It was in a way very amusing to have been transferred back to the capital of the Alliance to stand trial for the so called crimes that he had committed according to them, but what was the most amusing thing about it was the amount of time it had taken for them to decide to transfer him to the capital. And in a way it was also the worst thing that they could have done, because of the sheer amount of criminals that was located in the prison. To find someone in a place like this that would be willing to listen to him wouldn't have been difficult, but to him it wasn't interesting. Why it wasn't interesting was something that he wouldn't talk about though, because it would most certainly just bore the person he talked to about it.

With a slight chuckle Nathaniel closed the book that he had been reading for the past hour in his cell, waiting for the guards to do their security check of this block. Placing it on the table next to the bed where he slept, he stood up after a few minutes and walked towards the door to his cell. Waiting patiently for the guards to start the check, today he had been feeling something that was close to a itch in a way. Though he didn't really know why he was feeling this way, but it didn't matter now did it. For once he actually wanted to get to talk to someone other then the guards that did the security checks, and how he would accomplish this would be way to simple. Just ask the guards to get his one call, a simple request that would be easy to say yes to. Provided that they knew which person who the call would go to.

----- Half an hour later -----

A half sinister smile was on his lips as he was shown to the room where he would be allowed to make his call, though why he was smiling like Nathaniel didn't really know. Maybe it was because of the fact that he had been granted to make a single call to someone, someone that had been there when he had been captured. But why would he want to talk to someone that had been there, quite simple actually. She seemed like a nice person despite what had happened, and from the way she had reacted when it happened. He could tell that she hadn't been the one that had called the police force, so therefor talking to her was something that he wouldn't mind doing at all.

Taking a seat at the screen Nathaniel told the guard that had been escorting him who it was he wanted to call, the guard just looked for a few seconds at him, but shrugged and sent over the name to the control center to let them decide if the call would be allowed or not. If they allowed it to be made, the screen would be turned on and the call would be started. Though if the person would pick up was a different matter entierly.

Just as Faith had promised to herself, she left her apartment soon after Kariya was apprehended. Sheer disbelief would cloud her judgment for days, however that feeling would soon be replaced entirely. The ordeal in her apartment had earned her pretty credits. Five million to be exact. Although she was not in need (considering her family's lucrative pharmaceutical business- Kashyyyk Inc.), Faith Faith Kyyysha made arrangements to collect the bounty from the GA. Perhaps her actions were indicative of a miser, but the girl thought other wise. In fact, she would go to the extent of challenging such verbal accusations.

Exactly one month, to the date, since Nathaniel Kariya's capture, a call came to through.

"Madame Faith, it's for you. A prisoner, by all accounts."
Came the concerned voice of her bodyguard.

Sipping on her glass of whiskey, the Kashyyyk would slowly set the glass down, and then chuckle. Inwardly, she knew exactly who the 'prisoner' was. Nathaniel Kariya, son of a banta...Faith whispered under her breath. Meanwhile, her bodyguard's face was beginning to give tell tale signs of annoyance. Not at Faith (he wouldn't dare), but at the receiving end of the holocall.

Slowing reclaiming back in her chair, Faith chuckled some more. Seconds into the chuckle, she paused. Faith then held the cigarra in her left hand up close to her lips to draw in a rather lengthy smoke. A few seconds later, she let the smoke out- slowly- and then finally aired her responses,

"Tell Nathaniel Kariya to go ef a ewok, would ya."

When the call connected he had hoped that it would have been Faith that would have answered it, and not her bodyguard. Then again, it wasn’t surprising that it had been he who had picked up the call. After all. The man was Faiths bodyguard, and it was his duty to protect her. And take care of trivial matters, such as answering the calls that she got. Before letting her decide if she wished to speak to the person who had made the call, it was amusing in a way. But being amusing and something that was interesting, was two different things entirely. And right now, Nathaniel had little to no interest to speak to Faith's bodyguard, he wished to speak to her.

“Now now, there is no need to be rude. If I had wished to be meet by harsh words and insults I could have bad mouthed the guards, but since I am not interested in that. Let's leave that behind shall we?” he said with a smooth tone, and glanced over towards the guard that stood next to him as the guard raised an arm with a baton before trying to smack Nathaniel on the head. If the baton would have connected then he would probably have blacked out for a few seconds, but instead of connecting with his head. It was caught midair by Nathaniels right hand, and with a bored look he looked at the guard. The guards reaction was perfect, young enough to not understand why he was so calm, but old enough to understand that it wasn't something that he shouldn't do again. When the guard nodded slightly and moved back with the arm did Nathaniel let go of the baton, and let his hand rest upon the table.

After having closed his eyes for a few seconds and calming his breath again did he continue to speak, with the same calm and smooth tone as before, as if nothing had happened.”I can imagine that you are wondering why I am trying to contact you despite what happened a month ago.” a slight pause as he drew in a deep breath and exhaled to become a bit more relaxed.”The reason for why I am calling is actually very simple, I just want to speak to you Faith. I want to speak to the woman who looked like a goddess.” he could have continued flattering her, but he left it at that for now. If she was interested in speaking to him she would send the bodyguard away, and speak to him directly instead of having her butler relay her messages.

Completely oblivious to what was happening on the holocall, Faith focused on nursing her drink, and enjoying her expensive cigarra. With each draw and puff of the expensive smoke, Faith chuckled. "Nothing good would come of hanging out with Kariya," the girl reminded herself. Her parents words, actually. Like the good employee, Faith's bodyguard took the initiative to inform her parents. Although Faith was not a fan of the man's actions, she couldn't blame him. Sine then, her bodyguard had taken extra care in the external and internal influences around Kyyysha. Today was no exception.

"She's not your goddess..."
Faith heard clear from the opposite end of the room, at which point she arose from her chair.

"Did Jake pass on my message, hmmm Kariya?"
Faith finally uttered upon walking into the holocall.

Like the paranoid miser Kyyysha added,
"If it's the money you're calling about forget it.... And what's with the jumpsuit? Orange is soo not your color."

It mused him that the bodyguard believed Nathaniel to claim that Faith was his goddess, even if it could have sounded as such. That was not his intention in this case, it was just something meant to flatter her. Make her feel special, more beautiful then other women. It held meaning to be called a goddess, at least to some people it did. If Faith was that sort of person however, that would be revealed sooner or later.

A small smile could be seen on his lips when he heard Faith's voice in the background, it was expected more or less that she would have been in the same room as her bodyguard. Chuckling softly for a moment before he spoke.”That he did Faith.”

“Money I have little to no interest in as of now, and even if I had been interested in money I would just need to use my own resources. Even if I do not look like much, that bounty of five million credits is little more then spare change to me.” he said and laughed a bit at the remark that she did about the orange jumpsuit.”Oh you know, thought I might try another style.” but that was a complete and utter lie.

At the sight of Nathaniel's facial expression, Faith's mind raced to the events that led to his arrest. She ran her hand through her hair. Pausing, she would digest Nathan's expression, and then send Jake, her guardian of sort, on a fool's errand.

"....that bounty of five million credits is little more then spare change to me.”
Kariya's words did not sit well with Faith. A million questions flooded the young woman's mind, however, it was only after Jake exited the room that Faith relaxed and aired her true feelings.

"You're planning on breaking out, aren't you?"
A poignant question, one which held the key to how Faith would entertain Nathaniel Kariya's holocall.

When he saw how Faith ran her hand through her hair, she was beautiful.“Beautiful.” Nathaniel mumbled, if she heard it was a different matter. But he was sure that she could guess what word he had mumbled, the guard on the hand just looked at him with despise.

Grinning a bit he thought of the question that he had been asked, he could play with both of them and say that he was planning an escape. And then again, with the guard that was standing next to him escaping now would be to easy. Inexperienced guards was always the easiest ones, they often made for perfect hostages and pawns in a prisoners schemes to escape.

“And what if I am?”
he asked Faith with a sly smile on his face once her bodyguard had left the room, but with the look on his eyes she would probably be able to tell that he had some plan in mind. Though what sort of plan, that was for her to figure out.

Since the very first day the two met, Faith has always sensed Nathaniel's fondness towards her.

“Beautiful.”
The young woman heard.

In a way it was endearing. The only issue was Faith's husband, who incidentally is Nathaniel's namesake. At the thought of her husband, the ex Jedi frowned. She would take a slow sip on her drink. Meanwhile her thoughts would digress to her husband and her daughter- Marie. A very audible sigh would be heard as Faith raised her cigarra back to her lips. The guard would frown towards Faith's direction. His frown would be ignored with a defiant act- a rather length draw of the expensive leaves. Seconds later, Faith would eye the guard and the slowly puff out the smoke.

"If and when you return, you'll be welcome back into civilization with open arms."

That the guard frowned at Faith for a moment had a effect on Nathaniel, looking at the guard with a cold glare for a few seconds. And when the guard turned to see him, he was meet with the cold eyes of a killer. The guard flinched for a few seconds as a reaction, and that was a very amusing thing to see. But he didn't let the guard see that it was amusing to him, instead he just turned back so that he was looking at Faith again..

”Guard, leave.” Nathaniel said with a cold tone, the guard just blinked a few seconds before starting to make arguments about rules and procedures that had to be followed. And for the second time Nathaniel looked towards the guard, and didn't even need to speak a single word. It was enough for the guard to see the expression on his face, it sent shivers down the guards spine as he swallowed and turned around before leaving the room.

“Much better don't you say Faith, to be able to speak without anyone else listening.”
he said with a calm voice and turned back to Faith, his facial expression softening remarkably after the guard had left the room.

“I don't think that civilization would want a man such as myself walking free.”

Common sense dictated otherwise, but the young woman couldn't help but mock the guard as he left.

"It' quite alright, you'll get the holorecording version, chump."
Faith uttered, followed by a wink as the man left the room.

Now caught up in the solitude of each others privacy, Nathaniel appeared not only a bit lax, but spoke without restrain.
“Much better don't you say Faith, to be able to speak without anyone else listening....
....I don't think that civilization would want a man such as myself walking free.”

Truth be told, the galaxy at large would not no or even care about Kariya. While he has committed crimes against humanity, he was simply a small fish compared to the countless atrocities/evil deeds others have and continue to commit.

"Off course you'd be welcome back, Kariya. A man such as yourself will practically be viewed as a hero of sorts. You wanna know why? Because compared to the the Empire you're a Saint. That and your pocket book, hun. You can practically buy your way in and out...."

A soft chuckle would follow.
"... I'll ya spend your credits."
The woman conclude, while spinning her body in her chair.

Compared to the Empire he would be a saint, that was something that he didn't believe. If she only knew what sort of things that he had done, she would not be so quick to say that he was a saint compared to them. But it was nice to hear someone say that he would be welcome back, despite that he didn't think that he was someone that would be welcomed back.

Buy his way in and out, that was something that he could do. Though what was the point of buying something, if it wasn't fun. It was in his book more entertaining to simply get out by thinking up a escape plan, perhaps start a riot and escape that way while the other prisoners would wrecked havoc, and in the mean time he would sneak out unnoticed.

A small smile could be seen on his face when she said something about spending his credits, interesting choice of words. To him it felt a bit like she wanted him to get out of prison.”Is that a suggestion, Faith?” he said with a smooth voice.”Or perhaps that you want to see me.”

"Perhaps..."

The one word response was intentional. Pausing, the young woman will sip on her drink yet again. A quick glance at her would would turn her face into a frown. Her cigarra nearly gone. She could get another, but that would require an interruption of her current relaxed body position in her chair.

With a short sigh Faith continued to speak.
"...Either way, something tells me you want to see me. You did after all make the call, did you not Kariya?"
...

"Wait, don't answer that....Deep down you know exactly what you want to do. I can tell....Since it seems you never knew this I may as well say it now. I was trained as a Jedi Knight..."

"...But oh I got bored and left. Actually that wasn't the reason, but that's besides the point."
Faith's real reason for abandoning the Jedi way was much too complicated. Now was not the time for such matters, thus she diverted the conversation back to trivial matters.

"...You know where to find me, Kariya. We'll pick up where we left off..."

She was right that he wanted to see here again, otherwise he wouldn't have made the call to her after all. He would have answered her saying that he indeed wanted to see her again, but he didn't because she asked him not to answer. Then when she told him that she had been trained as a jedi knight he just smirked for a moment, so there had been more to her then meet the eye. Just as he had thought when he had first met her.

“A jedi knight.”
he mumbled to himself, how interesting.

Then when Faith spoke about she got bored of it and left he just raised an eyebrow and looked with a calculating look towards her, he could tell that there was something more to it. Otherwise she wouldn't have diverted the question back to something such as he would know where to find her, because that was a lie. And she knew it also.

“I don't know where to find you Faith, not unless you are still on Ylesia.”
he started, shifting a bit in his seat to his a bit more comfortable.”But since what happened in that apartment, I don't think that you would want to remain there. It would be the logical choice.”

“....But since I don't know where to find you, and you know where to find me. Why don't you come and visit me here, I am sure that you Faith would be capable of making the warden allow a short visit.”

Employing the Force, Faith pulled the box of expensive cigarra onto her lap. Her eyes monetarily drifted to the box on her lap. Seconds later she made her selection, then promptly returned the box back on the counter- using the Force again.

"I'm not too fond of prisons. Besides I don't think my folks would approve. Ya know, I've to to maintain the family dignity and all that jazz."

She paused to light her cigarra.
"You're right in your assessment, Kariya. I gave up my apartment on Yelsia the same day the authorities apprehended you. You didn't expect me to stay after killing a man in my chamber, did you?"

"...With that said I will reconsider your request on one condition."

Not to fond of prisons, he could understand that. Even though he considered this particular one better then most, it was a lot cleaner and more order here then on other places. But as with all prisons, there was gaps that could be exploited. Maintain her families dignity, and that her parents wouldn't approve of such an action. That amused him.

Chuckling he shook his head when she asked him if he had expected her to stay in that apartment, oh no. He had expected her to leave it and never return to the place, which he seemed to be right about.”I think you know the answer to that Faith.” he said in response to that question.

“And that condition would be what?” he asked her, curious on what sort of condition she wanted to make.

"Actually two now that I think about it...'
She paused to sip on her drink.

"...A private meeting away from the main unit. No guards, and your responsible for all of my expenses to and from there."
The latter condition was really a silly one considering the woman has enough credits to to fill her cup!

This would be interesting to hear, what sort of conditions she would make. When she said them he just smiled, a meeting away from the main unit and not guards, that and that he would pay for all her expenses to and from where the meeting would take place.

While he didn't doubt that he would be able to arrange it, the money part would be a bit more difficult. Though it was doable of course, he could always allow her to do the transaction from his account to hers.

“Done.”

Depending on how well the warden wanted to cooperate, it wouldn't take to long to be able to convince him to allow Nathaniel to see Faith away from the main unit, and without any guards.

"Done"

The man said. Without a single hesitation. Well, at least not that Faith can sense.

"Fine. Name the day and time, and I'll be there. Again- no funny business or-”

A soft chuckle would follow. A sign of Faith’s bluff. Given her extensive background in lighsaber combat she could fight her way through if it comes to that. However, something tells her Nathaneil Kariya would not resort to that. Not the way he speaks of Faith and his current interactions.

“…or I’ll have your head, Kariya."
The young woman concluded.

“Understood Faith.”

Turning to face the door Nathaniel hollered on the guard, in the second that followed the door opened and the guard entered the room. Looking a bit skeptical to why he had called for him, but he guessed that he had finished the call and moved to turn the terminal off. As he did Nathaniel grabbed the arm and held it in place, and just shook his head.”Open another channel to the wardens office, I wish to speak to him.” he said with a cold and calculating voice, the young guard just looked at him for a few seconds before telling him that it wouldn't happen. After that he tried to break free from Nathaniel’s grip, but it was like being caught between a hammer and a anvil.

When the guard asked him to release his arm Nathaniel just repeated the question, the guard just shook his head and said no again. With that he simply continued to increase the pressure upon the guards wrist.”I can continue increasing it until your wrist snaps in two, but I will stop once you open a channel to the wardens office.” he said with the same cold voice as before, it was clear to the guard that he wouldn't be released unless he complied. Grinning from the pain he placed the call to Faith on hold for the moment, and opened a channel to the wardens office.

Once the warden had answered and asked why he had been called from one of the terminals from inside the prison did Nathaniel released the grip on the guards arm. The warden was skeptical to see the face of Nathaniel on the other side of the holo, but he listened non the less.

Once the holocall ended, Faith found herself pacing around the room. Pondering....

Her thoughts went back to her husband and child. Poor Marie. Faith wondered what drove her away from her husband. It wasn't credits- that she knew for certain.... Moments later, the young woman brushed off the thoughts, and paced back to the holoscreen. A message awaited her- from none other than Nathaniel Kariya. Upon deciphering his message and instructions, Faith ordered her belonging to be gathered. Kariya wanted to see her and as did she. He'd done well to meet all of Faith's obligations, even her frivolous requests.

"I need to do this alone."
Faith uttered to her bodyguard- though albeit unwillingly.

Continuing, she added,
"Not a word to anyone- understood?"

Thankfully, the man did not protest, though Faith had a feeling he was merely cooperating in word only, not in action.
"I'll be back in a few days....Let's not forget I'm a trained Jedi Knight. Master Pax trained me well."

Chuckling, as though to tease the man, Faith gathered her belonging and walked out. Here destination... GA prison somewhere in the galaxy!
