The Jedi Council had just been reformed and Yi himself had just been placed among their ranks. It was time to celebrate! Instead of spending this glorious time with the Jedi, who had always seemed to exciting for him, he decided that he would spend the time in the glorious forests of Quermia.

He had not been home in quite some time, though it was just as he had left it those many years ago. His father was still a prophet of the force and the planet was still peaceful. To celebrate this occasion, he sat atop a tree, acrefully widdling a piece of bark into a nice little sculpture.

It had been a while since James left his past life in the Lower Levels of Corscant, and he had been traveling the galaxy, looking to make a name for himself. As he walked through the forests of Quermia he decided he liked this place with all its trees, it was much different from all the buildings and concerte, back in the lower levels.

As he drifted out of his thought, and back into the real world, he saw a wild Runyip. He thought to himself, "This ought to make a good meal for tonight." He started to creep closer to the animal, but then he heard the crack of a twig, and looked down, he had been careless and had gavin away his position. As soon as the animal heard, he ran off, with James on his tail, the chase was on.

During his peaceful time sitting on a tree branch he heard some commotion off in the distance. A Runyip then came after the noise, clearly running away from something, then another man passed by him chasing after the creature. From what he could see, there would be no chase, the animal was far ahead and getting farther. But even if it could be caught, he did not want it to be.

Using his favorite power Plant Surge, Yi brought the forest itself to life, moving the limbs of the trees around to make a trap which caused the man to trip and let the beast go free. He then held on to the branch he was sitting on and let his extremely long body touch the ground safely.

My friend, it would seem the forest itself does not want you to take one of her creatures. It would be best to hold off, don't you think?

"Even if I wanted to continue it does not seem possible" James replied "because the Runyip is so far away. What are you doing out here all by yourself"

A curious question. Had this man not been on the planet long enough to realize that Quermians came from Quermia? Perhaps he had interpreted the man's question incorrectly, for he had spent nearly all his time in the forest. It brought him peace.

I was sitting. The same question could be made to you, not only about the forest, but about the planet. One would have a reason for coming to such a place, what is yours?

James found nothing odd in the Quermian's question, to him it was just a simple Question and Answer disucssion.

"I was off in a cantina in Tatooine, and was getting sick of all the sand so I ask the man I was talking with to direct me to a nice green planet. Once here I decided to go camping and that there Runyip was my dinner" James replied.

ooc: Anyone else wanna join?

A man directed you to Quermia? Intersting choice.

Yi was genuinely surprised that anyone would be wanting to come to his home planet by choice. Not that it was a bad place, it simply had a confusing history, what with the genetic engineering and stuff like that. He turned to face the other direction of the man.

My name is Yi. Yours?

"My names is James Feron, and my native planet is Corscant. Quermia is so much different then it so much greener, so much more, well pleasant." James replied

*When the man spoke of Coruscant, Yi's spirits sank into his stomach. He had always been distressed with the loss of the planet to the Sith. It was the Jedi's home for many years and to lose something of that significance was still a large blow to Yi to think about. But perhaps the man knew the situation.*

You say you come from Coruscant. Tell me, what is the situation there?

"Well when I lived on Corscant, I lived on the lower levels, so everthing was always in bad shape there. But since the Sith took over most of the levels except the extremely higher levels were in a pretty bad condition. I could bring you if you like, I was just planning to go back there to see an old friend." James answered.
Typical Jedi question, since they had lost Corscant they could not think about anything else but it, it truly was sad, like a mother still trying to cling on to a long lost son.

*Yi thought for a moment. Going back to Coruscant would be a huge risk. If he got caught by a Sith, even spotted by a Sith acolyte, he would be aprehended quickly and taken for torture, probably regarding the Station. However, if he could even get the smallest view of how the Sith occupation was going and what the citizens thought of it, or the Republic for that matter, it could be great for the Jedi.*

"That could be done. Where is your ship?"

The answer to the question was unexpected, but still welcome. He was hoping to have a partner to go to Corscant with, its always good for someone to have your back he thought. He would just have to tread carefuly while on Corscant, the sith would be after the jedi and everybody aquainted with him.

"Follow me the ship should be in the clearing just over that hill." James repiled

*Yi followed the man through the woods back to his ship, all the while contemplating still whether or not it was a good idea. He had only just met the man, and to trust him to not turn him in was a big risk. He could simply be a Sith assassin, adept at controlling his thoughts and emotions. Quermians were good at reading people, and Yi did not sense anything bad happening from this one.*

He led the jedi into his ship. It was a beaten up YT-2400 freighter, but with it he could handle any minor encounters with enemies. He climbed into the cockpit and invited the man to sit in the co-pilot's seat. He started up the engine, and the ship climbed up and out of the atmophere, when they neared the nearest hyperspace junction he punched in the coordinates in for Corscant. They made the jump to hyperspace and James thought to himself lets see what the force has in store for us now.

*Yi took a seat in the copilot's chair and watched the stars zooming past the windshield as they were going through hyperspace. Quite the sight, something he rarely got bored of. There were still some questions that Yi wanted to ask James, make sure he was on the level.*

Tell me James, do you belong to any group?

"Group, groups, now let me think. Ya, I'm not a sith if thats what your thinking. I'm a Madalorian, really learned about them from the guy I'm going to Corscant to see." James replied, "I assume your a jedi from the way you dress, and bye the way you hold yourself." They were starting to drift out of hyperspace now, he had to remain calm, cool, and collect to bypass the sith's docking protocols.

Then a voice came over the comlink, it sounded dry and bored, "Un-dentified freighter, state your business."

James replied, "This is James Feron captain of this YT-2400 freighter, and I am bearing cargo bound for Corscant. Requesting permission to land"

This voice replied, totaly ignoring his last statement, "Our sensors indicate that you have two lifeforms aboard your vessel, who is your passenger."

Again thinking on his feet James replied, "Your sensors are wrong there is no such passenger, now requesting permission to land." James thought it would be better to lie than to reveal that he was harbouring another person.

The voice, suddenly becoming less interested as if by magic, responded, "James Feron of the YT-2400 freighter your request has been granted, you are to dock in docking bay 367 in the lower levels."

The comlink switched off and again there was silience. So he had passed the first hurdle James thought. And they were landing just in the area he had wanted to be. The force must have been smiling on him he thought. He landed the craft with easy and spoke to the Jedi.

"Yi, I will accompany you where ever you wish to go on this planet. The only thing I request is that we visit an old friend of mine."

ooc: Sorry, didn't see you posted that other one... Site keeps not showing me new posts for some reason.

*Yi was shocked at the attitude of the ground crew on Coruscant. Sensors were rarely ever wrong and the fact that they doubted them would end up being their own downfall. He got up out of his seat and was ready to leave the ship. When James asked his question, it only seemed courteous to let him have his cake first.*

We can go to your friend first, if you like.

OOC: No Problem, But one thing is we might need more people to join this RP

James was excited, he was going to go see his old mentor again. Pappi, would sure be proud about what he had acomplished since he left Corscant. So he motioned for Yi to follow and they left the ship and put the security on. As he walked down the streets he kept on being reminded of his childhood. As he neared the alley where Pappi had taken up residence, he heard sounds of a struggle. He grabbed his knife and ran into the alley not caring for his own wellbeing. He lunged at the attacked who immediately backed up, and saw that it was the mugger who he was first attacked by all those years ago. This time he was going to finish the man off, because this time not only had he aimed at trying to hurt James, but he also tried to attack the closest thing he had to a father, Pappi.

*Yi followed James to where ever he was going, though when they stopped to break up a fight, he sensed something deeply regretting about the young Mandalorian. He was angry, filled with rage and a lust to kill. This was not unusual for Mandalorians, but committing a crime would get them noticed almost immediately. He had to stop it.*

James. Who is better? The man who attacks twice, or the man who kills once? Make a wise decision.
