As the man who served up his drink identified himself as Ross, the young man nodded. "Max Jericho. I was told you had some work needed to be done." replied the former assassin, nodding his thanks for the drink while he produced another cigarette from his vest pocket. "A lot of people here. There usually this many?" asked Max before lighting the cigarette with a match.

Meanwhile back on the Electronic Interference the R9 droid, Chief puttered around the middle section as it accessed the net from the console while it attempted to find any sort of information on Ross. Much like Hiro, there was nothing it could find. This caused Chief frustration or at least the droid equivalent of the emotion. It quickly decided that upon Max's return, it would request upgrades to it's searching software as well as it's "tool kit".

“Well Renald, I’m Le-Kenn looks like that we will be in the same mission, then here you can find our mission information, take a look..."

Then Le-Kenn gave the device to Renald and while Renald was checking he continued.

"...So now we need wait for the man named Hurn Vorba, did you know him?"

Le-Kenn was scanning Renald and was thinking “…if Hiro invited this man, so he should be a nice guy… maybe I can trust in him..."

The place was full and the people was laughing, yelling, speaking, and drinking, the music was hitting his head and the only thing that he could think is that a man was suffering and that he should go. Definitely that wasn't a place for Le-Kenn, he was very angry to be there.

So, fitting his eyes in the crowd he was hoping to hear the name Hurn Vorba.

“Ross, let us know when this man arrives. Thanks”

Sometimes is hard to say thanks, but Le-Kenn was becoming comfortable with Ross and Hiro, they deserved better words.

Ross noted the mohawked mans eagerness to head out and he matched the enthusiasm in kind,

"Welp pardner not really, in fact it's most been five of us for the start, Hiro figured we couldn't make any headway without some fresh blood, so here you all are. As for missions, welp I got you with this little missy here, Matayn," Ross said gesturing to the woman bearing the large sword,

"You'll be headin to Kinooine a nearby system to collect a bounty on an arsonist, she's got the major details, be careful though," Ross said as he slightly removed a glove on his left have revealing a patch of scarred flesh,

"I been burned by this guy before," with a nod he simply said, "Good luck"

Ross then turned to Le-Kenn who asked him about an incoming ranger named Hurn, sorting the multitude of faces in his head he suddenly realized the man was by the bar drinking with Vince like there was no tomorrow,

"Hurns on the bar drinking for the desert, grab him and give him the details and good luck,"

"Shannon O'Hara," the scanners stated, and the doors opened up right in front of her.

The red-haired gunslinger with the piercing blue eyes then entered the lair of the Waste Rangers and almost immediately decided that she liked the atmosphere. People were drinking, laughing and having a good time, and now that she was here she truly realised how much she had missed such a nice atmosphere. The last few years had been rough. It had all been about shooting, killing, maiming, avenging, bounty hunting, smuggling and fleeing and it had all been really tiresome. It had shown her how messed up and wrong the galaxy was nowadays (or had it always been like this?), and she wanted to do something about it. Anything.

When she received a message from a certain Hiro, she got curious. This might just be the opportunity she had been waiting for.

She looked around the room some more and tried to figure out who of the men might be this mysterious Hiro. She had no idea, but she figured it would probably be a smart move to try and find this person before doing anything else.

"Anyone here knows where I can find Hiro?" she asked nobody in particular.

Turning his gaze toward Ross' gestured direction as he noted the short woman who looked more like an attachment on the sword instead of the bearer. "Trial by fire, it would seem.." spoke the man as his face fell a bit. He had never worked with others to a large extent and the thought of having another running with him, especially someone he didn't know made the uneasy feeling in his gut grow. "Thanks. See you when we get back." was all Max said to Ross before raising his glass in one last gesture of thanks and turning to walk toward Matayn.

"Looks like they have us teamed up. We can leave when you're ready." greeted Max while he took another long drag of his cigarette.

Axel had returned to the bar after his visit to the garage. He was anxious to start his assignment, but he needed information on his partner. Axel looked around the bar until he spotted hiro, the droid who initially invited him to join the rangers. Axel approached hiro and said "HIRO! I just wanted to that you for sending me an invitation to join this wonderful little group we have here" Axel said smirking and patting the droid on the shoulder.

"So I have a question. I'm sure you have information about my partner for my current mission. His name is Ral Revik. I want to get going on this mission and I can't seem to find him." Axel asked the droid. He needed to find out where his partner was so he could get off zonju and go on this mission.

Death walked groggily down the stairs, rubbing his head. He still hadn't fully recovered from being locked up in a stasis for the past few years. He walked over to the bar and jumped up onto a bar stool. Groaning, he turned his neck, looking around the bar and taking in his surroundings. He still couldn't truly understand what had happened. Five years ago he had come to Zonju following his past. He had been led to a cave past the outskirts of the City of Bones. There he had found a bed roll, vibrosword, lantern, and a strange cylinder. The lantern had still been warm when he touched, meaning someone had been there recently. The cylinder however, it was larger than him and had a console on it. When Death had leaned into the cylinder to see if anything was inside, he had been pushed. There he had rested for five years until he had been rescued.

"Hey bartender, got anything for headaches?"

Somebody shouted, "HIRO!"

Shannon looked at the person who said that and then at the man he had called Hiro. She was not surprised to see that Hiro was in fact a droid, and she now realised that the rumours were true.

Casually she approached the droid and patiently waited for the other man to finish speaking. Shannon might be a bit excentric, but she knew full well that at times one simply had to behave. Or at least attempt to.

She glanced at the man who had approached Hiro and listened to the man speak. When he was finished she looked at Hiro himself, awaiting her turn to speak, hoping this wouldn't take long.

Vince continued to serve drinks to all comers and was quite glad to see all comers enjoying what he was giving, but not to too much excess. He didn't pause for a moment and he seldom could with the steady stream of orders flying at him, but he did slow for a moment when he saw what appeared to be a fourteen year old boy order something for a headache. Then he realized he was looking upon Death, not in the existential kind of way, but more in the literal type of fashion. This fella story was something to hear, but due to the din of orders comin in every which way from the multiple rangers Vince had little time to reflect,

"Get rid a headaches? Ha most of my product ends up givin people headaches if they ain't careful. However..." Vince produced an aspirin gel tablet he had come to favor in recent months and flicked one toward the cloaked figure, "That should do ya good, once you're all settled up you should hear this story I heard about this doctor workin in the slums,"

Hiro was enjoying the company of all the people around him, before he could begin his card game he looked to a face he hadn't known personally but could never forget due to that crazy hair style,

"AXEL" he responded in kind as the fellow asked his question. Hiro nodded at his confusion,

"Last time I met Ral he was tied up lorded over by pirates doin god knows what to em, I saved his keister so you can bet your blue blazes he'll be here very soon, sit tight Axel and meet some folks, undoubtedly you'll be workin with some o them as well and don't worry, plenty of galaxy savin to go around,"

Hiro was just about to turn back to the little card playing group he assembled when he noticed another face he recognized,

"Now you wouldn't be the infamous Shannon O'Hara would ya?" he said with enthusiasm.

She couldn't help but smile at Hiro's enthusiasm. She took off her hat and then nodded to the droid, saying in her casual, drawling voice, "Aye, that would be me. Infamous, oh yeah!" She chuckled. "Took me some time to get here because I had some stuff to take care off first. But y'know what... I've made it n that's what counts, eh? Even if I'm a little late. I wanted to come n seek ya out first afore I'd do anythin else. So, pleased to make your acquaintance, boss."

She wasn't entirely sure if she was supposed to take orders immediately, or if she was just supposed to hang out in the Saloon and get to know her colleagues first. One thing she did know for sure, though, was that she couldn't wait to sample this Saloon's whisky. She loved whisky.

"So," she continued, smiling in a friendly manner, "what's going on?"

Matayn nodded towards Ross and her new partner as they spoke of her. Once Max approached her, Matayn quickly briefed him. Her tone was not cold, though certainly commanding whilst not rising above a loud whisper.
"We're hunting a Nagai, Arandi by name. Cybernetic being with a thing for fire. We take him out quickly, and I don't kill. He can rot in prison once we catch him, but I won't kill him, I won't kill anyone. Hear this, you don't question me, I don't question you. Better that way. I'll see you there."

At that, Matayn turned and began heading out. It wasn't that she didn't like this guy, he actually seemed more like her than either of them knew. They both carried Mandalorian 'Keen blades,' they stood at the exact same height and their ages weren't too far off. However, Matayn did not want to make connections to anyone she did not have to, better that way, or so she still attempted to convince herself.

As she left, she cracked some small semblance of a smile and called to Hiro.
"See ya Hiro! I'll catch up with you later!"
She doubted he heard her though, her voice not carrying very strong or hard. But it would be quite rude if she left without even trying to say goodbye to her old friend.

Hiro nodded to the pretty lady who seemed more than eager to join in the party and more importantly looked well equipped enough to be of use in the other parties Hiro and the Rangers had in mind. Tipping his hat to the enthusiastic Shannon and noting her question, he gestured to all the fun and merriment occurring and said simply,

"Not much, just founding an inter galactic justice corps, ya know, Tuesday," pressing his hands to his hips he kicked the floor lightly and continued, "I'm startin this lil crew called the Waste Rangers, invited you to join though it looks like you've gathered that, quick brain and a quick trigger finger, that's what I need miss O'Hara"

Turning to Raine and Ocampo he nodded before adding,

"You'll be seeing some of the Rangers headin out on lil jobs an what not and if you're up for it I got you paired up with these lovely ladies on an assignment, I fail to recollect the full details, but Scalia Gray in the garage knows it I'm sure,"

Turning to the leaving Matayn he took of his hat and waved her off,

"Good luck Ranger, remember, were beacons of justice, not torches of fear,"

Downing what was left of his drink, Max took one last drag of his cigarette before snuffing it out in a nearby ashtray. Glancing at the retreating form of Matayn, he nodded as he processed the information she had given him on their mission. Turning to Hiro, he gave a small wave. "See ya when we get back." called Max before turning and exiting the bar as well.

A large older looking ship came in to orbit around the planet, upon arrival in orbit around the dusty planet several smaller drop ships exited making there way to the surface of the planet. Abroad one of the transports was a man that was more machine then man, I guess you would call him a cyborg since his lower body his right eye and his left arm were all cybernetic replacements. As the shuttles touched down in the ports the man walked off the ship, he was dreaded in rags the nicest thing he had on was a large brimmed hat that looked to be a size to big for him. From under the hat a bright red glow shined from the shadow his hat cast, the man had a heavy blaster pistol tucked into the back of his pants and he had no shoes over his metal feet. As he walked from the building the shuttle landed in he could not help but let out a grawl of discontent as the sand got into the moving parts of his feet. "Great this is going to take for ever to get out of my gears" the man said as he stopped just out side the port building.

As the man stopped and stood there he could not help but notice all the different rough looking people standing around, "well what am I getting into now" the man spoke softly to him self before pulling up the message from the droid he had meet many years before. "Okay let's see here" still talkin to himself in a soft voice he pulled up the message on his right eyes HUD finding the location Hiro left in the message he entered it into his GPS system, as he entered the coordinates to the bar his navigation told him to head north from his current location so he began makin his there. Along the way to the bar however, his navigation began to cut in and out causing the man to stop and look around, as he turned around he could see a thick wall of sand heading right for him with a good amount of speed to it. Ral was not sure what to do but one thing he was sure of was that stuck in a sand storm is not where he wanted to be, quickly looking around he spotted a warehouse which he managed to slip into through a unlocked side door just as the sand storm reached his location. He slammed the door shut behind him as he let out a sigh of relief, little did he know that the warehouse he was in belong to the Ra'Fakki who were local slave traders.

Ral was happy the door was unlock as he was able to duck the storm though his joy was short lived as two slavers entered the room to investigate the door slamming, the cyborg looked up to see to men standing in a door way smiling and licking there lips why looking at the cyborg. "You want a arm or a leg" one of the men spoke aloud "I don't care as long I get some meat" the other man replied, they then revealed there weapons one a large club the other a pair of vibroblade daggers the men then charged Ral. The man with the dagger was the first to get to the cyborg trying to take a bite, however this man was meet with a metal fist knocking the teeth from his mouth and sending the slaver to the floor. Ral then went to face the other slaver only to find him self fall from his legs being swept by the other slavers club striking the cyborg across the lower portion of the legs, the slaver then raised the club swinging it downward at Ral only to have the cyborg roll out of the way grabbing the fallen slavers daggers. The cyborg then swept the standing slavers legs out causing the man to fall to the floor, Ral quickly used the daggers stabbing the freshly fallen man in the should with one and the other went into the mans hand. Ral then stood up looking around the room only to hear a large group of slavers making there way towards his location.

Ral decided that he needed to get out of there as he didn't want to fight anymore of these guys, as he turned to make his way back to the door he noticed the to men he thought to be knocked out standing up as nothing happen. Seeing the man with the two daggers lodged in him pulling them out and laughing as he grabbed his club once more, Ral charged the men striking the man who had the club a few times just to get by him while the other man picked his daggers back up. Reaching the door Ral knew he was going to hate it but he had little choice in the matter as he was not trying to have any trouble ob this planet seeing as he had just arrived, bursting from the same door he enter the building through he was now in the sand storm trying to escape as well as find the bar his friend told him to come to. The group of slavers gave chase into the sand storm though they were not able to follow the cyborgs tracks, Ral made his way through the storm just hoping he was still facing the correct direction to get to the saloon. After walking for a while the storm was finally starting to die down so he could see a little better, much to the surprise of the man he found himself just down the road from the saloon.

Ral walked up to the saloon looking around before walking into the entry way where he stopped looking to the door to his right side, as he looked a slot in the wall in front of him opened revealing a eye. The eye scanned the cyborg before a loud click was heard causing the door to his right to close and a new door to open up from the wall, he poked his head into the walk way looking around "hmm why not" he mumbled to him self as he walked into the building until he reached the bar area where he found a face he had not seen in many years. Ral walked to the table where the droid Hiro was, "Hiro" the cyborg shouted, "how long has it been my friend" the man spoke knowing full well how long it has been. "This planet is bad business, sand all in my gears" he spoke with a light jest to his voice, "so where am i supposed to be going around here to get some work done" the cyborg asked the droid.

"Scalia Gray?" she said. "Got it. Guess I'll be seekin her out shortly, then. But first I'm headin over to the bar, if ya don't mind. I'm a little thirsty, you see."

She put on her hat and tipped its brim. "See ya soon, Hiro. It was nice to meet ya. We'll talk some more later!"

Shannon left Hiro right after a cyborg--apparently one of Hiro's old friends--entered the saloon. She figured the two of them had some stuff to talk about and it probably wasn't any of her business. She would seek out Hiro at a later time to get to know the leader of the Waste Rangers a little better.

As she made her way to the bar, she passed by all those rangers and picked up some parts of conversations here and there, though without the right context it was pretty unclear what these people were on about. Then she arrived at the bar and sat down on one of the few free stools.

"Hey, bartender!" she called, not knowing the man's name yet, and she took off her hat once again. As soon as the bartender would look at her, she would smile at him in an attempt to let him know she wasn't trying to be rude. Her bright, angel-blue eyes twinkled in the lamplight and she brushed her red locks out of her face; it made her look friendly and perhaps would've made her look innocent had it not been for her gun and throwing knives.

Her plan was to sample the whisky first, then she would look for this Scalia Gray, curious about this mission that Hiro had briefly talked about.

Hiro waved at Max as he left with Matayn and was about to speak when a fellow walked in right past max that sent his memory circuits moving real quick. Looking to the cyborg he noted the fellow look the same as ever, albeit with a bit more rust, but Hiro was the same in that regard. Moving slightly forward to extend his hand to his old friend he matched the fellows enthusiasm in his answers,

"Ral! If it hasn't been ten years to the day," looking over the cyborg he said with jest, "You look terrible friend, though no more than usual."

Noting the cyborg concerns for the planet he nodded, "Sand is an issue yes and I suspect you'd work great with a fella I saw slip into the garage over yonder," Hiro said as he pointed to the door, "At any rate I'm glad your here and still in working order old pal,"

Noting Shannon was heading to the bar he tipped his hat to her,

"Sure thing Miss, just make sure ya don't drink so much that ya can't shoot straight,"

Vince continually worked with his drinks, learning the rhythms of the packed bar. Noting the pacing of drinking he always made sure to top off a persons glass right before it went empty or sent a fresh new drink they might enjoy. He noted a particular woman was calling to her and noting her enrapturing beauty the cigar he had been working on slipped from his lips as his mouth opened wide, creating an ashen mess upon the floor which Alfred quickly swept up.

"Yes miss ma'am," he inquired quickly, not even registering that he had used too names to identify her. He then shook his head as he remembered he had a young customer right in front of him to speak too first.

"Well this doc is not a human, he's a droid believe it or not, fully machine. He's fixing people up for free and while that's all fine and dandy here is the kicker. He is a run away, some oldster spent his life savings building the perfect doc so he could live forever, doc went and ran away so he froze himself in carbonite, but not before putting a sweet 100k cred bounty to get the good doctor back. Now the slums are dangerous, so I'd say it's a two man job, why don't ya find a pardner and head out when ya can, no doubt other people want to get their hands on that sweet sweet cash,"

Turning back to the red haired angel Vince said sappilly,

"And what can I get you lady girl?"

Shannon chuckled when the bartender dropped his cigarette, realising what had just happened. Then the bartender turned back toward this other Waste Ranger, and Shannon decided to await her turn patiently. She had already interrupted the conversation, so for now she would just be silent and let the gentlemen finish their chat.

When the bartender finally finished his conversation with the other Ranger and turned toward her, she smiled again. It was the merriment in this place that made her happy; she couldn't stop smiling here.

"Well," Shannon answered the bartender's question. "I'd like me a glass of whisky. No ice, please. I'm Shannon, by the way. Shannon O'Hara. I just arrived here for the first time. Thought it'd be a good idea to sample this saloon's whisky first afore I'd do anythin else, and it also seemed like a good idea to get acquainted with the staff here."

Axel was sitting at a table near the door when his partner Ral walked in. He was part machine. Very interesting. Axel smiled and stood up to introduce himself. He stood up and passed by some other rangers as he approached Ral. " hello there. The names Axel. Your my partner on a mission"

Am I even at the right place? the man wondered to himself as he stood outside the saloon, fiddling with his trench-coat. He pulled out his datapad for the third time, reassuring himself that it was indeed the correct address. Slipping it back into his coat, he gently nudged open the door, his right hand on the pistol that sat inside its armpit holster. Othan flicked off the strap that held it secure and pushed the door the rest of the way, checking for hostiles. When nothing met him but a second entryway, he relaxed and moved up to the second door. A camera scanning him accompanied this, and the the door ahead of him unlocked. Breathing a sigh of relief, Drake entered the saloon proper, his coat concealing his equipment against prying eyes.

A door was directly ahead of him, beside which laid the bar itself. Taking in the room's architecture and furnishings, his eyes examined the saloon, making note of the occupants and their weapons. A jukebox, a stage, and, strangely enough, a piano were the room's primary attractions. Othan didn't think he'd ever seen a piano save for on an ancient holovid he once watched as a kid. Thinking about that made his head ache, though, so he shoved away the memory and began making his way towards the bar.
