Considering that Djirbril was the one holding this meeting Eduardo thought that it would only be polite to wait for the Marquisis to address him so that he could speak.

Andoba the Hutt settled into his rather large seat. He found it troublesome that he had been summoned so far from Naboo for such an occasion. Unlike the other nobles present, Andoba was no fool. He knew the meeting was nothing but for show, the nobles attending were merely pawns in Lord Tusa's grand scheme, including himself. Being a Hutt, he found it repulsive that a Human was allowed to be called a noble in the Empire, but he was sure that would be dealt with in time. The former Republic Senator turned Marquis, Djibril, came across as an arrogant man, and Andoba couldn't stand arrogant humans.

Still, the large slug decided to cope with the situation. The Emperor would not be present, however, his spies were sure to be everywhere, and thus, Andoba had to keep up a facade of absolute devotion. It was no lie that Andoba respected Tusa, however, it was a loathing respect. All Hutts were greedy, and when the Empire had been formed, they had all been stripped of their individual criminal empires, which left most Hutts resentful of the Imperial High Command, including Andoba. To counter this, Tusa had set up a nobility system to make Hutts and other formerly important people feel as important as they use to be. For the most part, it had worked.

Andoba chuckled slightly, his fat giggling. This meeting would be very interesting....

Count Agreoran arrived to the meeting in his own due time, as he had to settle important matters on Svivren in regards to the Luminado's lack of activity. It was his least favorite thing to discuss politics, but he had to do it in order to maintain peace on his world. His people wanted a change, even though he wouldn't grant many to them. He was a very busy man.

"I apologize for being late, fellow nobles, I had matters that pressed my time and needed a bit of attention," he said as he walked towards his seat. His long black robe flowed behind him, bearing his family crest. He wore his ceremonial armor and robes, and bore the lightsaaber of an old friend of his who disappeared; Lane. The golden hilt dangled loosely at his hip. He took his seat and looked around at the rest of the meeting hall.

Sir Valance Blood. Cruller his way from a hall. He looked around eying everyone and sighed. He wore a Black Tank Top, Shoes, Pants, belt, boxers, A Shotgun, lightsaber around the belt. Hidden under his robe, Shotgun on his back, It seemed all the expatiation beamed at him, he sighed He should have not brought the shotgun, but it was still necessity to be safe, a handgun, around his thigh hidden by the robe, a hidden Knife. He Knew Tusa, And also was no fool of what he heard the man speak that he will not be attending. At times like this is was best Tusa stayed hidden for now, and alive. Rather then killed and he was very wise to stay hidden. He had been traveling around. Political studies, War Meetings he was a Hutt Captain of the Battle Group and Second in Command, And war was starting soon.

He leaned on the wall, and listened carefully. Yet he did not reply or say a mere word, but simply listen.

In the Wheel of Fortune's hangar, three technicians heard a strange noise. A creak. Was something being opened? Shouldn't be. They were alone. And the droids were offline, as per security precedures.

"I don't like the sound of this," said the lead technician, Barrel.

Barrel and the two technicians headed for where they thought they heard the noise. Finally they arrived by the Archangel, the Harold-class diplomatic barge belonging to Marquis Gabriel Djibril. A hatch was open.

"What's going on?" wondered the female technician.

A figure moved in the shadows. The male technician crept forward, flashlight in hand. The beam of light illuminated a figure in black armor and a grey mask. A Mandalorian.

"What are you doing here?" asked Barrel. "The Mandalore wasn't invited." He doubted this person was the Mandalore. The Mandalore had looked different in his portrait.

The figure spoke something in Mando'a. Barrel look out his datapad. With Mandalorians working with Hutts, the Hutts had sent out translators. Barrel checked to see what the Mandalorian had said.

{You die now.}

Barrel yelled at the male technician to run but it was too late. The Mandalorian raised a handgun and pulled the trigger. Blood splatter across Barrel and the other technician.

The two technicians ran. The Mandalorian fired again. Barrel fell down dead.

"Dammit!" cursed the female technician. "There goes another."

The last technician hid behind a cleaning droid that wasn't operational; Barrel had been working to fix it. She fubbled to her radio.

"Marquis Djibril, we have a situation," said the technician. "Mandalorians...." She looked up to see another figure.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Before we begin, I would like Andoba to give us a status of our war effort," said Djibril. He motioned to Andoba.

As Djibril moved to the right, static hissed from his earpiece. A woman's voice came through.

"Marquis Djibril, we have a situation. Mandalorians..." Silence, then a scream. Djibril pulled the earpiece out of his ear and shook off the pain from the screech.

Mandalorians? wondered Djibril. They couldn't possible be attacking, could they? He looked at the rest of the court. They're safe in The Vault. It was designed to keep out invaders.

Djibril contacted Valance Blood through telepathy. We have a situation on our hands. Come with me. We're isolating the nobles here, so they don't get attacked.

Djibril excused himself out of The Vault. Once he and Valance were out, he activated the isolation procedures. Only a noble of marquis or higher from both sides of the doorway could unlock it. Not even that damn Imperial delegate could, though Djibril privately admitted he wouldn't care if that guy got killed.

Djibril made his way to the security room. A voice on the comms hailed Djibril and Valance.

"We've spotted two individuals in the cargo hold. We think they're trying to steal something."

Djibril turned to Valance. "The cargo hold is on two levels down. I'll head to the control room so I can help you lead the way."

Djibril ran for the control room.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ADIM walked to the control room. He had accessed the Wheel of Fortune's security and blinded the control room by cutting off their access to the camera's feeds. He then jammed their communications, isolating them.

ADIM, using his Machina-type Aliik, continued on its way to the control room. The cameras spotted two individuals leaving The Vault. It accessed the radios.

"We've spotted two individuals in the cargo hold. We think they're trying to steal something," ADIM said.

If Adam had a face, he would have grinned. Most of the security detail had already been dispatched to the cargo hold where the contents had been jettisoned into space, effectively killing off most of the security detail there.

The Aliik had to be careful. While it had already accessed the Wheel of Fortune's systems and could control it using remote control from a seperate Machina still on the Archangel, losing the Aliik would be disappointing.

As Aliik entered another hallway, it came face-to-face with Djibril.

"Fu-" began Djibril.

Aliik grabbed Djibril and sent volts of electricity into the Shi'ido, electricuting him. Aliik continued on.

"The living quarters are one level up from the hangar," Adam told his partner. "Sirberius' is the last suite. From what was learned through Drain Knowledge, the remote is hidden in a secret compartment under the desk."

His eyes, flicked as the person entered his mind. He rolled his eyes, and followed him, Before he can leave the room. Valance Pulled his Hand gun out and pointed at his head."Next, time you give Orders to me I will kill you."He placed the gun, back into the leg. And he left. He decided to follow the man. But quietly.

He saw as, The Count was brought down Easily. And had no pity for the man. He came out of the Shadows, both his hands, On fire light light a melting glow. But did not harm him. He eyed both, the Partner and the Person standing."Leave, or die. Two options, Or Burn to death. Because this first, Is a Homing attacking, And Trust me when I say this I will lock this Fire on you and you will burn."He said calmly, They have better choose the wise option or both of them would die. Pyrotikness was always his favorite move.

Their time had come. For years, the Hutts mocked the Republic, waging war against them. But now, was different. Now, the Republic would strike back a deadly blow at them. Caelus stood back behind ADIM, in the shadows as the hanger technicians approached the loading ramp, as the foremost technical placed his light on ADIM garbed as a Mandalorian. That was the start. It was beginning.

"What are you doing here?" asked the lead technician, "The Mandalore wasn't invited."

Caelus closed his eyes disappointingly. Did he really assume for a moment Mandalore himself would be in a dark, inactive starship, just standing around?

The moment Caelus heard ADIM speak in Mando'a, he knew it had just begun. The lead technician, who took the moment to translate the saying, never had a chance.

<<you die="" now="">You die now.>

ADIM fired a handgun, a ripper-looking weapon, into one of the technicians, killing him instantly. A red misty cloud of blood funneled out of his body like a vacuum, spraying it across the other technician near him. As the two other technicians turned and ran, ADIM fired again, shooting down the head technician. Caelus wasn't one for droids, but he had to appreciate the tactical accuracy they possessed. Quality ones, anyway.

By the time the second technician fell dead, the last one managed to find cover behind an inactive cleaning and maintenance droid. It was his move, and he wouldn't waste it. Caelus psionically empowered his body, and darted off the loading ramp in a burst of speed, crossing the ground between the docked ship Archangel and the bulky maintenance droid in but a fleeting moment.

"Marquis Djibril, we have a situation," said the technician, "Mandalorians...." By the time she had spoken her last words, she saw a dark figure in black robes and shrouded in a black hood appear seemingly at an instant. At that same moment, Caelus reached down and grabbed the female technician's mouth. Her muffled screams and gags slowly became silenced as her face and skin began to turn blue and crystallize and crack. With her head frozen, Caelus released his grip, allowing her body to fall to the durasteel ground, literally cracking her head into pieces.

Caelus briefly glanced at ADIM, and gave a simply nod of the head. He knew the droid knew what it had to do. Caelus cloaked himself as he entered past the hanger doors, and into the corridors of the space station. After traveling deep within, Caelus pressed a comlink to contact his droid partner, "ADIM," Caelus began, assuming the droid had already accessed the station schematics, "You're suppose to have intel on the layout of this station by now. I need those directions to Siberius' personal chambers."

There was a pause in the reply, until he heard, "The living quarters are one level up from the hangar. Sirberius' is the last suite. From what was learned through Drain Knowledge, the remote is hidden in a secret compartment under the desk."

Normally, Caelus would end conversation with an affirmation, but for now, he wanted as much radio silence as possible. The more anonymous, the better. After a few moments, Caelus came upon an elevator. While tempted to go in, Caelus wasn't too fond of potentially being trapped in a small insecure space if something happened to somehow go wrong. As the elevator came up, Caelus telekinetically began pulling the compartment down, and jumped up into the shaft.

Caelus then psionically empowered his body again, and jumped a half-dozen meters or so, and magnetically attached himself to the side of the shaft wall. He then repeated the process time and again, steadily climbing up the shaft, until he reached the next level. The elevator shaft door was closed on the level, but like most shafts, it had a vent system just over the door. Caelus peered through, checking to see only four guards at the elevator. After making himself visible again, Caelus then fell through the vent, telekinetically pummeling two of the guards into either walls nearby, knocking them unconscious. Upon landing, Caelus then drew his hands back, and sent a telekinetic impulse at the other two, blasting them down the hall into the corridor walls behind them.

He was seen, and he didn't kill them. In fact, he needed them to survive, to report that a Mandalorian and a Bogan were working together. With any luck, it would further sow seeds of distrust... if there could be anymore distrust to be had with the Hutts. "Okay, I'm on the next level. Are there any traps or security measures guarding the suite?" Caelus asked his droid partner.</you>

From the other Machina, ADIM informed Caelus that the only security left was the keypad blocking access on Sirberius' suite. It relayed the passcode.

The ADIM inside, a cloaked Egrigori in a Bogan cloak, accessed the Archangel's computer. It would start the engines so it could be ready for launch at a moment's notice.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"I think not," said the ADIM-Aliik to Valance. "Doing so will ruin the seal and you'll die."

ADIM access security, closing the blast doors. The Aliik reached into its pocket. The grenade was securely in Aliik's grip; it instinctively did it since it had experience with Force Users.

[For Mandalore!] ADIM yelled in Mando'a.

ADIM dentonated the grenade, looking out the window before the explosion.

((OOC: Xeno, Weiss, wait until Malon posts the defenses before continuing. Also, was there any IC setup for infiltrating the station around the capital en masse?))

In the chambers of the nobility, Andoba the Hutt listened carefully as the Djibril opened the session, addressing him first. However, before the large Hutt could address the nobility, Djibril got a call on his comm until, causing him to exit swiftly. The large Hutt narrowed his eyes and motioned for one of his personal bodyguards, code-named Striker, a Klatooinian, who then leaned over to address his boss.

[Lord Andoba?] he whispered into the large Hutt's ear hole.

[Security status report please.] the Hutt whispered back.

Striker pressed his hand to the comm until in his ear, gathering intel for a moment before leaning in again to reply.

[It appears there has been a security breach, sir. Comm chatter claims it is Mandalorians. Do you believe it?] he replied.

[No, not the Mandalorian part anyways, but I do believe it needs to be addressed.] Andoba replied.

[Orders, my Lord?] Striker asked, looking to the rest of Andoba's security team.

[Contact the security commander, get him to rally his men. I will take care of the nobility once I know what we're up against.] he ordered.

[Yes sir.]

-------------------------------------------------------
The lights on the consoles of the bridge of the nearby defense ship, Nal Hutta's Grace, blinked rapidly as the communication from the station reached the bridge. Captain Lance Goodwin strode over to the comm's officer from his position at the view port to get down to business.

"What's the situation?" he asked.

The officer looked up, a serious glare about his face, "The transmission is from Marquis Andoba's head of security. There's been a breach in security on station, the Marquis doesn't trust anyone in the security terminal or the command center, so he radioed us."

"Then we must move quickly. Give the orders to Hutt Security Forces to mobilize, get secret police in there on the duty, tell Andoba that the Razorbacks guarding the nobility are to consolidate their forces with half remaining to protect the nobles and the other half to join the Secret Police and the Security Forces, I'll radio Nal Hutta's security fleet to be on alert for any unknown vessels trying to leave the system." the Captain replied.

"Yes sir."

------------------------------------------

Shortly after the comm's officer relayed the message to Striker, and Striker to Andoba, the large Hutt rose up and in his booming voice, began to speak.

[Nobility of our esteemed Empire, turn your attention to me. We have had a security breach, and due to Marquis Djibril's absence, I will be taking command of security on this station; do not be alarmed. Razorbacks, split into two teams. Ten of you remain here with us, the other ten are to join security forces around the station.]

The guards moved quickly to get into their groups. Striker was elected leader of the team sent to join security forces. Around the station thousands of armed soldiers and secret police mobilized. Alarms sounded. The infiltrators had been discovered. A security force the size of a Hutt battlegroup was now on the offense.

There would be no escape for them.

"So what's the hold up? Something doesn't feel right," Agreoran said. The nobility was aware of his connection to the force, which gave him the ability to sense when things weren't right. He knew something wasn't right at that moment. "I knew I should've brought some Luminado with me..." He complained. It would've been useful in this current situation.

Eduardo sighed, he then laid his legs on the chair in front of him. Of course it was normally rude to do so if someone was sitting in front of you, but gladly it seemed that the noble who was sitting in front of him freaked out, and ran away. Eduardo however, on the other hand stayed calm as he laid his back down and took a small book from his pocket. The title of the book read "latest of men fashion from different cultures" which was one of the many things in the galaxy that Eduardo enjoyed reading.

Eduardo slowly opened the book and started to read.
