DESCRIPTION​

This phone is an innovative dataphone by EzTech to serve as a direct competitor to the NalPhone. The "EZPhone" is a sleeker and Holographic adaptation of any predecessor dataphones.

The EZPhone allows for nigh-intergalactic communication (namely wherever there are HoloNet beacons to carry a signal). The phone allows text, call, voice chat and a multitude of other features. EZPhone users have enhanced security and encryption features hardened by architecture inspired from Bothan Spynet. This ensures that the customers have some of the best protected devices.

The EZPhone also features a miniaturized homing beacon that can be activated by the company at the request of the customer should their phone be lost or stolen. This theoretically would allow it to be tracked to its current location by pinging off the relevant satellites. It also allows law enforcement, like the Sector Rangers, to determine where a phone has been or where it is when they are attempting to execute a search warrant. However, EZTech is extremely protective of its customers' privacy and will not volunteer this information without exhausting all of the other available legal remedies first.

In addition to the standard comms features, the EZPhone also comes with the following unique features:

• Built in voice activate droid AI called Spalexa. Spalexa is connected through Holonet through the various EZ Apps and also the greater Holonet to quickly retrieve data. A user can point the EZPhone's camera at an object and Spalexa will drew up any information it can on it. In the absence of information, the data gets logged into a open source database where others in the galaxy can update information on it.
• Built in survival display - The EZPhone comes with sensors that come standard in HUD functions where it can read atmospheric conditions or detect toxins in the air. This sends an alert to the EZPhone to notify the user of dangers. Connections to Holonet are not needed for this.
• Ship AI integration - Spalexa integrates with advanced ship AI features such as Blackwell created Smart AI suite where a user can use voice command to have their ship piloted over to their location if needed.
