Still... why does Ultron have eyebrows?

I was hoping for something more Ultron and less Transformers.

Eyebrows are expressive. Ultron may technically be an AI, but he is still self-aware, and I imagine the audience will need to see him make expressions in order to really "get" his emotional nuances. It's for the same reason that, say, Dexter from Dexter's Laboratory's glasses functioned in a manner similar to eyebrows.

I could be wrong, maybe Ultron doesn't necessarily have to have eyebrows to express himself, but I figure that's why he looks that way.

Oh I get that, but what I am saying is more akin to your final statement. I don't see them as necessary and from what I get from it visually is a bit too much Uncanny Valley.

Say what you want about the Mass Effect series, but I think their character Legion had more subtle moving parts (including brow like structures) that conveyed emotion just as well.

Legion FTW, Rex-Johnnysaurus.

And I think the idea of Ultron being in the Uncanny Valley is actually the point of it-- he's the villain, he's an AI, he's self-aware. Having him able to make facial expressions and mimic being human through that, while not being human at all, is unsettling because it just looks wrong, which makes perfect sense to me.

I think it is a tad contradictory if they did it to make him more sympathetic, but intentionally also making him unnatural. I'd just rather they go with more subtle cues for emotion, but oh well.

EDIT: Watching some analysis of the trailer the people on it point out they think Ultron has a sort of mask or battle visor that was seen in previous promotional material. A bit head scratchy as to why he'd need it, but it would make me feel better about the Transformers face if he had another one to switch to.

For me at least, it's scarier when a robot when an unemotive face is trying to kill me than when Megatron is trying to kill me.

We already know that he does.

I'm excited to see Captain America use Thor's hammer, which I pretty much expect to happen.

In footage shown in San Diego, the Avengers each try to pick up Thor's hammer while at the get-together at Tony's place. No one is able to move it. Cap tries and the hammer moves a little bit, but he's unable to pick it up.

I know about the footage. I have a theory of what's going to happen later in the movie, too.
In the trailer we see Cap's shield destroyed. Next to it is a body, which looks a lot like Thor. I'm guessing that this takes place in the final battle, where Ultron has incapacitated most of the Avengers. Cap is the only one left, but his shield is broken. Since Thor seems to be out of it, I think CA is going to try to use Thor's hammer as a weapon. Ultron might scoff at him or something, saying that only Thor can pick up the hammer. Rodgers will then lift it or whatever. I know it's extremely cheesy, but I feel like it could happen.

That is the image I am referring to. The main reason there is some speculation is because the trailer does show Ultron in multiple robot bodies leading a few to wonder if the mask and eyebrows faces were separate forms.

Honestly makes sense to me.

That could be a cool moment for Cap, considering he's probably going to die in Cap 3.

People seem to think there is linkage to Black Panther in the trailer with Andy Serkis' character resembling someone from his line.

I'm cool with that.

I really like Serkis, but he's 50 now so he might be getting too old to be playing Black Panther. Then again, he's a great actor so he could probably pull it off.

And I honestly hope that the thing with Cap happens. I didn't enjoy how they wrote him in Avengers, and I want to RDJ get less key moments and other members of the team get their time.

I did not mean that at all. Serkis' character resembles someone named Ulysses Klaw. Considering T'challa, aka Black Panther, is an adult black male I do hope they wouldn't cast Serkis as him.

On your last paragraph I would like to see Tony take a background role, but since he is suiting up again and since Ultron is of his design it is probably going to be Tony heavy again.

While I doubt it is true, we haven't seen a picture of Tony in his armor yet and we haven't seen War Machine, but Rhodey is clearly in the movie. So perhaps he ditches War Machine to become Iron Man? I would really like that, but I doubt it.

I believe it may come from the scene where they are in a castle that appears to be on some kind of plateau or pedistel like... spelling it wrong v.v ... T'Challa's kingdom in Africa... Dunno, just my thought on it.

And about Tony not being in his suit... He fights the Hulk... he slips into the Hulkbuster armour during the trailer... could be Ultron as a stolen Ironman suit but I doubt it. A rumour that I heard is that Hulk and Hawkeye are getting more screentime this time round.. which by the trailer looks to be true... it will be good
