It could still very well be relevant - maybe the Taung don't take offence to working with other races provided the other races remain subserviant to them?

And how would you figure out where they're striking from? I can imagine that a lot of taung would take offence to a non-Taung being declared Mandalore. ICly you'd be dealing with revolts across all the Taung worlds - are you going to carpet bomb all of them?

Once the ex-Mandalore takes a hundred Taung, it'd be easy to follow them somewhere. ICly the mass revolts wouldn't happen much since ICly the new Mandalore wasn't appointed by Tusa- that was an OOC decision. How he rose to power is up to CK.

TBh, the only way that the Taungs would follow a human rather than their ex Taung leader would be if a one on one duel happened between the two leaders and the human one emerged victorious.....other than that I personally think that most of the Taungs would join their former leader and turn against the Hutt Empire.

But well this is just me.

The former leader didn't do a thing since he was appointed. Don't think that would go over well.

Well niner has been inactive for awhile but ICly speaking there was the raid at Balmorra which if I am not mistaken ended with a victory for the Taungs.

Are people really arguing about this? I get that rah rah power to the people but seriously.

Niner didn't even take them out of Hutt territory. Or out of the same sector the main Taung faction are in in if I'm remembering Star Wars geography correctly. There's a hundred of them to thousands or tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of Taung, take whichever number sounds more logical to you. Then realize that there are still dozens of times the amount of real Taungs to this splinter faction.

Even if they weren't actively searching for the source of professional guerilla attacks, they would almost certainly have complete domination over planets that close to their main base. These are a hundred dissenters plus whoever they recruit - that's enough to warrant attention but not enough to really do much in the way of hiding your tracks when placed under the scrutiny of high-end technology looking for you specifically.

If Niner's not happy with the fact that he's not Mandalore anymore then that's fine, but you can't seriously expect them to be able to mask their presence and simultaneously do anything meaningful can you?

The only thing I really question is the decision to exile Niner's character, if that came with being dethroned from his position as Mandalore.

Let me clarify- in my announcement, I didn't exile anyone. Leaving was his own choice.

I think Niner may actually be putting them somewhere else, depending on how some of his talks with people go.

That being said, if they look just like other Mando's unless they are wearing big REBEL signs, the other Tuang won't be able to spot them until they actually have them under close scrutiny.

Knock it off.

That was the exact thing he told me...and if he can say that without getting anything against him...so can I. And yes, due to some talks with certain people the True Mandalorians are rallying on a different planet.

You can do what you want, but don't be including that Vincent exiled him, cause that's not something he'd do. If you leave, it'll be because you want to, not because the new Mandalore sent you away.

I say we just blow up both the Taung AND the True Mandalorians and be done with the whole blasted thing.

Ooh, this I like.

Here is hoping that they both destroy eachother in a civil war, or maybe the Hutts get fed up with them both and when they are both duking it out, drop a light mass bomb on them all.

Oh, the possibilities!
