Wax had wondered what the words mean, implementation, extraction, more than a few random thoughts had gone through his head as they had walked down the corridor. But all of that stopped when they finally reached the implementation chamber. His mind went blank for a moment as realization dawned. These weren't droid heads with synth-skin pulled on, these..he stopped, visibly gulping as he nipped that thought right there. Instead, he tried to focus on anything else, anything to distract him from what implementation meant...what extraction might mean.

FIghting the urge to puke, he found himself talking, speaking out loud as he tackled the problem from any angle but the obvious one. "You guys ever see the bridge of a star destroyer," still at the entrance, he observed the room while trying and failing at not letting his eyes rest on the heads, "the way its laid out. Central walkway leading up to the command, two troughs on the sides with bridge crew. Similar layout."

It didn't really matter, it was idle chatter at best, but it allowed him to focus on something other than the horror of what lay within the room, and allow him to manage to step inside. He tried his best to avert the heads, and his eyes were inadvertently drawn to the corners of the room, where they fell on the console. "Communications, nav, telemetary, they control everything from those troughs." He kept on talking as he walked, before coming to a stop before the console. He did the only thing that made sense, he tried to turn it on and access what lay within.

Wax moves to the console and tries to use it.

Despite previous musing about what ‘Implementation’ might entail, Veer wasn’t left to wonder for very long. The moment he stepped into the room, the Axxilan couldn’t help the way that his body tense ever-so-slightly - mahogany eyes flicking across the gruesome scene. Though the helmet helped to mask his expression, the simple shift in his body language made it clear that he was deeply uncomfortable with what he was seeing.

It was clear this place was no asylum after all, and for once, Veer wasn’t pleased whatsoever to have been right in his hypothesis.

His fingers curled a bit tighter around the grip of his rifle - almost itching towards the trigger of his weapon. The Axxilan half-expected one of the half-machine abominations to lunge at them, and he was prepared to unload a clip onto anything that looked jumpy. He glanced over towards Tazlen and Wax, “Are they alive?” He asked after a moment, tilting his head a bit before jutting a chin towards the horror-scene. “Can you sense them?” He was no expert in the Force, but figured the two of them might have some insight on the matter.

Regardless of their answer, Veer started to make his way towards the desk in the corner - deciding to glance over some of the notes that were strewn across its surface. He didn’t put down his weapon the entire time, attempting to ignore the whispers in his ears. Maybe if he ignored them, he could pretend they just weren’t real.

So why did they feel so real?

Veer goes to investigate the desk filled with notes, attempting to ignore the whispers in his head. Spoopy.

Tazlen grimaced as they came upon the hallway of horrors. This seemed like something out of a horror flick, but so much worse. On top of that, he felt that odd sense of weakness. It was difficult to focus on the Force, his connection to it waning. He looked over his shoulder a few times when it felt as if someone was whispering near his ear. Tazlen expected to find Wax or perhaps the other guy to be playing tricks on him, but both men were on other sides. The realization sent a chill down his spine.

He also felt uneasy from not being able to contact Maura. All comlink services effectively appeared to be off for now. While Wax investigated the terminal and Veer went through the notes, Tazlen decided to take on the awful task of investigating the bodies. He didn’t dive right in, pausing at the first head that was attached to a robotic body. He leaned in to inspect exactly how old the head was or how it was preserved. If there was a distinct stench of decay, he would know that these were recently created. Otherwise, he looked for signs of preservations to indicate whether they were created a long time ago.

“The Force is…not responsive here,” Tazlen quietly answered Veer as he inspected the bodies. He made sure to keep a slight distance in case the robotics came to life and attempted to snatch at him.

"Depends on what your definition of "alive" is, I suppose." Drow said to Maura as he too got a closer look at the beings trapped in the vat. He scanned the contents within the glass, feeling the agony and the remnants of the Dark Side emanating from them. To see if he could provoke some signs of life, Drow carefully knocked on the glass of the closest vat, making sure to keep a steady hand on his blaster.

TLDR: Drow taps the glass of one of the vats.

The Center Choice

It would seem that once again, the day was saved - by the Powerpuff Gi–

Wait, that’s a different kind of story. This one would not have such a happy ending.

Luckily for those that had made the center choice, at least, this chapter of their story would end in triumph. IG-101’s Sith allies had successfully dispatched the monsters attempting to interface with him.

Despite his metallic body and synthetic mind, IG-101 would still feel what it meant to be violated. Or at least, to his best guess, what it would feel like for one of his organic compatriots. The monster had come so close, within mere centimeters of his I/O socket.

He would know it only took a second, maybe less, for a virus to be spread into a system. If he had the ability in its true capacity, IG-101 would know what it felt like now to face his own mortality.

With the immediate threats dispatched, there were still decisions the group needed to make. They hadn’t made it very far up until this point and every second they wasted in the central chamber was another second toward impending death.

The lights on the elevator buttons shone dimly, almost as if they were beckoning the Darth and the Draugrettes to press them. Begging for the group to take the elevator down into the deep, into the inky blackness of the bowels of the Station.

There was also another door across the chamber, this one not sealed up by blast doors. Above it a sign hung loosely on the wall, rusted screws barely hanging on the durasteel. It read: Power and Maintenance.

The clock was ticking.

Drip, drip, drip…

The Left Choice

As Quin Leonkri sat down at the terminal he would notice, strangely, that its last user was still logged on. Poking around would, at first, yield little results. But as the Jedi remained persistent, eventually he would stumble upon some archived email chains and logs.

A few would stand out more than the rest.

"Please inform our Benefactor that his doubts about our progress are unwarranted. We have made great strides in our research. A demonstration will be ready soon.”

”Memo to all personnel: We understand the trepidation in using live hosts for our research. Let me assure you that the potential of this project far outweighs these risks. Some day, your sons and daughters will thank you.”

The final entry would be a recording of a holocall.

”This is an emergency message to [static]. We have experienced a massive security failure and require immediate assistance. Wait.. what do you mean outgoing communications are jammed? How can it do that? It’s not possib…”

The garbling static noises the group had heard in the hanger would play on the holorecording, and it would end just after the screaming began.

As Maura stood near one of the vats and her alien eyes locked onto it, she would suddenly feel as if she were getting sucked down a drain. Her vision would tunnel intensely as her periphery vision turned to nothing but darkness.

It was only her and the floating torso in front of her as its eyes snapped open. Maura would recognize what she saw in those eyes as she’d experienced it before. They were dark red and bloodshot, the irises flecked with gold. The darkside existed in a pure, powerful form within this monster.

The floating.. Thing would reach its hand up and press its palm against the glass of its tank. The universal sign for Maura to reciprocate. Despite her better judgment, the young padawan would feel an intense call to press her hand against the glass. To meet the monster who appeared otherwise benign, outside of the pure unadulterated darkside energy that emanated from its very core.

To both Quin and the otherwise absentminded, barely scraping by Drow nothing would seem amiss. They wouldn’t see what Maura was seeing. They wouldn’t feel what she was feeling.

But that didn’t make it any less real.

The Right Choice

Shuffling through the notes scattered about the desk, Veer would at first have trouble making much sense of it. Before long, though, his eyes would begin to notice a pattern on the documents. Some kind of dating system but not one he recognized. At least, it didn’t seem to be any form of Galactic standard he’d be used to.But the pattern was there.

Piecing things together, he’d start to recognize them as some kind of chemistry notations mixed with mathematics. As the dates progressed, the math would become increasingly complex.

Small notations in the margins talked about the genius of the human mind and a person named “Agni.” Mostly inane ramblings about how the fusion of human genius and technology could completely change the course of the galaxy.

Eventually, Veer would also notice strange symbols and runes woven into the chemistry equations. Ones he’d never seen before and didn’t really seem to make sense. As he progressed further into the notes, these symbols would become more prevalent. At the same time, the whisperings in his ears would seem to intensify.

Louder and louder but Veer would also find himself compelled to continue. Eventually, the whispers would crescendo so loudly that it was the only thing he would be able to hear.

Even the notations on the side were written in these runes. Veer would find himself on the final page, and even he would be able to feel the darkside radiating from it. As quickly as the escalation had come it would begin to fade, the coercion he felt earlier residing.

All of a sudden, Veer would suddenly be aware of himself and his surroundings again. And though he hadn’t noticed it before, he would come to find he’d been mouthing the runes written on the page, speaking a language he did not know. Though, he did manage to come to his senses before he’d reached the end of the page.

Wax would find managing the console surprisingly straightforward. For all intents and purposes, it seemed to be the command console for whatever macabre assembly line this room contained.

There were icons on the screen for both starting and stopping the line. Poking around a little more, eventually Wax would find settings for controlling various parameters. Most interestingly, there was a specific setting for adjusting the percentage of “organic mental capacity.” It was currently set to one percent.

As Tazlen inspected the head, the entire thing would seem a little strange. Well, even more strange. The skin was rubbery but still lifelike, almost like it was a mixture of both real skin and synthskin.

There was no stench of decay, though he would notice the areas around the cybernetics were long since scarred over. Whatever “surgery” these heads had undergone had occurred some time ago. Maybe months.

The closer he inspected them, the more the Jedi would feel the smallest spark of life within the apparent “droids.” This spark came with a wave of suffering and agony, like their very existence was eternal torment and pain. It was almost as if their brains had been shut off, made dormant, something..

Tazlen would also feel the growing sense of darkside energy swirling around Veer even through the muted nature of the force around them. Even though the Rebel soldier was no longer reading through the notes, the darkside seemed to stick to him, sticky and viscous.

Permeating down to his very bones.

They had managed to not die yet, and their droid at least seemed like he hadn't been overtaken by the droidling beings. For her part, Trace stopped a moment to evaluate their dead victims. She used the Force - a combination of her technomancy and her sight in the Force that she had to use daily to function in the galaxy - in an attempt to gain any information that she could about who or what they were up against.

She didn't linger for long, however, before pressing on, thinking back to what they had heard from Mr. Static. He'd mentioned the elevator down, but had staticed during the most important part. Don't use the elevator? Use the elevator? Turn on the power first? Who could say!?

There's probably stairs in the maintenance area, she said. I don't trust the lifts, she pointed out.

We could always free drop or levitate down, she said. The Jedi in the Clone Wars had dropped thousands of feet on their infiltration of Skytop Station. It was certainly within the realm of possibility even if it wasn't... a great option.

Trace uses her skills in technomancy and Force Sight (both of which she has to use constantly just to function) to try to discover anything new about the cyborg beings. She also suggests they search maintenance for stairs

Once Buddy was free, he made sure to show his appreciation by giving the Zabrak a big ol' hug. For once in his post-memory swiped life, he kind of understood the whole 'out of body' experience thing. IG-101 would've perished if it weren't for these Sith- a sentence the droid never thought he'd think about.

"Thank you, friends!" He would say to the others after letting Draugr go. "I'll make sure to save your lives, if given the chance- Hugs, anyone? Hugs? No hugs?" The droid would offer the others with his arms open wide. "I promise I don't bite. Ha ha! Get it? Because I don't have a mouth."

If no one would give him a hug, he'd stow his electrostaff and draw his two E-5 carbines. The staff didn't work as well as he would've liked and because everyone else seemed to be pretty melee focused, using some range might not be a bad idea. Regardless, he was much more alert now and open to quieter options. There could easily be more of those horrid cyborgs that had yet to be disturbed.

"Stairs sounds sweet!" IG-101 stated. "Wow...Try saying that ten times fast."

Buddy gives Draugr a hug, asks if anyone else needs a hug, then agrees with Trace on taking the stairs.

As the job was finished on the cyborgs, Draugr was stepping forward to take a look at them and perhaps discern what they were made of, when he noticed the droid IG-101 attempt to hug him. The Zabrak would use the force to keep the droid at around three feet away from him and then speak, "Don't touch me." The Zabrak would then release the droid to let him prepare for when they move on. Successfully avoiding the hug.

Whatever else the droid had to say, would be ignored by the Zabrak as he was listening to Trace. A maintenance area would be ideal, even if the stairs would take longer to get places.
"We should take the quickest routes, faster we find survivors the more we'll learn about what's going on." The Warden of Dathomir then walked toward the door saying 'Maintenance' and speak once more, "I want to be sure this elevator is cut from power. We can't take the risk of it falling on top of us or rising so fast we splatter on top of it."

Igniting his blade, filling the immediate area with crimson light, he would use the force on the maintenance door to open it and prepared defensive for whatever came out. Should there be a threat coming he would have back up as well.

Draugr stopped IG-101 from hugging him by holding three feet away with the force, and opens maintenance door with the force and prepared in a defensive stance for whatever was on the other side.

Despite trying to keep vigilant with his surroundings, Quin felt his attention focus almost entirely on the computer. When he saw the archived emails, he immediately clicked into them. He read the text out loud so that the others would be able to hear, and when it came to the video, he would turn the volume up too.

“It looks like… this is all pretty recent,” he said once it finished, recognizing the static and the chilling screams from before. “Whatever caused this, it’s still here. We’ll have to be careful.” With that, he clicked out of the video before finally turning around to see how Drow and Maura were doing. He noticed that the latter was staring at a vat, but he couldn’t see what made it so interesting— it looked just like any other.

“What is it, Maura?” He glanced at Drow. He’d tapped on a vat earlier— maybe that was why. “Did you find something?” If Drow didn’t know either, he was starting to get a little worried as he began to walk hesitantly to Maura.

Quin shares the info from the computer to Drow and Maura, and starts to walk over to Maura when he sees her looking at the vat

Anai would crouch for a moment, taking a closer look at the creatures she had slain for a moment before standing up and turning around just in time to see the droid try to give the Sith master a hug...It really had no sense of self-preservation, did it? "I recommend you use something that does more instant damage if you have other weaponry with you...A vibroblade would probably do the trick, maybe a blaster if you aim to vital spots" The Kaleesh told 101, its weapon had obviously not worked against those creatures, so it better have something else with them.

Anai didn't say anything else as the other sith talked, just nodding along after the Sith master said his piece and standing behind him. She had heard something about an elevator before and she was glad Draugr didn't trust it either, so for now her lightsaber would be kept ready to slice anything that came their way.

Anai takes a closer look at the monsters, give the droid some advice and then prepares herself for whatever lies behind that door

"And here I was feeling guilty about all the wedgies I gave those science club nerds after school." Drow commented after Quin finished summing up the emails for him and Maura. Well, these guys didn't really seem like an organ harvesting facility but what they were was hard to guess. Unlicensed cloners? A weapons company getting into cybernetics? Whatever they were, their intentions certainly weren't benevolent.

"I think it's high time we left this place, kids." Drow said, feeling altogether creeped out by this. If this was a normal battle (or even a Shadow mission), he'd have some idea of how to best handle it but an unknown situation with an unknown enemy and unknown phenomena causing a spooky atmosphere? It was a disaster waiting to happen. No, better to find a way to the hangar or regroup with the others...what was this girl doing?

"Maura?" Drow added to Quin's calls, shaking his head when the younger Jedi asked him if he knew what was going on. If Maura didn't respond to either of them, the old Ishi Tib would grab her arm and try to forcibly drag her away from the vat.

TLDR: Drow suggests leaving, calls out to Maura and, if she's unresponsive, grabs her to pull her away from the vat

While Quin approached the terminal and began reading the various emails aloud, Maura kept her back to him and continued to look around the room. Her black eyes locked on to the nearest vat, curious, and suddenly found that she couldn't take her eyes off of it.

Her own eyes widened when the creature opened its eyes, and she was vacuumed into its red and gold stare. Slowly, step by step and against her better judgment, Maura inched closer and closer to the vat and the creature with the outstretched hand.

Her own hand reached out to press against the glass, but she stopped just short of it as her outstretched fingers curled back toward her palm. What was she doing? She'd said she wasn't going to touch anything. And looking at this thing... Maura could feel the Darkside screaming out from it. It burned against her skin like she'd sat too close to a campfire, drawing her in while pushing her away. It was so much heavier than the Kyber crystal's corruption. And this time, she didn't have her master around to help her.

No, she was alone. Alone in the dark with this thing staring through her.

But despite the Darkside, it was only a hand on the other side of the glass... And she felt such an intense pull to uncurl her fingers and place her palm against the glass... Maybe it just wanted to tell her something?

So, slowly, Maura's fingers began to uncurl, but before she could put her hand against the vat, she was abruptly yanked back by Drow.

Maura almost touches the glass but doesn't because Drow pulls her back.

Implementation Room

Tazlen stepped back from the heads, deeply disturbed by the sense of agony he felt from them. Although it looked half synthetic, the strange sense of ‘life’ was unmistakable. Though he couldn’t reach out to the Force, he could sense darkness around them. While normally it was nothing but a general presence, this time he felt it emanating from a particular direction.

The Jedi whipped around and eyed Veer suspiciously. He hadn’t guessed the man to be Force sensitive, but whatever he was doing was channeling something dark. It even felt like there was a direct correlation between that and the pulse of life echoing from the heads.

“Hey,” He called out sharply to Veer, “Put that down,” Tazlen stated sternly. He glared at the other man, placing a hand on his saberhilt if Veer didn’t listen. Something was extremely off and it came from the soldier. If he did listen, he would still regard him with suspicion.

“What’s going through your head? Talk to me.”

By the time Veer came back to his senses, the Axxilan couldn’t help but physically recoil way from the notes. His fingers had hovered only millimeters above the runic symbols, his fingers loosely following the pattern that he was - for reasons he couldn’t explain - draw too. He couldn’t explain why, any more than he could explain the whispers going through his head, but it shook the Marksman down to his very core.

As he stepped backwards, Veer’s hand instinctively hovered across the holster of his blaster pistol - though he didn’t reach for the weapon quite yet. He didn’t even wait for Tazlen’s warning - though he did snap around to face the Jedi when he spoke. The whispers still lingered at the corners of his mind, gnawing and gnashing, and the Axxilan couldn’t help but regard the Force Sensitive with intense suspicion. This was exactly the time of mind-trickery bullshit that creeped him out and that their kind were known for.

“I don’t know,” He said after a moment, shaking his head a bit, “The notes are all scientific. Mathematics and chemistry notes - but there is something else written in there with it. I don’t understand it, but it was like I couldn’t look away neither.”

He jutted his chin back. “The name Agni is signed to the notes.”

“Fuck, can’t you hear the whispers too?” He asked, mahogany eyes flicking between Tazlen and Wax. The whispers had echoed so loud in the Axxilan’s mind, he couldn’t fathom that neither of the Force Sensitives were deaf to it.

While not as tech savy as some, Wax wasn't really tech-illiterate either, and more than comfortable navigating his way around the system. What he wasn't comfortable with was the possibilities for the "organic mental capacity", he wasn't what you would call a fan of horror fiction, but he had seen and read enough to have some crazy ideas pop into his head and he didn't like any of them.

He was about to turn to the others and say something about what he had found when he heard Taz speak up and stopped. "What's going on?" He asked softly as he noticed Taz's hand drop towards his saber hilt, and did the same himself. Something was up, and though he did not know what, he was willing to be cautious. As Veer spoke up, his eyebrows knitted together. "What whispers?"

Wax reacts to Taz speaking up and also drops a hand towards his lightsaber hilt and asks Veer about the whispers.

The Center Choice

As Trace used her Special Eyes™ to investigate the remains, she would find something that would likely surprise her. The creatures appeared to be a gnarly amalgamation of technology and organic material.

Most notably, they still had their brains - although sewed in and speared through with technology implemented quite barbarically. Though, she would also notice that each of the bodies were covered in the taint of the darkside. Almost as if the darkness itself was used in their creation, though through what means Trace would be unsure.

As the group made their decision and pushed through the door towards Maintenance, they would find before them an abyssally dark stairwell that went nearly straight down. As they walked, they would hear strange noises echoing up off the durasteel walls.

The clanging of metal on metal, the low gurgling of throats filled with viscous phlegm. Pounding, smashing, the low thrum of electricity.

As they descended further, the sounds would become louder, right up until they came up to another choice. On their right was a door labeled “generators (organic)..” To their left, a continuing maze of maintenance tunnels.

It was likely that those tunnels would serpentine throughout the entire Station, giving the group the ability to bypass whatever may be lurking on the other levels on the Station. Of course, getting lost was also a distinct possibility.

Before they could really decide what to do, the doors to the generator room would suddenly burst from their hinges, massive pieces of durasteel flying straight towards the three Sith and their robot sidekick.

Standing in the door frame was a massive.. creature. It stood nearly nine feet tall and electricity arced between the two massive nodes on its back. Its muscles spasmed and convulsed as it let out an inhuman gurgled roar.

Red hot flames poured from its right hand, liquid fire shooting out as it attempted to destroy everything in front of it.

The Left Choice

The creature in the vat would almost seem to smile as Maura nearly embraced her destiny. It pressed its hand harder into the glass as her fingers unfurled the second time, the strength of his siren’s song too much for the young padawan to resist.

And then all at once the creature saw as another stepped forward and pulled the girl away. Maura would see the monster slam its fist into the glass over and over and over again. Spider cracks would start to form on the glass, the vat unable to contain its unbridled fury.

All the while, Maura would hear its wailing screeches in her ear. More than just rage, they almost sounded like the violent wailing you’d expect from someone holding a dying loved one. Pure despair, as if Maura being pulled away was its last and final lifeline severed; leaving it alone to just scream into the dark.

Of course, Drow and Quin would hear and see none of this. But they would both feel the darkness still clinging to Maura, wafting off her like smoke from a just-put-out fire.

The dark energy in the room would thrum through the force, leaving the three Jedi with the new knowledge they had gained but little else. They could go back the way they had come, though the room somehow willed them to stay.

As if it just needed them to remain just a little longer to get what it wanted.

The Right Choice

The suspicion between Veer and Tazlen seemed to be amplified by the energy swirling around them. It was sinister and alluring, clawing at their wills to just give into what they really wanted.

To pull the trigger. To activate the lightsaber.

To kill each other.

The whispering in Veer’s ear was incessant, but the longer it went the more he seemed to understand what it was saying.

They don’t trust you. Don’t let them know. Finish what we started.

Veer’s eyes would be drawn to the notes again, the unknown symbols seeming to shimmer on the page as the ink started to bleed. It would run down the page and start pooling on the table, flowing to its edge.

Thick, viscous black goo slowly dripping off the table and on the floor one drop at a time.

Drip, drip, drip

To Tazlen and Wax it would seem like Veer simply zoned out, his eyes firmly glued to the notes on the table. They wouldn’t see what he saw, though the darkside emanating from the pieces of paper would wash over them in a steady wave.

It pulsed silently in the darkness of the room, like a door that begged to be opened. A phone longing to be answered. It only wanted them to give in. Resolve themselves of any inhibitions. To just reach out and grab it.

It would all seem so harmless.

Trace found it all unsettling. There was some darkness that had twisted this thing into what it was now. A mixture of dark science and alchemy that pointed her toward some sort of dark sider who was behind it all. Mr. Static? Who knew or perhaps Mr. Static was just the next victim of Mad Scientist.

Either way, they pressed onward through the maintenance area and down the stairs, the lightsaber providing light to the others while her Special Eyes™ guided her. The gurgling sounds below didn't do anything to put her at ease as they pressed downard, finally arriving at the bottom without any signs of anyone.

Two more choices were presented to them, and Trace paused once again. She had no idea what an "organic" generator was, but it sounded... well, in a place like this it sounded horrible. Forward seemed like the best bet in a place like this, but a part of her wondered if they couldn't get a generator back online if they could get communications, lights, security, and other important pieces of the station back online.

Before she could make any decisions, however, the doors burst open and out charged Mr. COPD. She was moving without even thinking to avoid the door, trying to take in precisely... what was in front of her. In truth, it caused her to pause a moment in shock, mouth gaping open for only a moment before she kept on the evasion.

Flames blasted out only a moment later as she dodged to the side, reaching out to the Force to attempt to manipulate the electricity leaping between Mr. COPD's back... pylons? She attempted to force the electricity down so it would lanced directly into the creature's back and hopefully begin to cripple the thing even more.

“No,” Tazlen said sharply, “I don’t hear anything,” He said with hints of concern. His gaze flicked over to the notes and the way Veer seemed almost in a trance. They had been taught about the lure of the Dark Side in the academies and Tazlen himself had struggled with it on many counts. When his homeworld was destroyed, he felt nothing but the desire for vengeance and anger. It felt intoxicating and alluring, beckoning him to surrender himself to his deepest and darkest desires. But he knew to reach for the Light instead. He had to find light in the darkest corners to pull away from the spirals.

He saw the look on Veer’s face and he sensed the dark energies, and he knew the kind of draw that was happening.

“Hey,” Tazlen said, his hand pulling away from his saber, “Can you tell me your name?” He asked, his tone softening, “Can you tell me what inspired you to become a soldier?” He recalled when he had to ask himself what motivated him to find light in darkness. Tazlen kept his focus on the soldier, but his eyes briefly flicked towards Wax and then the notes to silently ask him to take them away. The Jedi continued to keep Veer distracted, hoping that Wax could toss the notes away or destroy them without Veer noticing.

Anai expected strange, monstrous creatures and even then she was still disgusted and horrified by the thing that had just appeared in front on them. However, she would be even more horrified after it spewed flames at them. The Kaleesh warrior would dodge to the opposite side Trace did, her breathing getting heavy as she now had to confront one of the few things in the galaxy that truly scared her.

But being scared was not enough to keep her still. While her heart beat quite fast and fear dwelled in her heart...Fear fuled the sith just as much as anything else, and what better to use against the monster than both what she didn't want near her and its own weapon? The Kaleesh would call upon the force, drawing from the heat of the liquid flames to create a pyrokinetic attack of her own with relative easy, sending it at the creature to try and burn it alive, fire and lightning engulfing it as the same time...Hopefully it would be enough.

When the group of Sith had made it into the stairwell, Draugr could sense the creepy crawlies even when they were out of sight. He could hear the growls and grumbles coming from the disgusting creations of whatever madman was behind this. It was half expected for them to attack in the stairwell but, nothing. Instead they made it to another door and entered the room to see a massive creature. One uglier than the rest.

As they entered, Draugr could feel the fear within his companion Anai. It was like a fuel to his power. The Dathomir Native knew that he needed to act quickly to keep this thing from getting any advantage. So using the force, he would manage a stasis over the large creature keeping his focus on its entirety.

The attacks on it by Trace and Anai and whatever 101 may do would be almost impossible to stop should his stasis stay upon the beast, Draugr was strong enough to keep it steady long enough for the attacks, and quick enough to stop any counter that may come.

Stasis on big beasty boi, he's still got an eye on it to counter whatever may come his way
