Such a comparison is ridiculous. They are two very different superheroes not even in the same league. Technically speaking, Batman is not even a superhero.

It would be better to ask who would win out of Green Arrow and Batman, or Superman and the Green Lantern.

And if Batman wanted to win, just have an arsenal of Kryptonite weaponry.
