“Someone contacted me through the force- a jedi I think- what if that man had an apprentice?” she mused, her voice rushed and nervous.

She slipped into the back lot and turned to face Telm. Her expression reflected his fear. The uncertainty was driving her mad. Neither of them were warriors of any sort- they were just two people caught up in the affairs of killers.

“he told me…before he died. He wanted me to go to Tatooine- he had a son there.” she turned back around and quickened her pace, weaving through the crowd.

“Whoever just spoke me to me told me, you-”

She stopped, her face draining of color as a several Kiffar in the crowd regarded her with stern looks. their distance closed in around the pair, merging into the crowd like sharks in a school of fish.

“They found us…” she whispered.

"Crap..." Telm cursed. He looked around and searched for a way out. If he was alone, he would have made a run for it and he would outrun these blokes. However, he was not alone. He could not leave Vaiper behind...

He also carried no weapons and even if he had, he would not be able to handle them properly. He had never used a blade or a gun in his live.

Telm looked over to his new companion and said: "Whatever you do, don't piss 'em off. Cooperate and you should be fine. Unless... Unless you think you can keep up? We can make a run for it, but then we'll have to run as quick as we can."

OOC: That's it for now, folks. See ya after 2 weeks:)

((Wait a second, two weeks? We could finish this RP by then! Damn.))

“Do not run." Said his familiar voice, looming somewhere behind the duo. "I need you to steal a small shuttle with a working hyperdrive. You have done well so far and I will not allow these hunters to collect your head.” He was directly behind the Twi’lek, still draped in his cloak, his face hidden. He touched the girl’s shoulder, and was surprised. He knew she was old, but she was more of a woman than a girl. Interesting.

“Give me that lightsaber. I will need it to for defense. You must act quickly, and do not stall. I will know when you have found our craft so do not waste time trying to alert me. Immediately take off once you have found your object. Go!” With that, he thumbed his own lightsaber and peered through the force at his opponents. Each was like a red flare in the middle of a grey ocean. It would be easy to keep track of them with this much malice on their minds. His lightsaber burst into an orange-red sword, humming with power and might. He held it in his proper stance, with his legs apart and his body in a combative stance. He held his blade unconventionally- with his thumb pointing towards the butt of the lightsaber, and the blade following his forearm. It continued to hum behind his back, as he waited for the Jedi Hunters to attack, and for Vaiper to get moving and complete the task he assigned her. There was no time for questions.

((aww....have fun with ze mimes!))

Vaiper jumped at the contact. Her eyes went wide and settled, calmly offering the hilt. It went against all her feelings.

Her legs demanded her to run, her mind told her to offer no trust and her heart begged her to relent.

“very well.” was all she said.

As soon as she felt the weapon pass from her hand to an unseen one behind she bolted, seizing Telm’s wrist.

The Kiffar raised their weapons and opened fire. Many fell dead- the crowd became a stampede.

As the Twi’lek ran she turned at the whiz of a saber and saw little of its wielder save for the fiery glow of his blade.

She took of running to wake from the dream, a shower of blaster ammo heralding their departure

Before the blaster bolts could get close to the lightsaber wielding man, they slammed into an unseen force. Disapaiting into nothing as if they had hit a wall. It would now been seen that a shimmering barrier had been placed between the jedi killers and the lightsaber wielder.

With a cough and a shuffle of his robes, Sol Kavos, self exiled Shade master, stepped out of a dark doorway. He wasnt suprised to see that many were shocked to see a second force user pop out of seemingly nowhere. But Sol had been masking his presence for so long it was almost passive to him.

The aging man stepped up next to the fellow force user, but keeping his hands in the sleeves of his grey robes. " Need a hand? " He said as a quick smile flashed from under his hood. Bringing his lightsaber to his hand with the force, it ignited in very close contrast to that of the other saber wielder. Sol focused the force into his limbs, preparing for when the shimmering barrier vannished.

((OH MAH GAWD TJ I ****ING LOVE THE SHIT OUT OF YOU BOY. Like, (A) great entry into the RP. (B) No better of a character could have joined. My guy is a Shade Knight, he just doesn't know what they are yet.))

Dai'kon exhaled and prepared. He opened himself to the force, and clipped the dead Jedi's lightsaber around his belt with his free hand. He felt the bolts of fire shoot from the multiple blasters pointing at him. Many stopped early and several bystanders fell. It was painful to feel those random lives simply blot out of his vision, but he did not let it affect his demeanor or concentration.

But, what did affect his concentration was a force barrier forming just as the blaster fire was about to make contact. It was a solid barrier, one clearly made by a trained and highly experienced force user. Someone much better than he. This was comforting to find, but also very unnerving that he did not detect the force user previously. But, all in all, Dai'kon could definitely use a hand.

"I find it insulting to my original people that you can hide from me so well. You stood no more than 5 feet from me, yet I had no idea anyone, let alone a skilled force-user, was there. You are no Jedi. Even now, the force is strong within you, but not of light or dark...or perhaps, both. Regardless, the barrier will fall when I am done talking, and I could, in fact, use a hand. You already know which hunters I will kill. You take the other three."

And, just like that, the barrier fell, and blaster fire hit Dai'kon's lightsaber. Using the force, Dai'kon rerouted the fire back at the hunters. He deflected five shots before one seared through the first hunter's thigh, and he was down, screaming with pain.

Without hesitation, he gathered the force within the soles of his feet and he leaped into the air, to come down feet away from his second opponent. Still with a blaster in his hand, the hunter had no moves to show. The miraluka was too quick. As he turned to face the final opponent, he swung his blade in symmetry with his twisting body, cleaving his previous opponent in two without resistance and in a beautiful arc. The final one shot a single round at the Miraluka, who swung his blade upwards towards the sky, which deflected the blaster bolt directly back at the hunter, which struck him square in the face. He was dead instantly. Either these hunters were amateurs who got the lucky break on the human Jedi, or there were more skilled ones sagging behind. He assumed that these were new initiates that were tasked with getting the dead Jedi's lightsaber back from the Twi'lek and the human boy. They did not expect to encounter two new force-users. He was finished with his batch, and looked back at his new comrade, who had already finished off his three.

"I see you are quite skilled with a lightsaber as well. You are certainly no Jedi. Come, you'll need to enlighten me on your status! We must go, I am positive more experiences Jedi hunters are coming for our own heads." He called.

He then looked around for the Twi'lek, reaching out with the force to find her signature. He found her, and ran to the shuttle she had occupied. "Good girl", he said to her through his mind. They were close enough that it didn't take a lot of mind-power to utter two simple words to her.

(( yeah.....I make good enterances.:CHappy:))

Sol nodded in agreement as the barrier fell. He was a blurr of motion as he shot into the air and forward, dropping his outer robes as he did so. He had been a master of form IV since his youth, age only honed his skills in the form and made him all the more deadly. The shade masters form was beautiful and deadly, sometimes nothing more than a blurr to the unexerpienced jedi killers. He touched ground for a fraction of a second to slice a hunters arm and head off, then disappearing back into motion. Continuing unitl the three where dead.

Sol stopped when the last man fell, he was breathing heavily and perspiring slightly. It was the use of the force that had tired him, jsut his aging body. He wasnt a spring chicken any more, and his age was starting to catch up to him.

As the Shade master set his lightsaber back on his belt and retrieved his robe, he spoke.

" Who was the tw'lek and her friend. I only sensed a small ember inside her, and the male isnt sensetive at all. Why are the jedi hunters after them?"

Dai'kon attached his own lightsaber onto his belt as he briskly walked alongside his new partner to the ship the Twi'lek had taken.

"The hunters are after them because of what they saw, and what they had. I witnessed a murder of an older Jedi. By his signature, I can only assume a Jedi Master, well versed in the ways of the force. What I saw was a gang of Kiffar murder said Jedi Master, quickly and efficiently. Clearly they had spent time here, watching, researching. Since the Hutt War, I am sure you know, the price for lightsabers and bounties on Jedis have exploded. The Jedi are a hunted party, now. This Master, on his death, gave the lightsaber to the Twi'lek, giving her a task she, in all honesty, could not do alone. I felt the right ripple in the force and feel connected to assist. She has but a smell ember in her, yes, but it has much area to grow. She has potential, if approached correctly. If she didn't, would the force honestly lead both me and you together to help this one? Or is there another reason you uncovered yourself at this moment? The force has something planned for the girl, that much I can tell. I will follow her through, if simply just to see what the force has in store."

Dai'kon pulled his hood back and looked at the man. "You are like me, but much better. Oh, far better command of the force. But like me nonetheless. I do not care for the ones blinded by the blue light pretending to be good, or the red blackness pretending to be bad. Both claim to be polar opposites but they are only in their limited tapped potential. I see no clear color with you, just an outstanding...gray, if you will. The force is most attracted to you, because you do not warp it into a side. You let it be as the force wants to be. I greatly admire and respect that." They reached the designated shuttle the Twi'lek had taken, and he stepped onto the on-ramp and into the ship.

"But, there is nothing more to be said on that note. Let us leave now before the superiors of the hunters come. And they will come soon, that I see."

" Yes.....She does seem to have potential. Any ember can become a raging inferno if stoked corectly..... I regret to say that I have little knowledge of this new Hutt war. I have been in a self imposed exile for some time. The only reason I came out of it was because I caught wind of this new war. It is troubling to hear that we are considered prey." Sol said as he too put his hood back over his head. As far as he knew the Shade Orders head master has returned, and the order was in the process of being restored. He hoped that he would be welcomed back, even after his abrupt leap of absence.

" There was an order I belonged to a couple decades ago. it was full of like minded force users, we were called the Shade Order. I only hope it is still around for me to see it again.." The Shade master said somewhat somberly as he followed his new companion up the ships ramp. A sudden realization sparked in his mind.

" I'm afraid I have forgotten to introduce myself. I am Sol Kavos. Shade Master." Sol said as he extended his his hand to the fellow force sensetive.

The miraluka stared at the Shade Master, as he extended his hand. He hesitated for a second, breathed, and then clasped it in his own.

"I apologize. I do my best to talk formal, however sometimes common mannerisms slip my mind. That would be the Tuskan Raider coming out in me. I, of course, grew up as one, so their barbaric tendencies are still true to the core of me. Introductions, as you might have gathered, are not present within the Tuskan Raider culture. I am Dai'kon Fal'Uhr. Say it with a guttural sound, the more harsh the better. It is the Tuskan language. I am only miraluka by blood. A long and confusing story is my past, one which not even I could tell, as it is filled with misconceptions brought about by the Tuskan mythology." He twitched his head, partly in annoyance for his tangent, and looked downward.

"But that is all past and not directly relevant. As of now I have no master, and wield the force only for myself. I once was called an Ospian, however they are long dead and I feel no connection to them anymore. Enough of me, though, I implore you to explain further about this Shade Order. I have not heard of such, and it has caught my interest. Do tell."

A musky, mildew smell was set free as Vaiper lifted the door to a dingy private ship garage.
Almost instantaneously as she stepped inside its owner stirred in the cheap loft above.
The twi’lek crept to the crafts side and jumped to seize its keys from atop one of its fins when
the door slammed open with a half dressed Zeltron darkening the way. A thin girl with a rosy glow and large dark eyes, caught the twi’lek, scolding her as she clothed herself.

Junior?” she asked in half laughter, pulling up her snug clay-red pants

“Sin-Clair!” Vaiper exclaimed, struggling to keep calm.

“Hello…”

The Zeltron stepped down with a look of skepticism.

What are you doin‘ in my garage ?” she asked, her eyes on her fellow dancer’s companion.

“I need to borrow you ship.” Vaiper answered.

Sin-Clair laughed.

What! Uhh no…first of all its not my ship. It’s My dear Papapa’s- and if anyun’ is goin’ steal it. Its gonna be me.” She pointed towards her chest.

What didya’ do anyhow? You look like you’re running from a devil.” Her eyes shifted rhythmically like a cat clock between her guest.

“I will pay you back I swear it! Its of the utmost importance! Help me out here!” Vaiper pleaded, taking the woman’s hands.

You’re not takin’ Brundy’s ship, he’ll run me through!” Sin-Clair protested, her mouth still forced into a fading smile.

“He doesn’t have to know you saw us…I swear I will return it.” the twi’lek proposed.

Are you askin’ me to lie to my dear old daddy while you run off with some human in his ship?”

Vaiper stared, sucking in her lip and struggling to convey her desperation.

Well damn! I lie to him ‘bout everythin’ else so why not!” The Zeltron finished with a sway of her hips.

“Thank you!” The two embraced and Vaiper set off inside.

“If Sillowe comes looking tell her I ran into some trouble and I have to lay low awhile!” She called

The Zeltron’s expression soured. She began to amble towards the closing ship door.

“…I was jus’ joking! You actually killed someone? She brought a hand to her mouth.

The ship left its dock.

Hey! If you killed someone....-Get outta’ my Daddy’s ship!” She called after it.

Well damn….” The Zeltron kicked a bucket of bolts.

Above a few lights clicked on and a male’s heavy voice grumbled.

Well Damn!” Repeated Sin-Clair, ascending with suddenly urgency.

Daddy! Some Devaronians jus' jacked your ship!”

Telm looked out the window of the ship. Everything went so fast and it seemed like he got himself into a whole lot of trouble once again.

"So... We got a ship." He said. "We actually, kinda, stole it. No matter though, I'm a thief..." He smiled faintly.

Telm turned away from the window and looked over to Vaiper. He crossed his arms and asked: "What exactly are we going to do now? And... Are you ok?"

Vaiper deeply exhaled, her humble endowments rising and falling beneath her tight top as she stole a quick glance towards her companion. Wiping her full lower lip with her thumb she concealed a faint smile at his comment and set off towards the Miraluka’s whereabouts.

Her heart was in her mouth.

“Stop asking me that!” she hissed, recoiling from his concern.

“All we can do is…” the words were bitter sweet as she let them come:

“Trust the Jedi. “

"Ok..." Telm simply said. He never really had come into contact with Jedi and he did not know much about them, except for them using the Force and lightsabers.

He sighed and sat down on a seat. His head rested in his hands and he thought about the current situation. Things were pretty much messed up, a dead Jedi, hunters out to kill them...

"Ok, I'm sorry..." Telm said. "...I'm sorry you're caught in the mess together with me. I'm just a useless thief who can't be of any help..." He sighed again.

Vaiper eyed the human with her lips parted- she was taken by surprise at his sudden stir of emotion- it was not something commonly seen in a man. The slips of her Iris rested on him momentarily before she set her attention back on their course.

“I am dancer.” she said.

“Nothing honorable, nothing skilled, nothing useful.” she steadied her shoulders and flicked her tongue to reiterate.

“That’s all that I am. We’re in a mess, but we’re in it together.”

Circumstances aside she felt grateful for his company- she didn’t have the capacity to go it alone.

Telm looked over to her and smiled faintly. Then he shook his head and said: "My past is... not nice. That sometimes makes me feel not too well. Back in my days on Coruscant, I was with a group of other Thieves who took care for me. They always cheered me up and I felt good with them by my side. They were like my true family, the family I never had. My parents kicked me out of home when they had no room for me and they hated me. Therefore I hate them."

Anger could be seen in his eyes and he then he got up from the seat. He crossed his arms and said: "Ok, sorry for that. Just another of those sudden feelings of mine. Is there any food around? God, I'm starving!"

The twi’lek listened to the personal confessions of the thief with reluctance. She hated it when people spilled out their true feelings, it made her hesitant- as if she owed them the same curtsey- like she was compelled against her will to do the same.

But it wasn’t her way.

Clenching her smooth jaw she nodded, her eyes averted from his own dark pair.

“ My sister- well not really my friend…” she began robotically.

“And- Nanna….” she added, with a finicky glance.

“I have them and-”

A sudden ruckus broke out as the human rose and Vaiper turned to meet it anxiously.

Someone else was on board.

As they touched down near the jedi, scattering debris the dancer darted towards the sounds source, flashing Telm a look of concern as she passed. As she made her way to the back storage a female silhouette of stiff posture turned to meet her with hinged arms lifted as if shrugging.

baby!” Called the old nurse droid playing stow away.

“Nanna!” Vaiper cried with alarm and annoyance.

The maternal woman of metal embraced her green young ward affectionately humming:

baby…”

She had followed them as discreetly as only a concerned parent could.

Telm walked after Vaiper and when he saw what was going on, he laughed.

"Well, at least we don't have to do this alone, we've got a droid with us!" He shook his head then turned towards Vaiper. "I'd suggest we're gonna have a quick bite first, and then figure out some plans. Is that ok?"
