The Galactic Empire, in the years following the Clone Wars, waged numerous invasive operations into Mandalorian space including Krownest. There are still civilian model T-47 snowspeeders seized from Incom in mint condition here. However, they probably lack power and even more likely lack the blaster cannon armament outfitting that would be ideal. Only a few of them were ever used on the world but the rest are only reachable through heavily sealed blastdoors and under a heavy amount of stone that could defend against a direct bombing run. The surface level entrance is the best bet but who knows what degrees of security remain in place. The Kom'rk class starfighter flew through the overcast sky of Krownest. Kotii liked the design of the ship and it would serve perfectly for a fast approach and rapid debarkation with jetpack or jetboots. His own had been recently damaged and repaired though it sat at the back of the hold while the Alor of House Solus stood behind the pilot chair. It was much more comfortable for him to move about the cabin and sit down without it on.

At the controls was a fellow member of House Solus. In the back sat the recently purchase J-9 repeater as well as Aden's rotary blaster. Kotii wasn't anticipating needing the heavy gunner's skills with a repeater and he liked being at the controls of the starfighter. Black Hand moved away from the cockpit moved to the back where he would meet the others that had decided to join him on his ship before they arrived. An occasional jostling from turbulence gave a hint towards their fast approach.

"Who's taking bets?" A slight grin could be heard from beneath his crimson and black armor. Kotii double checked the blaster at his side and the rest of his equipment.

[Minerva Wren]

Minerva Wren fully clad in armor was waiting in the back of the ship. Despite the tuberance she remained standing. Looking down at the floor through the visor she then closed her eyes. For a moment she could see her children smiling and giggling as they played in the snow. Despite herself she sadly smiled at that memory, visiting them later when this business is over.

Another shake caused the widow to open her eyes. Suppressing a sigh that threatened to come out she checked her vambraces. It would be insulting if she died because of negligence on her part. Even as the engines continued to roar Minerva heard footsteps. Turning she saw Koii and nodded.

While Clan Wren remained cautious of Solus’ intentions agreed to allow the latter to get those airspeeders in exchange for supplies. In addition Minerva was made their observer on this mission to keep an eye on Clan Solus for the time being. At Black Hand’s question, Minerva chuckled.

“I‘m up for a good bet Vod. What ya have in mind?”
