Considering Superman has beaten Batman to near death before, suffering no damage in return, I'm going with Superman.

It's happened more often the other way around. Batman always carries Kryptonite on his person, and has defeated Superman in the comics many times.

No, Batman has disposed Superman. He has never managed to get Superman anywhere near death. Superman has, on the other hand.

I thought we all knew Mr. Rogers wins everything. So why are we even bothering with bat vs. super? :p

Considering the circumstances and ratio of wins v. loses, I don't that it makes any difference. Batman will come out on top.

I have been asking myself this question, but they are completely oblivious, sadly.

The idea that anyone could actually beat Superman, particularly a normal human (compared to a demi-god that Supes is) strikes me as totally insane. Unless Batman managed to lead Superman into the worlds mightiest trap, I don't see this fight EVER going in the Dark Knight's favour...

I can assure you that the wholesome of the Touhou cast including most if not all humans (except Rinnosuke but he doesn't count) can beat Superman. But yet again it's comparing oranges and apples.

My thoughts exactly.

No superhero could defeat batman. Batman's intellect is used by comic book writers as a cheap gimmick they can use to dig themselves out of plot holes. Batman is always one step away of his adversaries, and that is why he is virtually undefeatable. His intellect is a deus ex machina, which automatically trumps any superpower in existence.

Protip #1: this isn't an anime

Protip #2: Animated american Comics fall under the label of Animations which is then shortened into "anime". Therefore, the TV version of any and every Marvel comic falls within the category of "Anime".

Protip #3: Why so serious?

Batman kept Krypotonite on him during the justice League.

Therefore Batman would win and Batman is cooler to.

Alright then, any of these characters from Touhou or whatever it is practically invincible? Or... y'know... anywhere near Supermans league... at all? I mean, in Kingdom Come, Superman is resistant/immune to Kryptonite, and even more powerful than ever...

How are you ever supposed to beat that?

And he has the awesome-est power: money.
