Sevrin had been covertly on Denon for a period of time. The Republic’s intrusion had certainly put far more strain on the planet. While the Sith made their promises, so far they were coming up short thanks to the sanctions. Sanctions may not have hit too hard in the border Sith planets, but a planet nestled directly within Alliance space was hard pressed to get around sanctions. Denon was feeling the choking hold of dwindling supplies and the Sith were subjected to growing unrest.

The Jedi Master took this opportunity to build a network of civilians that would help destabilize things from the ground up. Sevrin’s efforts finally paid off when all the pieces fell into place and it led to the main central command building. It was the building that housed the main Sith commanders that sent orders up to the fleets. If they could be defeated, orders could be sent to the fleets above to lower their guard enough for Alliance navies to move in and drive the Sith away for good.

The building was massive, but his undercover operation had paid off. A civilian posed as a worker and went ahead to disable the security systems and door locking mechanisms. The only way to do it was to run all the way up to the top of the building in the main terminal room which was also locked.

Sevrin strode into the first floor of the building, gazing ahead at the large atrium. He whispered into the comm on his wrist, on the channel for all Jedi in the area to hear, “I’m coming in from the East entrance. Coast is clear so far.”

He knew that wouldn’t be the case for long. His goal was to get to the upper levels of the building and knock out anyone on the way that stopped him.

Sevrin, of course, had no clue that he was attempting to liberate the very planet violently taken by his very own half brother.

OOC: No one can start by the terminal room at the top. Please start in the lower levels so it's a fight to the top. If Sith get there first, they warn the fleet and call reinforcements. If Jedi get there, they can make the fleet lower its guard and get slammed by Alliance defenses.

Vinry looked down at the metallic abomination where once flesh and bone had been. Raze had taken that from her, just as he had taken Denon's freedom. It seemed poetic that she had been given the opportunity to undo some of the damage he had done. Clenching her prosthetic arm into a fist, pleased with the results of the last minute operation she had undergone before leaving for Denon, she continued walking towards the building.

"Say Sevrin," Vinry whispered playfully into her comms as she strolled in through another entrance, "did you know the padawans have a bet about how many times you'll smile over the course of this mission?"

Well aware that said padawans were on the comms with them, she masked her smirk at their assumed discomfort with a smile of greeting to the woman she crossed at the entrance. Many a padawan had been the cause of a great deal of pain for her in the past, and it was only fair that she return the favor in her own little ways.

"West entrance clear as well." She added as she stepped in, dressed in civilian clothing to blend in. "That's surely worth a smile, right?"

Gabriel hadn't been on any official- or unofficial, whatever- Jedi activities that didn't consist of general aid or things like that, and always with strict supervision. Maybe his hard work paid off a little because now he was on Denon with others trying to cripple the Sith defenses of the planet. No pressure.

He'd gone through his rituals beforehand, said his prayers, made his promises to himself and stuffed his prayer beads into his jean aviator jacket's inner pocket.

Dressed plainly in civilian clothes chosen for flexibility more than much else he followed along behind Vinry Forge. His lightsaber, unlocked for full use, and personal vibroknife were both beneath the jacket. An off-brand EMRYC ENERGY cap smooshed down atop his auburn hair. His thin arm-covering Seyugi gauntlets, similar to the Matukai, were hidden beneath the jacket's sleeves and terminated in leather gloves. Gabriel's expression could, at best, be described as grim. In truth he was nervous, considering the task ahead and all the steps along the way.

He wasn't sure how this was going to go, but at least he was sticking with a Master. Vinry's comment got the ghost of a bemused smirk out of the young man, previously unaware there was betting going on. Could Sevrin even smile? He wasn't sure.

Well. Whatever. For now, he stuffed his hands in his pockets and tried to focus the new way he'd been taught and kept to Vinry's side. They'd never met, but she seemed reliable. Probably.

This wasn't the first mission that Vren had conducted with a Masters or Knights but it was the first one of this caliber. Adrenaline flooded through his body as he entered the building, his heart beating at a slightly faster pace but his steps silent. Moves were being made but bodies were needed to fulfill them. The Jedi were stretched thin and were using any abled bodies that could help the Order. When he had heard of the mission and the dangerous possibilities of it, Vren had offered his assistance anyway as he knew he could at least hold his own to not be a nuisance towards his fellow Jedi.

Vren entered through the East entrance with Sevrin, the legendary Jedi Master for his previous offensives. They were storied among fellow padawans and the Echani was honored to be taking place on a mission with the Sephi. Despite his admiration, the padawan kept in a close radius to the master and silent, letting him fill in the other Master as they constantly informed each other.

The Echani was dressed in his regular clothing, his favorite jacket, pants, and boots. It was relatively light and how he preferred it, allowing him maximum flexibility. His two training sabers were also clipped to his belt, both of them "unlocked" so that they weren't completely useless weapons for him to defend himself with.

Both of them navigated through the atrium, Vren aimed towards a desk as he silently slid over the top of it and onto the other side, his practice for quiet movement paying off. With Sevrin's contact bringing down security, it was easy for him to access the cameras on the computer despite his limited knowledge. As he did this, Master Forge's voice ringed through the comms and the padawan momentarily stopped what he was doing before raising his gaze toward Sevrin, holding it for a brief moment, "They were good odds." It wasn't commented which side he betted on as he returned to work.

Eventually, Vren got through and nodded toward the Sephi, "No guards still.." After a click, he found a set of stairs, "We take this hallway for a little before a right turn. That's where the stairs are." The Echani shut off the device and relinked with Sevrin before comming the other Master and quietly murmuring, "Sending you the location for the stairs near you."

Thelian remained largely silent, jaw set and silver eyes fixated ahead, even as he continued past the east entrance of central command building. It was the Echani’s first high-caliber engagement since the invasion of Dantooine, putting the events of that day and the lingering whispers of Raze to the back of his mind for the moment – concentrating all his attention strictly onto the task before him.

Rather than his usual Padawan tunic, Thelian had opted for civilian clothes to better blend in with his environment. He kept his lightsaber tucked beneath his jacket, out of sight as part of his ensemble but easily accessible if and when it became necessary.

As he strode into the first floor of the command building, Thelian briefly glanced down to his left hand – flexing his fingers a bit. Since their misadventures on Belkadan only a few weeks prior, the severe burns to Thelian’s hand had been treated and metal prosthetics existed now where his pinky and middle finger once had been. While the mechanical replacements solved any handicap he might’ve suffered, it was perhaps a sight that the Echani would never quite get used to.

He didn’t allow himself to linger on it for long, instead turning to scan the atrium ahead. Thelian heard Vinry’s commentary over the comms but said nothing in response. After a brief glance around the room, silver eyes flicked over to his fellow Echani and Sevrin, feeling that familiar sense of admiration as he stared at the Sephi Master.

After a few moments, the Echani exhaled a breath he didn’t realize he’d been holding this entire time and took a step forward, lingering a few feet behind Sevrin and to his left, silver eyes once more set towards the challenge ahead of them.

Draugr would be found on the second floor of the building the Jedi were targeting. It was not the usual place for the Lord to be, but he was just making his way to the top. Dressed in his multipurpose gear awaiting the elevator to open and bring him to the top. Unfortunately it had closed before he had noticed, so the wait will be a bit. For now he stood patiently waiting for the doors to open again.

The waiting room was around him and he didn't like the idea of civilians being in the building but of course the Sith needed to show they will trust the civilians if they would entrust the Sith as their leaders. With him would be other Sith awaiting orders. Imperial troops would be placed through out the building as security in case some civilians got rowdy.

"What is taking this elevator so long?"

Taking the stairs would take longer and get annoying, so here he waited for the slowest elevator in his life. He looked over at one of the desk people,

"Get this elevator fixed. Call whoever you need to."

He'd then turn away and walk towards the vending machine. He could use a BlueFizz Fwaygo soda. It was his favorite non alcoholic drink ever.

For months he has hidden, torn between polar personas sharing the same mind. Osuss. Osuss had been a lesson. Too much good. Too much hope. The Force was strong there and it’s ethereal beacon permeated every ounce of strength he had to offer. It was too much.

”Too much… Too, too much,” the Kel Dor muttered softly, crouched in the shadows of an alley near the command center. While Osuss, a stronghold of the Jedi and of the Light, had afflicted Bir’s shattered mind he soon came to the conclusion that the same could be said about places of plight and suffering. Denon proved to be the perfect destination, sanctions placed against the world sending the common folk spiraling into a depression not seen for hundreds, if not thousands, of years. Their hunger and pain sent ripples through the Force, providing the mad Champion with the necessary influence to keep his ’companion’ silent and caged.

”You need to go, my friend. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Go away, faaaar away! But how? How do I rid myself of you?” Bir continued to mutter, bringing his organic hand up to the side of his head to tug on the collection of flesh. Feet pulled through dust and dirt, drawing closer to his crouched form whilst a mother and her children caught a glance of him in his dismay. The woman’s lips curled upward in disgust, pulling her children tighter to her as they hurried past. There was no sympathy for anyone here, not anymore. Everyone had their own problems.

Swollen eyes hidden behind goggles raised to look upon the command center across from him. Glorious as it was tall, the sun above casting the street below in shadow whilst the peak of the tower was illuminated completely. How ironic it was, as he too was cast in shadow yet bathed in light. As his attention continued to fall back to the ground, something caught Bir’s attention. Someone. A woman and a young boy, both dressed as though they called these streets their home, approaching the western entrance to the command center. A military establishment, restricted access. Certainly not somewhere civilians could simply approach without proper authentication. ’Curious,’

Pushing his wallowing deep inside, Bir stood and cast the tattered cloak from his shoulders as he took long strides towards the building and it’s newest visitors. His curiosity often led him astray yet he never learned. Bir was a man of instinct, letting the Force guide him and his actions, and this pair of ‘civilians’ drew him in. As they crossed through the doorway and into the main chamber, Bir had closed the gap and now peaked his head in after them.

“West entrance clear as well. That’s surely worth a smile, right?”

Indeed it was, Bir’s cheeks flexing upward into a maniacal grin. Stepping into view and obstructing the doorway back into the street, the Kel Dor stood tall in his torn trousers as his head tilted to one side. Metallic fingers tenderly scraped against the lightsaber hilt at his side whilst his organic hand lifted, each digit fluttering in succession as he greeted these new guests.

”Hello, friends,”

<"Ugh...you'd think with all this technology this city-planet would have motion sensor freshers."> Jade shook her head as she spoke to herself. Growling at her reflection, the acolyte paused to clean a portion of her armor off and then arrange her braided white hair a little differently until finally shrugging and leaving the bathroom. At least the door was motion sensored and hissed open and then closed behind the tall Orcolan.

Her Zabrak master was just where she had left him, still waiting by the elevator though it seemed he was done waiting and was getting a refreshment. "Stairs?" She asked singularly as a simple solution, walking around the edge of the second floor guard rail. The armored acolyte stood over two meters tall and glanced down into the lobby. At first she wondered if she was just seeing Emryc Thorne everywhere but instead it was just some look-alike entering the building. Her corrupted gaze flitted to the two echani civilians that had entered. They didn't look alike and weren't twins but maybe they were related. Then again that was probably a bit presumptuous of the Orc.

Two black armored troopers manned the security desk as the center of the atrium. Behind them stood Aziz, the Champion and his men had been requested to join Darth Draugr on Denon after their successful invasion of Wayland. It was an invitation the human Sith humbly accepted.

While the Sith Lord and his apprentice decided to continue to the upper levels, Aziz decided to assist another Sith with sweeping the first floor. Bir he thought his name was. It was hard to tell with all the Kel Dor's rambling. In any case, he watched the screens with the troopers. Taking notice of a man talking to himself, or rather his wrist. Not all that odd by itself, accept the man looked like he could have been a near twin to the ICS President. At the same time a different camera showed the image of a human woman speaking into another device.

Aziz looked up from the desk to see Bir start to approach the female and her apparent companion. "My Lord, I think we have a situation." He said into the comms in his helmet, as he stepped away from the desk and toward the other Sith. His left hand moved to rest on the hilt at his hip.

Cairo had intermittently returned to Denon since his first mission on the planet some months ago. He remembered the feeling of tension bleeding through the world during that mission - even amidst the celebrations of the world, there was unease at Sith dominion. Not all were happy to be included in the Empire. Cairo understood the sentiment - having been sold or kidnapped into the Sith by his own mother, there was not a real sense of fondness towards the Sith on his part. Within him, though, a gnawing growth of patriotism had started to fester. He saw the power of the Sith at their heights - the power of the Force and of people to reach dizzying new heights of technological development, economic growth, and military advancement. The Sith Code spoke of freedom for its adherents, made true by its abolition of slavery, and the Sith Empire could spread its philosophy of power to every corner of the galaxy. The dim, warring factions of the galaxy could be unified under a single power; unlike the Jedi, the Sith took an active hand in governance, too. The Sith manipulations of fate could benefit Force-user and civilian alike.

Yes, Cairo was beginning to believe the propaganda. It was still terse, but he had a sense of loyalty to the Empire that would adopt him, teach him, and push him to the heights of his power. His growing loyalty to the Empire propelled him to stay on Denon (after seeking brief leave from his teacher), so that he could work alongside Imperial Intelligence further. He dressed the part, wearing an armored Sith Officer uniform and carrying the standard issue DA-34 blaster pistol on his hip alongside his lightsaber. The lightsaber helped to sell the role - it was the only reason a 16-year-old could justify wearing the colors of an officer.

It had been a rather routine day, until several Sith had appeared at the building. It was perhaps a routine security check, but Cairo had volunteered to join the group of troopers that accompanied the higher ranking Sith. He recognized Lord Draugr instantly - how could one ignore the spitting image of, the reincarnation of, Lord Maul? - and strode towards him. "My Lord," he knew the Zabrak would not appreciate insolence from an Acolyte, "I am Cairo Kisufi, acolyte, commissioned by Imperial Intelligence for a mission on this world. Might I join you and your team today on your tour?" Truthfully, he was curious about the reason for their visit - his curiosity blinded him to the warning signs that the senior Sith had begun to notice. He had no idea what today had in store for him.

Sevrin heard Vinry’s jovial commentary come across the shared frequency. The topic of him smiling had come up far too often, and people were always left disappointed. Perhaps he would smile if they actually completed their objective with all padawans intact.

“Hmm,” He simply vocalized to the others, meaning that he heard the comment but wasn’t going to dignify it with an actual response. Anyone that knew his half brother would laugh at the uncanny traits they unknowingly shared sometimes. His sharp gaze was scanning across the area. While civilians in the building weren’t uncommon (it’d be ridiculous to show up posing as such otherwise), he knew there was the possibility of a leak in his plan. In his line of business, he couldn’t trust everyone. There was a very real possibility the Sith were tipped off about potential suspicious activity.

Part of scanning the perimeter meant looking up, and he saw the orcolan staring right at them from the second floor. Sevrin kept his cool, nodding politely in case she looked at him before looking back down and quickly telepathically telling the Jedi around him to be on guard and that they were suspected. He also relayed what he would be doing next as he watched the kel dor arrive on the scene. He didn’t miss the Sith that stepped away from the desk in the middle, nor did his keen ears miss what he spoke into his helmet. None of it was new information, so the Sephi didn’t act on it.

Sevrin strode calmly towards the others located along the opposite entrance, his focus on the Kel Dor as he approached Vinry. There was the subtlest wave of his hand that was still located at his side as he focused on entering the Kel Dor’s mind. With the help of another Jedi, it would be a smooth enough gesture to go off without a hitch.

“Republic soldiers are attacking the administrative office. Civilians are in grave danger. They are counting on you to liberate them,” The words would echo within the Kel Dor’s mind, instilling in him a strong compulsion. They would be accompanied with a feeling of pride and importance. The chance to make a difference. The chance to make his mark and do something everyone would speak about. The liberator that repelled Republic forces. The administrative office was a building located a half mile away and it had been previously compromised thanks to Ro’s meddling. With the Sith present all focusing on Vinry, they would be hard pressed to notice anything from Sevrin.

Thelian paid no mind to the back-and-forth between his colleagues, maintaining that same deadpan expression for which the Echani had become well-known. He kept his hands calmly stuffed into his jean pockets, silver eyes nonchalantly drifting across the room to carefully scan the path ahead of them. While this trip to Denon marked the Echani’s first undercover mission with the Jedi, a lifetime of operating as a thief on the lower levels of Coruscant meant that Thelian had more than enough experience sneaking around places where he otherwise had no business being.

As a result, Thelian maintained his cool as he carefully scanned the room - watching the Sith began to filter in. It didn’t take the Echani long to spot the Orcolan woman leering at him from the floor above, briefly glancing up to meet her gaze long enough to give a ‘what’s up’ jut of his chin before looking elsewhere. While he verbalized no response, but Thelian’s brows furrowed a bit as Sevrin’s telepathic voice echoed clear through his mind - warning him of the growing suspicion before going on to relay the Sephi’s immediate strategy. His gaze briefly flicked towards Aziz before shiftiong towards Bir.

Knowing what Sevrin intended, Thelian opted to aid the Sephi in his efforts rather than striking out on his own. The Echani lingered in place for a few moments, glancing towards Vren before casually beginning to cross the room - moving towards Vinry and Gabriel and Bir. As soon as he locked eyes with his fellow Padawan, Thelian’s expression brightened and his lips tugged upwards into a bright smile - as if the Echani had spotted a friend he’d been searching for this entire time.

While Thelian kept his silvery eyes and smile fixated onto Gabriel, the Echani followed Sevrin’s lead and focused his real energies into attempting to enter the Kel Dor’s mind with the subtlest wave of his hand and outstretching of his fingers.

Within moments, the Light coalesced and built around the Echani before abruptly stretching outwards - sending invisible tendrils of energy that snaked out and coiled around Bir to pierce into his mind. Capitalizing on the Kel Dor’s already fragile mental state, Thelian worked meticulously to find any crack or weaknesses in Bir’s mental defenses, attempting to gradually chip away and tear them down - thus leaving the Sith all the more vulnerable to the mental assault of his Sephi colleague.

While it wouldn’t have done much on its own, if successful, the Echani’s efforts would’ve made Sevrin’s mind trick even more effective. In that moment, those words would echo in Bir’s mind at almost deafening volume. The sense of compulsion to leave for the administrative building - to repel the Republic forces and carve out his legacy as a liberator among the Sith would become far more difficult to resist, and he would be able to clearly see the path forward if he gave in to that strong compulsion. If would feel as if his victory against Repulic occupiers was assured, and he would almost be able to hear the praise and adulation he would receive from his peers.

Successful or not, Thelian continued to his casually approach towards the trio - crossing the room towards to join Vinry and Gabriel. For the time being, the Echani kept his weapon tucked away and concealed within his jacket - focused entirely upon attempting to remove Bir from the equation without ever drawing his saber.

Vinry spotted the figure approach them, noticing the subtle hint in the hand resting on the lightsaber hilt, but choosing to ignore that threat in an obvious manner. Spotting another Sith approaching, this one in full armor, she slipped a hand into her jacket pocket and pulled out a small silver datacard, the sort used as a courier chip by various bodies around the Galaxy. This was always meant to be a stealth mission, so they had known there was a possibility of running into Sith, so she wasn't about to blow her cover just because that eventuality had come true so soon.

"Hello, err, sir." Vinry replied, acting like a civilian would on facing a Sith, as evident by his armor and the lightsaber. (@Taz) "I was contacted regarding a consultation visit," she raised the datacard, which would identify her as Myri Atreides, a seasoned ethical-slicer from Vandelhelm, and have details regarding what would appear to be a pretty legitimate job offer, "something about testing the firewalls for breaches. This one here," she'd gesture over her shoulder at the entrance she had just walked through, at a terminal near the entrance, "seems to be in better shape than the administrative office, no open sockets to jack into, you have no idea how often the most obvious precautions get overlooked."

All this was of course just further distraction that would keep the Sith occupied, allowing Vinry's Jedi companions to make their unsuspecting little intrusion into his companion's mind. What was left to see was how the two Sith would react.

Gabriel noticed the obvious, tall, and noticeably darkly-dressed Sith behind the Atrium desk first, a gloomy lighthouse looking out over the large room. Some other tall wall of green and whatever else was looming over the railings above looking at the other group of three. Then there was the weirdo who showed up behind Vinry and himself. How twitchy were these Sith, anyway?

His head turned to give the Kel'dor a bemused expression- a normal reaction given they'd never met before and certainly weren't friends, the hands in his pockets moving slightly. A brief shiver of discomfort ran through the young Padawan from the telepathic contact, something he still wasn't used to, but it certainly cleared up the plan. As he turned a little further to catch Thelian's silver with blue his expression quickly mirrored the Echani's, plain expression shifting easily into a friendly and familiar grin. Gabriel gave a greeting jerk of his head and motioned it toward himself as if to invite him over.

Obviously, they were good friends. Of course, they'd never really met before but blending in was an important bit of Gabriel's old training. With a trick sent the Kel'dor's way he'd hopefully wander off to do something else. Meanwhile, there was Tall, Dark, and Serious approaching.

While Vinry engaged him in faux-awkward security consultation talks Gabriel's face lit up like an Emryc fanboy who'd just run face-first into the man himself during a night out.
"Whoah, dude," the young man let out with obvious excitement, eyes sweeping over Aziz. "You're a real Sith? It's like Kylo Ren, that's so cool!" Gabriel gushed unreservedly, stepping out from behind Vinry. Then came the bombardment of questions.

"Is it true you can do magic? What's a lightsaber like? What do you do all day? How'd you become one? What'd you eat to get so tall? Can I get your autograph!?" All while practically bouncing on his heels. Proof he could at least act excited, in contrast to the quiet on the way to Denon.

The trio calmly navigated through the atrium as they walked toward the general direction of the other Jedi but more importantly both the stairs and the elevators. Vren flicked his gaze to the second level as well as he took in the surroundings, the Orcolan standing out for all of them from above as guards and other Sith filed in the first floor, a tangible change in the force taking place. There were more that surrounded them but the Echani didn't want to make any suspicious movements that drew attention to himself.

With the Sith approached and were occupied by the other group of Jedi coming from the opposite entrance, Vren was able to sense both Sevrin and Thelian react with him being in such close proximity, the threads of the force being weaved by the two Jedi as they made an assault on the Sith's mind that questioned Vinry. While his own abilities with the force had gotten better over time and with training, he didn't want to throw his gloves in the ring and possibly disrupt the process that was happening or possibly even cause irreversible damage with his lack of experience with that type of ability.

As the two-handled that and the fellow Echani motioned over to join Gabriel and Vinry, Vren subtly split off from his group, entering into the mass of civilians that walked throughout the first floor and blended in easily. The padawan would follow the flow of the crowd toward the stairs and find a group of maintenance workers assembling at the bottom, the one that the Sith Lord had requested to fix the elevator as they spoke amongst themselves.

With more attention being drawn to the Sith and Vinry with his blatant prevention of her progress inside the building, it earned wandering gazes across the atrium as it was wondered what merited the involvement. Vren would use that to his advantage and slip into the group of civilians and maintenance workers that were about to walk up the stairs to ascend to the next floor.

Even though he was blending in to not be caught, there was a confidence in how the Echani walked with the others, a certainty portrayed by him that he was supposed to belong there if anyone offered him a quick glance despite being covered by multiple bodies. The padawan would be in the middle of the group, his weapons neatly tucked away and his signature suppressed as he offered no disturbance to be picked up on as he stepped upward.

The tendrils of suggestion (@Sreeya ) weaved themselves within Bir’s unsuspecting mind, at first undetected as though they were a snake in grass. While his eyes remained glued to both Vinry and Gabriel, his leathery cheeks formed a repetitive twitch as the words echoed through the Kel Dor’s thoughts. For a brief moment he considered what he heard and was near ready to dismiss them as the efforts of his alter ego breaking free from his psychological imprisonment but soon found them impossible to ignore. The strength of the Jedi Master’s mental infiltration was impressive and would have worn Bir’s defences down in short time but as Thelian (@Altaris ) further assisted Sevrin’s efforts, the result was immediate, evident as the Kel Dor’s unhinged laughter echoed over the crowd of military personnel and civilians alike.

”They’ve returned! They’ve come back! Perhaps never have they left!” Bir began to holler through fits of laughter, spinning to his right and grasping a young civilian man by his biceps and shaking him viciously before tossing him further inside the atrium away from the door. Patriotism flooded his veins, an unignorable call to duty in the name of Her Highness as well as ensuring the people of her Empire remained safe. ”Republic dogs! They’re here! They’re here, attacking the Administration building!” Bir carried on in a manic state as he continued ushering those within away from the door. Suddenly, his attention snapped towards the Sith warrior (@Taz ) and the troops stationed at the security desk with a menacing glare of ambition and pride.

”Lock the building down! Sound the alarms! We must protect these people! We must keep them from harm's way! Not just these people but all of our constituents! You! You, my friend!” he continued to holler, pointing a wrinkled finger towards Aziz for no other reason than him being the only Sith in his narrowed sight. ”We must move on the Administration Building! Come! Come! We must leave at once!” As the deranged Kel Dor spun on his heel with metallic fingers clasped around his lightsaber hilt, he remained unaware that it was only he who had heard these ‘warnings’ and that now many eyes had found their way to him. The Sith troopers standing at the desk, confused and wildly lost on what had just transpired, looked to Aziz for guidance as well as searching for the highest ranking Sith on site, Lord Draugr.

Aziz had closed to within 10 feet of the Kel Dor and just off his right. Like any experienced warrior or soldier, on mission he was on edge. His attention to his surroundings were keen, his senses within the force ever reaching. Even as his helmeted eyes focused on the two in front of his companion, he was well aware of the other players in motion. Experience may him suspect these strangers, the dark side begged him to cut them down without question. Who they were made little difference to him in the end.

The hunger for action, or perhaps just cold blooded murder, was suddenly pushed to the back of his mind. A ripple in the force suddenly pulled his attention. Followed by a second ripple. They were subtle, like a breeze over tall grass, but they were there. Rather here. His head cocked, suspecting perhaps Bir. But the Kel Dor was anything but subtle.

For a moment he thought to probe the feeling, however his attention was brought firmly to the woman(@Wit ) in front of Bir. As she completely ignored the Kel Dor who said hello to her and addressed Aziz instead. Careless, she flashed him a datacard and started babbling about a tech consultation, and the administration building. However Aziz could hardly understand a word after that, as a boy ( @Mr. Teatime ) shot out from behind the woman and started to fire off questions about the Sith's armor and how to be a Sith. What in the force was this, bring your annoying son to work day? Even as the woman tried to continue her pointless reasoning, the boy closed the distance between himself and Aziz, his mouth never stopping to flap even to take a breath.

The human Sith raised his right hand, putting a single finger to his helmet where his mouth might be, in a motion to silence the boy. If just for a second. His left hand, still on his weapon. Ready if needed. If the boy wanted to know how to become a Sith, well Aziz was going to show him. Just as he had done to the boy on Wayland. The right gloved had moved from his helmet to just in front of the boy, about to pierce use the dark side to pierce his tiny mind, the invisible claws of the dark side only just starting to scratch at doe eyed boy's mind, when the tiny dam that was Bir's mental state gave way (@Tulos ).

The human Sith was aware of Bir's.....reputation. However witnessing it first hand was something that left the Champion first stunned, and then seething. The outburst not only broke Aziz's concentration, but distracted the rest troopers around them. Adding fuel to the Sith's growing rage was the damned fool was going almost begging for Aziz to join him in the madness. Then screamed to save these people only to lock them down.

With a little force, Aziz would shove the boy aside. Perhaps even to the ground. Then use the force to sidestep the other woman and cut off the blubbering moron before he could make it to the door. Then Swiftly shift the dark side to augment his strength and backhand the Kel Dor. "Get a hold of yourself. By all the lords, how in the force is a reject like you still alive. Let alone a Champion of the Sith."

After getting his BlueFizz Fwaygo soda from the vending machine, Draugr would see his apprentice Jade. She has been a worthy apprentice so far, time will tell if she will stay that way. She noticed his frustration with the elevator and had suggested taking the stairs. He may have a mechanical leg, but his other is still organic, and knees don't always feel the best going up that many flights of stairs.

"Seems the stairs are the only option left. Though we have time before the mee-"

Draugr stopped speaking when he noticed familiar face. They were branded with white hair, and had the look of an upset tween. Though not immediately recognizing who they were they seemed familiar..

"Excuse me Jade. I thought I saw someone I knew."

By then his old friend Bir had started an outburst, but this time it wasn't celebration or the notice of an old friend. It was slightly off from the usual acts of insanity he performs. Screaming about the administration building and an attack. Though Draugr would have heard about any sort of attack on a building nearby before anyone else in the building. Just as Bir began his outburst another Champion had made it to his aid. Hopefully they would talk some sense into his old comrade.

"Jade there is something off putting about today. Can't quite place my finger on it."

Just as the Sith had finished speaking it seemed another acolyte had make it to their presence. Cairo as they introduced themselves to the Lord Zabrak. They seemed bright enough to not upset those of higher rank and seemed well articulated. Draugr didn't mind the introduction and would respond,

"Welcome to Denon. Not much to see, here's a ti-"

Then off the to the eastern side of the building was another individual, Sephi, seemed to be. Taller individual. They had a familiar look but not entirely there in the mind of the Sith Lord. He can recognize their faces, but it had been some time since they're physical meetings that Draugr just can't get the image of where they had met before.

"Jade what is it called when one has a familiar feeling over something but can't remember where it's from?"

Jade turned to look at the newest Acoylte to join them. Intelligence, sounded like he was the sneaky and duplicitous type then. The Orcolan warrior just gave a murmur and nod in greeting. However he was not who she was was looking at. First the Emryc look alike met her gaze and nodded, and the other Echani, and the other Echani if gave her a nod with his chin. Weird. From an elevated position it was easy to keep track of their movements until completely out of sight by going underneath the second level. Even in crowds of people her line of sight with the trio was hardly obscured. She followed in the blind spot from her place above them as she moved in the direction of the stares, ignoring the pleasantries given by Cairo.

Once they took their eyes off of Jade however, she began reaching into her pack she made sure what was inside wasn't activated. Unslinging it, she looked over the crowd, making sure that her aim would have the bag lobbed between the three suspects as they made their way through the civilians in the atrium. Her powers the dark side were not the greatest but the woman had a fantastic throwing arm.

The Orcolan was a tad mad, perhaps. But she had a reason for it all. Acting with what she thought was the most direct and efficient plan, the woman hurled the inert explosive down to the first floor. The potential suspects, if they were republic dogs, had a few options. They could try to do something about the item flying through the air if they thought it was a real threat. The fear and panic of all the people around them would probably be bothersome to any goodie two shoes. The suspects could take shelter and be questioned later under more scrutiny. Or they could flee and not be caught, pretending to be one of the civilians. Of course Jade expected she would be reprimanded perhaps, but everyone liked an insane plan when it worked out in the end. "Ajan Kloss?" She answered Darth Draugr with a tusked smile, not taking her eyes off of the three suspects from the east.

Jade's intentions to flush out the Jedi from their disguises rested, in part, on an assumption that the Jedi would act. Or rather, it rested on an assumption that the Sith security forces wouldn't act. Darth Draugr's well-known feud with Sith Council member and military leader Darth Calestis indicated that Lord Draugr was certainly willing to act against his fellow Sith. The feeling of Force use, and the...spirited Kel Dor's immediate breakdown made the hairs on Cairo's neck stand on edge. Something was afoot - all the other Sith in the building were beginning to circle like sharks around something. Maybe civilians? But why?

Cairo had greater cause to suspect the Sith present for whatever weirdness that day would bring. Secretive creatures, the appearance of many Sith into the humble world of Denon was a cause for surprise for Cairo, who had doubted the world was of any importance to the Crimson Marauder. He seemed to revel in battle, and that alone; managing territory, helping the civil administration of the Empire, these were not tasks Cairo had heard Draugr take on. Outside of some rumblings about the men of Dathomir, of course.

His immediate suspicions were seemingly confirmed in an instant, when Draugr's apprentice threw a suspicious bag across the balcony of the room. Counter-terrorism training, intelligence briefings, and a little dose of common sense indicated that whatever was in the bag was likely not good for sentient consumption. Since Cairo's eyes were on her the entire time, his look of friendliness would give way to a face filled with confusion and disgust. He took several steps back from Jade and Draugr, moving his right hand to draw his pistol. It was put on stun, of course. When he had made a 10-foot gap between the master and apprentice, he yelled to the room.

"Everyone, get away from that bag! We need to call a bomb squad in here now!" He took a deep gulp of air and spit as he realized what he was doing. He was little more than an acolyte at the beginning of his training, and he had no great deal of extensive combat training. Draugr's apprentice looked far tougher than him, to say nothing of the man himself. He would be destroyed by the pair. But, this was his duty to these people, to this world. If he could stop an act of inter-Sith terrorism, the Empire could consolidate its rule on the war-torn world. "In the name of Imperial Intelligence, surrender your weapons peacefully and submit for questioning!" He held the pistol firmly his right hand, finger on trigger. A bead of sweat trickled down his face. Best to make peace with his maker.
