Badass wasn't quite the word to describe Heidi's feelings as Hiraya began to pull her upwards. What she felt was bigger than that. The lights of the arcade flashing down on her, her dress dramatically falling down only thanks to grativity, the pose she was in that she imagined had to look cool—Although in reality she was clinging to the rope for dear life looking as graceful as a pug—combined with the knowledge she succeeded? Yes, she felt like the ultimate warrior.
It didn't take long for Heidi to get humbled, because she hadn't heard Hiraya's warning to watch her head. A metallic BONK followed by a little"ouch" rang through the air in a matter of seconds, and Heidi saw nothing but stars. Thankfully, she was able to hold on to the rope and Hiraya wasn't pulling too quickly, allowing her to correct herself, shake the stars away and make it through the opening without further damage.
Released from the confines of the glass walls, Heidi crawled up on top of the machine and inhaled a deep breath of fresh air. She looked around, noticing the two servers leaving, muttering about reporting them to the council. One of the two seemed to turn around, looking straight at Armen with such hopeful eyes. And that was all it took for Heidi to realize what was going on: the server had feelings for him! Armen was a womanizer! Good for him! Oh! Maybe she should help them! Set up a date for them?
Heidi's attention danced to Hiraya not long after, who cheerfully told her to jump and that he'd catch her. "Okay Hira!" She replied just as cheerfully. She bent her knees before leaping into the air and falling straight into Hiraya's arms. In retrospect, she assumed he meant a graceful fall rather than a full on jump, but as she collided with him into his arms, she was giggling happily, her voice sounding almost like little bells.
