Congradulations, Jedi Order! A time of revitalization is upon us. New members are flocking in. Activity is up. Missions are filling The Story.

However, these poor Padawans are without a shepherd. New members are joining the Jedi Order and some still need masters. I've taken a few, but we need more to help train these [ST]pipsqueaks[/ST] good souls into Jedi Knights to serve as the defenders of the Republic. Let's not slack off.

Has Mofo gone through 40 posts of training and completed a mission that involved his master?

Well, once my Jedi char (Anthony Xall) becomes a Jedi Knight, which will take a while, I'll be happy to train some Padawans. =)

Every time I take a padawan they mysteriously disappear, which tends to piss me off after a while. Right now I'm hoping my current padawan will show up again. If not, I'll start taking people up again, but they gotta last more than 5 posts in.

Anyone who wants to take on a Padawan should post in the Training Request Thread and state that they're looking for a Padawan.

Likewise, anyone who's looking for a trainer absolutely must post there. They should also take the time to look through the rosters and send PM's to people with Jedi Knights and Masters to try to find a trainer.

The Jedi Order does not have a training problem. What we've got is a communication problem, one that's existed for as long as I've been a part of this site. All too often padawans post for training but are never taken up simply because nobody notices their posts; the absolute best work-around to that is for the padawans to simply start spamming PM's to other Jedi. I guarantee that if you PM enough people you will eventually get someone willing to train you.

We'll post if and when we find the time. As it stands Sreeya and I are still talking about whether or not we'll even let Mofo back into the Order. We'll let you know when we've decided what to do with him.

Now, all that aside, there's no use keeping this thread active since the Order's running perfectly right now. If and when we feel there's a training issue, we'll make an announcement and we'll start poking people.
