Okay, since this is exploding all over skype, we spoke with jiang and figured it out. Our ruling is that Clayton knocks the glop grenade back at Sisk, but the smart fuze is valid, so it doesn't detonate. The rest of the post is as written basically.

Next time, both of you, if youre going to argue about this,put it somewhere we can actually see it btw. Like this thread, for example! Or report the posts you have an issue with!

Edit: also I was asked about the interrupt, so fir public record ill put it here..having his visor shattered like that would feasibly cause glass to smash inwards, so sisks actions are considered interrupted since its kind of hard to keep your target with glass in your eye. The roll is still valid, but the missiles, no bueno.

Okay, so I had a chat with Sisk and it seems like I got the order of actions a little fuddled, so I need to make a quick correction to the ruling.

Since Sisk fired the glop grenade before Rook shattered his visor (and Rook doesn't really make any actions to prevent this according to his post), I'm going to rule that the glop grenade hits Rook, so he's immobilized. However, what with Sisk having his visor shattered (not cracked, since precog isn't allowed), then his actions with his missile launcher and rifle are interrupted, which gives Rook the chance to still use grip on Sisk, since Force Powers don't require gestures. So you're both immobilized more or less at the end of this round...er, with the slight difference that Sisk is currently being pounded into the ground.

But Lutomi is right. its a tough time of the year, and a little bit of leeway amongst fellow rpers never hurt anyone.

I may be baised, but I'd hate to see this fight won on a technical rule and not good writing/storytelling.

I'm agreeing with TAC here. Rules are rules, however given the time of year, and the fact this is the death of a PC we're dealing with, I say give him a bit more time.

What do you mean by "such as Sisk"? Any reason why he should get preferential treatment? And let me reiterate myself, he should have made a post here notifying Silver that he needed more time if he had the time to be online and post elsewhere.
