Once again the music changed, and Deva's polite smile began to turn into a full grin, almost a smirk. She had spent so much time in clubs that this kind of dancing was right up her alley. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Raze and Jaikus, and a smirk definitely pulled on her lips then. Looked like he followed her example, good. Such a pretty face didn't deserve to be hidden in a corner.

At the Lord's question, violet eyes looked up, glimmering in the ambient light.
"It wasn't to me personally, but perhaps to our host."

At the mention of colors, her hand slid from the woman's waist to her hips, cradling her before lifting her up a moment, the movement controlled, strength augmented with the Force before lowering her back down as though she weighed nothing, her voice low between them.

"I see things as they are,"
she replied, the smile fading. "There's a grace to you, my Lady... do you dance to this music as well?"

She didn't mention that the light worked to Tiamat's advantage; she enjoyed how the violet enhanced blue eyes and red hair, and she shifted again, beginning to move her hips with the beat. However...

"Yes, there are hidden colors," she chuckled, raising her brows briefly. Possibly teasing, possibly not. "Care to puzzle them out?"

Artorigas was being bold with the Dark Councillor and he knew it, he had seen the women butcher a Cultist with very same hair pin that lay in her hair today. But the Dathmorian Queen had accepted much to his pleasure, holding his arm out he glided through the small throng of people still assembled around the dance floor. Pretty much as he hit the allocated dance space the music changed, if he was honest this was not his scene, he had danced to this before and on a number of occasions but usually he was past the point of steady feet or clear vision. He was perhaps a little too sober for this at the moment.

The half full glass of wine was swallowed in one quick gulp, the platter carrying the replacement was quickly emptied too as Andruil moved her gyrating body closer to his. Though it would take time for the alcohol to set in, the fact he knew it was slowly swimming through his body relaxed the Sith Noble. Her gaze slowly shifted from the surrounding crowd to him and a small smirk appeared on the man's face as he drew the attention of the Queen.

His body relaxing, the muscles released the tension he had unknowingly been holding since the first Sith walked through the door and his body began to move. Placing his hands on either side of the women's hips he pulled her a little closer, there bodies now gliding across each other as they moved in time with the music.

Looking back into her eyes the smirk still stupidly written on his face. "I am afraid to say Mi' Queen, that I never actually got your name?"

Jaikus turned his head a bit, brushing his cheek against the metallic surface of that mask – a feeling that send a chill down his spine. “Not a thing, My Lord.” He stated simply in response, giving Raze a wink. Even while dancing the Axxilan remembered how to address his superiors, his words honeyed with that sultry drawl.

With his body still facing the crowd, Jaikus momentarily allowed his gaze to wander, regarding the others who had the courage to make their way to the dancefloor. Picking Deva out from amongst those gathered, he gave her a wink from a distance, thoroughly impressed by the fact she had managed to coil herself around Tiamet with such ease. The woman clearly had a way with Sith Lords. The arrival of Darth Andruil too had thus-far escaped his notice, for only now had Jaikus finally given the Dathomirian monarch a brief glance. With the way she was dancing, Artorigas ought to consider himself lucky. Finally his citrine gaze fell upon Stolas, watching the svelte Sith approaching Lady Kersin for a dance. A smile tugged at the corners of the Axxilan’s lips. His previous offer had been a genuine one – the deliciously lascivious thought of grinding bodies with the much shorter Firrerreo momentarily occupying Jaikus' thoughts.

One at a time, He reminded himself. The night was still young, after all. For the time being, he was more than content to give his current dance partner all of his attention.

Spun around to face Raze, Jaikus hardly skipped a beat – tilting his torso back a bit as he rolled his hips sensually against the taller Sith Lord at a near-hypnotic rhythm, gliding his lower body across the man's upper thigh and that skintight bodysuit he wore, clearly aware of how much Raze appreciated the maneuver. Rather than simply letting his arms rest limp around the Sith Lord’s neck, Jaikus curled his fingers and began dragging them across Raze’s back. He did not scratch, but did so with enough firmness to elicit chills even through what the half-Sephi was wearing. He carved a clear path from back of the Sith Lord’s neck and across his trapezius, traversing the muscled curvature of his midback before finally halting at his tailbone. Teasingly, Jaikus dipped a little lower – nails just grazing the surface of what Deva had so eloquently related to beskar before withdrawing entirely.

Jaikus drew his hands back to his sides and spun himself around, once more facing away from the Sith Lord and toward the crowd. With his body pressed against Raze, the Marauder began to lower at the knees, slowly slithering down towards the floor, one arm raised above his head in such a way that the back of his hand drew across the Sith Lord’s muscular torso as he dropped. Once he reached a proper squat, a quick bounce on the balls of his feet brought him right back up – bending ever-so-slightly at the waist as he did so. It was a subtle gesture, albeit one that would’ve been impossible for Raze not to notice given how they were pressed together.

Smirking, he spun back around to face the Sith Lord, meeting his gaze with a single brow raised mischievous, as if challenging Raze to match his temerity.

Playing with fire indeed.

Renfry watched Artorigas down the remainder of his drink and then another and smiled in amusement.

I'm so hideous you need that much alcohol to dance with me? she asked with a smirk, going with his movements as he pulled her in. She proceeded forward, taking even a further step in so that their bodies were wholly touching now. His hands found her hips and she leaned in toward him, letting her own hands run along his shoulders as her hips moved within his grip.

Andruil does not suffice? she asked coyly.

She spun in his arms, raising her hands above her head and letting her body press up firmly against his as she moved, looking back over her shoulder. Her hand reached behind her and ran for a moment along the back of his head before releasing.

And what need do you have for my birth name? she asked. She considered making a rather lewd comment, but opted instead to refrain for the moment.

The music clearly resembled club music by now and it was far from what Tiamat enjoyed, but she kept on the dancefloor, adjusting her step to meet Deva, continuing to allow her to lead. She could see the woman was enjoying herself regardless of the drama that Tiamat invited. She felt a hand slide down to her hips and Tia nearly said something but was taken aback by the woman lifting her and lowering back down. Her blue eyes wide with surprise, but then a laugh came as Deva spoke again.

Tiamat shook her head, "Its not my preference." she stated flatly; she tried to avoid them, the grind, the sweaty bodies rubbing and touch everywhere, she couldn't stand it. Then there were parties too, like this one, she was uncertain why she thought things would be any different this evening. Like always, she could have been dedicating this time to well, not being here.

Deva continued, but Tiamat was having a hard time deciphering if she was being teasing, flirting, but certainly coy. Tiamat's brow furrowed in her thoughts, "Are you coming on to me?" she asked feeling slight confusion and she didn't know how to answer whether she wanted to figure out the puzzle, "Because I really like puzzles..."

Ugh, being this close was a bad idea. Deva prided herself on keeping any sort of distance between herself or any partners, but the lack of coyness in Tiamat was refreshing, if not a bit jarring. Especially since she seemed to hold her emotions on her sleeves. That only seemed exacerbated in the presence of Darth Raze.

She was sure she wasn't the only one that wondered at the history between the two of them beyond apprentice and Master. There were stories, of course, rumours, but she didn't want to bring those up and possibly rile her up again. But seeing her laugh, especially when things were beginning to heat up around them, made her pause for a moment, blinking.

At her stating the dancing around them wasn't her preference, she nodded once, placing one hand on her hip once more, and a hand twining with hers.
"We'll just make the music work for us, then," she answered, guiding the woman on the floor. She was careful to keep Tiamat's back to Darth Raze when she could, her steps fluid, light.

At her question, the smile touched her lips again, and she slipped forward, cradling the Sith Lord's upper body in her arm while she dipped her, then brought her back up.
"A little bit," she confessed as she was brought up again, then smoothly stepped back, keeping her body in line with hers. She didn't care if anyone stared. "But also in earnest. Puzzles are a specialty of mine."

She paused again, this time looking into blue eyes, a seriousness in her own. "Do I make you uncomfortable, my Lady?"

Raze faced the man as the Marauder danced in their new position, gyrating and grinding himself against him. The Sith Lord moved with him, his own hips swaying against the man’s leg as they both danced close and pressed against one another. They moved as one, two limber men gyrating and moving in a sensual display.

He was keenly aware of the shorter man’s hands traveling down his body, fingers tracing along the countless welts and scars that lined Raze’s back. The man would be able to feel the little grooves and valleys on his back to suggest that the skin beneath was a tapestry of deep cuts and welts, all of which were self-inflicted as part of his religion.

Raze’s hand remained largely where it was as he danced against the man, the Marauder moving further down to his lower back. He felt the nails grazing against the muscled surface of his rear. It was difficult to tell how Raze took this, though his fingers did dig against the man’s back almost painfully in response.

As the man spun around and began to lower, Raze grasped onto his hips. The tall half Sephi kept swaying as the man touched along his body and dropped into a squat. The marauder then curled himself and bent before popping up like a released spring. As the man’s rear ground against him on the way up, Raze couldn’t help the flare of his nostrils and a sharp, small exhale from his lips behind his helmet.

The man was bold. Too bold.

Before the man could come up all the way or turn around, the Force abruptly grasped around the man’s neck. The powerful, invisible grip held him as if he were on a leash, firmly tugging him down by the neck to keep him poised like that - hunched over.

“I didn’t say you could come up,” The words would burn into the man’s mind, penetrating past any mental barrier he may have attempted to put up.

Raze decided he liked this new arrangement, grasping the man’s hips by his trouser belt and keeping him firmly pressed against himself. The man had limited options in how he wanted to dance, but all of it involved getting creative while keeping his upper body lowered to the ground with that Force hold firmly gripping his neck.

The Sith Lord kept swaying and enjoying himself, tilting his head to snap his fingers to bring over an attendant with drinks. He took a drink from the terrified attendant, lowering the flap of his helmet to sip from it. He paused to marvel at the man, admiring the way his back arched with the crossed lace of the vest and the tight pants that hugged perfectly around his rear and thighs.

Raze downed his drink and placed it back on the tray, sending the attendant away before focusing back on the man. He finally released the Force coil around the neck, reaching over to grasp the man by the hair to bring him back up to stand. His other hand placed on his hip as he continued to dance with the man's back against him. This time the man didn’t have the view of the dance floor occupants, only permitted to stare up at the chandeliers on the ceiling that reflected the neon lighting.

Prissca would return the gesture, bowing gracefully to Lord Wessex as he took his leave of her presence and departed to check on his Acolyte. It was a little disappointing, but she had given him freedom to choose, so that was on her as much as it was him.

Continuing to voyeur the dance floor, the noblewoman's gaze wandered from audience member to audience member, and from dancer to dancer. It seemed the theme of the night was to dance with your own gender, but that really wasn't her cup of tea – not that she didn't enjoy watching them. Darth Raze and the slender man seemed to be fighting for dominance in their dance, one leading before being readily overthrown by the other. She took a sip of her whiskey and let an amused chuckle fall from her red lips as she watched Darth Stolas appear to try and cut in. Would there be a fight? Would there be a kiss? Would there be a fight and then a kiss? Who's to say? As it turned out, the true response was even better, her ears picking up a distinct refusal being given to the golden-eyed Firrerreo. He said no? He said no! Prissca's jaw literally dropped. How scandalous! She fully expected there would be a murder on the dance floor. And soon.

Unfortunately, despite her emotional investment in her newest favorite drama – Days of our Darths – her attention was abruptly pulled away as the music shifted and the lights dimmed, a plethora of much brighter lights beginning to flash in time in a remarkable display. “Stars above...” She murmured under her breath, visibly frowning for the first time this evening as she spotted the young man Malou had been speaking to now directing both the lights and the music. Were we back to the club music now? How absolutely common.

She may have jumped just a bit when she heard someone calling her name from behind her, turning to see the familiar visage of Darth Stolas and offering him a warm smile to match his own. “My Lord.” She greeted him, his next words causing her lips to pull into a grin of her own as she set her glass down on a passing servant's tray and turned to face him properly – offering him her hand. “I will relish recalling every sorted detail to him, if only so I can watch all his hopes shatter into a million pieces when I tell him I'm not your type.”

A brief, momentarily look of panic flashed across Jaikus' face as he felt the force grip tightening around his throat. It was a familiar sensation, one that Jaikus had been subjected too often during his rather cruel training as an initiate to the Order. After a few moments, though, the man seemed to relax a bit. If Raze intended to inflict harm as his masters on Moraband often had, he would have by now. But more importantly, Jaikus had caught on to the little game that was being played by the Sith Lord, keeping him lowered in a compromising position. He didn’t seem to mind who noticed.

As if I haven’t already been giving them the best show all night.

Still, it was a particularly restrictive move by Raze, the coil of force energy around his neck keeping Jaikus bent at a hundred-and-twenty-degree angle, his hands planted against his knees for the time being. Adapting to the new reality and refusing to become boring in this new position, Jaikus began shift his weight back and forth on the balls of his feet, his back arching and hips grinding back against the Half-Sephi at a consistent pace for so long as Raze held him in such a way.

Had Jaikus bitten off more than he could chew? Probably. Likely. But backing out now – slinking away from the repeated challenges that every came with every opposing movement – seemed so terribly drool. And it was hard argue Jaikus wasn’t enjoying the thrill of it all.

Finally, Jaikus was yanked back up – suddenly finding his head forcibly tilted up towards the ceiling with hands gripping into his dark locks. The Axxilan couldn’t help but bite the bottom of his lip – mouth soon widening into a toothy smile. That is more like it. He kept his hips moving – gyrating left to right, rolling forward and grinding agonizingly slow against the Sith Lord behind him. While his head was restricted in movement, his hands were not – a fact Jaikus greedily took advantage of. His left rose above his head, fingers wrapping around the back of Raze’s neck snuggly – giving it a tug to firmly hold the Sith Lord in place. The other hand snaked behind, planted down with fingers splayed across the Half-Sephi’s rear – something that had previously elicited a response from the Sith Lord only moments ago. “Aha,” A low growl escaped from Jaikus, reverberating in his throat before he spoke, smile never faltering. "Suppose I'm not the only one full of surprises."

Bir’s chest rose and fell with each deep breath, his anger seething below the surface in such a way he had never experienced. Of course he knew he would one day be forced to face the shadow of his past, the demon in his closet as it were, but never did the Acolyte expect to see Kor’Bishal brave a gathering such as this. Sith of varying levels of strength, vast differences of standing within their order from the low and expendable such as himself, to the rich and influential such as Stolas and the up-and-coming Artorigas. This was a dangerous place for Bir’s personal plague-giver but simultaneously, it was a dangerous place to strike out against one’s enemies. Had he had more time to prepare, perhaps Bir would have come to Serenno with a plan to fulfill his vow of revenge. Alas, he did not and he was wise enough to know that openly declaring combat in such places often led to mass bloodshed, the last social gathering he had attended being a prime example.

”You’re a fool, Kor’Bishal. A much larger fool than even me,” Bir’s tone still reflected his enragement, though he could not deny that his anger had gifted him a clarity he had not known in ages. But if he was not here for the Kel Dor… then why? ”Play your games. I will not intervene. Not out of fear but out of respect for our Lords and Ladies in attendance as well as for Artorigas. I will leave you with a warning, however,” Finally unlinking his hands behind his back, Bir turned his head to look the Sith up and down with a furrowed brow. ”Move with caution and remember where you stand. In time, we will undoubtedly meet again,”

Bir would miss much of what transpired in the party following his encounter with Kor’Bishal, electing to retreat to an empty balcony to allow his anger to subside. As his emotions began to level out, he could feel the fog of his mental despair return. Despite this, one thing remained; the knowledge of a temporary relief to his madness. Perhaps coming to Serenno had provided more than he could have anticipated.

After some time, the Kel Dor would return to the gathering in a near neutral state as he attempted to recall where it was that he had been prior to his fit of rage. Eventually spotting the young Malou standing alone, her master and his dear friend Arty off dancing with another Lord of the Order, Bir remembered. The Kel Dor approached the young Acolyte and offered her a deep bow with both hands interlocked behind his back.

”Hello again, young one! Hello!” he declared as he returned upright, his mental state returning much to his relative norm. ”Perhaps you have seen the itchy one? Possibly, perhaps?” As Bir asked of Xeno’s whereabouts, the Kel Dor glanced down and saw yet another suit of armour that held no one. ”Ah! A trap for my foolish friend!” the Kel Dor continued, his eyes glued to the shell that laid on the chair before turning his attention back to the young girl. ”Certainly we can hope he does not further infect this one as well,”

If Bir intended to illicit fear in the Sith, he would be vastly disappointed. The puffed chest, the peacock feathers, they were the tools of the young, the untried. "Don't be jealous, young Bir, clearly the galaxy doesn't revolve around you. Besides, try as you may, you've already been claimed. After all, you've been playing my game the longest of any here, a most valuable piece on the board." When Bir turned to face him, Kor'bishal would laugh. "Trust me, it will be much sooner than you think. Enjoy the party, young Bir, I will see you soon."

The masked visage would flit from various members of the party, the smile on his face widening beneath. None of them had any idea what was coming. He would then step towards one of the pillars, stopping a servant as he passed by with a tray, taking one of the glasses of whiskey. "Bring another of these.." his gaze would drift to the dance floor. "To them.. Inform them I'll be out on the balcony. Away from this.." The servant would nod before carrying out their instruction while he gestured to the music and the lights. A distant memory enjoyed the scene, but that was another life. One lost to fog and time.

Kor would then step out into the cool air and wait.

All the drinking meant that Raze had a healthy buzz going. While he was a large man, he still wasn’t very big on drinking. Tossing back several shots in rapid succession had begun to impact him, though he was very much still in control. The half Sephi’s hand slid up along the length of the man’s back as he was bent and dancing. It took active self control to keep from tearing out all the laces and letting the vest fall away. His fingers instead brushed along the trail of the lace, pressing into the curve of the man’s back.

The man didn’t ease off, though Raze could sense the spike of delicious fear streak through the man. It was like a shark catching the scent of blood and he inhaled it, tightening the grip on the man’s neck with the Force just a bit more to keep him nervous. The man would be well aware of how much more powerful Raze was than him and how the slightest little slip could effectively crush his throat and end him.

Raze was tugged closer again when he yanked the man back up, the helmet pressed against the crook of the man’s neck. His hand wrapped around the man’s torso, sliding up the front of it and up along his chest in an almost tender caress. This happened as the man reached back to grasp Raze’s rear, once again displaying he wasn’t afraid to be bold and possessive.

The Sith Lord’s hand kept sliding up, brushing past his collarbone until fingers grasped gently against his throat.

Without warning, the Sith Lord slid out from behind him and moved the man to the adjacent wall, slamming him forcefully back against it. The Marauder was lifted up off the ground while pinned to the wall by his neck. The Sith Lord calmly stared up at him for a moment before moving closer to the man. He pushed himself in between the man’s legs so they automatically settled around his hips, putting an end to the few seconds of pure misery he put the man through.

The Sith Lord gazed up at the man perched higher than him, keeping him pinned against the wall as the visor locked against the yellows again. Raze then asked a question he almost never historically bothered to ask of others.

“What is your name?”

The dancers were really getting into it now and even Jackson was doing a little shuffle behind the decks. Bodies were moving, bass was bumping, and all in all, so far, so good. Smirking he slid back in behind the decks, dipping into another hard swap. Rupert would lean in. "An excellent choice, sir."

"Rupert, no trainspotting." Jackson said with mild exasperation. "We talked about this..."

"Indeed, sir." Rupert would say as he backed up a step.
Timed with the changing of the songs, the lights would flicker back on. And to be one hundred percent, Rupert wasn't wrong. It was an excellent song.

Though with an ear to ear grin, now visible with the lights on, Jackson would transition the song again, the duration of the previous song relying heavily on the reactions of the audience. One hard swap later and the lights would flicker off again, this time the room would light up in numerous different hues to accompany the newest song.

A party on Serenno, how could the half blood Chiss not make an appearance? The Sith had these socials fairly often, but never on a planet with class like Serenno. So Lucifer Starck would clear up his schedule enough to make it for a little while in the celebration of a couple Acolytes becoming Marauders. It was like graduating middle school, didn't really count. Though he supposed the drinks and attractive women would make it worth his while.

"Alright boys, I'll be on my way then. Maurian you're in charge in my absence, make sure the place has men patrolling at all times. After all I won't be here to save you."

"You got it big man."

With a short chuckle Lucifer was off.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Arriving on Serenno he would make his way through the so called "security" and through the castle it was being hosted in. It was large and luxurious, definitely worth the trip over. Most of the time his style is more like penthouses or even estates. Though a castle was definitely a good sight. The owner had nice touches and Lucifer could appreciate how well decorated the castle was.

After a good long walk through the halls the half blood Chiss would find his way to the room in which all of the other Sith had been and took notice of all of the higher ranked Sith. Quite the number of Darths in one room for sure, a normal person would have been frightened, but not Lucifer. No. Instead he was quite the fan of the idea that the Lords and Ladies were attending a ceremony as such. It showed leadership skills, though some have been taking their liberties to dance and flirt with the others.

"Well tonight will be quite interesting.."

Ignoring the people around him he would walk over to the bar area and would lean against the table and begin to sip on New Alderaanian wine. It was a solid choice and quite tasteful. Wearing his simple suit and blue skin letting his red eyes pear over the others, he was genuinely enjoying his time. Though he could've been handling some business, he decided to make an appearance for his fellow Sith. If any of his peers or superiors had wanted to meet with him then he would make conversation, but the music is not anything he liked. Classical music was more his taste so dancing may not be an option.

"I should've brought Maurian, maybe Tohnii."

With his back against Raze and his hands free to do as they pleased, Jaikus pushed the limits of what he could get away with. He drug his nails firmly across the Sith Lord’s neck scratched as they grinded against each other. Were it not for that impressive bodysuit, he would’ve left claw marks in his wake. His other hand meanwhile firmly pressed into the Half-Sephi’s rear, boldly testing the tensile strength of that which Deva had thought of as living beskar.

Jaikus tilted his head to the left slightly, allowing the corner of his eye to catch a glimpse of that mask, smiling wide as Raze worked his hand up towards the Axxilan’s throat. A low grumble rolled past his lips as he was gripped by the Sith Lord, not seeming to mind the thought of his fingers wrapped around his throat as they--...

Before he could properly react, Jaikus found himself being slid across the dancefloor, his back forced against the wall of the castle with a hard thud. It was enough to elicit a harsh grunt from the Marauder, the air in his lung suddenly being forced to vacate from his chest. Instinctively, a hand reached up to grip at the Sith Lord’s forearm as Jaikus was hoisted into the air, shock and confusion playing across the man’s expression. In that brief moment, he considered putting an end their little dance right then and there, a hint of rage flashing in his sharp citrine eyes.

No.

It only took him a half-second to arrive at the conclusion in his mind, thoughts racing to put together what motive the Sith Lord was playing at, only for it to hit him like a freighter when he did. Suddenly, Jaikus released his grip on the Sith Lord’s forearm, letting it drop ever-so-calmly to his waist. Defiantly, Jaikus resolved that he wasn’t going to give Raze the satisfaction of seeing him panic in those brief moments of being hoisted in the air – that delicious fear he so craved being denied purposefully. He had assumed that was what Raze wanted, given the way he had savored force-choking him only moments before. The Axxilan kept his head completely still, limbs at his side and jaw clenched tightly as the Sith Lord held him there for what felt like an eternity. Citrine eyes remained fixated solely on Raze, cast downward unflinching and focused in such a way that it seemed as if the entire room had melted away. It was utter misery for the Marauder, his elevated heart-rate and strain felt against the Sith Lord’s grip.

Despite it, the corners of Jaikus’ mouth tugged upwards slightly. Was he smirking?

When Raze finally stepped forward and pushed himself between the Marauder’s legs, Jaikus allowed himself to take in a slow, steady breath – resisting the urge to gasp or allow even a hint of shakiness. His legs hooked instinctively the around the Sith Lord’s hips, feet interlocking against the small of his back. Honestly, if the Half-Sephi wanted him in this position, all he would’ve had to do was ask. Jaikus quietly regarded the man for a moment as he was asked a question, only allowing that mischievous grin to return after a few moments of silence.

“Jaikus.”

"Oh? Obvious is it?" he asked her with a mischievous glint in golden eyes. It wasn't exactly something he'd tried to hide.

He held up his hand a moment and removed his outermost layers of clothing. Beneath was a close-fit crimson shirt that clung to his form, trained muscles dense and coiled as durasteel cable. A wide, tall, black and gold button-front cloth belt followed and tightened the curves of his body over a very well tailored and high-waisted pair of trousers.

From just past the elbow downward, scars of starkest silver showed ancient Sith symbols and shapes with meaning well beyond all but the most truly avid scholars of certain dynasties. Slender fingers took up the lady's hand pulled her easily backward toward the dance floor, making immediately apparent the inhuman strength that hid within svelte limbs. Those fingers of his were like iron bands, firm and unyielding, and silken in their dexterity as he they traveled from one place on the lady to the next.

" If the lady isn't familiar with this sort of music," he began smoothly, "I will show you." Withlittle warning he pulled her again with a step back until she was just shy of running into the Firrerreo, his free hand finding the woman's waist to help her stop. "Get close." Still he moved with that almost feral sense of grace as he began to move in lead, quick but not quite club despite the songs playing. It didn't last long.

"Sink into the rhythm." His steps quickened to the beat, hips swaying and twisting with the rest of him, his hand on Prissca's guiding it into a matching rhythm. "And move with fire." Morgan kept her close enough to feel the heat off his body, to smell the scents of whiskey, of citrus and herbs that he always wore, but only allowing closer touch if she initiated it.

He turned and pulled the lady with him, keeping her in time and transitioning to a short, spinning lift with an arm around her waist that would leave her facing away from the Sith Councilor, both hands against her waist to guide her just a hair closer to himself.
"See? Like that," he added, that same subtle growl slipping in from behind the woman's ears as he spotted Raze and Jaikus dancing again.

Just as Jaikus pulled moves that sent a nearly palpable spike of fury through Morgan, Raze apparently felt similarly and began correcting the marauder's mistake. Each sadistic act both frustrated the Firrerreo and was enjoyed immensely, confusing him to no end and giving him several ideas to think over. Jaikus was pinned to the wall by his neck, his legs stubbornly wrapped around Raze's waist, at which point Morgan both brushed his presence against the large half-Sephi's and turned Prissca and himself to face away from them.

"Well. You get the idea."

She suggested making the music work for them instead of trying to keep up with the main beat, Tiamat still found the music and now the lights obnoxious. Deva kept guiding her, she could feel Raze's presence behind her and as she pressed to turn the pair to see what was going on over her shoulder, Deva seemed to catch on, turning. She guess she could ignore for a little while longer. Though, something in Tiamat's question stirred the woman enough to dip Tiamat, who didn't resist as she leaned as far back as she could. Her spine arched before she felt the easy tug from Deva to come back and rose without much effort given from the violet eyed woman.

She admitted there was some flirting in there, but also admit her desire for the puzzle, possibly even as much as Tia enjoyed them. Was Deva someone who liked the unlock the unknowns or was she a trickster? Perhaps both and it left Tiamat curious. They continued, hips swayed, taking the offbeat of the music that thumped in the room. The redhead focused herself, falling into her center again, not realizing she had closed her eyes, only opening them to take note in the serious violet gaze. Her brow narrowed and then relaxed as Deva asked if she made her uncomfortable.

"No," they turned and her eyes narrowed, seeing Raze pinning some sap against the wall. Tia felt her jaw clench but no emotion could be felt from her as she slammed the door on her own mind, "Tell me about your hidden colors in a little bit." she whispered and stopped her pace, "I'm in need of a drink." she said releasing herself from Deva's grasp and started to leave the dance floor.

Raze didn’t miss the sudden flash of fear and rage across the Marauder’s face. The display pleased him greatly, especially when combined with the desperate clawing for his forearm. The half Sephi was an overwhelming force, unyielding against any petty attempts at dissuading him from his intentions. The man, however, surprised the Sith Lord when he made a conscious decision to relinquish the satisfaction he was giving Raze.

The Marauder’s face changed colors a few times and he couldn’t control the slight watering of his eyes, but he held fast. No sounds were made, no choked gasps, no pleading look in his eye. There was a fiery defiance, the yellows suddenly appearing closer to molten lava. If only the man could see the icy, burning freeze of the silvers that gazed back at him.

The man had left his mark on the Sith Lord, his nails having dug into a sliver of the skin on his neck from earlier. Raze was aware of it only from the slightest twinges of pain, a testament to the man’s continued defiance. While the Sith Lord was a dangerous beast, the man had a bite to him. Taking him down would see him clawed and tattered even if he came out on top. Raze wouldn't come out unscathed. Just as he liked it.

The Sith Lord was distracted for just a moment as felt Stolas’ presence brush just vaguely against his psyche. The helmet tilted just slightly to the side, but did not turn fully away from the man before him. Raze gazed back at the man as he uttered his name.

The Sith Lord’s hands traveled along the man’s legs and thighs, coming to rest casually beneath his rear to hold him up. His body was still firmly pressed against the man’s. The helmet cocked to the side as Raze stared up at him.

“What are you going to do now, Jaikus?”

Jaikus settled his gaze upon the Sith Lord who kept him hoisted against the wall, regarding the man behind the mask with a newfound sense of interest. In the short time the had passed, Raze had proven himself nothing short of exhilarating, driving Jaikus to step out of his comfort zone and meet every challenge that was posed head-on - even to the point of becoming actively defiant against the Sith Lord. Tilting his head upwards, Jaikus smirked a bit as he rubbed at the tender flesh of his neck. Marks had begun to show against his skin where Raze had held him up, a deeper shade of red printed against the Marauder’s smooth, tanned throat. Clearly, they would both be going home with marks of their own - a prospect that delighted Jaikus to no end.

As Raze casually moved his hands to splay against Jaikus’ rear, the Marauder idly poked a single finger into the center of the Sith Lord’s chest, slowly dragging the slender digit in a figure-eight pattern across his muscular torso. He took his time coming up with an answer. “I suppose that depends,” His words were laced with amusement, eyes never breaking contact with that mask. “I’m am rather enjoying my current preoccupation. Intriguing to think where it might lead next given the opportunity, wouldn’t you say?” He clicked his tongue, a hum rolling up his throat. “But if not..? I think I might try to steal another dance, before the wine has me making a complete fool of myself.”

From the looks of it, Jaikus would have to be patient if he wanted an opportunity to dance with Stolas, who currently moved about the dancefloor with Lady Kersin at his side. That was fine. Some things were worth being patient for, and the Axxilan was far too posh to simply barge in and steal away a dance partner mid-routine.

Still, Jaikus watched the half-Sephi with a subtle tilting of his head - curiosity playing behind those yellowed eyes. In their present position, the Sith Lord held all the power - given that he kept Jaikus firmly pinned where he was. Not that he minded, of course. The Marauder had candidly made his intentions clear, answering honestly to the question Raze posed. Where their engagement went from here was now entirely upon the Sith Lord.

She released Tiamat and watched her leave.

For a beat, she allowed the club music to play around her, and just watched her walk away. Frustration threatened to burst to the surface, but she forced it down before it could rise to the surface, nodding once.
I'm not some plaything you can toss aside once you're finished, she wanted to snarl. She wanted to stride over there, and---

And what?

...Nothing.

The music resumed, and she exhaled slowly. Pushed up her sleeves, and began stalking towards the balcony, then shook her head, scowling. No, that cultist creep was there. She remembered him and his fucking spooky elitist ways, and she wasn't up to talking to him about Bir or whatever hell thing he was gloating over in his spooky-ass ways.

She jerked on her tie, loosening it, and stalked towards a servant.
"I need a place to smoke," she ground out, and the woman began to nod to the balcony. "Not there," she snapped, and the woman flinched. "There's a private alcove balcony, but---"

"Perfect."

She stalked away from the servant, leaving her staring at her back. Later, Tiamat had said. Somehow, the Marauder doubted that. She would have hailed Jaikus, but he seemed a bit held up at the moment, and she had gone sober long enough.
