Wrestling with @Foe’guth Rook was like rangling a ranchor. The damn brute was so bulky, it was only a matter of time before he took her to the ground. Nearly knocked the wind right out of her doing it too. Still, Genova struggled against him, landing a punch or two whenever she could. His lesson was very different to Veren's. Mess with her kin, and you risk pain. Sure, @Kyusil Veren had run his mouth, but she'd deal with that herself - letting some shabuir do it? Kriff no.

At least the great oaf admitted some fault. She'd count it as a win, minor as it was. But the tussle between them had got Genova's blood pumping, and she was greedy for more. When her leg was twisted, she gave a grunt, refusing to acknowledge the discomfort of the straining joint. She'd sooner have her leg broken before admitting defeat so easily.

"Yield to my fist!"

Ever so nimble, Genova coiled, turning into the direction of twist; it elevated the pressure, whilst also allowing her to manoeuvre another grapple, this time allowing her to perch on top of Foe. Straddling him, she tried to then rain down as many punches as she could, her aim mostly localised to gaps in the armour. Forearms, collarbone, and even the neck were her main targets.

Foe was lucky. If not for his helmet, she may have even tried to gouge out an eye.

Nothing and no one had ever been as fast as Genova Veren. She was as slippery as two-tailed fox and struck with the power of a viper- something Foe'guth could respect. When she evaded his leg-pull, Foe was still recovering from the second rattling of his skull. Just before he could focus on her again, she began pummeling him at lightspeed. Or that is what it felt like.

Using his forearms to block the blows created a very uncomfortable blunt pain up and down his arms. When he tried to knock her off of him, one of her fists found his throat. In a fit of rage, Foe'guth used his weight and momentum to try and push Genova on her back. After, however, Foe fell to his knees, trying to cough but still couldn't breath. After about a few moments of gripping at his neck like a mad man, he finally mustered out a single long and heavy breath.

"I... I- AGH -yield..." Sputtered the Rook in defeat. "Srabus ninayr tec gar. Ibic cuyir Miai." Then, Foe offered to fist bump the woman who had beaten him. "Can... Can I offer you...a drink?... Or something?"

Genova's chest heaved with exertion, but she didn't relent, not until the Goliath finally tossed her up and off of him. As soon as she was shunted off her perch, she threw her arms up, ready to block anything that might follow. Yet nothing came. No counter, no jab or kick. Her heart (thumping wildly) was so deafening, she almost missed what exactly @Foe’guth Rook was saying.

Yield? He was yielding?

Peering out from behind her defences, Genova remained on guard; if he was the dishonourable sort, he might be using his words as a ploy. A trick of some sort. Then again, he was a guard to @Van'Aria Solus - it was doubtful she'd keep such a mando in her company.

After a moment of silence, the Veren armourer finally lowered her arms; panting somewhat, she quickly noticed just how sore her knuckles were after pummeling Foe. The man was built like a mountain. She would have been better off punching the stone itself - still, with a hearty nod, she bumped his fist with her own. It was a good fight, and honour had been satisfied.

"Ibic cuyir te ara."

Finding her feet, Genova would then pull the great lummox to his own, not that he needed any help. It just gave her the opportunity to slap a hand on his shoulder - a small, but simple gesture. It meant there were no hard feelings. Life was too short to hold such grudges, especially amongst fellow mandos.

“Ibi'tuur gar cuyir o'r jate'kara, verd. I'll take two.”

With a sigh of relief, Foe'guth gave a short nod after Genova accepted the gesture. Two drinks would find their way to the hands of the Veren Armorer just in time for Foe to realize what had been going on. Kotii Solus had arrived? But now it seemed like he was leaving just as quickly as he came. Kotii had been an Alor once- but he Foe'guth never understood why he killed his own people. The stupid rebellion brought nothing but more contempt within all Mandalorians.

There was something Foe heard from his Covert about Clan Solus; Every Alor will be No More. It was almost like a vile curse that made sure that the Clans all shared, but Solus had it the worst. They went through two great leaders, and Van'Aria...

Foe looked at his Rally Master and hoped that she would break the chain. Unity was what these people needed... Even those like Kyusil who dishonored his own people. Genova would surely teach the di'kut a lesson for his insolence. Maybe that's what Kotii needed, too. When Van'Aria would become Mand'Alor (or so Foe'guth thought), Kotii would be forgiven and accepted back into the fold once again.

This is the Way.

While Kotii continued to perpetually play defensive, Raya kept her eyes narrowed onto the Solus - watching as he stepped further into her punch. While the vibroblade would have the intended effect of displacing her punch and shorting out the gauntlet buckler, it didn’t pierce any further. Among the only pieces of solid beskar she owned, the vambrace barely took a scratch from the blade.

Unscathed, Raya took the opportunity to seize hold of Kotii’s extended wrist and his arm to her own right - attempting to bind the limb in place. She kept the arm rigid and positioned ever-so-slightly off to her right side, conscious of both his knife and the repulsor that held another two charges. Raya knew that Kotii had the advantage in strength alone, but her intention wasn’t to prolong the hold.

Instead, the Kryze abruptly stepped forward with her right foot, activating her jetpack once more. Rather than going airborne, Raya used the momentum to thrust forward - attempting to slam a Keldabe Kiss against Kotii’s forehead.

All the while, she kept her left hand poised to strike - vibroblade humming beyond its hilt.

Blurring edge would meet blue energy, causing short burst of light on impact and cause a few sparks on the purple painted gauntlet underneath. It gave the iconic ring that resounded when the metal was hit. But beskar was hardy material to say the least and he should have expected her arms to be protected by the stuff.

The Kryze capitalized on her own speed to recover from the Solus's counter attack and held his off-hand with a strong grip.Rather than resist the pull completely, Kotii allowed himself to be pulled but stepping forward to keep his balance. The badger's right hand would be pulled down to her right hip, lowering his upper body closer to the woman's own visor level. Her fingers dug into his wrist with surprising strength. Kotii was off his game and while he gritted his teeth, his right hand let go of his vibroblade causing it to fall to the ground and become inert for the time being at the two warriors' feet.

At the same time Raya's jetpack would initiate Kotii would bend his knees and drop lower to the ground. Rotating his torso to his left, he would bring his left elbow around behind him to swiftly strike her in the head. His angled, cybernetic limb was going to be a hard target for anyone to hit, even with a helmet and it was better than him wasting his kiss on some random di'kut that did not even have the decency of telling him her name. But this was going to hurt especially with the Kryze's jetpack behind it. Even if she had not used her jetpack, the man would have likely aimed the same strike at her left temple all the same.

If his defense worked he would try to turn back around to not give her the chance to strike with her knife. Additionally, if he felt the Kryze's grip weaken he would pull his right wrist free of her grasp. The Solus would try to slash the blade across her nearest limb in the act of withdrawing but he knew it was unlikely to cut into her flesh with the beskar protecting her.

When Arthos pointed the blaster in her direction, for a few tense moments, she merely stared him down. Her hand itched to grab for her own blaster, but she didn't move.

Instead, she released her hands, and spread out her arms a little, watching as he lowered his weapon... but didn't holster it. Scowling, she stared at the young man, feeling a pang of bitterness to see the youth she once considered a little brother to act in such a way.

We have been unable to share a battlefield for too long.

<"I hold no grudge with you, Arthos,"> she spoke simply, shifting away from Kotii and the Kryze woman. It wasn't her fight; she could understand their rage, their bitter anger at his appearance. Truthfully, she herself wasn't entirely over the rage she still felt at his turning his back on their people; this was what she meant to being vexed at him. To be put in such a position, to be forced to choose.

But Kotii already knew her choice.

I have been at a forge for too long, grieving and wanting to forget.

<"Rather...">

She tilted her helm to Kotii, and shook her head. <"I can understand. Far better than you may think. I've wanted to shoot him for a very long time. I just don't want to hit his opponent.">

For Kotii had made the choice alone to turn his back on all of them, herself included. If he wanted redemption, he would have to do it himself, without her. But she would have to grow stronger. Perhaps her father was right; perhaps it was time to surrender the forge, to begin anew. To rebuild her Clan again. One could not build a life with the dead, after all. And until there was another leader to claim him rejoined, there wasn't much she could do, apart from air her grievances separately. But even she knew there was a time and a place for everything. She would just have to be the last in what seemed like a long line.

This is the Way.

Yosimydi Azenellis De'lyr Aft Kyusil Veren watched all the brutality, appalled by such displays from the people he was meant to be in cohorts with. Maybe this wasn't the kind of opportunity to bring his vision to the galaxy the way he'd envisioned after all. Given their disposition to violence however, he thought it best not to voice his displeasure and risk a confrontation of his own.

He marveled at the aerial combat that unfolded between two combatants he had not the slightest clue as to their identities. He'd originally wanted a jetpack to go with his armor as well but it left him with the hardest decision of his life. A jetpack or a cape? He was enamored with the prospect of being able to fully into a situation like a gilded angel. But with a cape he could end any conversation he wanted with a turn and a twirl, such a satisfying ending to any interaction. He essentially had to choose between having memorable entrances or exits. In the end, he chose the cape. Partially because exits leave a more lasting impression, but really it was because so many Mandalorians had jetpacks it was overdone. The cape was a statement.

The two heathens rough-housing on the ground finally conceded the bout after one fed the other a kingly feast of fists. He couldn't quite place who they were but he could tell by their armor that the victor happened to be Veren as well. If he was to be ruler of the galaxy one day he'd need to be able to sway and gain the favor of all peoples. Even these overly aggressive fools. So, trying his best to fit in he said in their direction while clapping profusely
"Bravo! Bravo! Well done indeed, my fellow clansman. Here, allow me to fetch you your spoils of war." Grabbing a drink he presented it to her as if she was being sworn into office. "For you, good sir." He said as he handed the drink to Genova.

Raya kept her fingers tightly coiled around Kotii’s right wrist - binding the limb close to her own right hip. The fact that he dropped the vibroblade only meant that the Kryze could more confidently maintain the hold, unconcerned about his weapon.

As she went for the Keldabe Kiss, Raya used that maintained hold to tug Kotii’s wrist downward and closer against her own right side - crossing Kotii’s right wrist across the left side of his body. The movement would bring Kotii’s right shoulder to the front of his body, closing any additional distance between them. While she certainly couldn’t prevent Kotii was spinning around to the left, Raya capitalized on the Solus’ bulkier size and the fact she was already moving with a jetpack.

Still charging forth, Raya merely ducked her head ever-so-slightly lower - instead slamming her helmet into the upper section of Kotii’s back. While it wasn’t nearly as effective as the standard Keldabe Kiss, it certainly wouldn’t be pleasant for the Solus on the receiving end. Turning one-hundred-and-eighty degrees would severely limit Kotii’s range of motion, and if the elbow still managed to swing around, her head was tucked lower than when he began the maneuver.

Still gripping his wrist with her right hand, Raya drew her vibroblade - gripped in her left - in an upwards slash across Kotii’s tricep. While she couldn’t prevent the movement of his dominant left hand, the Solus would have to cross his left arm over the other in order to adequately defend or grapple with her knife-wielding hand. If successful, the blade would easily slice through the armorweave underlay that he wore, strategically aimed to avoid the plates of Beskar and Durasteel.

The man could not help but lose his footing as his center of balance was shifted by the headbutting Mandalorian. The pain of the helmeted strike was still so substantial against his upper back that he let out a grunt of pain. Just like his upper arm, the Hunter’s back lacked any plating. Kotii’s head tilted slightly backwards reflexively for a moment as his torso led his body towards the hard ground.

The Exile’s left arm had been beaten-to-the-punch but the badger would capitalize on the opportunity and use the Keldabe Kiss by moving with the force of the blow. His entire mass was sent moving towards the ground and away from his opponent after the strike. Unless the Kryze let go, she was coming to the floor of the grand hall With Kotii. She was strong but the Echani-offshoot doubted his opponent could hold up over a hundred and twenty kilograms with one hand. That was all dead weight as well at this point, making it nearly impossible for her to rely on her jetpack to lift him with her own weight together.

Ideally the Kryze would let go. Kotii would have begun to turn clockwise, back to his right. The Solus’s armored form deftly continued to use the momentum of the headbutt and the fall to roll once before coming up into the kneeling position to face his sparing partner. His left hand would then pull the handle of his combat fusion cutter from its place his belt. He extended the blade in one fluid motion, holding it out to his left in preparation.

The Kryze could still attempt to strike the Solus even if she was brought to the floor as well. In that event, the ex-Solus alor would bring his left hand over, but it was going to be a close call. However Raya was not the only Mandalorian with beskar. The two of them would likely be laying on the ground but regardless of their position, the black gauntleted hand, forged and repaired by Mysha Kelborn would aim to deflect the blade away from his arm as it came up between them by using the plate on the back of his hand. Kotii's hand would try to grab ahold of Raya's wrist just like she had ahold of his but keeping it from going any further.

Kotii had grown up and taken an interest in martial arts from an early age. His parents had trained him in the traditions of Echani combat and one can communicate through it. While his opponent had yet to identify themselves, Kotii could get an idea of her resolve and a degree of her emotions. However he doubted she was Echani or a student. Otherwise she would see why he was being defensive.

This was a party, a time for celebration among their people. He was lucky to just be breathing and every day was a gift. Today he had done the impossible and been accepted by some of comrades. Kotii knew he was still the Exile and had a long way to go. But that could not stop him from wanting to join in the festivities. That did not stop him from longing to be part of the community. This was the only way HE could still participate with these people. Kotii knew once this fight was over, he was going to have to leave and he would not dispute that. But a badger brawl was a time honored classic tradition and a small part of him was not fighting as hard as he could because that would end things too quickly. The longer he dragged this out, the more time he would get to keep having with his family even if they hated him.

Contrary to what Kotii might’ve hoped for, Raya had quite literally zero intention of releasing the Solus and allowing him to re-engage. Even if he dwarfed her in physical size and strength, the dar’manda had made the mistake of putting his back to an opponent, and it wasn’t something the Kryze planned on letting him recover from. Still driving heself forward, Raya followed Kotii to the ground even as the Solus began to roll - her knees planted onto the floor on either side of Kotii. She planted her full weight onto his side, intend upon pinning him beneath her.

All the while, Raya kept Kotii's right arm pinned above his turnt body - tucked to her own right side and held by the wrist. Her torso instinctively tilted backwards to pull the arm taunt, prepared for the Solus to attempt to break the grapple. Despite the compromised position, Raya didn't follow through with the slash across his tricep.

Instead, the Kryze lowered the tip of her vibroblade and pointed it towards Kotii's throat - targeting the narrow gap where he was vunerable just beneath his helmet. She held the blade only inches from making contact, leaving little mystery her intention if the Solus attempted to fight back. She was fully prepared for Kotii to attempt to flip them around on the floor, or use the strength of his right arm to pull her off.

“Yield.” She hissed, giving him one final opportunity to do so.

The man fell and could feel the hold that the Kryze held on his right wrist. His arm tensed and flexed to control the woman as best he could as she fell on him and pin the larger Mandalorian in a straddling position. The moment before his body came to meet the ground Kotii moved his left arm out in front of him to keep it from being pinned under his own weight. The badger knew he would need it in a moment.

The Solus's helmet was turned to his right as far as he could rotate his own head. Kotii's body would be first to slow down completely but he used the weight of the Kryze to pull her higher on his own torso. His right arm would bend, bulging muscles were hidden underneath his armor as he tried to rotate his wrist and break free of the grip but direct conctact with the Kryze would resu;t om her feeling the might and energy pumping through his veins still. Regardless of the wrist, ever inch of slack Kotii had with his reach was a boon to him and a bane to Raya.

As the blade closed in towards his neck Black Hand's left hand would shoot across his chest and up towards Raya's wrist. The iron hard grip of the blasterslinger coupled with his rapid reflexes would keep the Kryze from having the satisfying slack she needed to say he was defeated. His left hand would hold her wrist tightly and increase in pressure with each moment. The tip of the blurring weapon would shudder with the tip in Kotii's face relatively speaking but still a full foot away from his throat. <"Earn it!"> He growled in Mando'a through gritted teeth.

Before Raya could try anything else Kotii would move on the offense and potentially surprise the warrior who had been annoyed by his defensive maneuvering so far. Tthe woman higher on his torso Kotii bent both legs forwards and pushed to roll himself towards his right. Kotii's upper body would try to push onto his back as hard as he could.

The result would hopefully shake his opponent off of him but also have the added affect of smashing her left shoulder into the ground beside him. If she dislocated a shoulder or broke something it was nothing new for a Mandalorian party. She was short and light and was not used to fighting a big Mandalorian that probably knew how to fight large enemies. The Kryze, with her heavy jetpack, would would top heavy and more easily unbalanced. All throughout this maneuver he would keep resisting the purple painted warrior's hand while intensifying his own. The cybernetic hand underneath the synthetic flesh had more durability than normal flesh and blood and would close around the woman's wrist tightly.

Raya was becoming increasingly bored of her fight with the Solus.

She kept her eyes tilted down to regard the dishonored warrior, watching as he miraculously managed to spin himself and free his left arm from being pinned beneath his weight. It was painfully predictable that the Solus would attempt to throw her off somehow, and the Kryze had anticipated that beforehand. <Having previously tilted her torso upwards,> Raya kept her weight back and Kotii’s arm pulled taut against her side. Despite his best efforts, the Solus would find her weight difficult to pull any height onto his torso - as she actively leaned back and fought against him. Her knees remained firmly planted onto the ground and on either side of him to stabilize herself.

Just as well, Raya fought with every bit of her strength for control of his right arm - digging her fingers into his wrist to maintain the hold. Even if he managed to break the hold, Raya was prepared to escalate accordingly.

Rather than resist the sudden grab at her left arm, Raya instead rotated her wrist - attempting to press the blurring edge of her vibroblade against the beksar of his vambrace. While he could restrict the movement of her arm, there was nothing to prevent her from slashing the blade about as she pleased. It would hissed and vibrated against the armor as expected upon impact, growing hot with every moment that passed.

While Beskar was extremely resilient, it wasn’t impervious to all damage - especially prolonged contact. Raya knew that the blade would eventually slice through the armor and clean through the cybernetic if Kotii didn’t release her wrist, and maintained downward pressure to pierce his shoulder the moment he opted to do so. Cybernetics weren’t any stronger than an organic limb, and Kotii would have a hard time squeezing through her vambrace.

With both of her knees planted and weight kept low on his torso, Raya kept herself from thrown off. Contrary to what he clearly thought, Raya wasn’t unaccustomed to fighting larger opponents, and wasn’t going to simply throw her around without any leverage.

The Kryze’s straddling form would struggle to reach the Solus’s throat and abandon the attempt in favor his forearm. But that was to be expected. Kotii's foe may be bored but she was predictable in her own way. She had continued to lean back to keep his own body taught and limit movement but that had limited her own reach. If she moved closer to Kotii’s head she would be even more top heavy and susceptible to Kotii’s forced movement of her body. She thought she could keep him pinned but she was wrong.

The man’s cybernetic left arm would tighten around the Kryze’s unarmored wrist as the vibroblade struggled to even scratch the beskar’s surface at first. His own blade had left a mark on her right vambrace like the one she made on his now. Black paint scratched away to reveal the metal beneath the Black Hand’s vambrace. But before the blade edge could go any deeper the woman would feel the strength of his hand increasing until it grew to the point her wrist would break. Even if she let go of the knife he would continue to squeeze until he felt and heard the bones break. His left arm held her wrist taught, now keeping her from moving away or closer. She thought she could slash him, but he had control of her wrist and it would be an awkward angle weakening by the second.

Meanwhile, his right arm would tear free of the women’s weaker right grasp with his hand balled still into an angry fist. The moment the Solus’ right arm was pulled away from the Kryze, he would bring the armored limb back up towards the inside of the Kryze’s upper left arm. It moved with enough force to break it since it was unprotected tissue and bone.

The elbow on Raya’s left arm would likely give way at the joint and bend abnormally towards Kotii, allowing him to rotate the woman’s grasp and push her left hand up and towards her own throat since she had been leaning back with all her weight. The taught muscles on her body would risk being bludgeoned while Kotii's superior strength, reach and experience would likely emd up breaking her left arm in two places.

He had much more leverage than she realized now. Attempting the same maneuver as before but with even more weight behind it he would rotate and roll his upper body to slam Raya’s left shoulder into the ground beside them. Her left shoulder could dislocate but she would probably worry about her own vibroblade in her hand now close to her own throat. < “Yield.” >

Amidst their struggle, Raya felt the way that Kotii tightened his wrist around her wrist - rather than attempting to avoid the vibroblade pressed to his vambrace. In truth, the Kryze couldn’t help the flash of confusion that crossed her expression in response, almost bewildered by the unorthodox defense that the Solus Exile had opted to counter her with.

This was largely due to the Beskar vambrace that spanned the length of her wrist and forearm - providing the strongest coverage across her entire body. Short of cutting through the armor, there was little chance he was going to do any damage to that region of her body - let alone by squeezing with his bare hands. Even if Kotii managed to worm his fingers into the narrow space between her gauntlet and vambrace, there was no chance the Solus would have the strength to crush the bones within her wrist and forearm with brute strength alone. Cybernetic limbs weren’t any stronger than their organic counterparts - and even the advanced replacement that Kotii donned did little to grant additional physical strength.

Though she felt some minor pain from the pinch in her wrist, it was nothing to warrant releasing her vibroblade. As a result, Raya continued to press the blade against Kotii’s vambrace - just above his forearm. Within seconds, the blade and metal grew red hot, finally wearing down the natural resistance of Beskar. Like a knife through hot butter, the Kryze’s blade sliced through the armor and synth-flesh underneath, removing Kotii’s hand several inches into his forearm. Any functions within the vambrace would be completely disabled, in addition to Raya’s being freed to move.

Without stopping, Raya thrust her blade toward and toward the right side of Kotii’s chest - intent upon piercing through his armor plating and into the space between his shoulder and chest. Her blade moved on the inside of Kotii’s arm-stump, giving the Solus little opportunity to bat the incoming weapon away or roll to the side in response. Preoccupied with her other arm, he would neither have much opportunity to grapple the incoming blade with his remaining hand.

At this point, the Kryze made little attempt to keep Kotii’s other hand grappled. Her fingers released its hold on his wrist, immediately curling her arm into a defensive guard over her upper torso out of instinct. Leaning inward, Raya braced her vambrace and upper forearm against the incoming punch, meaning that Kotii would have the pleasure of slamming his knuckles against the pure beskar she wore.

Her actions were intended to interrupt any attempt to roll her over or be slammed into the ground. If, however, Kotii managed to attempt the maneuver regardless, Raya kept her knee pressed firmly into the ground on either side of him, stance wide, in order to stabilize herself. A feat not entirely difficult, considering Kotii never attempted to hook her leg or otherwise compromise her balance.

A reminder that for PVP purposes, cybernetic limbs do not impart any benefit - strength or otherwise - over their organic counterpart, that is not explicitly mentioned. With that said, there is zero chance a human is going to break someone's wrist simply by squeezing it - especially when Raya is wearing beskar. Grabbing the space between the plates doesn't negate armor coverage.

Via PVP tech rules, Beskar and similar material only absorb a single strike from Lightsabers and similar weapons.

Rath walked into the hall rather cautiously hearing the commotion from outside. His armor has seen better days and was in desperate need of repairs. Looking around he is becoming a bit more aware of this himself seeing the condition of his fellow Mandalorians. He slowly makes his way to the heart of the commotion arriving as the hand is severed. Seeing this he decides to intervene. He attempts to separate the two mandalorians fighting getting nicked by the vibroblade. He looks towards the smaller mandalorian "Is this how we act in a meeting of clans killing each other. Have we learned nothing from our history. Killing each other has never lead to good things especially now when we are so few." After saying this he attempts to cauterize the other mandalorians wound with his flamethrower. Before he can do this however he realizes that the hand is sparking a sign that it’s cybernetic.
