Ailis experience at the Taris Sith Academy had so far been... an utter disaster. Entering the school halfway through the year, Ailis had been forced to cram classes and spend lots of late nights studying, trying her best to catch up. The course load was enormous though and she only found herself falling farther and farther behind. Before she knew it, it was summer and while most of the other students were going home for a short break, she had not home to go to and an ass load of rudimentary courses to take over the summer. Fucking great.

Ailis would have rather spent the summer getting acquainted with the club scene on Taris, but instead was currently sitting in a stuffy classroom. Droid Engineering make-up class. If only it had been a class on makeup instead of droids. Analyzing molecules and finding new and creative ways to split and combine them was her jam, not artificial intelligence and circuitry. She had bombed the class her first pass through and was hoping she would do better with a different teacher this time around. A fool's hope really as the teacher, a wrinkly old bag of a Pantoran, started taking attendance and got to her name.

"Adrian Drast." The teacher called out, looking around. Ailis almost puked right then and there.

"Um. Its Ailis Drast." She spoke up nervously, wishing that she could be anywhere but there in that moment.

"Adrian is your name in my register so that's what i'll be calling you." The teacher said sternly before moving on with the attendance, ignoring any further attempts from her to correct him.

"You fuckin' assho-... Fuck you!" Ailis started mumbling before shouting at him as she bolted from her seat and walked towards the door. He shouted at her about having detention if she left, to which she replied with a middle finger pointed at him. "I know where it is!" She yelled back before slamming the door on her way out. Had she overreaced... maybe, but she was cranky and jonesing for a fix and that asshole was the only teacher here who hadn't respected her so far.

Stepping into the detention room with a huff, she looked around for a seat as the detention teacher looked up from her book before glancing at the clock. "Wow, detention before attendance is over? That must be some sort of record." The teacher laughed to herself. "I was wondering how long until I saw you again Ailis, couldn't stay away long could you."

"Yeah, whatever." Ailis huffed in response. The detention teacher wasn't too bad but she was pissed so she didn't say much else before finding herself an empty seat to wait out her punishment.

Altair was used to taking remedial classes. With his oldest sister being the first in the family to graduate from university, the rest of the siblings got subsequently lazy. His brothers didn’t even bother, and he was doing just enough to pass to apply for a local school. However, he had entirely underestimated how strict Taris was. During his summer session class, he got bored and began to text his friends. He threw a fuss about having his datapad taken away, and he was promptly sent to detention. And he still didn’t have his comlink. The thought gave him anxiety, and he was fidgeting and agitated as he sat there in detention.

He was sitting in the back of the class, carving his initials into the desk with his elongated nails. He looked up when a new girl walked in. He stared at her for a moment, deciding she looked familiar. She was at that party not too long ago. His head hurt just thinking about it. He had to start an intense detox program to combat the effects of Wildfire. It wasn’t working too well so far, as he was in a constant state of anxiety and desperation. Sweat lined his forehead and each minute ticking by felt like an hour.

The tiefling went back to what he was doing.

“All right, as part of today’s detention, you will all have to file and sort through ship parts in our warehouse,” The teacher declared. There was a collective groan from everyone, but Altair found it better than sitting here.

Within moments, they were led in a single file line towards a large warehouse full of ship and droid parts. Everything was a mess. Altair sighed as he walked to a corner of the room, picking up a few washers and bolts to sort into the right place. This was going to be a long day…

Every now and then his gaze flicked over to see where the teacher was. Could he make a discreet escape?

Ailis sat roughly in her seat with a huff and waited for their punishment for the day to be announced. She could feel eyes on her but that was nothing new to her as she tried to hide her face as best she could. Try not to cry try not to cry. The mantra repeated over and over in her head as she held back tears that threatened to spill down her face.

It wasn't until the punishment was announced that she was able to stuff down the urge and she groaned with the rest of the class. Sorting parts, filing inventories. Talk about a drag. Her eyes were watery and red around the edges as she filed into line, defeated for the moment as the class was marched to a warehouse on campus. It was only then that she noticed someone that stood out from the rest of the class, a tall pair of horns sticking out above the line. Upon closer inspection they were attached to a cute tiefling, even better. Ailis took a moment to try and compose herself, rubbing unshed tears from her eyes. She still looked like she wanted to cry by the end unfortunately.

Filing into the warehouse, she watched him from the corner of her eyes as he kept anxiously glancing towards the teacher. He looked familiar but she couldn't quite place where she had seen him. He also looked ready to dip out of that detention and so was she. Walking over to dump a freshly sorted bolts into it's rightful container, she returned to the workstation but found a place to stand next to him and idly sort bolts.

"Hey." She whispered from the corner of her mouth as she counted out spanner bolts, there was a strict no talking policy and she didn't want to get into more trouble if she could help it. At least not before she got a moment to escape. "You looking to bounce outta here? Me too." She hoped he wasn't some snitch, but he was in detention and had a bit of a bad boy vibe to him so she figured he was safe to plot an escape with.

Altair was shuffling through a few screws when he heard someone talking next to him. He gave her a quick once over to confirm it was that one girl from the party before he gazed ahead again, “Not a pickup line, but don’t I know you from somewhere?” Altair asked quietly as he continued to sort things. Every now and then he scratched at his neck or displayed other tick like behavior that clearly suggested he was on edge.

“I gotta get my comlink back,” He muttered back, “Droid engineering teacher nabbed it,” Altair whispered as he stashed a few more bolts away. He looked over to the side, spotting the detention teacher lecturing a Togruta male that managed to bring in some chips and thought opening the noisy bag wouldn’t get noticed.

“What’s your play?” Altair asked, his gaze flicking back and forth between the teacher and the exit.

Ailis sneaked another glance at horn boy as she worked, shifting screws carelessly. She didn't intend to stick around much longer. "Can it be?" She joked as she thought about it. Something seemed vaguely familiar about the boy, almost as if she had seen him in a dream. A cut grey figure rose in her memory, and the lights of a club. "Been to any wild parties lately? You might have seen me at one." That was the best she could do. She'd really only been to one party recently, and that night was a wild blur, but it was probably there that they had met.

"Oh you have droid engineering too?" She asked, hoping he hadn't seen the embarrassing incident that she was in detention for. "I haven't seen you there. Teachers a real dickass though." She said angrily, the earlier events still on her mind. She watched grey through the side of her eyes as he twitched and fidgeted, either anxious or feeling about how she was, a few days off the crude and kinda sorta looking for another ride.

When asked if she had a plan, Ailis just shook her head but caught his gaze and followed it to the teacher berating a student, her back turned to them and the door. "Fuck it, lets go." She whispered before moving as quickly and quietly as she could. No elaborate plan needed as she snuck out the door and then her feet pounded pavement, running away from the warehouse and to a stack of crates next to another as fast as she could. Laughing and breathing heavily, she leaned on her knees to catch her breath before looking to see if grey had made it.

Altair coughed to cover up the laugh at her bold quip back at him, his face suddenly heating up. When she mentioned parties, however, he exhaled. He smiled sheepishly, “Yea I was the shirtless fuckboy making a scene,” Altair said without an ounce of hesitation. May as well own whatever the hell was doing there. He likely killed the mood for his friends. He was about to answer the question about droid class, but the girl bolted at the first opportunity. Altair didn’t need to be told twice as he booked it right behind her.

He wasn’t as inconspicuous as her, so he comically ducked real low to shuffle behind her. His ridiculous horns always stuck out like a sore thumb. By some miracle, they managed to make it out and he had a grin on his face. Altair looked over his shoulder as he sidled up next to the girl.

“I’m Altair,” He said finally, looking over every now and then. The coast was clear up ahead, and he straightened up to stand, “Well, go enjoy your freedom. I’m gonna try and find a way to bust out my comlink,” Altair flashed her another grin and spun on his heel to walk back towards his classroom.

Ailis breathed finally catching her breath as grey introduced himself. "I'm Ailis. Nice to meet you Altair." She said his name, hoping it would stick. She figured she would have a hard time forgetting his face an horns though. Those kinds of things tended to stand out.

"Freedom? Wait!" Ailis bounded after him, catching his pace and looking up at him. "You walk fast dude. You just gonna ditch me like that? We busted out together, we're ridin' together." She informed him, holding out a fist to bump as she tried to stay the pace with him.

"Besides, your comlink adventure sounds way more fun that what I have going on." It's not like she had much to do around the place besides her classes and homework. She could go shopping or something but that sounded boring and there was only really one other thing she could think about.

"If I don't go with you I'll probably just end up getting high." She said with a sly smile. Maybe it might end up happening anyways. No, she needed to focus on her classes and she couldn't afford the crash. But she was already in detention and the day was a waste anyways. Phone adventure with a cute boy seemed like a much better alternative.

“Ailis,” He repeated, pondering for a moment, “That’s a pretty name,” He declared genuinely before he began to march off. He was surprised when she caught up to him. Altair blinked at her a few times before returning the fist bump. He was entirely skeptical of this until she mentioned herbs, “Wouldn’t be willing to smoke me up later, would ya? I’m pretty chill to hang with,” He said as he grinned at her. Smoking certainly sounded like it would take the edge off.

Their journey took them back towards where his droid engineering classroom was with a teacher Ailis found all too familiar. The bell would ring any second and the hallway would be flooded with students. The two would need to blend in and find a way in to nab the phone. Altair turned to look at Ailis.

“All right, once they come out, can you cause a diversion to get the teacher’s attention? I can go in and get the comlink?” Altair barely finished speaking when the bell rang. Shit. They had to quickly improvise.

The door burst open and students flooded out, a few of them snickering at Ailis as they walked past. Altair pretended to look casual, hanging out staring at nothing with his pants in his pockets. Some students visibly reacted to him with fear, a few girls actually screaming a little. Altair was entirely unfazed by this. He gave Ailis a jut of his chin to tell her to pull some bs to get the teacher to leave her class room to allow him to sneak in.

Ailis blushed slightly at Altair's comment about her name but brushed it off. It was a pretty name she reassured herself. He seemed skeptical of her company but the mention of getting high put him at ease, but his response would leave her chuckling to herself at his naivety.

"Won't be smoking what I've got. It's something a little more... exhilarating than herb." She said with a hint of yearning in her eye. She still had days to go before the cravings really hit but just talking about it got her revving to go. Fuck. She shouldn't. But she wanted to.

Altair just started detailing the plan when the bell rang. All she really heard was diversion and teacher. Shit, she needed to think of something quick. She gulped, crushing down her rising anxiety. Damnit she could really use some crude right now. "I got this." She said more to herself than Altair before walking into the room, ignoring the sneers of her classmates.

"I forgot my bag dick!" She walked into the room shouting at the teacher with an aggressive tone as she barged through the class to her desk. Sure enough, she had forgotten her bag and was glad to be back for it. That's where her stash was anyways and she couldn't fulfill her offer to Altair, or her own cravings, without it.

The teacher was less than pleased to see her and he left his desk to approach her. Altair would have plenty of time to snag his comlink while she occupied the teachers attention, shouting about him about how he was an asshole for calling her the wrong name, him shouting back that it was her name and generally being an asshat. Ailis would watch past the teacher and as soon as Altair was back out of the room, she would storm off again, claiming to be going back to detention.

Altair wasn’t sure about trying anything harder than herbs. The last time he tried some mystery shit, it ended up being Wildfire. He was far more paranoid these days. As if on cue, he scratched at his wrist and felt a wave of anxiety wash over him again. The desire to taste that elusive drug was almost overwhelming. He heard his cue and quickly jolted himself out of his thoughts, slinking into the classroom. He knew which box his comlink was in, and it took only a few seconds to nab it and run back out.

He was waiting outside by the time Ailis came out, arms crossed over his chest. He gave her a half grin, “Not bad, slick,” The tiefling began to walk down the hall, deciding he was done with classes for the day, “Let’s get outta here,” He said as he made his way out of the school. Altair snuck around the perimeter, coming across a fence they needed to cross to get on the other side. He held his hand out for Ailis, opting to give her a boost before he easily climbed over and landed in a crouch on the other side.

“So where we goin, boss?” He asked, looking around, “I don’t know shit about this planet.”

Ailis met Altair outside the classroom, backpack slung over her shoulder, mind on the little box stashed within. She grinned back at him and replied, "Not bad yourself," and gave him a little pop on the shoulder. He had the right idea about bailing on the place and didn't have to tell Ailis twice as his words were met with a grin and a nod.

She followed him as he found a way out, and let him give her a boost she didn't need to clamber over the fence. This day was turning out alright after all. She waited for him on the other side and watched climb over with ease before coming down in a super hero landing. She winced slightly, knew that shit wasn't good on the knees but didn't say anything as he seemed to know what he was doing.

"Boss?" She said with a raised eyebrow, "I like the sound of that." She laughed. Leading the way away from the school, she prattled on about the options. "Well I haven't been here too long. There's a shopping district nearby, and an arcade I've been dying to visit a few levels down. I'd suggest sneaking into a bar but I haven't gotten a chance to snag a fake ID yet." She mused, glancing at him to see if he was listening.

Letting her backpack slip around a shoulder to her front, she dug in it for a minute before pulling out a small Hello Lothcat tin, which she shook for a moment to let the contents rattle around for Altair to hear as she spoke with a glimmer in her eye. "Or we could just get high and let Crude decide." She said with a wink. It was almost impulse to suggest it, her body counting down the days until she needed another dose, the devil on her shoulder suggesting that she cut that countdown short and share a bit with another devil.

“Shit, an arcade sounds legit,” He couldn’t remember the last time he went to one. He was deep in thought when she mentioned getting high. His gaze lingered on the container for a while, the overwhelming urge coming over to sample it. When she mentioned the word Crude, he knew it was yet another drug that would hook him. But damn, anything sounded better than this awful urge he had to take more Wildfire.

“You got any good ‘ol fashioned herb?” He asked after a few moments, “I’m…I’m pretty fucking messed up from something I tried at the party and I think something new will fuck me up worse,” Altair was surprised by his own words. Normally he popped whatever was available to have fun, but the threat of losing the Force was a kick to his senses. The fear loomed over his head every waking moment, and the last thing he wanted to do was go down a whole new spiral with Crude.

“Let’s get baked and go to this arcade,” He stuffed his hands in his pockets and began to walk, flashing her a grin, “Watch me dunk your ass in Immortal Kombat.”

Ailis watched Altair's eyes linger on the pill box, pain and indecision dancing in them. She could tell he was going through it right now and she almost regretted the offer even as her little devil insisted that it would be fine, that it would be fun to drag him down in flames with her.

Ailis breathed a small sigh of relief as he finally answered, confirming what she had read on his face. She gave him a little sad smile as she pocketed the box with a nod.

"Arcade it is. I think I know a guy for some herb... I'm gonna be honest I don't usually smoke it much." She shook her head as she looked around for a stash spot. Spotting a gutter hanging over a garbage bin, she hopped up on the bin and stuffed the pill case into the gutter where she could recover it later

"Forget you saw that," She said pointedly as she hopped back down and continued walking with him. "Now it can't ruin our fun... You don't need that shit in your life anyways." She spoke with a hint of disgust and self loathing in her voice before shaking her head and closing her eyes for a moment, trying to silence the devil screaming at her for what she had done.

"HAHA Good luck dude. Three time tournament champion at Immortal Kombat on Coruscant." She bragged as she led the way towards where she figured they might be able to score some herb.

Altair’s brows rose, “Smoking is so much more chill,” He explained, standing as he watched her put the drugs away in the gutter. However, after she spoke, his gaze remained up there, hearing her tone. Without warning, he used the Force to fly the stash over to himself. Without a word, he casually tossed it into a nearby drain, forever getting rid of it. Altair stared at Ailis, half expecting her to start a fight. However, he only gave her a half grin.

“Now you’ll have to hustle if you want more and it’ll be a pain,” It was the only thing stopping him from seeking out more Wildfire. He would have to busk a hell of a lot to score any. Altair gave her a wink, entirely unapologetic about his actions as he began to walk again.

“Well shit, I ain’t no champion at it,” He admitted, “I’m more of a Galactic Warfare guy. Ranked,” He allowed her to lead him to her herbs guy.

Ailis looked at him with an eyebrow raised as he talked about smoking being more chill. "Yeaaaah... I don't really do chill." She admitted. Usually when she got messed up she ended up going all out, wild parties and raging raves that she barely remembered at the end of the night. Letting it all out in one go in dreamland before returning to her stress case of a life.

With the way he stared at the gutter where she had stashed her pills, she half expected him to ask for her to retrieve them and get crazy. She couldn't be more wrong as she watched him call it to his hand before he tossed it at a sewer grate, where it bounced for a second before plonking into the shit water below. Lost forever.

She stared at the sewer grate, screaming in her brain, his words passing through her ears unheard before he started walking away.

"What the FUCK!?" She screamed at his back as she grabbed him by the shoulder to try to spin him back around and slam him against the wall. He was taller than her. He was bigger than her. She could feel the iron cords of his muscle underneath his shirt as she laid hands on him. But she had rage.

"What the FUCK did you do that for?!" She screamed in his face, her own expression twisting in rage as she pulled back a fist to punch him. She never threw it though as her eyes caught her reflection in the glass behind him. She didn't like what she saw there.

Letting him go she let out a rough, unintelligible yell as she crossed over to the drain grate and stared at it, trying to figure out if it was worth prying open to recover her stash. "Fuck." She muttered to herself before turning to glare at him, eyes puffy and face red. "You owe me a new Hello Lothcat pillcase." She huffed angrily as she sat down on the curb to stare down the drain. That was exactly where her life felt like it was going in that moment. Down the drain.

He felt her abruptly grab him, and he didn’t resist. He winced as his back was slammed into the wall and he gazed down at her. His hands came out of the pockets, knowing exactly how to react if she took it further. He had trained in martial combat for as long as he could remember. However, based on her stance and how she channeled the punch, he knew he could easily deflect it. The tiefling flashed her a grin with his pointed incisors while he remained pinned.

“Is this your version of a pick up line?”

Altair let her draw back, reaching up to fix his clothing as she sat down on the curb. The tiefling stared at the grate with her, thinking about his own actions. He normally was a huge proponent of live and let live, but something about her tone earlier reminded him too much of the situation he and Cairo were in. Altair shrugged, “Fine, I’ll get you a stupid loth cat pill case,” He said finally.

He checked the time on his datapad before looking at her again, “Aight lemme do you a solid,” He walked over by the grate, clearing his throat.

“Here lies Ailis’ Crude,” He began dramatically for a eulogy, “On the worst and best days of Ailis’ life, Crude was there, clutch and unyielding in its nurtured home of the Hello Lotchat pillcase,” Altair exhaled, “Crude was its name, but it was so much more. Crude was there in times of lows and highs, bringing joy and beauty in a galaxy otherwise so grim. Taken soon before its time, Crude was called back to the forces that welcomed it back into its bosom. Crude leaves behind a devastated Ailis, but forever lives on in our hearts and memories. Goodbye, Crude.”

Altair paused and stared at the drain, listening to the trickling sounds of the sewage waters below.

“Aight, now move your ass,” He said with a grin as he started to move again.

Ailis heard Altair's words, even as they drifted through her head and she stared at the sewer grate. Her mind was spinning. She was pretty sure the little countdown on her phone had said three days the last time she checked. Three days until withdrawals started. Three days until she hated everything about herself and every glimpse she got of herself in the mirror. Three short days.

She only started to process Altair's words when he began his mock eulogy for the little sparkling pills that were likely a mile away by now. She heard his words and tried to imagine the highs and lows, the best days and the worst days. She couldn't. It was all a blur, just a hazy blanket of dreamy memories. Tears started to run from her eyes and she buried her face in her arms on her knees, even as she started to giggle at the ridiculousness of a eulogy for her crude.

"Has anyone told you... That you're a fucking goofball?" She asked as she laughed, sniffled, and wiped the tears from her face with the hem of her jacket sleeve before getting up to follow.

Recomposing herself behind Altair as he walked, she caught up to him. "And it wasn't a stupid Lothcat case... I've had that thing for years, there's a lot of memories..." She started to say 'attached to the thing', but she realized that wasn't exactly true. There were a lot of memories of opening the case, but everything after was always hazy.

"C'mon, let's go get high the old fashioned way then." She said, shaking off the string of sad thoughts, ignoring the growing ball of anxiety in her chest. Herb would be fine right? Just a little something mild to take the edge off.

Ailis led the way down several levels to a shady apartment block, cutting through the hallways to knock on a door. The door opened partway and a Zabrak peered out cautiously before opening more when he recognized her.

"Ailis? Didn't I just see you a few days ago? You got more crude for me to sell? He asked before looking past her to see Altair. "Who the fuck is this?" He asked, not exactly happy that she had brought a stranger to his door.

"Nah, I'm here to buy some herb... Though you wouldn't happen to have any?... " She asked before glancing at Altair, realizing that buying her own drugs to replace what she had lost right in front of him probably wasn't a good look. "Don't worry about him, he's just the guy buying."

The Zabrak stared intensely at Altair for a hard moment before shrugging his shoulders. "Alright, whatever you want for my favorite supplier," He chuckled before opening the door all the way to let them in. "Surprised you're asking for herb, didn't think that was your kinda thing. And nah I'm fresh out, just sold the last few doses yesterday. Got plenty of herb though."

Altair grinned as they kept walking, though he kept his gaze trained forward, “Girl’s got giggles,” He declared, “Hope I hear more of it while you watch me eat shit in Kombat,” He said mock gloomily. However, he paused to look at her as she talked about the pill box. He opened his mouth to suggest going after it in that case, mainly because he and Cairo had done far stupider things for far more trivial things. However she had moved on and he followed her.

He simply rolled his eyes as the Zabrak displayed suspicious behavior, but he wasn’t entirely shocked, “Bro, do I look like a narc?” He pointed to his horns and general appearance. The Zabrak seemed placated by that, letting them in. Altair had to bite back from chuckling as Ailis went directly to ask about more Crude. He shook his head, “Done mourning already? Damn.”

Soon enough, Altair forked over cash for the herbs. They plopped down around the apartment, passing around a pipe to smoke from. The tiefling remained largely silent, enjoying the high and the brief reprieve from the withdrawals. At some point his gaze flicked over to a guitar in the corner of the room.

“Yo man is that Fibson?”

The Zabrak looked over his shoulder, “Yeah man, you play?”

“Do I..” Altair said with a grin, gesturing to ask if he could. The Zabrak shrugged and the tiefling rose up to grab it, sitting on the edge of the cheap bed as he tuned it. He began by slapping his palm and fingers against the body of the guitar to play a rhythm. And then he began to play the song, his fingers moving easily up and down the neck as he strummed. He used no pick, just his elongated nails that were specifically carved just for this.

He didn’t sing this time, simply playing and providing some background music. However, it was clear he was passionate about his music, effortlessly working across the guitar to make it sing.

Ailis knew that asking for more crude so soon after Altair had dumped hers was a bad idea. She didn't say anything to his comment, instead just shooting a sharp glare at him. It was his fault she was in this situation in the first place.

Altair paid for the herb and they sat around on the dealer's couches, passing the herb around in a circle. Ailis nearly choked on her first toke, inhaling too much and coughing a bit too deeply. She sat there quietly as the high settled in, chill, like Altair said. It wasn't awful she supposed.

But it sure as hell wasn't Crude.

She watched from the couch absentmindedly as Altair played guitar, admiring the talent he clearly possessed with the instrument. She was more of an electronics, drum and bass type girl but she could still appreciate talent. She couldn't help her eyes wandering around the apartment however, eventually settling on the kitchen entrance.

"I'll... Be right back." She said in a spacy voice, getting up and grabbing her backpack before she walked into the kitchen, from which the two horned men would be able to hear her rummaging through the cabinets.

The dealer took a glance towards the kitchen before leaning towards Altair. "So... You hittin' that dude?" He asked, chuckling lowly before continuing. "Word on the street's that she's a wild one." He finished, grinning at the tiefling before leaning back and hitting the pipe again.

Meanwhile Ailis had found what she was looking for under the kitchen sink, a small bottle of drain cleaner. Even through the herbal haze she couldn't escape the building anxiety, the knowledge that she would be without in a few days if she didn't get started now, and she couldn't help but smile after looking at the ingredients list on the chemicals packaging. She put it in her backpack and continued to rummage, oblivious to what was going on out in the living room.

Altair kept playing, but he paused to take another hit. He didn’t look up when Ailis excused herself. The tiefling blew smoke out through his nostrils, the gesture always making him look just a bit more demonic than usual. He handed the joint back to the Zabrak.

“Naw,” His gaze flicked down and then back up as he grinned, “But from the way you talkin’, you ain’t about to hit it anytime soon,” The Zabrak suddenly looked far less than pleased, but Altair pretended not to notice. He went right back to tuning his guitar, strumming a few more chords before he decided the strings would break if he kept playing. They were a bit too fragile for his nails, and quite frankly way too cheap.

He set the guitar down, rising up from his seat, “Gotta take a leak,” The Zabrak lazily pointed towards the direction of the refresher.

Altair cut through the tiny apartment, making his way past the kitchen. He spotted Ailis there and quirked a brow.

“The fuck you doing?”
