"There!" Kyo pointed to the distant clothing shop below the ship. Gremlin hooted excitedly, then hunkered down even tighter against his bestie's upper back knowing full well what was about to happen. "Alright... Shini!" Kyosuke yelled toward the airlock next to him. "Hover here and aim the bow down towards the 1,998th floor!"
"Affirmative, Key-Oh." Shini's voice echoed back up through the airlock. Within a moment the Shinigami would gradually begin to tilt downwards, revealing more and more of the lower levels to Kyo as he watched down the front of the ship's nose. He'd wait for a few more moments until the angle created a slide, then he'd disable and retract the anchor attachment of his Peacemaker to suddenly begin skating down the surface of the smooth hull with the bottom of his boots.
Gremlin held on even tighter and hollered with a long cheerful, "wooAAAHHH!!!"
Shini maintained the angle of the wings with just enough propulsion from the thrusters to keep the ship afloat at it's downward tilt. The hoodie and loose equipment would beat around Kyo faster and harder as he'd gain more and more speed. The hood definitely couldn't hold onto his head, and flew back to whip around in his wake. His raven bangs danced back and forth rapidly, revealing his shining gaze as he steeled his resolve and focused all of his attention into the athletic maneuver, which was, of course, something he did quite often.
The Shadow kept his limbs and shoulders out to the sides, which were aimed in front of and behind him, almost parallel to the ship's bow and aft. He'd also keep his hips and center lowered enough to stabilize himself, while he bent his knees a tad, and crunched his abs to lean back and forth in the rampant ebb and flow of the wind around him.
He'd continue to slide even faster with every moment, pushing him closer and closer to the edge of the bow until he'd finally pool the Force along the joints and muscles of his legs for an empowered Jump. After a moment of concentration he'd take in a sharp deep breath, and would then leap with all of his enhanced might. Gremlin cheered louder and longer.
As he took off into the air, Kyo would curl his legs up under him and let his arms swing out behind him. His body turned back forward and aimed towards the cluster of rooftops a few levels down. Gremlin dug halfway into the neck of the hoodie as he did his best to hang tight in the ruthless airflow that battered both of them.
Kyo narrowed his focus, quickly gauging his most likely landing spot -- as long as nothing went wrong mid-jump. He could feel the items in his clothes and boots wriggling as if they were trying to escape, though they didn't have quite enough wiggle-room to get out. The clinic's undersized hoodie lifted halfway up his torso, revealing most of his abs, which engaged to keep his form steady while he tried to keep his descent decently controlled.
"Grem, get ready!" The young Knight called out to his comrade, who chimed back affirmatively and braced himself with a little wiggle like a loth-cat that readied itself to pounce. Kyo would also prep himself for the next step, readying himself to land properly on the expected clearing of the ever-nearing rooftops. 'Don't worry Seela, I'm almost there. Just hang in there a little longer.'
