Child killer. Casany twisted her lips. It was no honorable title to wear. Yet this was not the issue right now, whether it should be or not. War with each other was not the way. It is just the way backwards.

The Mandalorians were already scattered and fractured. The Mandalorian who stood beside Srucayr echoed as much.

Adenn sought to keep everyone present right where they were, accounted for and on the same side, but Kotii had his own intentions. When the warden of Mandalore intended on something then it certainly carried some weight.

So there it was: a choice between Kotii or Srucayr. Based on defenses and resources, it might not be an easy decision, but it was not one that Adenn held the mantle of making alone.

“When our dromons spat fire at the worlds beneath them,” Casany spoke to her people. “Did their children weep blood? Did mothers embrace dead infants? Did fathers return to graves whose skeletons were half their height?” Eyes and visors were searched. “Did the sons and daughters of Mandalore not conquer with war?”

She looked at Kotii. “When is it permitted for the casualties of war to include children?” Then at Srucayr. “When is it war and not just the butchering of children?” Either man might have an answer but the answers weren’t important.

“What I know is that we are the Children of Mandalore, and war is coming. No, it has already come. As far as we have come, as hard as we have survived, us fighting Mandalorians, we are splintered and now at odds. We are not one people. We are not united.”

Stating the obvious now, Casany shrugged her heavy shoulders. “I will not tell you what is right or wrong, that is up to each one of you to decide for yourselves, but separating ourselves even further makes us weaker, not stronger.”

It wasn’t up to her. Kotii Solus had made up his mind and Srucayr had to make up his as much as everyone else did. “That said, Clan Praxor stands ready for the Mandalorians, whether here or there.” Casany looked between Kotii and Srucayr one more time. “With or without either of you.”

Seemed that Rytt was beginning to recognize just who it was he was speaking to and seemed suitably disgusted, even if he was standing firm on just what they could do with the man. For Arthos' two credit chits? There was nothing in the tradition of the Moot that said they weren't allowed to just literally toss the offending party out of the Moot. True, it would be about as good as declaring someone as not worthy of being a true Mandalorian but, well, what was wrong with that.

As if he had forgotten what Clan Vizsla of the past had done.

"Vizsla srukre etie ruyot hiibir va bal gar viinir bal kakovidir teh gar. Mhi ru uhyih tase."
he declared in more formal Mando'a, because there was no hiding the past of the Vizsla, "Ner ha'yr ganar oyacyir ti nulyrayr bal kebbur at nari ruyot bic par sim'olan- gar liser va o' vorer gar srukre nari e'yar'u kyr'yc vi'kula. Gar lap'a at mirdir kak tekru nikrujr. Mhi ru uhyih tase."

He eyed the representative of Clan Rook and bowed his head shortly to the larger man, eyeing the insignia that labeled him as a Sector Ranger. A Mandalorian one, truly but still a Sector Ranger. That he would accept such a calling and find it to not to be at odds to stand beside a murderer and terrorist by the laws his swore to uphold? Arthos was certain there was probably a stronger bond there that caused the Rook to forsake his oaths.

Arthos sat down at the fire.

"Ni malyasa'yr galar nayc tal be adate olar, vaal ibic Dilkeyamte."
he declared loudly before adding his compromise leveled at both parties in the traditions of their people, "O'aryihida a daya par at bal rala raryagr bal dir dagina meg cuyir baova cuyir shi. Ra cuyir kar'taylir asas a hut'uun."

And when the Kotii scalped Srucayr before the eyes of the gods and Mandalore, all would be well.

Srucayr's gaze had shifted to Kotii. <"Boy, unlike your Clan, ours have never abandoned Mandalore. You have zero claim to anything and something you lack the experience to realize is leaders have no need to declare what they are. The first we met, you did just that. Ruffled your feathers and declared yourself leader of Clan Solus and asked for those gathered to follow you. Leaders are chosen, it is a service to the Clan that cannot be tossed aside lightly. And as far as the Clans of the Orar'da'yadr go, they trust me to lead them, or another would be standing here and not me. And that, would be fine with me.">

His shoulders rolled. <"I will leave Mandalore the day my spirit ascends to Manda and I answer before Kad for all my actions. He will be who weighs and measures me, not you. I have fought for Mandalore longer than you could ever hope to, so your declaration means nothing to me, badger. If you want to remove me from my home, it will be done with blades in hand and Kad will decide not only the winner, but who was right."> He would turn to head towards the campfire. <"In the meantime, there is a moot to be held, so if you're done wasting people's time, either join us or depart. I will shed no blood at the moot.">

His gaze would shift to Casany, then Reiel, as he clapped Akalenedat on the shoulder, his back turned to Solus and the Vizsla. <"You know more than any other here, that my life has been devoted to fighting for Mandalore. And that, will never change.">

He would then push Akalenedat towards the chairs, his voice low so only the Rook could hear. <"You didn't need to stand up for me, son, though I appreciate it. Solus lacks the conviction to see it through. They claim loyalty to our people, but choose outsiders over their own kind. If the gods choose Solus as right, condemn me, boy. The man is more political than he wants to let on and thinks the only way for our people, is his way. Keep yourself and your Clan alive. My people knew this was a fight that couldn't be avoided, all he wants is title and power, he'll likely become the next Malinkar.">

When they reached the seats, he would gesture for the young Mandalorian to sit before he sat in the chair beside him. His visor shifted to Rytt. <"Never a day in my life have I run from accusations. And the day I answer for any perceived sins, it will be to the gods."> He said, his gauntlet tapping the sigil of Kad on his armor. <"And as you said, they will sort out who is right.">

Hearing accusations thrown around and admissions made – indirect or not, it was still there – were all becoming so bizaare to Reiel. On one hand she condemned what Srucayr had done even if it was for the defense of their people, but on the other the Akaan Salyr was someone she honestly respected. She should have felt torn, confused, even, but she just...

She just felt that all these were just so bizaare. Kind of like when one was having an out of body experience and not at the same time.

Unable to recognize the person beneath the beskar'gam but still feeling hints of familiarity towards them, Reiel placed a gentle hand over one of the young Mandalorian's armor and steered him to the background with her. She resumed her usual post as the listener, as the watcher, and even then she couldn't muster the energy to feel anything in particular as the discussion further devolved into more threats of violence she had no doubt any of the speaker wouldn't commit to. She knew Kotii would hold true to his words. Arthos as well. Srucayr was the same, and if only Adenn Rytt permitted it she wouldn't doubt any of the three spilling blood where it's due.

The thought should've angered her but she just felt... tired? Or nothing?

At the word 'Republic', however, Reiel found herself addressing the Mandalorians as a whole.

"The Republic? They're not the only ones we'd be watching out for if word of the culprit behind the assault on Thorne's fanclub got out," she said, voice soft but loud enough to be heard by everyone in attendance, "and trust me, word will come out about the identity of the killers. Disguising as pirates wouldn't matter in the end. They," she pointed upwards at the night sky, not referencing the gods in the slightest, "will know, and it's only a matter of time when that'll happen. Thorne isn't gonna sit back and say 'hm' about this. He's a man of action. He's gonna do something about this if word of the culrpit's identity gets out."

She hadn't had yet the pleasure of meeting the man behind the ISC, but Reiel had eyes. She'd seen what the man could and would do. She might not be a part of his fanclub, but she admired and respected what the President could do.

"Mandalorians always protect their own, and that's a fact. But it's also obvious that striking and lashing out aren't only the best course of action – aren't the only course of action. Have you considered the threat those children posed when you did what you have to do? Have you considered if they were capable of fighting back, of defending themselves? Were they just shot out of the sky just because they dared set foot on our planet? And without knowing who they were, soulless or not?"

She didn't care if there were arguments to be made with the things she were pointing out. Reiel was a Mandalorian, but she was one who lived in two worlds. She was the chief security of the ISC's Secretary of Defense. Her duty was, first and foremost, to her people, but she also had a responsibility to fulfill for the ISC. As a Mandalorian it was her duty to protect her people. As Carrick's chief of security, it was her duty to protect him and also to protect those the ISC have pledged to protect.

"But at the end of the day, you know you're gonna have to own up to what you did. I have no doubts about your resolve, ori'vod. I have no doubts about the lengths you'd go through for our people. But who your actions and decisions killed were children. They were children who went here for all the stupid reasons. They weren't a real threat except for their loud mouths and entitled opinions. They're children."

Now there it was, the feeling of being torn between two choices.

She knew what the ISC were capable of in terms of military might. She knew intimately her kin's, but the Mandalorians were still a fractured people at best. If word of Srucayr, a Mandalorian, got out about being responsible for those children's deaths, well... he just basically painted yet another target behind the buy'ce of every Mandalorian planetside and out there.

Because when did majority of the citizens of the galaxy focus on the culprit alone and not the race said culprit represented?

She wouldn't feel offended about the digs made towards the Vizslas (because the Crowholdes practically came from them) because what Srucayr said were facts. She mirrored Arthos's words – A Vizsla owned up the mistakes of their past and not cower from them. It was the founding principles of Clan Crowholde: admit the mistakes of the past and learn from them. The Death Watch and their Children were facts other Mandalorians and people won't be able to use against them.

After hearing Kotii's words, Kell felt his fists tighten as his emotions raised. However, Casany Praxor, Reiel Crowholde, and Arthos Vizsla's words somewhat calmed the giant Mando. This ordeal reminded Kell of how badly they needed a leader. Though his emotions were high, the Ranger needed to settle them and get his head straight and be the leader he knew he could be one day.

While Kell calmed himself, Srucayr's voice snapped him out of his daze. When he mentioned Clan Solus choosing outsiders over their own people...it didn't give Akalenedat any sense of relief for standing up for Srucayr and was gripped with guilt. It was Kell's duty as a Sector Ranger to stand up for all the people in the galaxy. Not just his fellow Mandalorians. Now Kell no longer harbored deep feelings of hate for Kotii Solus for Kell only saw a brother. Kotii saw the evil in the galaxy and made public announcements to all about those evils. Then, to back up his words, he walked the walk. That was the leader Mandalore needed. The leader Kell wanted to become one day.

<"Alor Srucayr...you will always be the father and mentor I needed. But I, too, fight for every being of this galaxy as does Kotii. Do I not fall into that same category you throw the entire Clan of Solus into as well? Look...I will always come to Mandalore's call. I am considering dropping my duties as a Sector Ranger for that call, but I am a protector of the People, Liberty, Justice, and Freedom.
The same things Mandalore stands for. Srucayr, there may be Soulless all around us one day...and some of those people I have grown fond of and even love.
Kad Ha'rangir is the God of Change as he is of War. Maybe it's time to change our point of view of what Soulless really means. There are too many valiant souls out in the great beyond that I could never condemn as Soulless and there are too many evil beings that I would love nothing more than to damn them to a hell where Percius and Mara crusade against them for eternity. You and I both have yet to meet our gods, so who's to say that Kad doesn't watch over anyone worthy of his gaze?">
Kell said solemnly as he sat down by the fire.

He hoped those words not only touched the heart of Srucayr, but any others that were listening into Kell's deep-thought philosophy.

(OOC EDIT: Hoped that clears things up.)

I stirred in my seat listening. Etr Approached, sitting in the seat next to mine.
"This is a hard decision."
He said. he observed the mandalorians around him.
"They are making their declarations of fealty to one man or another. You'd almost think each one were mand'alor. If you Choose solus, One half of this moot Go. If choose Srucayr then the other half does the same. You know what, though? Clan rytt has always had itself."
I Rubbed my brow again listening,
"Hesitation in the face of Duty is The worst form of Cowardice Buir."
The boy was correct. I rose to address the Assembled.
"My fellow Mando'ade. I assembled you here tonight because I sought unity among our people. It has been the hope of my Clan for centuries to be a truly united people. It has been our dream. My Clan holds many different Teachings, the first is that Unity at the price of Law and Honor is no unity at all. And the other is that Hesitation in the face of Duty is Cowardice of the worst kind. I have failed you, I have not spoken my mind truly and openly. I have not done my duty. Srucayr murdered Children. He caused the deaths of his own men. As host of this moot I must ask that that he leave this moot to preserve its honor and integrity."
I Stood straight when I spoke, My helmet having been left by my Chair.
"And I must ask for the forgiveness of you all for this terrible Cowardice in allowing this charade to go on here. I ask most of all for it from those whom I have fought with. This failure in Duty is a shame. And I apologize for even the Hesitation of speaking up. "

Much was said. There was more to say. Words are wind. If hers were too then away they blew.

Vods, I’ve got no beef with anyone here. I fought proudly beside some of you—Adenn, Kotii, Reiel—and would do so again with a dying heartbeat. I wasn’t even going to attend this moot, I came because I was called. I did not come to watch one of our own get turned away on condition of Solus or someone else staying. That is not my way. You say Srucayr has lost his, is not one of us, but I say he is until my sword tells him otherwise. And damn the Mandalorian to question my honor because of it.”

Casany had fought proudly beside Srucayr no less, had joined his Orar, and though that was then and this was now she would not enjoy taking his head if it came to it. Should it?

Had he killed the children of Mandalore then she would go talk to him just so, hilt in hand and to hell with exile. If he killed the children of their enemies then that could be dealt with some other way, some other time. Perhaps a proper trial? Perhaps they should exile me too.

“I admit, I don’t know what happened, and maybe that deserves some attention, but not here, not now. Rest assured, there are children in the ground. I put some there myself.” She twisted her lips. I had no choice. I had to. Did he? We reason away what we do and here we are. They could make of that what they would. They could even judge her for it, what little they knew, but it would not end well. “So is this a moot or a trial?”

With Srucayr gone they had their answer: the moot would finally begin. But not for me.

“I came to this gathering to gather our strength, not divide it, but there it goes. I will not walk with Srucayr as he leaves but I will not sit with this moot as it remains. Though, I won’t judge anyone who stays or goes. That is not my place. We each must find our own.”

Srucayr had wandered into the wind to find his. Where he went, well, he might never be seen again.

“Whatever you choose, come find me when it is time to stand. We’ll do what we can with what we have. Adenn Rytt, we did so before, joined our arms and flew in fire and blood, and we will do so again. I don’t believe you question my honor or integrity so take that as a promise.”

All that done and delivered, and unless addressed with something worthwhile, Casany Praxor slipped her helmet over her head, rapped knuckles against it and saluted. Then she made to leave. Clan Praxor did not have ships or soldiers though so maybe her exit wouldn’t matter.

Meanwhile Zaia was already aboard the Winged Pike, waiting to depart this damned dust and return to what clarity waited between the stars. They were far less stifling.

Srucayr bowed his head in understanding to Rytt. "I did offer once to leave should you wish it. I depart, but I wish the Moot well. There is no ill will against any here, as my loyalty lies to our people." His gaze would shift to Rytt. "There are no sides for our people, not if we are to succeed. We are one culture of many beliefs. And should battle come here, my people will stand beside yours, whether it's wanted or not, as will I. Kad preserve you all." He would turn to leave, with a bow of his head to the host.

He would depart and he would prepare. The vipers would soon shed their fur and he doubted they would attempt anything honorable. The War Priest of Kad of would disappear amongst the sands and return to his hidden keep.

Arthos impressed a part of Kotii and he would have perhaps registered it on some greater level if he were not utterly livid with Srucayr. Reiel he knew well enough to expect this sort of reaction from the petite fighter. His head turned to see Hauron and remember his son was close at hand and witnessing all of this.

The Alor did not need to add his voice to the audience as discussion and words were had. The warrior before him paraded and postured like a man of honor but was duplicitous like a Hutt. As far as Kotii was concerned, Srucayr had chosen to not be a part of the members of their community that could hold their head's high. He threw accusations at the black and red armored Mandalorian, the likes of which he had done so before. That's twice now the Solus had heard Srucayr admit he expected Kotii to become the new Mandalore, for one reason or another. The Alor couldn't fathom it. He barely wanted to be a leader to House Solus and was struggling with it. Why in the galaxy would he want to lead their people? But he remained silent, and used the emotionless T visor to glare at the back of Srucayr, debating whether or not to kick the villain square between the shoulders after he turned his back.

The Alor's gaze contorted into mix of intense scrutiny for a moment before it was gone after hearing Srucayr's words to the Sector Ranger. If anything, Kotii wondered if he had just revealed his own closest instinctual desires and goals. The echani-offshoot was glad that Adenn finally took action as the caller of this moot.

Kotii's helmet with emblazoned red eyes tracked the man as he walked around the Solus. <"I echo the Vizsla's words. Set a time and a date...if you feel like doing more than filling out that armor."> So far Kotii had delivered on what he said while Srucayr had endangered their people's lives with his actions.

The badger's gaze lingered on Casany with her parting words. The man would have prefered her to take up the mantle of Alor of the Orar'da'yadr more than most other warriors in the organization. Perhaps with her hands it could steer into a new direction. Maybe it was a good thing the two of them were leaving together and the woman could speak some sense to the criminal.

The leader of the badgers would later be informed of Srucayr's whereabouts by the members of House Solus that had since taken over the Orar Da'Yadr facilities on Mandalore after the tragedy. He wasn't under arrest or exiled yet but the requisitioned property of the organization, especially with Srucayr remaining as its 'leader' would not regain the use of its assets in the Mandalore system. If the man wanted to cross blades apparently there was a line starting with Arthos, but right after him would be Kotii.

After Srucayr left, Kotii would turn to look at him and give a gesture of his chin onward. The Mikkian was to join him and listen. It was important for the foundling to learn their ways sooner or later. Now was as good as any. This would be his first meeting and Hauron had been studying Mando'a well enough to understand most of what was being said.

Except Srucayr had done nothing but run from accusations about his crimes but Arthos didn't want to argue about that. It was something that could, and should in his opinion, be decided by skill. The gods would look down and they would judge but, in the end, it was't the gods who carried the day - it was the strength in the muscles and the cunning in the mind of the vod that won total victory. His clan might not think of him as a true Mandalorian even with his growing list of missions and death defying moments but he felt it in his marrow what he was.

Reiel spoke and Arthos listened. It was galling to admit that he didn't think that the Mandalorian people, as they were, stood a chance against a major Galactic power. The Sith, the Republic or the ISC... it didn't matter. Even if it took then ten men to kill one Mando, they could do it. They could choose to finish the job of glassing their worlds and they could do nothing but cry bitter tears about it.

Because they were fractured.

Adenn Rytt spoke and Arthos listened. Unity was a rallying cry of so many of the clans but wasn't it just so Mandalorian than "Unity" so often could "Only" come with them as their leaders? It was, perhaps, a touch bitter for someone his age but it was becoming something he believed.

Casany Praxor spoke and Arthos listened... then she left. Left with a promise to aid them in future battles but left without actually staying to discuss it. Without actually staying long enough to know what path she was supposedly pledging to. It was difficult for Arthos to wrap his head around, personally, so he didn't try. To understand the mind of your vod was difficult at the best of times.

Srucayr spoke and Arthos listened then, as he left without acknowledging his suggested compromise to argument and civil war, Arthos labelled him as the coward he was.

Kotii spoke and Arthos listened as one of the bitter rivals declared he would accept honorable combat and make a end of it.

People had spoken and Arthos had listened.

"Luubid!"
he called out bluntly, "Do you suggest we unite under a Council of Clans, Adenn Rytt? Or do you suggest we find a Mand'alor at long last?"

He looked over the assembled clans.

"If we cannot declare a Mand'alor... if we are to be a Coucil of Clans - we will need to decide. Do we declare for one of the Greater Powers to cloak ourselves until we are whole and strong enough to stand alone again? Or do we forgo any bonds of fellowship and crawl out of the pit we have dug ourselves the hard way?"

He already kind of knew what most of the vod would vote for.

I nodded to Casany. I listened to Kotii and finally to Viszla. My speech was in full Mando'a, clear enough for all to hear in the flickering of the bon Fire.
"The Destiny of Our people is Nigh! I have seen it in the glow in the light of besk'in. I have heard the drums beat from the depths of the Manda. I have seen Old warriors return to fight the living and I have seen trees grow up out of now where like spring water only to disappear in a matter of moments in the ancient city of Sundari."
I held up the small, Glowing Khyber Crystal, to show everyone. Before continuing;

"We are a people who have been scattered, Hunted like animals for sport, deprived of our cultural Hegemony and decimated. Yet we are still here. Armies have walked across Mandalore Sands yet we are still here. Our lush planet was destroyed in fire but you cannot destroy beskar steel in heat. Only Forge it. The "Greater" powers are Only great in their realms, beyond that their reach is like That of an infant's and their grasp less so. What protection could the republic offer us? What protection could the ISC offer us? And need I state what destruction was wrought by our previous dealings with Dar'jettii? The ISC could not defend the Mon Cala. The Republic does nothing but offer Empty words and broken promises, as it always has. Look at Clan Solus, how their Ranks have swelled by Their war with the zygerians. A feat not even the republic of its prime would have considered possible. Because we are a people of Action. Our Destiny is manifest because we are willing to take up arms to Sieze it!"
Hoping to have received the attention of my Audience I continued:
"To choose a Mand'alor would, to some, require symbols like the mask or the dark Saber. Yet the Mand'alor is not a symbolic figure. He is a warrior. A ruler of Men of Action, not some Spoiled Hutt sitting on his Ge'na eating dried fruit and being fanned by servant girls. Let us Select our Warrior. Let us sieze our destiny."

With the loss of both Casany and Srucayr, Kell simply sat silently to ponder for a few moments. Casany was a proven warrior, but wouldn't she stay to further discuss the things she promised. Kell assumed everyone had agreed with the words she spoke, but now he was wondering if she was thinking the same thing or not. Maybe it was because of her loyalty to Srucayr, that being a bond that was probably greater than what Kell felt for the older warrior.

When Kotii and Arthos offered a challenge for Srucayr's position, Kell did not choose to argue. It was fair and just and Kell would've loved nothing more than to see Srucayr mop the floor with Kotii. For the large orange and white Mando, it was more than just a friendly competition, but Kell was no poor-sport and would hold no ill grudge towards whoever won.

Moving forward, Adenn and Arthos set the meeting into motion. Adenn spoke of electing the Mand'Alor! This was something Kell had dreamed of since he was but a foundling. A position as a great warrior- the kind of warrior Akalenedat would've loved to have become. However, Kell had no right to it. Not yet. Kell wasn't even the Alor of a Clan- the only two currently present being Kotii and Adenn. Both were valiant warriors worthy of their status as Alor, but what Srucayr had said privately to Kell rung in his ears. Kell was honestly not quite sure where Kotii actually stood.

Unlike Casany Praxor, who always seemed to speak her mind. Why did she choose to leave? This was the decision that would change the course of Mandalore forever- and not all of the Clans were even present! Adenn spoke of uniting the Clans when the moot wasn't complete.

<"Adenn Rytt, I find no fault in your words." Kell spoke, eyeing the kyber crytsal in his hand. "But how are we to make a decision when there are a few of the great Houses of Mandalore still missing? I, too, believe we need a sterling leader, but I also believe that all the Clans should be able to give their own input before such a grand position is elected. Where is Clan Kryze? Or Clan Wren? It doesn't sit right with me to make such a decision behind our brothers and sisters' backs. I even believe it could start further infighting among our people- which is counter productive to the unity we all want.">

Akalenedat brought up a good point. Kotii did not see any members of clan Wren though he wondered if @Minerva Wren or @Song Wren present. He believed they were present in the past meetings so perhaps felt it was unnecessary to attend this call. But seeing as how things were progressing they may have wished to be in attendance. Clan Solus had survived in close concert with Clan Wren over the past century in the wake of the Great Purge. While he felt their reliability and integrity, the badger would not speak for them. This was something their own clan members would want to speak up on if they were here and Kotii wasn't entirely confident he was sure what their clan would prioritize.

Then there was the matter of one of House Solus's oldest rivals, House Kryze. @Valeska Kryze was neither in attendance nor any leadership from the esteemed clan. Like Kotii, and many others people had expected this to be a small affair to discuss minor first steps in local defenses. But now things were escalating in an unexpected way. Again, Kotii remained silent on this.

Without a Dark Saber, the Mask of Manda'lor, or Their saber, a challenge would undoubtedly follow for the title of Mand'alor. Otherwise many of their people would not accept it even if they did not outright challenge it. These were symbols, objects meant for warriors to quest after and overcome obstacles after times had made them soft. Respect for what it took to attain them and keep them was what it meant to be Manda'lor with that method and some Mandalorians wouldn't give a second thought about ignoring it in these times.

In ancient times the warriors of Mandalore had not held a council to pick, Raz Solus, Mand'alor the Chosen after all. The story told by Adenn Rytt sparked his imagination, the story of a Solus clan member fighting in what was described as a harrowing battle from other accounts but Kotii had wished he was there to have seen it himself.

On the other hand there was the option Arthos first spoke of. An actual official Mandalorian Council. It was what advised the Mand'alor and they already had leaders of the different Houses and Clans. But they needed a more concrete organization. That brought a question to the Alor's mind. Who would he follow and who would he butt heads with. His visor panned around, gauging the Mandalorians in various degrees. When it came to leading an organization he wasn't willing to give his unquestioning loyalty to anyone less than someone who was Alor of a clan.

Already Arthos was beginning to think that he had spoken more to his fellow Mandos in the last twenty minutes than he had even during their missions together. A reserved character for a number of reasons, he didn't often speak much. But he had found his passion in speaking and it was for the Mandalorian people. How could he not speak for his vod? How could he not feel the spark in the midst of his chest catching alight?

Akalenedat brought up the absences and they were noted.

"Can we put our future on hold because they were delayed?"
he asked those surrounding the fire, more of an actual question than a suggestion that they do otherwise, "Perhaps we have to. No vod will follow a Mandalor selected by a council that is incomplete - not least those who were absent."

He wanted to ran a hand over the fluff he was cultivating into the first beard he would ever have but he refused to remove his bucket at such an event. Even though it was less taboo in most places than some people believed, he didn't want to draw attention to the fact that he was sat here as an equal who had yet to reach the age of 20.

Hells, he had years before he reached even that age.

"I will go to Mandallia and speak to the giants there - see if they can be convinced to rejoin us from their isolation. They once proudly called themselves vod and if we seek unity I would see us welcome the old vod we thought lost."

Vizsla spoke about their concerns for holding a council without a couple of great clans. There was clear hesitation in the hearts of many and reasonably so. But Our fate couldn't wait any longer. Not in my opinion.
"This moot must decide The fate of the Mandalorians. Our enemies are too great in number for us to be reschedule because one Clan or another was not able to attend. Any good Mandalorian Should come hastily to the Call of the Mand'alor. It's one of the tenets of the Resol'nare. If a clan, great or small, has missed this moot then let that be a page of Missed opportunity and shame in their clans history. And if Any should refuse to come when called? Then his head should be taken from his shoulders and let him be declared Dar'Manda!

Clan Rytt is not a Great Clan. It has lost the majority of its members to just two now. We may have no future. We may be extinct tomorrow. Such is only the decision of Kad Ha'rangir. But before that happens I must see mandalorians united under one Banner. I cannot and will not rest until this is done. My proud people, Let us choose. Not as an incomplete council. But as mandalorians who were destined from all time to be here in this moment. To choose, in the stead of our peers, the man to be Mand'alor. Not so we can submit our rivals to the will of a man without their say. But so that we can safeguard or people and begin a time of Rejuvenation of the people of Mandalore."
