Saia tried to smile, finally breaking past the pain. Pain might have been a colleague of Matsu's, but Saia was no bed fellow to such a thing. "Now you really owe me," she joked, "I got you first and you still got me!" She smiled, looking at the burn through her robes and to her skin. Already blisters had begun to form and the burned skin looked as though it had started to boil. "My robe," she pouted, "now I have to get a new one."

Matsu looked Saia and smiled as she nodded. "Okay I owe you one. Slowly Matsu moved them both to the shade of the tree and she held Saia close wrapping her leg under Saia's thighs. Slowly Matsu laughed as she thought about what could have happened. Hind sight was always 20/20 as she replayed the the fight and thought about how she could have landed and rolled to the side away from the blade. But dwelling in the past and what she could have done wasn't important. Slowly Matsu spoke more as she put her cheek next to Saia's and looked out at the water. "It is beautiful and serene, I have bacta in my room. The infirmary loans me some for when I train." With another smile Matsu hesitated as she looked at Saia and pulled back a little from her mouth she looked at her eyes but didn't try and kiss her yet. "Saia if it is too much I can change my request."

Saia was already more than apprehensive enough as Matsu's face became more of a blob in front of her. She'd never been kissed before, and wasn't sure what to do, but wasn't going to tell Matsu. She was too nervous to think to close her eyes, and watched in some small relief as Matsu pulled back with her question. "...maybe," she hesitated, not knowing if Matsu's other request would be even more ...adventurous than the current one, and not willing to guarantee that Matsu would be allowed to change her request. "What is it?"

Matsu looked at Saia as she kept her arms around her and she thought about it. If Saia was that nervous about a kiss well she didn't want to scare the girl. Slowly Matsu chewed her lower lip as she came up with an idea and put the back of her hand up to Saia's cheek. "We we change our favors, we'll always be there for each other in our times of need." With a look at Saia, Matsu smiled. She knew Saia might not share her feeling but the least she could do was protect her. Even if it meant she would have to settle as friends. She could do it and slowly Matsu found some contentment in the thought. Didn't mean she would try and stop getting Saia to open up and be with her.

Saia looked up, Matsu's face was so close that she could only really focus on one eye at a time, her eyes flashed back and forth between them in exaggerated movements. She listened to Matsu's proposal, glad it wasn't anything more 'interesting' than a kiss, and smiled at her. "Ok, that works," she wondered how Matsu had guessed her favor, she could have used it for anything from a foot massage to borrowing clothes, but she'd hit the nail on the head. Still, she felt bad Matsu had not gotten what she originally wanted, wrapping her own hands around her friends face and pulling her forward to peck her on the nose. "There!"

Matsu pulled back and looked a little surprised at Saia. She hadn't expected that..... even on the nose from Saia and she truly was speechless. "....." With a look around Matsu just smiled and relaxed moving it so she and Saia's were relaxed under the tree and peered out at the water. She could get used to this if after every spar they just relaxed nearly naked. Slowly Matsu peered up into the tree where she knew Kelly was, the white haired girl with the purple eyes was right they should have gotten a room but for what? This was friendship.

"Idiots" Is all Kelly said as she dropped down from the tree and walked back towards the Temple. 'this place is full of idiots.' is all she thought as she walked back her room mate Delta running up with a giant grin, as she told Kelly of her getting a master. The two heading back towards the Temple.
