I hope they are going to use the Marvel's Ultimate Alliance Thor Outfit for him in the film or something similar. The Original one just looks like something that would be in a cartoon or a 70's movie.

Why do you think they gave him that look and all these updates in the first place?

Because the story is lame as ****.

A billionaire who achieves a milestone in military technology. Thats an alright story.

A scientist exposed to an ungodly amount of radiation results in a mutation triggered by emotion/hormones. Thats a story i'd be interested in.

A supersoldier fighting for america in World War 2, that sounds ****ing cool to me.

All of those could even be put together In a really cool team.


But a Norse god? Thats just screams WTF???!!! to me.

It's the only reason i never really got into the Avengers comics.

Thing is though... Thor is a character I actually quite like. His more recent outfit, and the general style of the comic is very cool.

And, if they pull it off, this movie will be fantastic.

Besides, the idea of Gods in the marvel universe is a common one. I mean, the mutants are a result of god based meddling. There are Gods from the greek pantheon wandering around too.

Thor is actually one of the least retarded God characters Marvel has.

Thor has always been a "meh" character to me. I'm not really a fan of the avengers, to be honest, so the likelihood of me watching this movie is about 1/10. My eyes are set on the Green Lantern film.

I believe that it isn't actually Thor they are using, but a guy that believes he is Thor. I got this from the Ultimate Avengers movie I saw a couple weeks back.

I LOVE Marvel Thor. The only hero i like more is Black Bolt.

I especially like the latest Thor arc they're starting. They have to be doing something right for it to be the only marvel comic line to reach #600

I am looking forward to this film.
