Vahliri kept her eyes on Altair and Cairo, watching as the pair came tumbling out of the bathroom in a dramatic display. The half-Sephi couldn’t exactly say she was surprised to find the two of them in some bizarre-ass situation - again - but that didn’t exactly give her any context as to what had happened in the men’s bathroom. ‘What had happened in the men’s bathroom’ wasn’t really a question the half-Sephi thought she’d be asking in the first place, but y’know.

The half-Sephi blinked a few times when Altair looked down at her dress, questioning if she’d changed attire. Vahliri looked to the couple-inch-shoter hem of her dress. “Nope, same dress.” Vahliri reached down, running a hand over the places where the flames had licked at her thighs - the skin there red and clearly irritated. “Just some bullshit with that Champion chick - no biggie.” She brushed off the situation.

Vahliri offered him a smile, turning to the side and doing a small turn in the dress for the Tiefling. “Still looks good, yeah?”

She finally glanced back over Altair and Cairo, leaning to the side and looking past them. Her honeyed gaze fixated onto the entrance to the men’s bathroom, feeling the strong pulses in the force and saw the Green light that flickered against the walls. Was that green fire?

Vahliri stared for a few seconds. “Oh fuck that,” She finally said very flatly, looking away from the bathroom entrance and back to her friends. The half-Sephi had no problems getting into a fight - even with her superiors - but she was smart enough to see whatever was going on in the bathroom and rapidly decide she wanted nothing to do with it.

The half-Sephi glanced towards Cairo when the Morellian approached Malou, requesting a dance from the Miralukan champion. She flashed them both a smile before fixating her gaze onto Malou, wiggling her brows a bit and nudging her head subtly towards Cairo as clear bit of encouragement.

When the other two had finally left, Vahliri turned back to look at Altair - her lips tugging upwards into that same lazy, sultry smile. She extended a hand out to him, tilting her head to the side a bit. “Can’t let them have all the fun,” The half-Sephi said. “Come dance with me,”

Altair stared dumbly at Cairo as he explained, “But that wasn’t Auctionesh!” He tried to explain, but his brain was mush. In the end he gave up, turning to look at Malou, “Hey Malou!” (@lizziie )He waved at her shortly before she and Cairo wandered off. He turned his attention back to Vahliri, looking down towards her legs. He was going to ask about it, but she didn’t seem keen to discuss anything. Altair could only focus on that smile and the rush of the drugs. Concern for his master lingered at the back of his mind. He glanced over every now and then, finding it difficult to focus.

He took Vahliri’s hand and allowed her to lead him to the dance floor. Altair was more inebriated now, but he didn’t feel as worthless as before. He began to move to the rhythmic beats of the song, the drugs lighting his senses on fire. His fingers traced along Vahliri’s sides, not being shy about how they roamed along her thighs or up her arms as they danced.

After a moment of dancing, he decided it was really damn hot on the dance floor. In true fuckboy fashion, he reached down and casually tossed off the sliver of a tank he wore. His perfectly chiseled and sweat-lined torso was fully revealed and he had no shame about it. Altair’s bandana remained around his hair, and he kept his pants on..for now.

Without a word, Altair tugged Vahliri close, sliding one of his hands along the underside of her thigh to wrap around his leg as they moved.

Aadya was more than willing to let Ailis drag her out on the dance floor, following along as the girl tugged on her arm. Sliding out on the dance floor, Aadya started moving to the beat of the music, letting her body get as close to Ailis' as the girl would allow.

I have no idea who Jesus is, that's just something I've heard people say, Aadya said with a laugh.

She noticed Altair dancing with Vahliri and rolled her eyes a bit as he pulled off his shirt. The kid sure knew how to showcase his greatest assets. Her gaze would linger on his form for a few seconds longer than it should have, Aadya subconsciously biting her lower lip as she imagined all of the things she was going to do to him. Not all of the things she hoped she might, all of the things would.

Come find me when you're done playing. She would whisper on the force, her telepathic message floating into Altair's mind like lazy smoke. You won't get out of your punishment that easily. She said the word punishment slowly, and he would hear it as if her lips were right next to his ear, almost feel her breath on his neck.

Turning back to Ailis, Aadya would smile at her again, her body moving freely to the rhythm, pressing closely into her.

Do you have any cigarettes? She asked idly, the music taking her over as she continued to dance.

"No, I can't find him," Malou sighed in response. She went to elaborate, then ask if she'd seen Cairo, but before she could do either Vahliri grabbed her wrist and began to drag her along. Malou didn't protest though, especially when she caught sight of Cairo ahead. She ran a finger under one of the straps of her dress to reposition it, letting it snap back to her skin as she and Vahliri finally reached the two of them. Malou waved back to Altair (@Sreeya ), just as Cairo almost immediately headed her way, inspiring a smile onto her lips.

"Absolutely," she said as she turned her body towards him. She didn't miss the cheeky eyebrow wagging from Vahliri (@Altaris ) which inspired a rush of color over her already warm face. Since she couldn't just wag her eyebrows back, she settled for a deepened grin and turned her attention back to Cairo.

They made their way back to the dancefloor, and while Cairo picked up a thing of water, Malou managed to find something more interesting on the table. Two squares, stamped with various emojis, were snatched into her finger as they moved away from the table and onto the floor. "Hey, you into this?" she asked as she split the tabs apart from each other. She placed one of the tabs on her tongue, then extended out her finger and offered the other for Cairo to take. Had Malou ever dropped a tab before? No, but she'd also never been about to dance this close with a boy either. There were firsts for a lot of things.

As the tab dissolved its chemicals onto her tongue, Malou twirled her arms above her head and began to sway back and forth with the dark techno music thumping through the air. Slowly, they fell down around his shoulders, inviting him to put his hand on her waist. Her left hand would trace down his upper arm for a moment, and he would feel the lack of warmth in her cybernetic skin as it pressed against him. The alcohol was definitely stripping away her inhibitions.

"You look good," she murmured under the noise of the club. Her lips widened into a grin, happy to finally be dancing with one of the few people she even cared to seek out. Plus, he looked good. It'd been too long since they'd last seen each other, she decided.

Sol caught Ailis signing and his eyes widened, brows shooting up so quickly toward his curly hair one might worry they'd catapult off his face. With a sunny smile, his left hand let Ailis' waist to holdhis drink to allow rapid-fire signing with his right. <Yes I do!> It was obvious how pleased he was to find someone who knew sign and also wasn't a droid. He bounced on his feet a little.

He stepped a little closer with a playful grin, hand moving again before she dragged Aadya off.
<I'm Soleil.> With his name quickly spelled out with the motions for 'Soul' and 'Lay' for pronunciation. Then he pointed to her with emphasis and continued on, just then addressing her earlier dismissal of the excited fangirling. <You're cute when you're excited.>

Off the two ladies went to the dance floor. Sol only delayed long enough to get a decent drink from his glass before putting it down on the bar and following right along. He was here to dance and have fun, not hang out at the bar and watch a bathroom burn. Sol slipped semi-smoothly into the routine, closer to Ailis than Aadya as he rotated his hips and stomped to the pounding beat. He'd never danced with Aadya before, actually. So this was new and exciting, not 100% sure how to approach it at first.

Sol, unfortunately, didn't actually have cigarras in his goody bag, so he sort of shrugged in Aadya's direction. What he did have was a few moments' eyes for Altair's sudden dance-floor disrobement. The Tiefling hadn't been wasn't wearing much over his muscles to begin with but it was the taking-off part that was nice. Given the many nice things he'd seen today on different party-goers, Sol silently thanked the Force that he was mute instead of blind.

He still didn't get how Force-based sight even worked.

Ailis was surprised by how excited Sol seemed as he practically bounced with joy at her knowing sign. It was cute. She smiled when he told her his full name and mouthed it quietly back. She would have blushed as he stepped in and made his compliment if she was sober, but in her current condition it only emboldened her.

She didn't say anything in response, instead putting a hand on his face as she looked into his eyes, her own eyes shining in the flashing club lights. Letting her hand drag down his neck and chest, down to his arm, and giving his hand a gentle pull before walking away with Aadya, giving him a parting smile.

Ailis hit the dance floor with Aadya, the heavy base pounding in her heart and a not small amount of hero worship in her eyes as she got up close to Aadya. The girl was scary but in a hot way and she was feeling like a rockstar dancing with her. She pressed up against her, hand's gliding against her barely there dress at her waist. She caught the lip bit and realized it wasn't for her. Turning around but continuing to dance against Aadya, she followed the woman's line of sight to a hot hunk of horned boy stripping his shirt off and grooving to the beat.

"Damn, you know him?" She leaned her head back to speak loudly towards Aadya's ear, her voice fighting with the music and her mind trying to think beyond the heat of the moment. Her hand moved to a cargo pocket and she produced a pair of cigarettes, one for Aadya which she extended towards the woman's lips, and one for hereself. "I don't have a light," She lied, it was in her pocket somewhere but she didn't have it in her hand. "You got one?" She asked, hoping to see a bit more of that fire stuff.

Soleil was there now in front of her and she grinned at him, a hand coming up to sign, <You look cute when you're excited too>. A response to his earlier comment before she reached for his hands to pull him closer, close enough to run a hand up and down his chest as the base dropped, the other holding her cigarette between two fingers as she reached to run the hand against Aadya's thigh behind her.

Cairo accepted the acid tab with glee. He plopped it onto his tongue - adding to the repertoire of drugs he had taken tonight. Though, he guessed it had mostly been spice up until now. Cairo was zooming. The water in his hands helped to steady him, though, and it would probably be what he drank for the rest of the night. The tab quickly dissolved on his tongue, leaving a papery residue inside his mouth as he began to dance closer with Malou.

The music was fast, and Cairo was ready to keep up with his. As the bass pulsated again, Cairo wrapped his arms around Malou's waist. They were both wearing next to no clothes, and when their hips started to move in time with one another, Cairo could feel her skin hot on him. Goosebumps ran up his arm as his hands moved around her, feeling her body. He, too, had a cybernetic hand; no way did they both lose a hand. That'd have to be something they talked about later.

The temperature was rising, and Cairo didn't want to feel he was in the wrong place to be real. "You look good." She looked really good. He swept a hand up, running his fingers through her long, tender curls. It settled behind her neck.

He looked back to Altair and Vahliri, for a moment. Just to check in. It seemed like everyone was having a good time. He looked back to Malou - her lips seemed so soft. And she had this natural charm that completely enraptured him. As the tab began to take hold, sensations felt all the more significant. The touching of their skin to one another felt euphoric.

Cairo moved her arm from his biceps to the inside of his vest, where he rested her hand on his chest, moving it to draw them tighter around one another. He leaved forward, towards her, softly placing his lips against her neck before his mouth moved to her ears.
"I didn't know you liked to dance." At least, he didn't know she liked to dance like this with him.

She couldn't see him the way he could see her, but she could certainly feel the heat of his body against her skin. The buzz of the alcohol amplified her sense of touch and every movement of his hands sent a wave of energy through her. Her arms stayed rested on his shoulders until he moved her left hand to his chest, from there which she spread her fingers across his chest. Though her hand's touch receptors worked well enough, the acid altering her mind made it feel real. The warmth of his body felt euphoric where she touched him and from his hands as they traveled along her body.

They were closer now with her hand on his chest. Malou let out a small exhale when he leaned in towards her and breathed words onto her neck. She could barely hear over the music, but his lips had her full attention as they traveled up to her ears. "Now you do," she smiled in between breaths as she slid her hand slowly down his chest, just barely allowing her nails to drag against his skin. Her heart was racing and butterflies fluttered through her stomach.

Her Sight grew overwhelming, so she kept her attention solely on Cairo. From the Force around them covering his skin, she could see the definition in his muscle, the texture of his hair, and the lines and curves of his face. Their bodies were so close, and so little clothing was between them. His shirt was barely a shirt, and her dress was far from modest. Malou's mind began to wander to other places—those where it was just the two of them. The hand on the back of her head and the lips on her neck didn't much help that, neither did the drugs.

Malou bit down on her lower lip and curled one side up as her hand pushed up and over Cairo's shoulder. It fell over at her elbow, pulling her and Cairo even closer. Her head tilted down and her lips parted just slightly and she continued to dance to the music. Her other hand dropped off his shoulder, grasped the front of his vest, and let the weight of her hand stay there.

"Know any good moves?" she invited, her tone lowered as a rare bit of flirtation slipped from her lips. Her left hand lifted to curls its fingers around the base of his neck, pressing into his skin as her other hand traveled from his shirt to his chest again.

She watched as the flames consume the Sith Lord while the tried to dissipate the damage, but his own attack literally backfired. Tiamat stood ready, the barrier falling as the the fire finally extinguished, he stood, barely, his hands still in front of him showing the potent damage of his own work. She wondered if he would continue, the waves of darkness washed through her as she waited for his next move.

The woman's eyes narrowed as he sneered, unsatisfied he was unable to overpower her, "You're a fool and a traitor, selling Wildfire." she hissed, "A drug specifically made to be so addictive and so deadly to Force users, it cuts their connect with the Force and kills them."

Tiamat literally spat at his feet, the disgust at his betrayal, intentional or not was beyond forgivable for the redhaired woman. She would ensure the Empress would know about his actions. "Handing it out to acolytes, did he have some?!" Tiamat pointed to the door, "Did you give it to your own student (@Sreeya)?!" she shouted and shook her head, not wanting to think of the effects on any of the young students tonight. She didn't wait for him to answer, she did not think anything he would say would justify him as a competent teacher, "I will be taking him as my apprentice." she said firmly, ready to retaliate with force if he argued.

Suddenly, there was a long strung out watery rip from one of the stalls. The smell would hit both of the Sith immediately, "Ah man, guys, I couldn't hold it longerrr," He whimpered and grunted at the same time as the stranger in the stall unleashed his bowls. "Fucking burritos..."

Tiamat snarled with disgust from more than one reason now, taking a few steps back to ensure the Sith Lord would not attack again as she left the bathroom.

The information was brand new to him, but the pieces slowly fell in together. What had that Hutt been playing at, introducing the drug to Force users? Had the slug known? Was he trying to be subversive? One last flicker of rage flashed through him and then it was gone, extinguished and leaving him standing there empty.

"I--" His shoulders dropped. "I had no idea." She cut through and jammed the nail in the coffin, and he frowned. She couldn't just do that. He wouldn't let her. For a moment, he felt the tension in the room rise and nearly reach a crescendo, but then he stopped himself.

It was Altair's choice, at the end of the day. There was no way for him to force the Acolyte to accept his mentorship. If Altair wanted to be her apprentice, he had no way of stepping in to deny him the choice.

He was about to open his mouth to say something when one of the stalls erupted in noise, masking the scent of burnt flesh with something far worse. Veles stepped forward toward the woman, but didn't get much closer. Instead, he walked right past her and out of the bathroom, the musty air of the club hitting his skin as he walked back out. His eyes scanned through the masses and he spotted Altair dancing with someone, so he made a conscious effort to avoid that general area. He'd thought the tiefling was in mortal danger, but it seemed he'd settled in to the party and forgotten all about the bathroom. It's for the better.

Veles cut through discreetly to the bar and the bartender grabbed a bottle to pour a shot for him, but after giving him a look-over just silently slid the entire bottle his way. The Sith Lord splashed some of the alcohol onto his hands and hissed as the pain rose again, and then was reduced to a dull throb. He leaned over the bar and grabbed two rags that were hanging just out of sight and then wrapped one around each hand.

Then, he lit a cigarette--a normal one--and turned his body, back leaning up against the counter.

"Fuck," he muttered under his breath. He'd really done it this time.

Vahliri’s lips tugged upwards a bit brighter when Altair accepted her hand, giving his digits a squeeze before proceeding to tug him along towards the dance floor. That lazy and sultry look in her gaze lingered, walking backwards to keep her almond-shaped eyes fixated onto him until they reached the middle of the floor - just a few paces away from where Cairo and Malou were already grooving.

It didn’t take the half-Sephi long for her body to fall into the electronic music - the beat thumbing against her sensitive ears and vibrating through the club floor. Her shoulders rolled back and her hands rose up from her sides, hips and torso bouncing and swaying to the beat. One hand rose up above her head, twisting in the air before lowering to back down, lazily running across the back of her head and through her thick hair. Her other hand shamelessly reached forward to slide across the tiefling’s back - manicured nails slipping beneath the revealing tank and tracing across his spine. She felt the way his hands moved across her thighs and up her arms, his touch sending goosebumps across her skin and electricity to pulse through her.

The half-Sephi wasn’t shy about the way her eyes traveled when Altair went to remove his shirt - her honeyed gaze traveling across his muscular torso and following the lines of his golden tattoos. It was the first time since Zakuul she had seen him without a shirt on, and unlike then, she wasn’t shy about getting a good look.

There was a distinct bit of redness against her cheeks when Altair pulled her close - wrapping her leg around his own. She fully embraced the closeness - hooking her ankle around his calf while her other hand traveled down his spine - dragging towards his lower back and dangerously close to his tailbone.

Without warning, Vahliri abruptly released her grip on him and spun on a heel - turning herself to that her back was pressed against the tiefling’s body. Her hips rolled and undulated backwards against him, gliding with an almost hypnotic grace. Both hands rose up from her sides, weaving in the air above both of their heads before dropping back down behind them - latching onto the back of the tiefling’s neck and proceeding to drag down in opposite directions, nails tracing across his muscular shoulders.

Altair’s head was in a fog in the best ways, even though his tiefling biology was rapidly working to detox. He sobered up far quicker than anyone else here, and he would have to actively keep drinking or spicing to keep the high. For now, he lingered in the haze, his hands traveling along Vahliri’s smooth skin as one of his arms hooked around her lithe waist. He had no qualms about pressing his hips against hers, gyrating to the song as her touch ran down his back.

He grinned as her face flushed red. She spun around and began to dance, but that was when he felt a subtle brush of the Force within his mind. Aadya would have to navigate past the haze to get her message across, but it came through all the same. He felt sensations down his spine that had nothing to do with physical touch, her sultry voice filling his head. For a moment, his gaze flicked over to Aadya while his arms remained wrapped around Vahliri. He didn’t break eye contact, his mind swimming with many filthy thoughts at once. In the end, he felt his face grow hot and Aadya would see an almost an endearingly shy smile on his face before he looked away. The shift from confident grins would likely surprise the Champion. (@Logan)

The fact that Vahliri was grinding against him yanked his attention right back. He felt Vahliri rake her nails against his bare shoulders, sending his mind into a fog. Altair leaned in against her neck, brushing his lips against her skin. He traced his lips up until they glided across her fluted ear, his warm breath tickling against her skin as they danced.

He had never seen Vahliri dress like this, and he couldn’t keep his hands off her. His fingers traced up along her sides, pulling her even closer as he swayed. By then, the drugs began to disperse and his head began to clear a bit more. Thoughts of his master bled into his head. Altair shook his head, stepping back slightly to turn Vahliri to face him.

“Vahl,” He said, his voice slurring less than it was before, “I have to go find my Master and make sure he’s okay,” He knew she would protest, but he didn’t have time to debate with her, “Get some drinks and I’ll be right back, okay?” Altair said before he began to make his way away from the dance floor. He glanced over towards Cairo to ensure the Morellian wasn’t watching. He knew Cairo would absolutely ditch what he was doing and follow if he thought Altair was about to do some bullshit, which he was…

On his way back towards the bathroom, he spotted only Tiamat coming out. His blood ran cold at the sight. Was his Master dead?! Altair looked at the former Sith Lord, almost wanting to attack her. However, being a bit more sober meant he was just a tad more rational.

“What…what happened to my master?” He asked her, not expecting her to answer, “Why did you hurt him for Wildfire? People bring all kinds of spice to these things!”

Anai’s quip seemed like some genuine advice, but from the coy smile and the sheer amusement factor he got from hearing it, Alexios’ response was yet another series of giggles. They hadn’t talked much on their last mission together, but it was becoming increasingly clear that when Anai wasn’t playing the role of the strong, silent type, she was a great conversationalist.

As Alexios fell into the beat, his movements became more and more exaggerated. His arms would push outwards before twisting back in, hands hovering over his figure as he moved. His hips would twist, torso often remaining forward towards his partner while his lower body would shift in wildly different angles. Considering the tight fitting nature of his outfit, it was as much a way to show off his dance moves as it was to show off his figure. The entire time his eyes had been closed, wholly devoted to hitting the rhythm, but when he peaked out to see what Anai was up to, both would shoot open in surprise.

The girl had acted like she had no idea how to dance when they’d first walked out onto the floor, but before him was a woman that looked to be having the time of her life. There wasn’t a single part of her body that remained still, every joint twisting, turning and rolling in a hypnotic, energetic display of confidence and skill. “Holy shit.” the boy whispered under his breathe, a wide, awestruck smile plastered on his face. He’d actually had to stop for a moment to process everything. That was before the Kaleesh turned to him with a smile, and grabbed him by the hand.

The boy immediately snapped out of it, and what followed was an absolutely incredible experience. With the warmth of alcohol and the euphoric buzz that came from the crude he’d downed minutes earlier, Alexios threw everything he had into his dance with the Kaleesh. Spinning over his feet, he allowed the Kaleesh’s superior size and strength to feed into his movements, letting the momentum from her pulls and releases feed into the wild, expressive moves that came with his own dancing. Fire burned in his chest, just as fire caught in the background, the two acolytes wholly focused on the dance and each other to even care.

By the time the song stopped, the two were sweating, surrounded by cheering, hollering party goers. Looking up at the Kaleesh, he didn’t hesitate to press closer to her, a wide grin spread across his face while she nervously looked around. When she asked her question, he’d giggle again, whispering, “Because you’re fucking incredible, that’s why.” Squeezing the girl’s arm in encouragement.

If he’d had his way the two would’ve fell right back into the rhythm when the next song hit, and the entire night would have been the two of them, pressing and pulling away from each other on the dance floor– or his room. But even a buzzed boy on party drugs could smell smoke, and where there was smoke, there was fire. Turning, he’d pull Anai along with him to watch the closing movements of the fight between the two women, before the distinct figure of Darth Draugr strode out and put a stop to it. He was a bit disappointed that it had ended the way it had, and he was surprised to see that one of the combatants was the girl that had run off to dance with Malou earlier.

“...holy shit.” He muttered, a bit surprised that a fight of such intensity had broken out. The worst he’d ever seen was a couple punches being thrown between two dudes over a chick they were dancing with. “...I’m gonna go get another drink.” He’d say, looking up at Anai with a smirk. “I’m a bit parched after that performance we just put on.” He whispered, turning around and heading back to the bar.

Veles stepped forward and Tiamat ensured a safe distance stayed between them as he exited the bathroom before her. The burrito culprit would be left alone, questioning his own existential existence among his place in the Sith. The redhead pulled out her comm and quickly sent a message to Renfry about the Wildfire (@Phoenix) knowing it was critical for the Empire to ensure the drug did not continue be passed around like candy. The consequences would be detrimental.

Sliding the comm back into her pocket, she exited the restroom, seeing the Tiefling apprentice. He asked about the Sephi he called his master and it burned to hear those words. However, then he asked about the Wildfire, justifying it as another harmless club spice. There was yellow in her eyes as they slow started fading back to their blues as she held his gaze. "You're right and you need to know what exactly you're taking." she started, "Wildfire is made to destroy Force users, Sith, Jedi, doesn't matter, anyone who is sensitive to the Force. Taking it would ultimately sever your connection to the Force and death, and the detox process is just as potent, if you can even get to that point. Lord Veles, what he did, is not just reckless and foolish, but unforgiveable." Tiamat explained, observing Altair closely.

"Did you take any of the Wildfire, Altair?" she asked despite not wanting to know the answer if he did, however, it would be important to find a way to remove it from his system. It would only be fair, only be right since his naivety was taken full advantage by someone he trusted to guide him.

Altair was surprised that she was answering at all, but then his jaw dropped after she got done speaking. He wanted to lash out at her and tell her she was lying or was wrong. However, the way she looked at him suggested that she was dead serious. And it also explained why she had sought out Veles like that but didn’t attack him or Cairo. She had been just fine with Veles before then and was even dancing herself. Altair felt numb, thinking over her question. His mouth suddenly went dry and he felt pain in his chest. He wanted to vomit. He wanted to scream. He wanted to cry. The emotions hit him all at once.

His Master. Veles. The man he had trusted. He had done this. It wasn’t just that, but Cairo was in on it. He recalled the two discussing their drug enterprises, a ring Altair wasn’t a part of. Did his own friend do this to him knowingly? Did he get himself hooked and seek out to do the same to Altair? His stomach was in knots and his fingers curled into fists. His jaw tightened and he was physically shaking, every muscle in his body tensing.

Cairo, the man he had grown to love just as he did his flesh and blood siblings, had done this. He had thrown the vial at Altair as he went to dance with Aadya. Emotions swirled through him, from anger, rage, agony, pain to everything in between. It would all wash over Cairo in a tidal wave with enough force to make him buckle with the same onslaught of agony Altair felt right now.

“...Yes,” He said, his voice quiet and hoarse. His fingers relaxed from the fists. He didn’t even want to look towards the dance floor right then. Altair was beginning to see red again, and he wanted nothing more than to bash his head repeatedly against something till it bled and was torn to shreds.

"I'm....I need to drink," He mumbled half incoherently before he made a beeline for the bar. He shoved aside anyone in his way, not caring that he knocked a few people to the ground. Once there, he grabbed a few shots that were lined up for someone else, throwing them back in quick succession.

There was no denying the way that Vahliri’s mind turned to absolute mush in that moment. She felt the Tiefling’s hands that trailed across her bare skin and worked their way towards her slender waist, igniting a fire within the half-Sephi’s veins that manifested clearly in the redness that tinged her cheeks.

Her fingers dig a bit more firmly into his lower back, her hips pushing back to press and gyrate against him - keeping their bodies pressed exceptionally close while they moved on the dancefloor. Her eyes casually wandered the room as she pressed back against Altair, eventually spotting Aadya at the bar. She flashed the Firrerreo a lazy grin - honeyed eyes fixating into the Champion for only a moment before flicking elsewhere and resettling the entirety of her focus onto Altair.

Vahliri tilted her head back just as Altair leaned in close, allowing her hands to travel back up and grasp at the back of his neck. The moment that the Tiefling zeroed in and breathed against her fluted, sensitive ears, an involuntary gasp escaped from the half-Sephi’s lips - her voice hitching for just a moment before continuing out as a low growl. That little gesture - intentional or not - sent waves of desire to course through her veins and glint in her honeyed eyes.

Her hands once more began to drag down his back, digging into his bare torso as they moved lower. By the time they reached his waist, Vahliri hooked her fingernails shamelessly beneath his waistband and pulled him tightly against her, her hips gyrating and grinding back against him.

They didn’t linger like that for long before Altair turned Vahliri back to face him, blinking a few times as the Tiefling began to speak. There was an immediate souring of her expression when the Tiefling expressed his intentions to go after his master - revealing that the commotion in the bathroom had something to do with the Sith Lord. The fact that it was a conflict of that caliber only heightened the half-Sephi’s concerns about doing anything other than getting as far from that space as humanly possible.

Nevertheless, Vahliri knew better than to argue with Altair - seeing the urgency in his eyes and the way he was already pulling in that direction. The half-Sephi exhaled through her nostrils - reaching forward to brush his bicep with her hand. “Don’t do anything stupid.” She said softly. The entire prospect of going into the bathroom - into a situation that was way out of their leagues - wasn’t a brilliant idea as far as Vahliri was concerned, but she knew that he would know what she meant.

With that, Vahliri took a step back - watching as the Tiefling vanished into the crowds and made a beeline for the bathroom. The half-Sephi lingered in place for only a moment, glancing back over her shoulder and towards Malou and Cairo, before discreetly walking off herself. The half-Sephi had no desire to interrupt their dance, or to raise any suspicions about where Altair had wandered off to.

Thus, instead of passing by them, Vahliri purposefully slipped into the crowd and cut a path away from the pair. Instead, she passed by Ashla dancing with an Acolyte she didn’t know - giving the Togruta a small wave before continuing right along to the bar

Once there, Vahliri planted her elbows onto the counter - flagging down the bartender with a wave of her hand. “Two Jet Juices.” She said, taking full advantage of the open bar. With that, Vahliri turned back to face the rest of the room - keeping her eyes fixated in the general direction of the bathroom where Altair had wandered off.

It didn’t take the half-Sephi long to spot Altair once more, watching as the Tiefling emerged from the bathroom - watching as he practically plowed through the crowds and made a beeline for the bar. She knew something had happened, even if she didn’t know the details.

Pushing off from where she was standing, Vahliri gradually made her way over to where Altair was standing - slowly sliding over the drink she had ordered him from before. There was clear concern in her eyes - bleeding through whatever desire had been present moments ago.

“Are you alright?”

In an instant, it all became too much. With the tabs he had just taken, and the spice he had consumed earlier, and most importantly, the Wildfire he had consumed with Altair and Veles, he felt on edge. The orgy of euphoria and violence that the party seemed to move between started to make him paranoid. Cairo felt dizzy. Like he couldn't stand on his own, as exhaustion from his life now and the tension of a night where he could've been killed took hold. The sensation of him and Malou's bodies touching was reassuring, but even that feeling provoked a deep anxiety. He felt the eyes of the room upon him - a paranoia brought on by shame. It was the potency of the drug finally hitting - the shapes in the room seemed to contort into hateful figures, all focused on Cairo himself.

He had to get out of there.

He pulled away from Malou, sighing as he for the second time tonight cut his own dance short. Maybe he wasn't cut out for this. "I'm...I'm sorry. I'm really not feeling well." The room started to spin, and every noise changed from a melodic symphony to a raucous cacophony. He swore he could hear the lightbulbs talking, telling him that he was doomed, that he had doomed his friend.

He pushed the door open as the bile in his throat built up, which he released Outside. The cool breeze smack his sweaty face. It felt clammy, and a brief moment away from the party, alone in the night. The street was too busy ahead of him, so he found a quiet, dark alley. He felt cold, unbearably cold. Like he couldn't walk straight. And then he felt Altair.

Hatred, rage, betrayal spilled into Cairo, as he crashed outside next to a pile of his own bile. Altair. What had he done? This was the exact situation he had warned Veles about. No, it was worse than that, even. He had hurt Altair. And yet, he had gone along with it. Again. Where was your spine, Cairo? Where had his caution gone, when it mattered?

Alone, outside of the club, Cairo stuffed his head between his knees. Tears began to well in his eyes. Small at first, but in turned to fullblown sobbing. Bile returned to his throat, unable to control his own reactions, as a dark, purple tinted vomit spilled out of his mouth between chokes and sobs.

He stayed out there, for a moment, as the feeling of darkness began to envelop him. The evening chill seemed to intensify, and Cairo's lack of clothing didn't help. Nothing helped. It felt like an abyss. In the recesses of his mind, a powerful force took hold over him. If you had some more Wildfire, this voice told him, you could go back and fix it all. Already the pangs of withdrawal had sunk their talons into his physiology.

He searched his pockets for more of the purple substance, seeking just one kick to get him back and even-keeled. That's all it would take, he figured. One more hit.

Fuck. He had to leave. But Taris wasn't his home. He couldn't face Altair. He couldn't face any of them. And he was sure, if he wandered the streets enough, he could find another hit somewhere. Unsteadily, he rose to his feet, and cast himself off into the refuse of the night.

Aadyta was glad that Ailis was receptive to the closeness in which she wanted to dance. There was something primal about two people moving to the beat of music together, both feeling the thumping of the base drops all the way down the pit of their stomachs.

Yeah I know him, She said with a laugh. But I want to know him know him, ya know?

When Ailis produced two cigarettes, Aadya took the offered one into her mouth while she brought up her fingers to Ailis' lips. I've always got a light, She said, running her index finger along Ailis' jawline seductively before pulling it back a bit and producing a small bout of flame to light their smokes.

Suddenly, she would notice Altair making a beeline for the bar, the turmoil inside him roiling in the force and obvious to anyone with a brain. Looking back to Ailis, Aadya would give her a quick hug before separating from her. I'll be back in a bit, she said idly, giving Ailis a wink and motioning for Sol to take her place in the dancing.

Going over to Altair, Aadya completely ignored the fact that the mouse-faced bitch from before was there and instead, put her hand firmly on Altair's shoulder, before running it along the length of his shoulder blades and down to his wrist.

Come with me baby, She said, continuing to ignore everyone around them. I can help with whatever is troubling you.

If Altair didn't resist, Aadya would pull him away from the bar and start ferrying him to one of the darker, more secluded portions of the ballroom.

"R-really?" The Kaleesh asked after hearing Alexios' words, a small smile forming on her lips once more. She didn't expect to fit in while dancing, much less to have other people compliment her in such a way, it warmed her heart as she looked at the others, brushing her hair before looking back and noticing the whole fire situation, looking at Vahl fighting another person in shock.

At that moment, Anai would start walking towards Vahl and Aadya, thinking about stopping the fight before Vahl got hurt. Fortunately, Darth Draugr himself stepped in to put an end to it because, knowing her luck, Anai would have ended up hurt trying to break it up, specially since Kaleesh were very, very flammable.

The Kaleesh acolyte let out a exhale after the situation was defused, calming her breath as it was still accelerated from all that dancing "A drink?" Anai said, looking into the distance as she eventually noticed green fucking flames coming from the bathroom, just what was going on with the people at the party tonight? "...I think I'll tag along, not a fan of fires." And so, Anai followed, heading to the bar counter and gaining the attention from the bartender "I'd like a....huh...A Bantha Blaster?" After the bartender nodded and left to get the drink, Anai sighed and facepalmed, having said the first thing that came to her mind as she really didn't know alcoholic drinks.

Eventually, both Vahl and then Altair would arrive at the bar, Anai giving Vahl a worried look as she noticed Altair's mental state as well. Between Vahl almost becoming a human torch and Altair being like this right now, Anai was feeling quite anxious...And this anxiety dialed up to eleven after Aadya arrived to the scene, now looking nervously as another fight could break up for the boy while he was obviously not okay...What should she do?.

Ashla, having accompanied Trace to the bar and ordered a drink with her, had to chuckle at her question. "Yeah, they almost always are. Let's see," she accepted the drink the bartender placed before them, sliding some credcards across to cover both, "the Eternal showed up at one, almost tried to kill the Empress. Ended in an actual Aurekesh that one. Though the challenge itself was more exciting than the actual fight, lame affair that." She took another sip, noticing Cairo and Malou dancing, and a smile appearing on her face as she recalled them talking during the last party. Finally. "Another time we actually stole a party bus, ended up in jail after that one. Had to be sp..." She trailed off as she saw Altair stumble towards the bar, and something about the way he moved sent off all sorts of alarm bells.

"Come with me." She told Trace as she spotted Vahl and Aadya converge on Altair, and the fact that they seemed to be more intent on their own little squabble over whatever was happening to Alt. She moved, headed straight for Altair, all the earlier irritation forgotten, driven simply by concern. "Enough," she said as she intercepted Aadya as she was dragging Altair away, and glanced over her shoulder to glare at Vahl, "enough!" She reached for Altair and put a hand on his head, anger flaring within her as she felt the heat there. Whatever was going on with him, she was sure neither Aadya nor Vahliri were going to help deal with. "Look at him, he's a mess. Go find someone else to bitch over, not him, not here."

With that she would try to lead Altair away towards one of the seating areas, and turn to Trace with a simple order. "Water, salt, lime. Lots of it."
