Do we do brainwashing experiments? Luminado will eventually be disbanding so I was thinking EvE could capture Luminado members and brainwash them into EvE operatives.

Most likely I'll have ADIM con some extremists to do the actual terrorism. He'll be nearby or participating using a Mando Machina

Understandable. Still, I'd like to try to get some of the writers who are not involved in the main fights right now to get some activity (not just EvE writers). I was thinking of orchestrating some terrorist attack at either a Republic or Hutt location, to either rally Republic support or hamper Hutts. Any suggestions?

You are correct.
Britannia is a planet that's currently pending and is being reviewed by the admins.
ADIM was created before Obroa-skai seceded from the Republic. Obroa-skai contains a vast library on Force research (both on the Force itself and the cults that 'worship' it). Obroa-skai would make for a nice hiding place for ADIM, or at least have the planet be spied on.
