Staff Feedback: Xenomorph

Many of you know that, every few months, we post feedback threads wanting to know how each individual admin, and the staff as a whole, is performing as admins. Today marks the next round of feedback!

We’re looking for feedback on:

• Level of activity
• Administrative style
• Effectiveness
• Member relations
• Overall performance
• Anything else you want to comment on

Basically, we want honest and thoughtful feedback on anything visible we do as staff and what you think of the job we’re doing, including (and especially) what we can do better. It’s not required, but we can respond to any criticism we receive. We will do so civilly and respectfully, and you must extend that same courtesy.

Remember, this is for both our benefit and yours, since administrators are here to provide you with a great website. We want your honest feedback, but incivility means we’re going to ignore you. You’ll never be banned for giving your honest, respectful, and civil opinion, so don’t be worried about that. We WANT to hear from you!

Sadly this review comes at a time when Xeno is having internet complications (says Sreeya) so keep that in mind before giving a critique on Xeno's activity.

Just so you know, Mattmatt is my favorite admin. No, he did not pay me to say this…. Now that that little disclaimer is out of the way…

Level of activity
Good enough for me. When compared to other admins he si not on much, but yet manages to get a lot done.

Administrative style
Excellent!
He is professional, courteous, and most importantly timely in getting response.

Effectiveness
Excellent!

Member relations
Excellent!

Overall performance
Excellent.
He needs a raise, and a bigger company yacht. :CSly

Anything else you want to comment on
Find a new internet provider (so you can log on the forum more often) and keep up the good work.

Level of activity: Semi-well. However, when he is on, he is active and hard at work.
Administrative style: Treats matters fairly and unbiasedly. Good sense of humor (even if he is not humorous :CSly )
Effectiveness: Though occasionally not on, he is effective and hard at work (when he's not being lovey dovey with a certain female admin and no it's not Jiang :CIsee )
Member relations: Generally good
Overall performance: Good, though could use a little more online time.
Anything else you want to comment on: Get new internet provider would probably be a good idea.

Xeno is currently the only FL on the staff and that has in no way effected his ability to effectively weigh in on issues that may concern factions at large. I say it a lot, but its true of all staff members that they posses a great knowledge of the Star Wars universe and the implications technologies or past events would have on current events in our timeline

Honestly I don't know, Xeno has had some fantastic characters but I don't think I've RPd with him, but judge of character wise he reminds me of Nevermore which is a very good thing.

What do you mean by that? Are you saying Xeno does or does not know a lot about the Star Wars universe?



I feel like Xeno is productive when he's active. However, his communication is not as commendable. While getting online isn't always possible, whenever you do get caught up and make a decision, contacting the rest of the people who have managed and taken care of things would be appreciated. Making leader decisions on the spot is your right, but keeping people in the loop as a working team flows better in my opinion. I think it would keep things functional as an informed group if people were made aware of the decisions you make, or the opinions you have on topics, while knowing your priorities and goals in different faction matters. Most of this is in regards to FL matters, but I feel like it relates to similar Faction Admin responsibilities.

Overall since his promotion to Admin Status, he's done good, but I hope his recent absence doesn't effect future performance.

I'm saying that hasn't affected his ability to be unbiased in any faction related decision or produce any solutions to site problems that would benefit his faction. It was a complement.
