Lata beeped jealously at the Marauder as she stepped out and headed off towards the cockpit. Hrist smiled at the droid, amusement flashin in her ruby eyes. A gloved hand came to pat the astromech's head, and Hrist allowed the droid to let out one complaint after another at how she kissed Xeno and not him, who had been her loyal companion since the day her Father gave him to her.

"You really are a funny tin can, Lata," Hrist told the astromech who in turn let out an indignant beep. Lata wheeled away in a huff (or at least the equivalent of the sound in a beep), talking about watching over the injured Xeno just in case the Acolyte attempted anything funny nor suspicious behind Hrist's back. It prompted a quiet chuckle from the Marauder as she made a small detour to prepare tea.

She had a scheduled conversation with her Father, and she was just in time as she finally sat down on the pilot seat as the call patched through.

Her mind played back to Lata's jealousy. Was a kiss to Xeno's forehead really something to be jealous about? Perhaps she should bestow one to her droid companion as well?

And Xeno's reaction was amusing, interesting– no, intriguing, to say the least. Was that in correlation to him feeling soft towards her? Curiois, very curious, indeed! Just what did the Acolyte feel towards her, really? Gratitude that she had taken him under her wing to train and teach? Trust? Loyalty?

Her student was an interesting fellow, indeed. For a practitioner of the Dark Side to feel something soft and nameless (to Hrist, anyway) towards his fellow Sith...

The smile on Hrist's face widened as she conversed with her Father. Maybe she really ought to take Xeno to meet the man who raised and trained her. It would be an interesting encounter, to say the least.

Off to make the next ones!
