Who knows? They keep bitching about us RPing the bogan defenses, but no one from their side is stepping up to take over the non-force using bogan soldiers. As far as I know the entire Bogan "army" is NPC anyway, so if one of them doesn't control them it leaves us little choice but to do it for them.

For the temple assault, I'm sure there are a whole slew of PC dark jedi just waiting to zap and slash us.

Tarus, I asked this question in the OOC thread but I think it got overlooked; maybe you can do a better job of bringing some attention to it.

Why was Weiss allowed to edit his post and get out of the system, thereby making it easy for him to alert the Hutts? Per his first post, even if there is no moon for him to hide in, he should still be close to the planet and able to be stopped by Republic forces. I just don't want Santoro using this as an excuse to bring in the Hutt cavalry earlier than is plausible.

I don't know, frankly. From what he stated, he was within sensor range of the Republic when he arrived; that and the Cronau radiation from his jump would get detected instantly. So we'd see him quite fine. However, one could argue that he'd just jump out-of-system anyway to find the Hutts.

It's shady, but meh. We can't really stop him or else they'll complain about us whining and being unfair.

Well, he would have probably been in the mass shadow of the planet, thereby making it impossible to jump immediately, but whatevs. I bow to your superior intellect.

Also, if they're actually going through with this Weiss-jumping-in thing, then we're using that to our advantage. Tsar, call in reinforcements; make sure you requisition as many ships as possible to come back us up.

Reason is, if they want to go ahead and respond to the attack in such a limited amount of time, we can respond in shorter time. We knew we were sending a fleet, we knew that there might be increased opposition, and we're the goddamn Republic. We can bring in another fleet. We detected a ship bearing Bogan signatures fleeing the system, and we can only assume that it's bringing reinforcements, so we're taking a precautionary step.

The people not in this thread need to be ready to defend against Hutt incursions elsewhere. I've stolen the 15th fleet, but Will has his fleet available to defend against Hutt counter-attacks.

Ok, I just posted in the temple assault thread. Ru, if you want me to go ahead and breach the main entrance let me no; likewise if you would rather I remove any mention of a breaching charge I can and will, just let me know what you'd like.

Another thing, maybe Will and his merry team of Jedi ninjas would like to team up with my squad? I can handle any light work and you guys can take out any high level scary folks. Either way, I would like at least a few Jedi coming with my team to keep us all from being zapped like gnats on a bug zapper.
