Ailis glanced at Altair when he made his quip. After everything she had told him about her and he was still at it. "You like to play with fire don't you?" She said with a smirk, and then an annoyed look when he called her a trip. Not her fault she grew up in the equivalent of a sewer when he grew up on a farm. He pulled out his phone to show her something and Ailis pulled a pair of glasses out of a case in her pocket, flicking them open and sliding them onto her face.

"Let me see that." She said as she reached out grabbed the datapad gently from his hands. She squinted through her glasses a little bit, scrolling the pictures of peas and peapods for a moment. "Huh." She said as she tapped the screen, opening a message app and sending a text to a new contact she named "Fire." "Interesting. And you grew these?" She closed out the message app and handed it back to him with the peas on the screen. In her pocket her phoned chimed quietly with a message from an unknown contact that just read "Altair".

"Yeah for real." She smirked as she walked through the door and he followed her out. She was the one who did the walking away. "Oh I didn't think about that." She admitted, she had made the decision on impulse but she was pretty set on the idea by the time she had got out the door. "Cool, you should get something too. I'll pay." She said. He'd already paid for the herb and half the food. And one thing her little side gig meant was that she usually had enough credits to spare.

"Yeah they're pretty hot, and I could get one that strobes colors in my mouth for when I go to raves!" She talked excitedly. She was feeling pretty pumped about the decision. It wouldn't take them long to find a piercing parlor in this part of town. "So, whats a Matukai?" She asked abruptly as she thought about their earlier conversations at the Diner.

Altair was both surprised and impressed when he realized she boldly snagged up his number and texted herself. He glanced down at his datapad with a grin for a moment before stashing it away. He walked out with her, weighing whether or not he would get another piercing. In the end he chuckled, “I may have to pass this time because next in line for me is a Prince Elix and I’m only trusting my usual guy with that,” He gave her a wink. He was dead serious and it was the next one he planned, though he certainly was nervous about it.

"Matukai is a different way of using the Force. My whole family is Matukai and practices it," He explained, "We enhance our limbs with the Force and focus far more on martial combat than using weapons. That's why I don't plan on making a saber. We're trained from childhood to use hand to hand combat enhanced with the Force. It's a very different style of fighting," He knew it would suddenly dawn on her exactly what he could have done if she kept going for a punch when she had pinned him, "I'm Captain of the Martial Combats team at the 'Kaas academy," He said with pride.

The tiefling followed her into the shop, looking around at the work so far. While it wasn’t up to his snooty standards, it was still quite solid. A very attractive Mirialan woman with short, spiked hair and tats and piercings all over her walked up to the duo. She first spotted Altair, giving him a grin, “Nice piercings,” She commented, “Thought of getting some work done for your horns?” Altair’s eyebrows rose.

“No…actually,” He said thoughtfully. Truthfully no one had ever suggested that before. The woman grinned.

“Can do a lot with those, but it’ll involve some drilling,” She surveyed his horns with a glint in her eye, “And your tongue, of course, that goes on for miles,” She chuckled at him. Altair decided to unravel his, showing off more of the length of it, the entire thing completely dotted with twin studs. He wasn’t often used to coming across anyone that actually met Devaronians or tieflings.

“Nice!” The woman lit up with a huge smile, “Looks sick. Keeps your lovers happy, I bet,” She flashed him a wink which made his face turn completely hot. She ignored this and stepped back to address them both.

“What can I do for ya?” She looked between Altair and Ailis.

Ailis looked at Altair with a little bit of shock as they walked and he announced what his next piercing was going to be. Her eyes wandered down to the mentioned area and she gave a little shudder. "Poor thing." She said with small smirk. She returned her attention to his face, mostly, as he told her what a Matukai was. "No saber huh? Think you could teach me anything? Saber's scare me, all I can imagine is accidentally lopping my arms off with one... I like punching things though." She finished. She was impressed that he was captain of Martial Combats and it really drove home what she had already thought of earlier.

Walking into the shop, Ailis watched the little exchange between Altair and the shopkeeper with half interest as she perused some of the piercings on display. The lady mentioned tongues which caught Ailis attention in time to catch Altair fully unfurling his tongue. The piercings she had seen earlier on it had apparently only been the tip of the ice burg and Ailis suppressed the 'oh what the fuck' reaction that wanted to be voiced.

Then Ailis was up and she tore her eyes from Altair for a moment. "I'd like to make an appointment. I wanna get my tongue pierced." She had wanted to do that day a few moments before, but with new details added to the equation her impulsive drive had decided to take a new route.

"You wanna do it right now? We do walk ins.”

Ailis shot Altair a look that said 'don't you dare call me chicken' before continuing. "No, I'll do it this weekend. I have a pool party I'm going to later. Wouldn't want to miss out on any of the fun tonight." She said with a bit of a simmer in her eyes as she glanced lazily at Altair again for a moment before filling out the appointment slip. Sometimes plans changed.

Appointment made, Ailis stepped out of the shop and into the cooling evening city air and waited for the inevitable harassment over her change of mind.

Altair simply grinned as they walked out of the shop. He looked over his shoulder, “Man, I shoulda gotten that chick’s number,” He mused as they walked, giving himself a reminder to go talk to her again at some point before he left Taris. Altair looked over at Ailis as they walked away from the shop.

“I’d be happy to show you some moves,” He said energetically, “I’ve been teaching my team and we’re going to the Championships this year,” It was clear he was quite proud of his accomplishments, “But it’s a lot tougher than just throwin’ a punch, you know. It’s an entire discipline. I can show you some basic shit, but anything beyond that will take dedicated training and commitment,” Too often people thought it was a simple whimsical thing they could do a few times and become an expert. He had trained in it his whole life along with his family.

“I’m surprised sabers scare you,” He said with his brows raised, “Almost everyone uses one. And Imma be real, that’s a pretty dumb reason for wanting to do martial combat,” He grinned at her. He wasn’t known for sugarcoating.

Ailis rolled her eyes a bit at Altair's comment. "Yeah, dude, you weren't kidding earlier. I am way too smart for you." She laughed. He certainly wasn't good at picking up hints.

"That sounds like a lot of commitment. You must be really good." She thought about how it would take to master an entire martial discipline. It was a lot. It probably took years just to truly be a beginner. "You must be dangerous." There was a little bit of awe in her voice. She imagined him kicking ass and taking names in a ring, then put herself in that place.

"You don't think i can do dedicated and committed training?" She asked, injecting a little bit of false hurt into her tone. It was annoying really. She may have a bad attitude, but she wasn't dumb or unorganized. "When do we start teacher?" She asked with a joking smile but a serious tone in her voice.

"It might be dumb." She said, looking up at him. "But if you haven't noticed, I like doing things that are dumb and dangerous." She let her eye flicker over him before smiling at him for a moment before turning attention back to what was in front of her. "I think I'm gonna need to buy a swimsuit if we're going swimming." She didn't think she brought one from home when she came to Taris and wondered when the last time she had been swimming was.

Altair blinked at her when she quipped about her being too smart for him. She would see the vacant look on his face, her implications flying directly over his head, clearing right over the horns too. What did him getting tat girl’s number have to do with Ailis? He said nothing on the topic, feeling stupid and confused.

His face heated up when she complimented him. He idly ran a hand through his hair and fidgeted with a horn, “I’m aight, I guess,” He smiled sheepishly. He was dangerous, and he set some school records already. However, Altair wasn’t going to brag about any of that. He could tell she was irked by the prospect of discipline, “Most people quit is all,” He shrugged. It wasn’t a lie, after all. The initial moves were boring and basic and that’s when people usually quit.

“We can start whenever you want,” Altair shrugged again. He was feeling much better after some food, and the smoking certainly helped mellow him out. The tiefling snickered when she mentioned a bathing suit.

“You’re actually planning this out?” He asked, chuckling a bit, “I was gonna just toss my clothes off and jump in like ya do when you’re trespassin’ proper,” It was clear he had done this kind of boisterous shit before. He and his brothers had gotten into trouble many times for running naked into old man Curly’s koi pond he kept for ‘therapy’. Altair stared off as he thought about the fond memories before he shook himself out of it.

“Let’s get you a suit,” He said after a pause, “May be too dumb for ya, but I can tell when a swimsuit looks good on a girl,” Altair grinned at her before playfully nudging her side.

Ailis watched her flirtations sail right over Altair's horns. More than once. It was clear that this guy wasn't taking any hints. She blew a bit of hair from her face in frustration, glancing at him as he got sheepish over her compliments.

"How about now?" She asked. If they could start the training anytime now was as good as any. It was getting late though.

Altair's mention of his plan to just strip down and dive in left Ailis equal parts flustered and panicky. There was no way she was going to do that. She wasn't brave enough for that, not without the pills that Altair had so rudely dumped in the sewer.

"Hmm. If we start now I won't have time to pick out a suit." She said glancing at the sun getting low in the sky. The thought of trying on bathing suits in front of Altair was only mildly less anxiety inducing than not but she'd already dug that grave by suggesting it. Might as well hop in. "I think there's a mall over there." She pointed towards a skyscraper that jutted above the general cityscape, emblazoned with neon logos of a variety of different companies.

She felt Altair nudge her side as he joked around. She gave him a sideways glance, trying to gauge whether he was actually interested or not. "Yeah I'm sure you can. No way that won't go over your head too." She snarked as she nudged him in the side in a return attack as they stepped into the mall. She was replaying their interactions of the day in her head, trying to figure out where exactly she had went wrong. Her suggestive attitude had so far flown right over his horns.

"You wanna pick out a few
for me to try on?"
She asked a little daringly as she started to flick through the racks of suits. That had the potential to go poorly in her mind. But she was feeling dangerous.

Altair initially only grinned when she nudged him, but after a few seconds, he suddenly paused. Before Ailis could keep walking, he abruptly reached out to grasp her wrist to keep her from going further, “Wait,” He called out till she turned to look at him, “What…what went over my head?” He asked, genuinely curious, “I get that a lot…” He smiled sheepishly. He realized he was still holding her wrist, and he gently let go, glancing down where he held her. His gaze flicked up again to meet hers again, clearly waiting for an answer.

Altair saw the mall in the distance, but he didn’t walk towards it just yet, looking entirely embarrassed, “I miss a lotta shit, for real,” He said with a faint smile, “So I’ll need you to spell things out. I don’t do it on purpose…been this way for as long as I remember. Drives people batshit.”

Apparently it was Altair's turn to stop Ailis as she walked away this time, the feeling of his hand grasping her wrist sending a jolt up her arm. She turned to meet his eyes and he fumbled out a question. She almost felt sorry for him as he admitted that things seemed to clear his horns quite often. She looked down at where he still held her wrist for a moment.

Oh no he's dumb. There was a little flicker of a thought in the back of her brain. Apparently that's what she had been missing. Maybe she was dumb too, all the signs had been there. She closed her eyes for a moment as she tried to quell the rising anxiety and fear. She could do this just fine when she had the false confidence that Crude gave her. She could do it without it... Right?

"You need me to spell it out for you? Alright." She said as she opened her eyes and met his again, the lingering touch of his hand on her wrist gone. There was a bit of ember in her eyes and a mischievous smile lighting her lips as she looked up at him.

"Hey, I'm Ailis." She said as she took a step closer to him, looking up at him. "I ain't trynna make this a thing," She smirked a little at that as she copied the line he had suggested earlier, placing a hand on his chest. "But you're hot, easy to talk to, and pretty fun to hang out with."

A bit of red flushed her cheeks as she took another step closer and stood practically right up against him, letting her hand slide up his chest, fingertips gliding gently over the back of his neck as her other hand came up to meet it. "Wanna makeout?" She said as she stood there with only a few centimeters of air in between them, her face close to his as she looked up at him. She figured she couldn't get any more obvious than that short of dropping to her knees right then and there on the crowded walkway.

Altair was caught off guard when she completely changed up her tone. The surprise was clear on his face as she quite literally spelled things out, and she even used the methods he suggested. She laid it all out on the table. He didn’t step back as she placed a hand against his chest, his gaze never leaving hers. If she noticed, his tail was almost eagerly swishing back and forth in wider arcs that was very different from when he was agitated or nervous.

He watched her face flush, and he could feel his own face getting burning hot. A lazy grin began to grace his lips as she stepped forth, sliding her other hand up to hook around his neck. Altair felt heat coursing through his entire body, always hooked whenever a lady knew to take charge. His arms moved almost subconsciously on their own, snaking around her waist to tug her even closer.

“Yes, m’am,” He murmured simply before he tilted his head to capture her lips with his. She made her intentions clear, and he wasn’t shy about it. Altair eased into the kiss, allowing her to graze along his piercings and taste him as he eagerly did the same to her. One of his hands slid further down along her body and shamelessly grasped at her rear as he shoved her hips to press against his own.

Ailis could see surprise in his eyes. For a moment she even worried that he was put off by her sudden boldness. She wasn't worried for long though as a lazy grin spread across his face and his arms wrapped around her, pulling her in. Ailis exhaled as their bodies touched, heart racing.

A slight smile broke her lips and she sucked in a sharp breath at his words, the way he said it as his hands touched her. She was beginning to see a trend with Altair. She didn't spend long thinking about it as their lips touched and she could taste his piercings in her mouth. And she could taste him. He tasted like herb smoke and chocolate shake.

She didn't care though. She kissed him eagerly and slid one of her hands up to thread through his hair, her thumb tracing a line just behind his ear as she pulled him in for more. The nails of her other hand traced lines across his neck as they glided down across his shoulder. His hands were shameless and Ailis burned red as he grabbed her, pulling her as close as two bodies could be while still wearing clothes.

Ailis took her time with Altair but eventually ran her hand back down from his neck and to his chest as she backed off slowly, reluctantly from the kiss after a few more moments. Letting her teeth scrape gently against his lip as she withdrew, she pressed her hand against his chest slightly to make some space. She felt on fire and the heat burned in her eyes as she looked at Altair. She didn't say anything right away and instead leaned up onto her toes to put her mouth by his ear.

"Let's go pick out something sexy for you to take off me later." She whispered a little breathlessly into his ear before turning from him and starting to walk away. She stopped, turning to look over her shoulder at him, meeting his eyes with a look that sizzled with promise and held a small flicker of cruel delight. "Come on fuckboy." She said with a laughing smile on her lips, holding a hand out towards him to pull him along. It was what he had called himself earlier after all.

Altair felt a jolt go through him as Ailis gripped his hair, the other hand tracing down his neck. His own hands were unapologetic in how they explored her. One was firmly grasping her ass, the other wrapped around her hip. His fingers teasingly slipped under her shirt along her lower back, his elongated nails grazing faintly against her skin. However, he didn’t move his hand further up beyond that, keeping it firmly on her hip.

He was slightly disappointed when she began to withdraw, but he didn’t stop her, relaxing his grip on her as she nudged him back. Altair exhaled as he felt her whisper against his ear before she drew back, leaving him feeling flushed and warm. The tiefling gave her a half grin, his tail whipping up to slap her on the ass to leave a mild sting as she walked away.

“I’ll believe it when I see it, tease,” He called out behind her, giving her a challenging look. She had put a raincheck on the other two things she wanted to do, and he doubted this would be any different. Nevertheless, the tiefling was certainly curious and exhilarated as he followed behind her. He allowed her to drag him along, working to actively get his head out of the gutter as they walked. This had certainly been a nice distraction from the withdrawals, but he knew he would need more to keep himself from being on edge.

Once they arrived at the shop, Altair looked through the racks, spotting a variety of suits. He took in sight of how Ailis liked to dress and lined up what to look for accordingly. He held up two different styles, "These?"

Ailis could feel the remnants of Altair's touch on her body as she walked away from him. She burned where his hands had grabbed at her. Static ran along the lines his sharp nails had traced. The sensation of his mouth on her lips lingered with the taste of him. She almost yelped as his tail whipped around to give her a stinging spank as she turned from him, but she managed to keep her composure.

"Don't worry, you'll be a believer by the end of the night." She said with a sultry tone followed by an air kiss. With that she turned from him and walked into the store.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! She screamed in the emptiness of her mind as she entered the building. What the FUCK Ailis! Why would you say that to him?! Things were going faster than she had… planned? Expected? She wasn't so sure anymore. She did know that she had promised that he would be undressing her by the end of the night and even through the anxious fear that arose at the thought she burned with an eagerness for it.

You can't do this… You need me. The familiar voice whispered from deep within her subconscious. It was her voice but not, echoing with a craving for that false confidence she knew she could have with the swallow of a pill.

No. I can do this without you... She rebutted the whispering craving. She knew what she wanted. Knew exactly what she wanted from the boy. That desire battled with the pit of insecurity in her mind. She knew where that thought went and her mind lingered on the partial set of ingredients in her backpack. If she could just… No. She didn't need drugs to get over herself and have a good time.

Ailis snapped out of her little internal struggle as they perused the racks of swimsuits and Altair held up his selections. She was a bit surprised that his picks were less revealing than she would expect him to choose, but was silently thankful. Damn insecurities.

"Oh I like these. I'll go try them on. She said with a smile, taking them from him. She tossed a suit at him as well. "You should try this on." she said with a wink before walking into the dressing room. She ignored the anxious part of her that screamed to break open the window and bail on this. Instead she took her time to change into both suits, examining herself from all angles in the mirror to make sure everything looked right, snapping a few pictures in each.

Looking down at her phone, she saved Altair's number as "Altair Fuckboi" before sending him a picture of each suit. The first suit he had shown was the one she chose, and she put her clothes on over it after removing the anti theft tags. Like hell she was gonna pay for it if she could just walk out wearing it under her clothes.

Ailis stepped out of the dressing room and looked around for Altair, quietly wondering to herself if he had decided to bail on her. She also wondered what he looked like in that speedo she'd flung at him.

Altair stared at the ridiculous swimwear she held out for him to wear. The tiefling simply gawked at it, jaw dropping slightly, “You want me to wear that when I was just gonna go naked?” He blurted out, eyeing the speedo skeptically. In the end he took it, rolling his eyes as she walked off. For a moment he simply stared at the ridiculous article of clothing. However, in the end he shrugged and wandered off towards the fitting rooms.

He was scoping himself out in the absurd swimwear when his comlink buzzed. He glanced at the pictures that arrived, taking a moment to stare at them before sending back some quick 🔥🔥 emojis to let her know how he felt. He also remembered how she put herself in his comlink, the memory making him chuckle to himself.

Right as Ailis was walking out of the fitting room, she would feel her comlink buzz again. This time, she would see a picture of some rock solid abs, and Altair wearing the stupid speedo. Except his thumb was hooked into the band of it, sliding it down a bit below the pronounced cut of his hipbone and the V line, teasingly hovering just above showing anything more.

Altair timed it so she would be looking at it right as he came across her again outside of the fitting rooms. He said nothing, simply giving her a quick wink.

“Meet me in a few hours,” He said simply. Truthfully he needed to discreetly disappear and give himself a controlled hit of morphine to curb the Wildfire urges. He knew his entire evening would be shot otherwise, “If you’re on Crude, I’ll call the whole thing off,” Altair said with a grin.

—

Right on time, Altair was waiting for Ailis a short distance away from the teacher’s house when it was night time. There was a fence to climb and he had gotten there early to scope out and see if there were any cameras around. He couldn’t spot anyone inside the house and he guessed they had a few hours to enjoy the pool before they had to book it. He had a case of beer in his hand, just enough to get them buzzed but not beyond that. Altair was feeling much better after the shot he took, along with a few hits of herbs. He despised being so reliant on it, but he still avoided doing anything hard to kill the edge.

Ailis was walking out of the changing room when she felt her comlink buzz in her pocket. "Altair fuckboi" flashed across the screen and her eyes went a little wide as she opened the picture. She stared at it for a moment, eyes roaming down his chiseled abs and the the hook of his thumb. Their earlier kiss had ignited a flame and the little picture only fanned it higher as her imagination wandered.

She realized Altair was standing right next to her and looked up at him, she received nothing but a quick wink that had her seriously considering the idea of pushing him back into the changing room to get another look at him. It wasn't to be however and Ailis looked at him with a short look of confusion in her eyes before nodding. If they had a few hours that meant she could go home and get cleaned up, maybe pick up the rest of what she needed and... nope, there it was. No Crude.

"Yeah, of course. It'll just be plain me." She said as the voice whispered in the back of her mind. She left with a smile and hurried home, only stopping at her dealer's house to pick up some more herb. She lingered in his doorway for a moment as she left before leaving the kitchen products she had taken from him at the door. She could already feel the temptation growing because she shouldn't. It was better if it wasn't even an option.

Ailis returned to her dorm, sealing herself away from the world as she tried to prepare for the night while managing her own cravings, the now forbidden drug and her prize for resisting temptation. Altair was on her mind as she got ready, smoking a joint to keep her mind off the other thing. She wished things were easier, but the picture of Altair on her phone served as a great motivator. And distraction.

-----

Ailis arrived at the arranged meeting place not to long after Altair. She felt on edge and he split her time at home between staring at Altair's chiseled abs and cut V-line, and staring at the little countdown that kept track of when the withdrawals would really hit. She walked up to Altair with a fresh joint ready to be lit in her hand, there to keep the edges on reality just a little bit smoother.

"Hey farm boy." She tried to say sexily as she walked up to him, putting a little extra sway in her hips. She could smell the herb on him and looked at him with concern in her eyes for a moment. "You too huh?" She asked, she could tell he was suffering and so was she, which made it just a little bit harder to care and not to just see him as another distraction from the pain. She wondered if thats what she was for him too. She wondered if she cared.

She lit up her joint and took two puffs off it before offering it to him. The night was still young and they had plenty of time. Her eyes scanned the fence they would have to climb over. Could she even make the climb, what if she embarrassed herself in front of Altair. No, of course she could. She had done harder back home. She shook off the anxiety and stepped a little closer to Altair. "You ready to get wet?" She asked with a playful smile.

Altair was staring at the fence when he heard Ailis arrive. He glanced over at her with a grin as she greeted him and swayed her hips. His tail swished energetically from side to side when he saw her, one of the ways he spoke without speaking. He shrugged vaguely when she asked about the smoking. He didn’t attempt to cover up the smell with cologne, feeling far more chill around her, “Wildfire is a bitch,” Altair said quietly, “But smokin’ doesn’t change me.”

The tiefling looked at the fence before giving a sideways glance to Ailis, “Are you?” He quipped right back teasingly, stepping back to gesture for her to go first. If she did, he would help her up like he had before, though this time take a longer moment to admire her ass while he did so. Once she was over, he easily climbed up and landed on the other side. He froze when a few pool lights switched on, his gaze flicking over to the house. A few seconds passed and nothing happened, so he shrugged and kept walking.

“Oh shit!” He called out excitedly, spotting a ground hot tub. He walked over to click on the switch, watching the jets come on. Altair looked up at Ailis, flashing her a grin before he began to remove his clothes. He clearly had no shame tossing off articles of clothing, each one flying right off until he was in that ridiculous speedo. The lighting was too low for her to be able to make out faint scratch marks along his back.

Altair dipped a toe into the hot water before finally stepping in and easing into it. He used the Force to bring over the case of beer before he glanced up at Ailis, “You comin’ or what?”

Ailis caught the swishing of his tail as she walked up. It was cute, and it was a little bit nice to know he was excited to see her. She raised an eyebrow at his comment and vaguely wondered if he was making a comment about her drug of choice. Or maybe he was saying wildfire changed him. She tried not to read into it to much because that was a stress she didn't need right now.

Ailis walked up to the fence in pace with Altair and looked up at it. Ailis smiled before climbing the fence with Altair's help, aware of his eyes on her, blushing a little as she came down on the other side of the fence. She likewise froze as the pool lights came on with their approach, half ready to bolt before Altair shrugged and kept going. On they went.

"Oh cool!" Ailis matched Altair's enthusiasm at the hot tub. A nice cozy hot tub sounded like a lot more fun than a dunk in a pool. Ailis watched Altair as he grinned and began stripping, and she had no shame in watching him as his clothes came off. She giggled a little bit at the flashy speedo before giving him and examining look.

"It looks hot... though a sold color might work better." She decided before grinning and approaching the pool. She dumped her jacket a few feet from the pool, dropping her shirt and pants on top of them as she stripped down to the suit that Altair had picked, trying not to feel too self conscious in the low lighting of the pool.

Ailis dipped a toe into the pool, testing its warmth before sliding in. "I better be." She shot him a half serious look. The water was hot and the jets felt nice and she smiled at Altair as she floated in the water for a moment before sliding next to him on the bench and accepting a beer from him. She hadn't missed how the case had floated over to him at his command and felt a mixture of jealousy and excitement and she tried to suppress the first with a swallow of beer as she chased the second by sliding closer to Altair and looking up at him.

"Hey." She said before reaching up to caress his jaw and draw his face closer to hers where she would meet his lips with hers. She had gotten the impression earlier that day that Altair liked it when the woman took the initiative, the way he had reacted to her sudden change in approach. The way he had spoke after... Well she hoped that wouldn't be the last time she heard those words from his mouth.

Altair couldn’t help but actually chuckle as she bluntly quipped back about coming. He was genuinely impressed by her boldness, her assertive behavior leaving him exhilarated and with a flush to his face. Altair lazily drank from his beer, his other arm extended along the rim of the hot tub. He watched her strip down to the swimsuit, eyeing how it perfectly fit her slender frame.

“More clothing than I wanna see on you, but it’ll do,” He grinned at her as he took a swig of his beer. His violet eyes glinted against the hue from the pool lights as he gazed at her. The tiefling was both surprised and excited when Ailis closed the distance between them. He was used to girls playing a million games or being confusing, but clearly she had no issues with that. The tiefling set his beer down, leaning in to kiss her again. He was happy to continue from where they left off, tasting her all over again. One of his arms wrapped around her and casually tugged her closer, nudging her right into his lap while facing him.

At the same time, his tail came up to loosely wrap around her, the very point of it grazing down her spine and between her shoulder blades and dragging down towards her tailbone. Altair pressed his hips against hers, deepening the kiss for a moment before he drew back to bite down softly on her lip with his pointed teeth. He grinned against her lips, “Yo,” He said casually, playfully responding to her greeting, “I’m Altair. I ain’t trynna make this a thing,” He repeated her earlier words, murmuring against her lips, “But I wanna do some entirely inappropriate things to you right now.”

Ailis blushed at his comment about the suit being more than he wanted to see on her. She knew what he meant, but also like... he was the one who picked it out damn. Irrelevant. Boys said stupid things.... It'll do? Okay. She ignored it and instead enjoyed the kiss as she felt his big strong arms wrap around her and put her where he wanted her.

A feather touch of lightning dragged its way down her back as she straddled his lap in the pool, their kiss deepening as he pressed against her. She melted into him, arms wrapping around him to grasp against his back, momentarily forgetting her problems. But there was one that she couldn't keep putting off.

Ailis exhaled against his lips as he drew back, his pointed teeth digging lightly against her lips in an exhilarating way. His voice rumbled and she wanted to kiss him again. "Hey Altair." She murmured back against his lips, grinning. "I want you to do some entirely inappropriate things to me." She breathed against his lips, resisting the urge to kiss him again. She wanted him and wasn't afraid to show it, her face close to his, lips hovering against his.

"And I want to do some entirely inappropriate things to you." She purred against his lips before drawing back and looking down and then back up at him, shyly, worried. She bit her lip for a moment. "But, there's something that we gotta talk about first." She said quietly. This was always the worst part about getting close with someone.

She leaned back slightly to make as much space as she was willing to make even though she wanted to be right there up against him, his skin against hers, his kiss on her lips. She looked down for a moment, tried not to let the thoughts that ran through her head distract her. "That condition I had when I was young." She started, clearly nervous. "well... I wasn't born as a girl. I learned how to synthesize medication for myself because I knew I was one. Am one." It felt like a terrible explanation but it was the most straightforward way she could get the point across and she waited for any sort of reaction.

Altair was caught up in the moment, and he pulled her closer, wanting nothing more than to get her out of her swimsuit. His arms wrapped around her, hands grazing over wherever he could feel skin. He unapologetically grabbed her ass just as he had done before, tugging her hips against his own. The tiefling paused only when she drew back a bit, blinking curiously. She would feel his grip loosen as he saw the look on her face, wondering if he had done something wrong.

After she confessed, the tiefling only stared at her, processing the words. He could tell she was nervous about this, and he wasn’t entirely sure how to react. In the end, he simply decided to be himself. He shrugged vaguely, “You’re a chick,” He said nonchalantly, “And I’m a dude. Glad we got that squared,” Altair grinned at her after that, leaning towards her, “And I still think you’re wearing too much clothing, boss” He murmured softly against her lips before capturing them again. Perhaps she had expected a more dramatic reaction, but it didn’t register as a second thought to Altair.
