I doubt it would cut ALL of the raping, but it would definitely help. When people realize doing something could have them killed, they generally tend to shy away.

the problem is something like 80% of all rapes go unreported in the military, because it's usually done by superior officers who already have troops under their command who trust them with their lives and would defend them in court, so I doubt it would help as much as you think.

No, no, no, if you catch the guy, heres what you do: tie the guy to a chair so they can't move and gag him, bring in the women who he raped and let her have access to any weapon or anything she wants and say to her "You have 2 hours, do anything you want to him, there will never be charges laid for what happens in those two hours, even if he dies.". Then lock the door. You will need a high-pressure hose to clean the room after she is done. Basicly think "Hostel" only more satistic!

You can carry some with you, it's not like they'll add more weight to your pack. And where do you dispose of them? Seriously? You toss them in the same pit where all the other bodily excretions go.

You CAN die from infection. Hygene is an issue. Stop forgetting that. Sometimes they can clean up. Sometimes they don't have the luxury. IN SOME ROLES.

If a woman wants too see combat. SHE CAN. She doesn't have to be in the infantry.

And the whole death sentence thing is really ****ing stupid. The ramifications of a law like that is too risky to even have on the books.

For example, what if a guy wants to serve his country. Then he finds out that if some bitch wants to cry rape and falsely accuse him, he might get the death sentence. Wow. Recruitment goes way down.
