APPEARANCE:
Lonae is a somewhat short Twi'lek, standing only 1.65 meters, with cherry red skin and lemon yellow eyes. While his form may be short, and he is still young, he is quite toned. Not muscular, of course, but his 65 kilo frame is built with the muscle density of a dancer. All along his back are scars from whippings, with a brand right between his shoulder blades. The brand is three cemicircles laced overtop of eachother like a triangle. He also has a more subtle scar across his face, given to him in his escape attempt. His lekku have a thick branching pattern on them in a much darker pattern, many assume they are tattoos but they are actually birth marks.
ATTRIBUTES:
Lonae is able to hide whatever he is feeling well, going so far to even suppress them with the Force from other Force users. He is quite determined and athletic, always pushing himself to keep going. In his eyes there is no mountain to high for him to climb. This is a problem though, as many times when he is in over his head he will not ask anyone to help. He is afraid of failure and afraid of showing weakness, as he believes that will prove his views on himself. He also doubts himself constantly, over all he just is not very happy with himself. Beyond this, he is quite flexible and has the stamina of a dynamo, as his energy energy drive seems to never run out.
PERSONALITY:
He is basically cold and aloof to most, with few ever getting beyond a stone wall he puts forward for everyone. He obviously is a perfectionist, always pushing himself to be better and to always improve. He is persistent in this effort, constantly working to be perfect in every way he can. In private he is actually quite a sad person, never feeling good enough and always second guessing himself. In a way that is why he is always closed off, because he is afraid of being proven right.
BIOGRAPHY:
Lonae Hatow was born to two Twi'lek slaves on a backwater planet he didn't remember. All he knew was he was in Hutt space, as he worked on one of their spice mining plants ran by the Pyke Syndicate. There he constantly was pushed to work harder and faster, which manifested itself later in life as his strive for perfection and constant self doubt. His father was the first of his family to pass away, leaving a young mother and her child to fend for theirselves. One day, something just snapped in the mother. She and a few other slaves staged a rebellion, breaking their metaphorical chains and rising up. It was brutal and swift, but in the end his mother was dead and the few survivors were crammed onto a ship.
One Pyke tried to hold them back, lashing the young Twi'lek in the face with his whip, but this caused something inside Lonae to reach out. As he put out his hand to defend himself against a second whip. the Pyke flew away as if the wind itself pushed him. The rest of the group knew that this young child was something special, so as soon as they landed a few helped him to find a Jedi temple to train. From then on, he would work on himself. To never allow someone to be harmed by those who have no reason to. And now, he is a Padawan.
SKILLS:
Lonae is a skilled dancer, if he had been born into any other family he would have probably been a child star for his dancing skills. And not just for his ballet, as he practices well over ten different forms. He uses these to influence his style of saber dueling, which primarily is a mix of Ataru and Soresu. While his is not a master at lightsaber combat, he certainty is quite skilled at the act. He has mostly learned telekinesis to return his lightsaber to his hand, but other powers he knows he is quite proficient in. This includes Force sense, Force speed, Force enhancement (he regularly uses this in conjunction with his dance dueling), Force weapon, and Force hibernation. He has also begun to study Force sight, as he is interested in just how he can use it to add to his form of dueling. He is also very articulate and is able to read others very easily, and that was a trait he had before his study so he has just gotten better.
