Where did you list as having a thermal undersuit on this armor? Again, I don't see that. And yes, this axe, as advanced tech, cuts using thermal heat and will cut through armor. Unless one of the tech admins tells me otherwise, that's how the axe's function appears to me.

Yes, the instant she hits the wall. Which means she hit the wall. Cazar you need to react to hitting the wall. Nora's pull, even coming the moment Serena hit the wall, is not going to negate the Wook's push nor the 20m/s force that you guys stated you were traveling at. I cannot budge on this. Please edit your post.

@Xorism also, rereading posts, you're correct that the admins didn't say kelly hit the wall. But the Wook's pvp post DID state he threw you into the wall across the street. So, as you took the push and traveled 20m/s, you hit the wall and need to react to that.

The armor Serena has on in this thread is this one here. It has it listed as a function. Also the write up says NOTHING about cutting through armor like a lightsaber and there is no way to read that write up as saying as much. It says it acts like a vibroblade which is blocked by armor.

Fully legal. The Elduröxi is, for all practical purposes, the same as a vibroaxe. How it achieves its cutting power is what marks it as different (heat as opposed to ultrasonic vibrations)

Well, for one, you cannot delete your post in a pvp after you’ve joined. Ignore or not. Secondly, you were not ignored, the wook addressed your character in his post. Lastly, let’s be patient and wait for a ruling on how this thread will end.

Its ridiculous to have another report in less than 12 hours from the previous one. Absolutely absurd. The ruling follows:

@Xorism. Your timing is way off. Darren (@Nor'baal) attacks Kelly as she hits the ground from the throw, which would have interrupted her attempts to shoot the Wook. Because she followed through with that attack on the walking carpet instead of mounting a defense before she then tries to also shoot at Nora, Kelly is shot to death by Darren before she can come to Serenas aid.

@Cazar. Serena needs to take physics lessons. Nora's pull does nothing to stop Serena from hitting the wall full speed. It is not a gentle bump. It is a bone breaking slam followed by a violent yank. Theres no way she could recover from that quickly enough to get off two accurate shots while flying through the air-they go way wide. Her armor does save her from the first and second hits and she gets two more shots off before she is decapitated.

@Black Noise. Im not sure how you could read "The Elduröxi is, for all practical purposes, the same as a vibroaxe", and come to the conclusion that it acts as a lightsaber. Nora's attempt to cut off Serenas arm obviously fails, and so Nora takes two point blanks blaster bolts to the chest, destroying her armour and seriously wounding her.

Everyone else- as this is the third pvp report in this thread, it's over. Everyone else (@Clayton, @Cpt.Jack_Geary, @Korvo) escapes before the local authorities or something shows up to lick their wounds or toast their victories. The troig gang has to abandon their lair after a senator dies in their front yard, and is really pissed off about it. @Korvo, as word of this firefight gets out, Odin can expect to be detained the next time he enters a republic facility, accused of abandoning the senator to the enemy- contact @Dmitri to work out a court martial. On a similar note, the Chancellors mind is blown that that a senator was killed leading a tactical raid that could have been handled by local law enforcement, and will consult with his cabinet on ways to prevent this sort of disasterous spectacle from happening again.

As some of the OOC attitudes in this thread were terrible, there will be absolutely no pvp credits awarded. It's a game. Dont get so worked up by it- cooperate and collaborate with each other, or dont play.

This ruling is final.

You're correct. My mistake. However, BN's post says he was going to "take her head off", a decapitation, which the helmet wouldn't protect you from anyway.

The end results are the same, but I'll amend the above ruling to reflect the correct hit location.
