Working out is good. I used to be fat. Now I'm not. Success!

I just exercise out in my backyard and walk/jog in my neighborhood. It's not as roomy as a park, but it works.

I wouldn't recommend bulimia. Effective, but you pass out a lot.

If you want to work out, get a gym partner who knows his/her stuff. I've been going almost every day, because of mine.

Weight loss and muscle building are contradicting. If you want to lose weight, you have to do a lot of cardio and burn off more calories than you eat. However, by doing a lot of cardio you lose muscle mass. Building muscle mass requires a lot of protein and carbs after working out (you must eat ASAP, or else you gain no muscle - worse, you hurt yourself). But as you're building muscle mass, you're gaining fat cells that are used as "fuel reserves" for your muscles. Body builders go to extremes when building muscle and even starve themselves so their body burns fat cells while building mass. When you see them at shows, they are at their weakest and are dehydrated. Because our body stores water, similar to fat, body builders find ways to completely sweat out their water stores so their muscles are clean-cut in appearance.

I wouldn't recommend bulimia. Effective, but you pass out a lot.

You trick your mind into thinking it ate, so you don't get energy from food. When you purge, you're losing a lot of water too. And, when you throw up, your teeth and throat are damaged by the acid in your stomach.

Bulimia is effective, short term. Long term, assuming you haven't killed yourself, you'll look like a heroin-addict.

Sex is not a matter of importance to me. Not now it's not anyways.

Plus, if it's just a hat or piece of fabric, then it should not matter to her either. A piece of normal clothing should in no way matter in a relationship. I've been wearing fedoras close to ten years now. If she wore a shirt or necklace or something I was not a fan of, it would not be a turn off or make me want to not see her again. Unless it was like... very outragiously stupid/offensive or something.

But I'm yanking at straws here; the fact she likes or dislikes fedoras is a complete mystery to us. All I know she did not comment on it when we met, and was laughing, talking and sharing her interests just as I was.

For the record, I am not dismissing any advice Kaeb threw to me. I know I need to get into better shape, and I have slowly since I started working. Considering going to a gym my sister and brother-in-law go to.

EDIT: Also, not that it's a surprise. The goggles thing is a thing I do for the internet. I don't wear them to work, family get togethers and such. By myself and close friends out on the town is a different story.

I'm sorry if I seem rude or mean with what I am about to say, but it is the truth.

Unless you are dressing classy - which is to say a legit suit and suit jacket - wearing a fedora is a terrible idea. A fedora with a t-shirt is just bad, like wearing a bathrobe to an office setting (and not on Halloween). If she doesn't care about the fashion sense, you've got a keeper; otherwise, it helps to wear fashionable clothing -- "Dress to impress."

Ok, question since some seem to be taking guesses and such. How much do you all even think I weigh?

I don't know and don't care. So long as you're healthy, that's all that matters.

My guess would be in the neighborhood of 190-200 lbs.

Shit.

So after... when ever I went on that date and called her last week and had to leave a voice mail, she finally called me. She had phone issues, had no problem with me having her phone number and had fun that night, and left a message at the bottom.

*Desperate for More*

My face sorta went all : | as I nearly messed myself. After some more texting, I saw the same message at the bottom of all of her texts. It hit me that that was apparently her slogan, and the fact she asked my my Religious Beliefs. So I just told her the truth and she would check her schedule.

Again. Shit.

While true, I've been ignoring all of Matt's posts in here, since he insists on acting like a dipshit in this thread with nearly every one of his posts, which makes me wonder if he really is that dedicated to trying to be funny or if he wants to say something or not.

I assume Desperate for More is a song. Or maybe she put that label down on purpose. Hint, hint.

Edit: Kark, I know this post will be misinterpreted. I mean to say she probably wants to see you more. Don't let the wink gif give you the wrong idea.
