@vamp You're not gonna be able to duck out of the way of that thrust like that. Niish is 6'11", after converting 1.9 meters to imperial you're only 8 inches shorter than him.

Wes is 6'2''. Niish is 6'11''. That's a 9 inch difference, which is almost a foot. Besides, it doesn't really matter when their blades were locked and he had the time window necessary to duck.

I was one inch off, not only that, but the thrust was aimed low, at your gut, so, if you duck, Wes'll be getting stabbed in the face.

Wes kept his head (and upper half) low, capitalizing off the lizard's massive size. As it tried to thrust out at him, it would find that their blades locked, giving the Drast enough time to quickly shift his body to the left a few steps. By the time the Barabel disengaged its lightsaber, Wes would have dashed away from the thrust and slashed his blade at its upper right arm from its 4 o'clock, while he moved. It would be too focused on pulling back from the thrust, and to actually swipe up at its chin, the Barabel would need to turn, somehow dodge his attack, then swipe up.

His lightsaber would bite into its right arm, the tip of the blade in the upper right side of its torso, somewhere along its collarbones, if it had any. The Drast's dash to the left placing him about a meter behind the lizard, he was in a more comfortable position now, able to dodge anything else if needed. The Barabel's left saber was virtually useless, since it would need to turn and strike out, time in which Wes would have already cut into it.

Sorry for the late response.

I'm not trying to use the saber that I locked blades with. I apologise if I didn't make that clear in my post, but I locked blades with one saber and thrusted forward with the other. That being said, we're less than a meter apart, with meter-long blades on both of our weapons, I don't think you'd be able to simply jump out of the way of such a minimal amount of movement, in such close quarters.

@vamp

I know I left the thread but I’ve been watching the thread still

So, you can’t autokill your opponents objective to make them fail without eating your opponents. Which is how your post reads. This is a main faction battle since there were sign ups and everything

@Gian Greydragon @Faded Truth

I know. That's why I didn't autokill him. The shots are worded as any other PvP post, as attempts, and if Niishi can do something to stop them (i.e. Force shove the governor out of the way), he can

EDIT: Weird defense, but I guess it works.

I was planning to post a defense against it. Since its an attack on an NPC, I figured I could use my NPCs. Would that be permitted? Or would you suggest that it's not necessary?
