Most archer actors have bad form. It's quite annoying.

Jennifer Lawrence actually did a really good job and whatever can be said about her fitness, she doesn't have the same musculature to work with that Jeremy Renner does (to his advantage.) I know it's a small thing, but it may be indicative of the process here. Details matter.

She's the main char from Hunger Games, right? Her posture looked really stiff imo.

She was quite abrupt, but parsimonious in her movements. Far superior to Renner, if not perfect.

Only 8 days left, I remember back when this was years away from release.

With regards to Hawkeye, I usually pride myself on being able to turn off my hypercritical fat NEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRDDDD sense for these movies, but as someone who has hunted a fair bit with bow and arrow and practiced archery for a bit as a hobby, I have to note that Jeremy Renner has horrible archerform. Rather than get into a long post about it, I shall simply link...

That's one shame of knowledge. To me nothing is wrong with their archery as I didn't even know there was a "proper" form.

OH and Sam Jackson Fury is now canon in 616

le gasp! Improper form often leads to self-injury or just being plain ineffective at hitting stuff. It's incredibly easy to fail with the bow.

To me it was just pull the string back and let go. I've shot a bow just for gym class in high school and I did alright. Granted the targets weren't far away, moving, and it
s not like I was pegging the bullseye.

EDIT: ****ing spell check tried to tell me "bullseye" is not a word.
