Just so you guys know I have been keeping an eye on this thread, but thought my own contribution would be best suited once everyone else has posted once. Also have my fingers in a great many RPs at the moment, so that's another reason it made sense for me to hang back.

CONSTITUTION: After walking all these years throughout middle-earth Elendar has yet to become ill or plagued. His health is in perfect condition and he has been known to withstand anything.
INTELLIGENCE: Elendar has been known to posses a high amount of intellect, being able to learn anything just by reading from ancient texts left by his people.
WISDOM: Living throughout many years have allowed Elendar to increase in wisdom. He has been able to solve problems with ease and has sometime been compare with the great Galadriel herself.
CHARISMA: Elendar has been known to convince others to his side and has managed to gather large amounts of people to fight for him.

Gil-galad was the last High King of the Noldor on Middle-Earth. Back in Aman Finwe is High King and with the return of most of the Noldor to the West at the end of the Third Age it is highly unlikely there would be a new high king in Middle-Earth. After Gil-galad's death itself there was no High King, so why there be one now when the Noldor have all but left Middle-Earth?

I'm not saying you won't, I'm saying - from what I have discussed with him - that I'm pretty sure Ush won't be cool with this. To my knowledge we are working within the lore confines also (as far as we can in relatively uncharted territory).

Yeah. Elvish culture is now too diverse to allow an Elvish High King. On top of that, there's less than five thousand of them left in Middle Earth. On top of that, those are the really cynical ones or the ones who don't want to go to Valinor because the last few Elvish kings have buggered off or are preparing to go. A random Elf, no matter the ancestry, will never be declared High King. Unless the guys on the last ship to Valinor name him King just to be snide. He'll have no kingdom, and thus, no purpose.

I was thinking this:

I Elendar would have set out from Valinor to Middle Earth, where I would go on to create my own safe Haven, like that of Rivendell for all the elves out there. I would have returned back to Valinor with all the other elves at the end of the Third Age, where I was told of my blood lineage and that I was to be the High King of the Ñoldor in Valinor. After many years I would have returned back to Middle Earth to attend to the safe haven for a few years.

No. It's just not going to happen. Take away the whole King thing, drop the age by a few thousand years and we'll talk.

BIOGRAPHY:
Elendar was born in Valinor during the Years of the Trees, before the First Age had even begun. He participated in the rebellion of the Ñoldor and their flight from Valinor due to his desire to explore the vast land of Middle-Earth.

Once in Beleriand, Elendar decided to begin his travels across the Middle-Earth and left for adventure. He traveled and discovered new lands, but he settled down during the end of the First Age and decided to return to Beleriand to live with his father; Elpragh.

During, the Second Age Elendar left Beleriand, deciding to create his own Elven Haven. He set out to create his safe haven in Fangorn Forest. As he set out to this mysterious forest he would later find out the mysteries that lie within.
He discovered the mystical Ents there, and befriended them. He was later allowed to create his safe haven, but he had no right to harm a tree or any living thing inside the forest. He agreed to the terms and created his haven within the forest, later naming it Ilphryn. In remembrance to a fellow Ent who had later died.
The haven took years in construction but with the help of the Ents, Elendar finished and took his place as the Keeper of the beautiful hidden city.

As the Second Age came to an end, the great Elven Haven Ilphryn was filled with joyous elves. It already had a legion of troops at the ready, but with no worries time passed, and soon the great haven flourished deep into the Third Age.

Elendar was glad everything went well, but soon was troubled after hearing the news of Thorin and his company. He was not glad to hear this, as he knew of the prophecy spoken of.
He took no part in this , and just waited until it passed. But he noted that Thorin would not give up, and soon had the borders of the haven patrolled thoroughly.
Having the city secured, placed his heart at ease. Now that Smaug had been killed, and with everything back in place. Ilphryn passed on to see the late years of the Third Age.

Until the time came, when darkness arose and the great eye stood in flames.
Elendar secured the borders of the haven, and had the Ents which proclaimed allegiance to Elendar protect the borders of Fangorn Forest. Time passed and it seemed that the enemy was not ready to make it's move.

Soon, the battle between Mordor and Gondor took place, and the enemy was vanquished. Now with the one ring destroyed, Elendar could be at peace.

At the end of the Third Age, his Elven kindred moved on to the Undying Lands. But he decided to stay, and live with the Ents until it was truly time for him to move on into the Undying Lands.

Once the Fourth Age came in, most of the elves in Ilphryn had passed to the Undying Lands. Elendar, had no need for the army he had for he saw no danger, now that the enemy was vanquished.
Until news came to him of a new danger rising.

Elendar now fears for the worse...

Also, in essence you changed nothing but the title, Creation... he still has armies and is ridiculously OP! Remember, there are Hobbits in this thread.
