You realize the Joker is from the DC universe and he doesn't die because the author says he doesn't? Just because you love an overpowered ability someone else has, doesn't mean you can have it. The authors literally power plays the Joker. If you are put into one of the situations that Joke didn't die from, YOU will most likely be dead in the same situations. Joker is part of a comic, this is an rpg.

Dude, the author when he writes the story, always ends up killing the Joker, but it's always ambigous about how he actually dies, leaving it open for the next story. That's not necessarily overpowered. It's not really an ability, it's a matter of how it's written.

When you get written into a corner, you die, your character doesn't pull a deus ex machina and come back later.

The Joker does that because he has to, he's a huge reason why Batman is popular. He's also notorious for doing that and it's in character.

Just avoid getting killed (and I don't mean avoid all open threads in order to do that).

We just feel like it can be exploited.

Yes, she is the villain for your hero, but she is also interacting with the rest of the universe. With batman and the joker, that is the main conflict. One author, 2 characters, nothing unexpected to the author because he is in complete control of the story.
Here, you have many other authors also writing, creating a sence of chaos and unpredictability to the stories on the site. Making a character that is rediculously hard to kill or comes back after thought to have died multiple times (which seems to be what you are going for) is over powered.

Imagine that you are in a big battle and are hit with artillery fire. Most people would die at that point and their character is no more. But this opens it up to be cheap and a month or so later bring back that character.
Its just not fair at all.

We are just asking that you tone down the "Ridiculously hard-to-kill" to "resilient" or something more reasonable.
