A handful of the crowd dancing at the festival stage shifted to make enough space for the newest dancers to join, but Lucifrey hadn't been paying too much attention to anything other than the vibrant beat pulsing through her body. Her lithe hips swayed back and forth to the groove while she shifted her elegant style of dancing to match the pace of each new song that played.

The blue-horned half-Tiefling wore her usual outfit, which flowed along with her smooth moves. She found the brisk air to be stimulating as it gently kissed the exposed bits of her skin. Thankfully not quite as cold as M'haeli, which she'd been getting used to lately.

The crowd had already given her a generous bubble of her own to dance safely, since nobody next to her seemed to want to get poked by her shiny horns or get smacked by her pointy tail. That was, until the new group started merging in to join the dancing. The seemingly entranced half-Annfyn barely opened her bright blues toward the newly joining dancers in time to spot a couple familiar Jedi (@Apollyon, @Scoobert).

A bright blush came from the petite Padawan while her ears perked up and her eyes widened toward Dim. She'd been waiting for Zak to show up ever since she embarked earlier in the day to explore as much of the festivities as she could, but she hadn't been expecting to see her emerald friend here too. Luci was eager to show him the prismatic lightsaber she created with the gem they found, but this wasn't the place for that, and he seemed preoccupied with someone else for the moment (@Logan).

Noticing that her mouth had opened to call out to the Jedi, and not wanting to interrupt his retro groove or hurt his chances with the girl he was with, Luci held back her emotions and closed her lips. Then she would turn and shift back with some of the crowd to make more room for the new dancers while she patiently bided her time, and shyly looked away to act like she hadn't noticed Dim or Zak yet. Happy to see her friends, even if they were with other people, Luci let her smile curl up, and dipped back into the vibe of the music with her flowy dance.

Tazlen knew he was way outmatched the moment Vahliri began to move and lead the dance. However, he was just as fine following along and he watched her twirl and spin under his arm despite her leading. He didn’t meet too many women that oozed confidence like this and it kept him on his toes. There was a smile on his face the entire time they moved and she swayed with hypnotic grace he couldn’t look away from. Every spin doused him with that beautiful scent of jasmine and a brush of her hair.

He gave a gasp of surprise as he was tilted back, but he didn’t attempt to claw at her to go upright again. Vahliri had a strict measure of control, though she would see his frosty eyes wide and a look of genuine shock on his face soon replaced with a smile. He came up again thanks to her help and couldn’t help but chuckle, impressed at her display. As she asked her question, he didn’t respond immediately.

Tazlen grasped her by the hand and stepped up to try and lead. He circled around and twirled her under his hand before tugging her back to himself. He then followed it with a dip like she had done to him - it wasn’t as clean as hers, but it allowed him to look down at her all the same. He flashed a fanged grin, “Well for one, I’m a pretty quick learner,” Tazlen teased before tugging her back up to continue the dance. He spun her to face him, this time not as unsure about placing his hands on her waist or lower back.

“Are you from here?” Tazlen asked as he gazed at her, genuinely curious. There was the subtlest hint of an accent in her Basic and he couldn’t place exactly where it was from.

Zak gave a pleasant smile to each of the individuals as they introduced themselves in turn. His attention drifted between Dimetri and Aadya, a knowing smirk appeared on the Togrutas lips as his eyes darted between the pair, the tension in the air was palpable. Before the pair turned to the dance floor to enjoy the music and dance together Zak would give him a pat on back and a wink. As the duo walked off, Zak watched as the young woman named Vahliri took the arm of another newcomer and invite him for a dance.

Countless others pulled each other towards the dancefloor or approached to initiate conversations with one another. Zak had actually turned to greet Clove, the woman who had been instrumental in saving his life after the events of Thyferra but before he could really say much another disgruntled young man had approached her. Zak's smile turned to an awkward grimace as the young man named Atias truly laid into Clove about her disappearance and not contacting him.

"I was going to catch up." He whispered to her. "But this seems more pressing, maybe later?" He continued to Clove. "Over coffee or something maybe?"

It was then the Kel dor holding a cybernetic cat slid up beside Zak and extended him a greeting. Not wanting to be rude, Zak gave the man his attention and grasped his hand in a firm shake. The Keldor offered to dance with him, which at first caught Zak off guard, he cocked an eyebrow at the man before a smile appeared on his lips. Zak shifted his weight from his cane and offered the Keldor his left arm to take before silently agreeing to the dance with a nod and headed towards the dancefloor.

"I'm Zakrym La." He stated happily to Sol. "It's nice to meet you Sol." He continued. "Do you want to take the lead?" He asked before he gestured towards his leg with his free hand. "It makes things a little hard for me right now." He explained with a light hearted chuckle.

As Dimetri pulled Aadya towards the dance floor and a new song started, she couldn't help but be a little enamored with the Mirilian. There was a wholesome nature about him that she didn't find in many people, especially with the Sith. It reminded her of her favorite parts of Altair, just a little. There were also a million ways that Dimetri was different and Aadya found herself more interested in those.

Your dance moves aren't too bad, she said, following Dimetri's lead, effortlessly able to pick up on the relatively simple steps of the dance. But you're lucky you're so cute. A little bit of teasing for the wholesome country boy.

As the song ended and changed and Charlotte came into view, Aadya would flash her a smile before turning back to Dimetri for a moment. Leaning in, she would kiss the Jedi boy on his cheek before whispering into his ear - I'll come find you again later.

Sliding in with Charlotte as the woman moved to the music, Aadya would press her body up against the Queen Mother's and groove to the beat with her.

Surprised to see you here, Aadya said as she continued to dance with Charlotte. Good to see you hadn't forgotten me.

It had been awhile since Aadya had really flirted with anyone, but there was something about this Festival that just let her loosen up. She felt unburdened by all the things that normally weighed her down and made her feel like she was drowning. It was liberating and a little weird at the same time.

What the hell were they putting in those pumpkin spice lattes?

There were few things that Vahliri enjoyed more than dancing, and it was a passion that seemed to manifest each and every time. The dimpled smile never dimmed on the half-Annfyn’s lips - wide and bright with every sway of their hips and twirl beneath the Tazlen’s arm. In that moment, she was only vaguely aware of the festival occurring around her - honeyed eyes fixed every detail of the man before her instead. She drank in the brilliant frost of his gaze, and caught the faint notes of cologne that clung to his torso. The half-Annfyn couldn’t resist flashing a playful wink as she suspended Tazlen into that dip - playful fire burning behind her eyes just as they continued their dance.

The half-Annfyn was pleasantly surprised to see Tazlen take the lead as she indicated - effortlessly stepping to keep pace with the Jedi as they traveled the dancefloor. Each stride forward was taken with with cheery sway of her hips and shoulders, matching the more upbeat song that began to play. She kept one hand on the back of Tazlen’s neck and allowed it to graze down his shoulder blade - tugging him close and properly keeping a grip on the man, even as he tilted her back and towards the ground.

“Oh, I never doubted,” She said with a grin, gazing up at Tazlen as her dark hair brushed just barely above the ground. For all the ways he was inexperienced and awkward at first, the Jedi didn’t shy away from taking the lead when she indicated - and that certainly won him some points in her book.

Vahliri stepped backward, using her grip on Tazlen to pull the man along before spinning them as a conjoined unit a few rotations. She glanced up at his question, giving a faint shake of her head. “Only here for the festival,” She said back smoothly, “I’m from Indupar.” It was a fact hinted at through the accent she spoke with, even with the fluted ears and facial tattoos that screamed Annfyn. It proved once again that their species could be found just about anywhere. “Suppose I like to travel,”

“And yourself?”
She said with a small tilt of her head. Just as she spoke, Vahliri turned with her back to Tazlen - gently swaying with the man to the beat. The height difference between them meant that her head rested just above his chest, while one hand lightly drug across the back of his neck. “Where are you from, Tazlen?”

Taking the girl to dance, he was slightly nervous. He hadn't really danced with a girl like this. It was all a new experience for him, the girl flirting, and then the dancing. Honestly some of his bucket list got checked off from tonight alone. Aadya (@Logan )had something about her but he couldn't place it. Maybe he was just caught up in the moment and just happened to fancy her, or maybe she really was a little more special. Time would tell.

Then she made notice of his terrible dancing, deep down he felt a gut wrenching turn thinking that she might not have been enjoying her time after all. I wish I was better at this, cause now I look like a dufus. Luckily enough for him she also told him he was cute. Yessssss!!! Thank Force she likes meeee!!!!!

"Oh, hehe. Well I could say the same about you. Easily the most attractive girl here.."

With that he gave her a wink of his eye. A twinkle in it as they passed a brighter light hanging above them. If she noticed his cheeks would turn a slightly deeper shade of green as that was how Mirialans blushed. Luckily he got his mom's genes with that because his dad blushed brown. It'd be kinda embarrassing to have a poop color appear on your face mid flirting. As he was getting ready to try a new dance move she leaned in and kissed him on the cheek, she must've really wanted to do that cause she'd have to have been on her absolute tippy toes being she was 5'3 and Dimetri was 6'2. Almost a foot's difference in height. After the kiss she said she would find him again.

"Okay, don't be long."

Letting her go he let his hands hold hers lightly as she would walk away letting her hands gentle drag across his letting his touch linger for her. This was good though, it gave him a chance to go grab a drink real quick. Nothing alcoholic of course, just a sweet tea made from the Southern Style food truck to the side of the dancefloor. The sugary sweet drink was an absolute banger of a beverage for any other who wanted to try it. Standing to the side he noticed Luci (@AdventCore ) arrived. She was a sweet girl in the Order that helped him and Zak on M'haeli. An absolute delight to talk to, he'd have to make his way over and catch up eventually. For now he looked on and noticed Zak (@Apollyon )had a dance partner in Sol (@Nevermourn ). It was nice to see him having a good time, as he deserved.

The same couldn't be said for Vahliri (@Altaris ) and Tazlen (@Sreeya ) though. Nothing against Taz, but Vahliri.. he hadn't quite known anything about her other than she's a mass murderer of innocent soldiers. Honestly the sight of a fellow Jedi dancing with her was scary. Choosing to let go of the situation and move forward he would sip on his drink. Aadya had gone to dance with the Queen Mother (@Valen Pelora ) and it seemed way spicier than what Dim could have offered. He wasn't worried though, she said she'd find him again and he would wait for that but also have fun with his friends and possible new friends tonight.

Dimetri was having the time of his life here.

Clove's eyes widened as more people joined the group, and she hesitated for a moment, unsure what to say. So many new people, and so many old ones who didn't know how she truly felt. And yet... her lips began to curl into a gentle smile. It was exactly what she needed: a moment to forget about herself and focus on others. Just having some fun with the girls and boys.

She returned Aadya's(@Logan) wave with that same gentle smile, but she couldn't do much more because the Sith champion had already ran off the Jedi Padawan. It felt... awkward... and she wasn't sure what she should do. But then again, she was recovering from a heartbreak surrounding a Sith champion herself, so she couldn't be a hypocrite now. Ignoring the two, she concentrated on Vahl(@Altaris), whose response was so happy and kind that any pain surrounding her melted for a minute "Hey, Vahliri. It's really been that long, huh? You look amazing." She managed to say before she too disappeared on the dance floor, this time with a white-haired half-Annfyn.

The woman she saw at the horror manor(@Valen Pelora) turned to Clove and spoke in a controlled and tight manner she hadn't expected from her. But Clove chuckled softly. "It's very far away, I think. Although I never found out where we were in the end, but I'm glad you got out safely. Good to see you here." The half-Annfyn followed the Queen Mother's gaze to the Mirialan as she mentioned something about all Jedi dancing strangely. Well. She couldn't judge because, while she didn't have a retro dance, her own dance was more Ballet than anything else. Not very fit for a festival's dance floor.

As soon as the Mother Queen vanished, someone else caught her attention, but this time it was a boy she'd never seen before. He introduced himself as Kane(@Mr. Teatime) before looking at Clove. "Huh- Oh!" Her cheeks burned for a moment, her ears fluttering ever so slightly. The lance. She'd seen some replays of it on Switter and... oh, the embarrassment. "Yes, that is me. Thank you, though I'm afraid I'm no longer on wheels." She tried to joke with a gentle smile. "I like your outfit; it's a good autumn fit."

Then, to top it all off, her 'ex' Padawan-brother's(@LouJoVi) voice suddenly rang in the air, causing her to blink in his direction. Atias. Another person she owed a big apology to for disappearing. She looked at him, stunned; she'd never seen him so serious before. Alia(@Wit) stepped next to her before she could open her mouth or do anything, protecting her even though she didn't need it before dragging her into a hug. Clove remained stunned for a second longer before lowering her head on top of the Tiefling's shoulder, words unable to express how desperately she needed a warm embrace or a friend who would protect her even if she was fine.

In the midst of it all, Zak(@Apollyon), the Jedi Knight she met on her way to Ruusan and helped out, mentioned a cup of coffee. She agreed with a nod and a faint smile before returning her attention to the scene in front of her.

Alia soon found herself drawn to the dance floor and motioned for Clove to join her. "I'll be there in a sec!" she finally said, the first words she'd said since staring at everything in complete disbelief and shock. Her gaze then turned back to Atia, looking at him for a second before bursting into a snort. "She's going to love it when I tell her you're basically my brother." She took a breather before opening her arms for an embrace. "I'm sorry, but I broke my comlink and needed some... mental repairing. But I'm back!" She smiled at him, squeezing him for a moment before lowering her arms. "Let's go to the dance floor."

The small girl approached Alia, who, by the time she caught up, was dancing like some of the memes she'd seen other Padawans post in the group chat. But it was oddly endearing to watch rather than awkward or uncomfortable. Her carefree attitude was contagious. Clove joined her and Kane, who she apparently dragged along by the wrist, and ruffled her hair extensions for a moment before letting every inch of shame and tension leave her body. She swayed to the beat, swirling her arms in the air before gliding them down, her skirt wooshing with each new spin and turn. It was overly elegant, and yet, it was clear she was loving every second of it. Her legs? They'd be a worry for tomorrow.

Tazlen was entirely oblivious to the mean mugging Vahliri was getting cast her way courtesy of Dimetri. As he mostly took on offworld missions, he didn’t know about all the intricate details about which specific Sith fought at which battles. He knew it was only a matter of time before he was deployed in combat again and he simply wanted to enjoy himself.

He moved easier this time, finally getting the hang of it. Tazlen felt her spin again, her back now against his chest. He felt her head rest against his chest, his face slightly flushed. However, he wouldn’t let nerves get to him. Tazlen’s face fell slightly when she asked where he was from. It was a question he should have expected, but it gave him a moment of pause nonetheless.

“Not…such a happy story I’m afraid,” He turned her around to face him, pausing the dance for a moment, “I’m from Firrerre,” Tazlen said. It was generally a mood killer, but he wouldn’t bullshit her either.

“Do you wanna go try some of the local foods?” He jutted his head towards the food stalls, “If you’re Induparan, I bet you can handle some spicy,” He flashed her a wink.

A wide toothy grin spread across Charlotte’s face. Her eyes flicking up and down Aadya as the woman danced closer. She sighed softly when she felt their bodies press together. The Hapan Sith shoving thoughts of the others from her mind. The interpersonal conflict of Jedi and Sith were of a little consequence to her now. Her world constricted to the space on the dance floor. She leaned forward to whisper into Aadya’s ear. “How could anyone forget you?” (@Logan) That night had been a strange string of events. Genocide at Stolas’ command…the night with Aadya…and the blood-soaked walk with Andruil. Her entire life had started that night.

She let her hands float down to Aadya’s hips, pressing them closer to together. Charlotte nodded towards where Dimetri walked away. “I think that ones in love with you now.” Her smile grew larger. A small chuckle escaping her throat. “But the good little boys are so boring.” Oh yes, she was having fun now. Her voice was barely above as whisper as she spoke. “Life has been so dull lately…maybe that’s why I’m here…” Her Chume’doro knew better than to interrupt the Queen. They were busy mingling with the crowd. Waiting and watching. Charlotte felt an annoying pull at her sense.

For a half moment her gaze floated across the gathering. Another mystery from her past stood staring. Arc…huh…he wasn’t dead. That certainly complicated matters. How many of the growing cluster of dancers were Jedi? She leaned further into Aadya. What did it matter? She knew she should care but she couldn’t find the energy. Not today. Not now. Arc and Charlotte oddly shared a strange bond from their time in the mansion. She raised a single eyebrow at the Jedi. If he wanted to join her fun, she wouldn’t object. (@Forsythe Crowholde)

A smile crinkles cheeks behind his mask as the Togruta takes his extended hand. Sol gives his Cyber feline companion a boost back onto his shoulders with his other limb, before he hooks his arm with the man and leads his newfound partner onto the polished dancefloor. Shimmering eyes shift to peer at the other's leg as the Togruta voices his concerns, leaving the Kel Dor with a sense of amusement.

"Not to worry, Zakrym. We will dance at your pace." Honeyed words flow from tusked jaws as the Sith attempts to pull the Togruta into a gentle spin. A playful gesture, undoubtedly. "I doubt anyone in the crowd will notice. It seems everyone is preoccupied with their own partners. Or the food." Sol practically purrs at the thought, but he wasn't going to remove his mask in such an uncontrolled environment. Taking a few meals to go, however? That was certainly an option. "If I may ask, what happened?" As polite as Sol sounded, his question was quite blunt. Sol wasn't one to care much for the feelings of others, and he would pry regardless.

The music coursed throughout Luci's body, and she gave herself to the flow while she dipped into the elated vibe she felt all around her. Then her bright blues opened ever so slightly, and the warm fuzzy feeling she had begun to feel in her chest suddenly froze.

The girl kissed him.

It was only on the cheek, but the splinter in her heart still hit harder when she watched their hands intimately slide apart in painstakingly slow motion. "-ah-" A breathless gasp that fell silent. There was a slight shift forming beneath the Tiefling-Annfyn's chest. A flutter of the heart. A beat heavier than ever. While Luci did her best to keep her bubbling emotions at bay, she couldn't quite keep them from reflecting on the outside. What was this sudden heat she felt growing? Was this the latte from earlier? Is this what people meant by heartburn?!

The music beat her skipping heart back into motion. Time had still been moving she suddenly realized, and then she found herself gently holding the cross-like end of her tail against the mid of her chest to comfort herself. A soft squeak came from the embarrassed girl, drowned out by the upbeat music. She quietly cleared her throat and released her tail so that it would trail behind her. 'It was just a kiss on the cheek... just an innocent peck on the cheek... that doesn't mean anything... Right?' Luci anxiously thought to herself as she lowered her chin and let her bangs cover the upper half of her dark red face while she hesitantly started to go after Dim.

She thought she'd been watching where she was going well enough, but her gaze was on the ground and Luci suddenly found her shoulder softly bumping into Zak. "Ah! Sorry, master!" The Padawan's reflexes kicked in, and she reached out with one hand to his lower back and the other to the back of his injured thigh to steady him while her feet slid into position to brace both of their weight. She was supposed to be helping him heal, and here she was nearly knocking him on his rear. "Oof! Sorry! Sorry!" She called out to both Zak and the mysterious Kel Dor he was dancing with.

Then the girl's eyes widened as she finished helping Zak find his balance and noticed the Cyber Cat on the mysterious man's shoulder. "Oh wow! I love your cat!" She couldn't help but to let her smile shine through for the moment, nor could she keep herself from distractedly looking off in the direction Dimetri disappeared to. She didn't want to disrespect her master or his new acquaintance any further, but she didn't want to just let Dim get away either. She reluctantly chose to stay, and tried to divert her anxious glance back to the pair every time it would stray away to search the distant crowd for any sign of Dim.

Unsurprisingly, Vahliri didn’t miss the dirty-looks she was getting from Dimetri - and wasn’t the least bit surprised. The half-Annfyn never made any attempt to conceal her identity during invasions and Imperial missions, proudly wearing the mantle of Sith upon her shoulders for the Galaxy to see. She was used to the lingering stares and looks of disgust at this point - and she couldn’t have been less bothered by it all. She certainly wasn’t going to let it interrupt a moment - and merely flashed the Mirialan a wink while dancing against Tazlen.

With her back pressed against Tazlen’s chest, Vahliri sank into the upbeat music - feeling every beat as it vibrated against her sensitive hearing. She wasn’t afraid to pull the Jedi close against her - hips swaying and lightly brushing back against him, while her manicured fingers rested gingerly on the back of his neck. The half-Annfyn’s free hand gradually found its way high above her head, swaying and moving fluidly as she danced. It was clear that Tazlen was getting the hang of things, and she would’ve happily danced the night away. Though she didn’t see the shift in Tazlen’s face, Vahliri absolutely didn’t miss the pause that followed her question. Her hips swayed to a slow stop and her arm lowered, pausing her gentle grooving to face the Jedi.

When he finally spoke, the half-Annfyn’s face was remarkably difficult to read - blinking a few times when Firrerre was mentioned. While the cataclysm of the planet was before her time, that didn’t mean the half-Annfyn didn’t have opinions on the matter. While others decried the actions of Darth Raze and screamed genocide, Vahliri saw nothing but the necessary and inevitable consequences of a decades-long war. There were no innocent sides - and after the bombing of Dromund Kaas, the half-Annfyn had remarkable less sympathy for planets or goverments caught within the crosshairs of the Sith. All the same, none of her feelings on the matter bubbled to the surface - and Tazlen would see none of it play out on her face. Instead, she felt only the pangs of empathy for someone who had presumably lost family to the conflict. A moment ticked by, and Vahliri offered Tazlen a soft smile in absence of words - her fingers squeezing ever-so-slightly on the back of his neck in a gesture of sympathy.

She quickly opted not to linger on the dreary topic - instead moving right along when Tazlen mentioned the food stalls. “Are you kidding?” She said with a wide grin, tilting her head. “Easily the best part of going to these festivals.” It was no secret that the half-Annfyn loved to sample cuisine and street-foods wherever she went - in large part due to the fact she couldn’t cook at all herself. She had no qualms about reaching down to seize his hand, tugging him along and towards the food. “Hope you can keep up,” She grinned back at him, flashing a wink without missing a beat.

As they reached the food stalls, Vahliri’s attention was drawn towards a stall selling nuggets of deep-fried, boneless chicken - the aroma of fiery chilis and other spices wafting through the air. She shot Tazlen a glance to gauge his reaction before sliding a few crowns across the top of the stall. “Two baskets.” She said. Within a few moments, two small bowls of the chicken pieces were handed to them both. While meant to be eaten with ones hands, there was a small metal skewer nestled in the basket for the more picky. "Might want to find yourself another drink, just sayin'," The half-Annfyn said playfully.

“So other than dancing,” She grinned over at Tazlen, “What do you like to do? Got a whole festival to explore,” The half-Annfyn jutted her chin to all the attractions. “If you don’t mind strayin’ to far from the others that is,” As she spoke, Vahliri happily munched away at her snack - immediately feeling a bit of heat rise up in her face from the spices.

Atias looked quizzically at the horned girl. Did she really think that he was mad because he wanted to date Clove? When he realized that indeed was it that she was thinking, the Padawan burst with laughter. He never saw her this way, the half-Annfyn was basically his sister.

Being honest, the half-Morellian would do the same if he saw someone saying that to Clove. Be a boy or a girl, the Padawan would not allow them to pester Clove about dates that she refused. He wondered if it was something that a brother would do.

When Atias had calmed enough his laugh to explain the situation, the horned girl had already walked away and left him and Clove alone. After the half-Annfyn explained what had happened with her, the Padawan smiled and hugged the ex-Knight. “I’m not ‘almost’ your brother. I’m your brother, even if you aren’t a Jedi anymore.” he paused to think about something before talking again. “I’m your brother in the Force!

He put an arm around her shoulders, obviously mesuring the difference on their size. Then his smile grew. “I’m your little brother that is taller than you!” the Padawan followed her to where everyone was dancing. “I never understood why you left the Order, but it’s your choice and I respect that. But, can we see each other more times? I miss practicing with energy bows with you, Thumbelina.

By the way, who is the horned girl? Is she your friend? Maybe you could present her to me.” the Padawan said suggestively, with it being between a joke and serious.

Aadya couldn't help but let a sultry smirk crease her lips at Charlotte's question. Ego stroking wasn't really something she sought out or craved but it was always nice when people gave it to her anyway. As the music continued to play, Aadya let Charlotte take the lead on their dancing.

Maybe, Aadya said, an alluring glint in her eye. Though, the good little boys also do exactly as mommy says. Aadya paused for a moment before leaning in to whisper in Charlotte's ear. And so do the bad girls, don't they Charlotte?

Pressing her body as closely to Charlotte's as physically possible, Aadya would grind on the Queen Mother even if the song didn't really lend itself to it. It didn't matter. Turning to Face Charlotte, Aadya would trace line's along her back as her hands continued down and caressed her behind.

The music would shift to something a little faster and Aadya would match its energy as she continued to dance with Charlotte. Eventually, though, the foreplay between the two would have Aadya wishing for more. And, generally speaking, what Aadya wanted Aadya got.

The look in her eye just the slightest bit of predatory, Aadya would grab Charlotte by the hand and lead her to a little fort made of hay bales that was nearby the dance floor. Assuming she was willing, Aadya would drag the Queen Mother inside while using the force to pull a couple bales in front of the entrance so that the two could have a little bit of alone time.

While the music blared outside, Aadya would start by kissing Charlotte on her neck, her sharpened canines caressing her delicate skin for just a little bit of added danger.

Aadya's hands would work quickly to remove Charlotte from her clothes, delighted to see that the woman's body was just as beautiful as she remembered.

The Wrean chuckled as the horned girl's answer was to pull him toward the floor. His hand was warm despite the ambient chill, his drink left behind on some convenient nearby surface. He chose to ignore the kinda creepy commentary from the person who'd walked up to talk to Heels on Wheels, already forgetting his existence. Out on the wooden floor and with upbeat music his body moved to the beat. Kane was danced well and with an energetic vigor more focused on fun than real grace.

He didn't seem to care that Alia looked kinda ridiculous, just going along with it and avoiding the pointy horns for any of the crazier-looking moves. Kane even tried out a couple of of her moves just for the hell of it with no concern for if he looked silly or not. Half these people were drunk and weren't doing much better anyway! Not like this was a balls room or whatever it was called.

"Where you from?" he breezily asked Alia in the middle of her trying something that mostly just made it look like she was trying to use Heelys without any actual Heelys with some kinda arm wiggle going on. "I'm used to much more water."

At some point the music changed to something he just vibed with and Kane decided to switch things up. Taking Alia's hand he'd pull her into some fast but lazy movements that vaguely resembled a tango, moving to the beat in whatever way the two of them felt like at the moment and flashing a fanged smile all the while.

"Don't think I caught your name, ah?"

Tazlen grinned as she picked out a stall serving spicy food. He expected nothing less, and he eyed her for a moment, "You’re paying for me already? I must’ve impressed you more than I thought,” He chuckled as he took one of the baskets. He didn’t bother reaching for a skewer - he preferred to enjoy foods how they were enjoyed by locals.

“Oh have some faith,” Tazlen said with a grin as he took a bite, “I got some Firrerreo in me,” He reminded her as he took another. In truth, this was damn spicy and his face turned pink. However, to his credit, he managed to keep eating without needing a drink. The dish was spicy but not to the point where it detracted from the flavor.

He began to walk with her as she did, glancing around at the stalls and the makeshift stages ahead. Tazlen thought about her question and shrugged vaguely, “I like live music and there are a few decent bands out here,” He glanced over his shoulder at the others, already spotting two of the ladies getting hot and heavy. Tazlen scoffed at that before looking back at Vahliri, “I don’t believe my absence will be missed.”

Up ahead, there was a band performing with a small crowd around it, “If it didn’t sound lame as hell when I said it, I’d also tell you that I ‘study the blade’,” He said with a grin. It was true - he was extremely proficient with the saber, but he figured she would find that geeky.

A shiver raced up her spine. Her thoughts momentarily shifting to Dimitri. Aadya would eat him alive. Charlotte’s smile somehow grew even broader. That she would love to see. The little do-gooder put to even better use. She leaned down just a little lower. “I have misbehaved…” She briefly gestured around the dancing guests. “So long…with no one to put me in my place…” They both knew where this was headed. The same bliss the night Malacia was dethroned. A tangle of sheets, limbs, and sweat. She shivered again. That moment lived burned into her memories. Her chest aching with the wait. She needed Aadya. The woman dangerously close to her now. Their faces barely apart. Charlotte running her hands across her partners back as the music shifted. Pushing all bounds of public propriety. Finding each and every curve. The wait burned her soul.

Charlotte was practically vibrating with anticipation. She wanted this. Now. As if reading her mind, Aadya grabbed her hand and towed her to small hay enclosure. Her heart raced in her chest. Her cheeks flush with anticipation. Aadya took control and Charlotte happily gave it to her.

The Chume’doro subtly took position outside. The hay bales tumbled over the entrance and the world shrank further. There was nothing but Aadya. Nothing but the two of them. She bit her lip to try to keep quiet. A fight to stay silent while Aadya moved up and down her neck. Her body shaking. Memories of that first time flooding back. Her own hands working feverishly to free Aadya from her clothes. Oh yes…this was what she wanted…and bad girls were so much better than good boys. She sighed softly as they fell into the hay. Finally.

The Chume’doro remained stoic outside, trying desperately to keep the music loud and harvest goers far enough away so they would not hear the celebration cries from within.

Arctus couldn't help but grin with the way Charlie (@Valen Pelora) raised one perfect eyebrow at him, and from a distance he couldn't say if it was an invitation or a "What the fuck are you doing here?". Charlie seemed to be just as surprised to see him here, though she hid it better than Arctus. For a moment he stayed where he stood, watching her dance with yet another attractive woman– (@Logan)

I said what I said, he told himself as he drank the last of his lemonade. Tossing the can to a nearest bin, he began to approach the pair of women tangled around one another on the dance floor. He didn't get to reach them on time, though, as the younger of the two began to whisk Charlie away from the crowd and towards somewhere with a little more... privacy.

The former smuggler paused, gaze following the two women as they disappeared from view.

Ah, beans.

Quick, think Jedi thoughts!

That was hot.

Not that kind of thought!

Covering the lower half of his face with his jacket's lapels to hide a mischievous smile, Arctus turned around and walked away for now. He would just have to find Charlie again later, after she and her friend returned. He wouldn't normally seek out a Sith willingly, but after that not-so abandoned mansion incident Arctus couldn't help but feel that the experience created a bond between them in some way. Was it because the shared experience of facing near death? Maybe it was the way they worked together despite knowing that one of them could easily betray the other? Or was it because she decided to shoulder the death of that doctor on her own to save him from guilt? Maybe it was the way they worked together despite knowing that one of them could easily betray the other?

Sith or not, he really hadn't properly thanked her for that.

The Corellian brushed these sobering thoughts off for now, making yet another mental note to try and talk to her later. He spotted a familiar Togruta (@Apollyon) dancing with a Kel Dor (@Nevermourn). He decided to drop by and greet Zakrym. Approaching the pair, he spotted yet another fellow Padawan (@AdventCore) who seemed to be intent to keep an eye for someone in the crowd of festival goers.

"Got an eye for someone?" he asked Lucifrey Sol by way of greeting, and offered her a friendly smile. That same smile extended both to Zakrym and his dance partner, coupled with a quick wave of one hand. "'Sup. Enjoyin' the festivities so far?"

Vahliri glanced over to Tazlen, flashing the Jedi an exceptionally wide, dimpled grin - just as he proceeded to call her out on paying for them both. It was something she did without giving it a second thought, and her bright expression only lingered as she nodded in response, “You did,” She began, happily taking the basket of spicy chicken as she spoke. “Most people would’ve tried to tap out or shy away from what they aren’t awesome at,” Instead, Tazlen went right along with it and took the lead at a few points - and that fact certainly earned him a few points in Vahliri’s book. Her voice and expression was entirely genuine in what she said.

“And I certainly don’t mind treating the cutest guy here,”
She threw in a playful wink - not so much as missing a beat and moving right along after throwing in the compliment.

Vahliri smirked a bit when Tazlen mentioned his Firrerreo heritage, something she had only guessed at before due to his pronounced canines and two-tone hair. “Good,” She said, eyeing him for a moment, “Then I’m not the only one who can handle some spice,” The half-Annfyn said playfully before taking another bite. She immediately felt heat rise up in her face and her skin shifted ever-so-slightly towards red, but the half-Annfyn happily continued munching - clearly enjoying the salty and heavily spiced flavor of the snack.

She nodded along when Tazlen mentioned his interests, smiling a bit wider when he did so. “I love anything I can move my feet to,” The half-Annfyn said, “Live or blaring over some club speakers. ” While the latter almost always required her to don some earbuds, Vahliri couldn’t deny that she loved every minute of it. Her sensitive hearing meant she experienced music more vibrantly than many others - and it was all-too-easy to lose herself in whatever was playing. The half-Annfyn glanced back over her shoulder - just long enough to spot Aadya and the Queen Mother dragging each other off behind some haybales. “..Fair point,” She said with a snicker, turning to follow Tazlen towards the bands.

The half-Annfyn couldn’t help but giggle a bit when Tazlen phrased ‘studying the blade’, though he couldn’t have been farther from the truth when it came to finding it geeky. “Well that makes two of us,” She said with a wide grin, her gaze lingering on his own for a moment. It was no secret that Vahliri prioritized her skills as a duelist over sorcery or the like - skills that she had utilized to great effect on multiple occasions. “I'll have to see what you've got some time,” The half-Annfyn said playfully.

It didn’t take the two of them long to reach a makeshift stage - currently occupied by just a few musicians and a solo singer. Vahliri gently bobbed her head to the song that was being sung - though her fluted ears flattened a bit when some beefy Feeorin stepped in front of her field of vision up ahead - combined with her own height and blocking her view of the stage.

She glanced back her shoulder, spotting a bar that had been set up not far from the stalls or the stage where they currently were. “Still good without a drink?” She teased, though it was clear she wasn’t referring to quenching the spicy food.

As the young Mirialan had been enjoying his sweet tea, he watched the dancefloor and noticed Aadya and Charlotte make their way off to the side away from everyone. It was slightly disheartening to know she flirted with him just to run off and do extra curricular activities with the Queen Mother. A part of him thought Aadya could be a one person gal, but boy was he wrong. It wasn't any skin off his back though, saves him from possible heartbreak in the future. It'd take a real dumbass to try to make a housewife out of her.

Looking back, he noticed Lucifrey got caught up speaking with Zak and Sol. Assuming the two would want to have their alone time as they danced, Dimetri would call out to his friend,

"Luci, over here!"

He would wave his hand to catch her attention insisting she come conversate. She was a sweet girl had been there to help him when he needed and she looked like she needed the help getting away from the old folk. As she would make her way over he'd greet her with a smile as he began speaking once more.

"Have you ever had funnel cake before? I saw one of the trucks had them down that road over there if you wanna check it out."

He would take a couple steps in that direction while keeping his focus on her awaiting the answer. He wasn't in a rush, but boy was he hungry.
