Matsu raised an eyebrow, that was a change of subject and then she looked at Saia and got an idea with a wicked grin. Slowly Matsu backed away as she made a move and slid off her tunic and stood in the sarashi. Then with a quick look Matsu pointed her hand for Saia to follow. "Look a ship..." It was a childish ploy but then Matsu moved to pick up and toss Saia into the water as she took in strides and jumped it.

Saia, too busy focusing of suppressing her emotions, didn't realize the trickery until it was too late. She curled as she fell into the water, landing shoulder first with a splash. The water was not very deep, and she slowly rose, looking out from underneath her soaked bangs with a shiver. "If I knew a lightsaber style," she stated calmly to Jarak from underneath her drenched bangs, "you can be sure Matsu would not be pleased right now." Of course, she was joking... mostly. She turned to glare at Matsu, pushing her palm through the water and applying as much power to it as she could in an attempt to get the other girl as wet as possible.

Jarak jumped to his feet and sprang backwards to avoid being soaked by the water that Saia was directing at Matsu, laughing all the while. He was just starting to dry off and hand no desire to be wet again.

Matsu stood in the water and grinned and then she saw Saia splash as much water as she could and Matsu leaned back and let herself get soaked as she relaxed. Slowly Matsu looked up as she laughed feeling the water on her shoulders. Then she looked at Saia with her hair clinging to her face. "Oh come now, you needed to cool off after that heated topic." Matsu slowly stood as she made a ploy with her eyes and tilted her head, she wanted both herself and Saia to combine forces to soak Jarak.

Saia waddled out of the water with what seemed to be a temper, her wet robes hanging from her body, her jaw shivering relentlessly, moist hair clinging to her face. She gave no impression to Jarak as she walked towards him, throwing off her wet robe and revealing the tunic underneath, soaked and clinging to her skin. She clutched herself close as she walked to him, he would doubtlessly be either concerned for her or concerned for her body.

His male brain would give her just enough time to grab him by the sleeve and drag him back to the water to throw him in, a sinister grin shared with Matsu.

((I'm back, well for a one line or more depending how it plays out. didn't realize the competition jumping was over or else I'd be back sooner.))

Kelly was resting up on a tree branch out of sight watching the three as they talked and played, a small smile crept on her face and then disappeared. 'Idiot' she thought to herself, but a part of her wanted to join in but another part told her to keep her distance that she'd end up being hurt again. As she watched them continue "Idiots" was all she said looking back at a Data Pad.

Saia looked cold and angry, Jarak decided he would not try a practical joke on her in the future and wished Matsu hadn't. Sure it had been funny, and he had to try hard to laugh at Saia for the second time that day. She began walking towards him, Jarak didn't understand why... until she caught hold of his sleeve...

Matsu quickly moved after Saia as she saw the girl grab Jarak and she grabbed at his other sleeve to throw him in. With a laugh Matsu grinned as she looked at Saia who was soaking wet and shivering. Maybe she would let Matsu warm her up? "Come on time for the fun."

Saia drug Jarak forth and, together with Matsu, threw him in with a gleeful giggle. She wasn't done, though. She turned to face Matsu, wrapping her arms around her and getting a good grip, before twisting her body in an attempt to throw her. She knew she would fail to get enough torque, and both of them would fall into the cold water together. But at least she knew she was going to get Matsu wet.

Ice cold water enveloped Jarak as he went beneath the pond, cleaning thrown by Matsu and Saia in completely unexpected betrayal. He came to the surface, spluttering. He glared at the two, but couldn't keep a straight face. Still trying to hide a smile he began wading back to shore, his tunic and pants heavy with the wait of the icy water. Out of the corner of his eye he saw Saia grab onto Matsu,

girls... he thought to himself with a bemused shake of his head.

Matsu looked at Saia as she threw them both into the water and Matsu laughed coming up and she splashed at Saia sitting there and relaxing as she brought a hand out and ran it through her hair. Slowly Matsu waded as she got close to Saia and giggled. "Should have seen that coming, [slight pause] your shivering. Saia haven't you been in cold water before?"

Saia glared back at Matsu as she bobbed up and down in the water, appearing nearly completely naked with her wrappings being hidden under water. Past Matsu's hair, which Saia's attention had been drawn to as her fingers ran through it, Saia spotted a tree and a figure sitting on a branch therein. She squinted harder, ignoring Matsu's teasing. "Hey, look. Kelly's over there. I should probably go dry off before I get sick," she looked back down at Matsu and grumbled, swimming - or rather more akin to flailing - as she made her way to shore despite the heavy, burdensome tunic and pants she wore whose weight made treading water difficult.

Jarak was already on shore when Saia came up. He had taken of his tunic and robe, revealing his muscular torso and was busy wringing his garments out. His lay off to the side discarded,
"Happy now?" he called out in mock annoyance as Saia neared the shore.

"Guess I won't be trusting you two in the future... one minute we're having a civilized conversation, the next I'm underwater." he continued, scowling as though angry.

Matsu looked at Jarak and moved as she got to the shore and stood up throwing her head back with a grin. "Oh come now a little water is good for the soul. Besides everyone looks better when they have clothing clinging to their bodies." Matsu looked at Saia as she walked over by her and spoke holding out her hand and looking up at the tree she had seen earlier. "Truce we won't throw each other in the water again today?"

"Today," she smiled back at Matsu, "sure. No promises for tomorrow." Her jaw chattered a little more and she turned to Jarak, "And now you know more about women. See, doesn't the Temple teach your lots?!" She laughed at the poor Zabraks misfortune before casting a smile at him.

"Let's go see what Kelly is doing," she said, pointing over to the girl in the tree who was busily reading something in her hand. It seemed like everyone she met seemed to like sitting in trees, even Master Cordatus.

Jarak had just finished wringing out his clothing and put his tunic, and cloak on. He was still very damp and his boots sloshed, but he didn't feel as heavy.

"I'd like to, but I really should be getting back to the temple, I'd like to get some more training in. Thank you for the good fun and conversation. I'm sure I'll be seeing you both around." Jarak said with his signature grin, nodding to both Saia and Matsu, waving briefly at Kelly's distant form, before turning, and heading back up the path towards the temple.

He had thoroughly enjoyed his afternoon with the other padawans, but he felt the pressure of his studies weighing him down, and knew he needed to go back to work.

Matsu looked at Saia and spoke placing a hand on her face and then lowering it as she rubbed her shoulders trying to get her warm. THe girl really really couldn't handle the cold and Matsu as she looked up at where Kelly was. "She looks busy and your freezing, now as the eldest of us I am telling you to go and sit in the sun until your teeth stop chattering." With a look Matsu stood up on her tip toes to match height with Saia. "We can talk with Kelly after your warmed up."

Saia knew that the cold would get the better of her, she had been used to sitting aboard ships with controlled climates, or wandering the heat traps of the duracrete valleys of Coruscant and Empress Teta, cold water was something she had not become accustomed to. She focused on her body, and through the force, to keep it warm. It was a simple technique, but one that did require concentration. She did not let it distract her from Matsu, though. She smiled and nodded, "I'll be fine, don't worry. Just a little cold." She reached for her robes, the driest article of clothing she had left, before wrapping it around herself to take off her tunic in relative privacy. It wasn't ideal, but it was warmer than the rest of her outfit.

Matsu looked at Saia and grinned a little as she spoke holding out her tunic. She could live with a wet sarashi on. "Here you go." Slowly Matsu made sure no one was looking at she took off her boots and socks then pants. She had on a similar under garment as the sarashi and she kneeled down leaning against a tree in the sun as she motioned for Saia to join her as she spoke shaking her hair out so it dried and framed her face. "Just get in the sun, you'll feel nice and warm."

Saia quickly put on Matsu's clothing, wondering when she would have to give them back to the girl who, as of now, was sitting beside her under the tree wrapped in essentially nothing but what appeared to be bandages. She knew that it was, in fact, a sarashi, but she could not help but ask the obvious: "Aren't you cold? How can you get by with wearing just those wrappings?"
