heard it yesterday, not shocking- I've known of people to peel off their own face to the bone and feed the pieces to their dog...and somehow survive through all of it, or going hulk rage and needing to have 10 or more rounds put into them in vital areas before police can take them down.

Canada is no better, every country has its fair share of complete psychos. A few years ago a guy on a Greyhound in BC or Alberta randomly decapitated one of the passengers with a swiss army knife.

No different here, except we have a whole street that is not safe. A gay bar that I know for a fact is in no way sanitary for any human being, a trailer park ruled by druggies, gangsters and grafiti, some run down shops with sleezy owners, and then some whore motels that just get more and more hidious as you get closer.
