APPEARANCE: boasting nearly black, hell, it might as well be black, brunette hair, rue is a small framed woman, what some cultures would consider a "runt", but don't let that trick you, rue has been fighting for her place on the table since she could walk, and is just as dangerous as other mandalorians, if not more so due to her upbringing, and her well toned, defined body shape is a clear example of this, with scratches and marks from battles adorning her armor, which is forged in the tepmuart signature style, with a secondary visor able to be flicked up and down like a welding mask, mostly so she doesn't have to constantly clean her helmet when she works.
her armor colors are: Black - a desire for justice / seeking justice. grey - mourning a lost love or family member. bronze - nobility and virtue/seeking to be mando'kar.
ATTRIBUTES:
Rue is missing her right eye, due to a childhood incident, where she protected her older cousin from a trandoshan slaver, rue also has a tendency to be clumsy when she is either angered or excited, sometimes tripping or full on face planting, usually to comedic effect, this rarely happens inside combat, as she's too focused.
PERSONALITY:
Rue is calm and collected, if a little grouchy. Rue is a free spirited woman who can't help but fall for a pretty face, regardless of gender, but she is also proud, Rarely admitting her flaws, which are many, though she seldom admits such to others, as she is constantly fearing just how others perceive of her, desperately clinging onto the few friendships she has.
Rue is a person who believes in redemption, while she certainly has no love for the sith, she strives to have an open mind, revealing the truth that rue is a gentle soul at heart. If rue had her way, she would have long retired to concord dawn, settled, and had a family, raise her clan in peace, but the one eyed dragon is always roused from her slumber by calls to her honor as a mandalorian.
While rue may seem a constantly grumpy individual, quick to annoy or deliver a bonk to your helmet with her hammer, there are very few individuals who are are generous as her, she is willing to sacrifice a great deal for the people she cares for, putting her own desires aside to help these individuals, and especially so for family.
Rue naturally isn't a good person, she's greedy and impatient to a fault, but she tries to be, oh she tries so hard to be a good person.
BIOGRAPHY:
Growing up a mandalorian is never as.. simple as a normal childhood, being a child of the twins makes it less so, and thus rue has little concept of a permanent home, well besides concord dawn itself, where she grew up alongside her younger cousin, and scored her first kill, what she tells others was a beast attack, was a attempted kidnapping by a trandoshan slaver who grew a little TOO ballsy, she keeps this desire to watch over her kin even now, but it's even stronger with her cousin, despite everything he has done, and what he has become, but rue is a ever stubborn woman, she will either be the one who redeems him, or puts a songsteel slug into the armor she made for him.
Despite, or maybe because of her house's reputation, rue has built up a reputation of being a passionate, trigger happy, but honorable mandalorian with a highly charismatic nature.
rue identifies with the traditionalists of mandalore, yet not with the children of the watch, favoring the ancient manda'lor jaster mareels way, therefore the words -
"Education and armor,
Self-defense, our tribe,
Our language and our leader—
All help us survive."
are very real to her, as well as the words -
"Strength is life, for the strong have the right to rule.
Honor is life, for with no honor one may as well be dead.
Loyalty is life, for without one's clan one has no purpose.
Death is life, one should die as they have lived."
SKILLS:
Like all twins smiths, rue is capable of forging masterwork song steel items, which sell for a lot of credits.
Also, like all twins smiths, rue is highly resistant to interrogation, especially from force users, it would be extremely difficult to mind trick her, or force one's way into her mind.

despite the fact she is missing her eye, she is considered a deadshot, and a highly skilled quickdraw artist with her superior hand eye coordination. Rue is also proficient in engineering and building, as befits her role as an armorer.

For close range combat, rue is capable of duking it out with her hammer. Given rue's both mercenary and mercantile nature, rue utilizes a Minotaur class armed freighter as both a mobile home of hers, as well as what carries all her clans wares that they are willing to barter and sell, with a simple droid co-pilot .
Rue also has a revolver style blaster pistol, used for dueling and emergency encounters.
