He followed her gaze over to where Lord Raze stood. Even now, he was an ominous figure both in size and Force-presence. His look didn't linger for long before it returned to Imani.

Maybe a little of both, he said with a smile. The two were not mutually exclusive, and in truth, he wasn't really sure what to expect from tonight. The song changed and they fell into a new rhythm, dancing and moving smoothly in a way that was surprisingly easy to him. He was caught off guard by how easily he found a rhythm with her.

As she mentioned she wasn't new, his eyebrows rose. Can I assume you'll be a regular now, then? he asked. She certainly fit in and seemed quite at home here. He wondered what dangers lurked behind the pretty face. That was the way of the Sith, after all. Beauty disguising something far more nefarious.

As the song came to a close, he smiled at her.

I'm going to get a drink, but I thank you from the bottom of my heart for this dance. Would you like me to get you something as well? he asked.

The wind flowed off the sea of Serenno bringing with it a chill that seeped through Wodan. The past year on the baking hot sand’s of Korriban had adjusted the Acolytes perception of the ideal temperature slightly, so he had chosen to wear a fur lined jacket this evening to better keep off the chill. Stepping through the threshold and into the room dripping in the Dark Side of The Force his eyes scanned all present, most were dancing, enjoying the music as the night passed them by. A few stood by drinking, talking, though he was too far away to hear anything of the beat of the music.

For a moment his eyes rested on a singular figure within the room, dancing in the centre. The Acolyte's lips retreated from his teeth for a moment, his canine teeth glinting in the galling light as he snarled in the direction of the Dark Lord of The Sith. Before anyone could catch his distaste for the man, Wodan relaxed the snarl into a smile and moved forward into the room.

He headed for a nearby table where drinks from all corners of the Empire were on full display wine, brandy, whiskey, gin, champagne you name it and it could be found here. Having not spent too much time around alcohol before Wodan looked around and spotted a nearby woman drinking a glass of red wine. So he copied her, picking up his own glass and turning to face the dance floor. His eyes continued to range across the faces taking them all in, trying to identify anyone he may know or recognise, this time his teeth firmly hidden behind his lips.

A question received an answer received a question; could it be that they were beginning to start a conversation? The boy felt the few muscles still tensed up relax, as the woman seemed amused by his quips, as well as interested in what he had to say. He wasn't quite sure of why she'd shown interest in him; she may have brought up romance, but the interest in her eyes didn't seem remotely similar to the kinds that people he was with tended to give him. So far it seemed they were just having a casual conversation-- but if he'd learned anything over his life, interactions without ulterior motives were few and far between.

"What good is staring," The boy finally answered, "Without speaking?" he'd add, his smile widening. "I'm no telepath; if I wanted to make crowns and credits, I'd have to speak to someone I think could help me acquire them. Or if I wanted to learn how to be a telepath, I'd have to meet someone who could teach me-- and convince them that I'm worth investing their time in." He went on, his point made. He'd straddled the lines between the eloquent pros of an aristocrat and the common, quick framing of the common-- a tightrope he'd learned to balance well enough on.

The horned woman's recitation of the line of that oh so important code almost made it sound like she was giving a lecture; something he hadn't expected to receive, especially considering that most of his instructors were old, grey men and women who had a far less impressive wardrobe. None of his instructors had ever quite complimented him the way she had either, and the boy couldn't help but giggle a bit in embarrassment. If his skin were as light as his cousins like the lord Tannaras or his children, he'd have been beat red. He didn't much mind the quip about his height-- he only wished that he didn't have to crane his neck up to look her in the eye.

He did just that as he regained his composure, though the grin he wore stuck as he obsidian eyes met gold, "Coming from a woman who came cloaked in a dress woven from Sol's rays, that's high praise." He replied, referencing that radiant dress he was so impressed by. As she finally provided her name, he'd nod, bowing his head in a gesture of respect. "Where I'm from, events like these are very important; if I didn't know how to dance, all I'd have to show off would be my suit, my name, and my supposedly good looking face." The boy replied, letting out another laugh over her compliment.

The acolyte took the woman's hand when offered, his own long, thin fingers gently wrapping around her knuckles as they moved onto the dance floor. The strings in the background set a fitting tone as the boy's feet began to move, followed by his legs, his movements matching the tempo of the song. As it slowed, he'd move closer to the woman, keeping only a couple inches between them as the strings went low, but as they sped up and flew high his movements to became more energetic, swaying and putting distance between them, though never once letting go of the tiefling's hand.

"How should I address you?" He'd ask, cocking his head slightly as he swung closer. "You seem the wise sort, a bit older than I-- champion Din, perhaps?" The boy went on, guessing at her rank. "Though if it suits you, I'd prefer to just call you Amira."

Sol huffed with amusement at Ashla's answer and the fact it was addressed toward his translator droid. It seemed very Champion-y to him, while the spiders were very Ashla. He'd heard they were a delicacy on Serenno but hadn't actually been to Serenno until... Well, today. He wondered if they were anything like sea spiders.

"This unit is called Clover," introduced the RoboCat, reacting little to Ashla's patting except for a steady sway of her tail. Sol meanwhile kept his eyes on Ashla's face while she leaned over. His head tilted bemusedly when she mentioned 'many surprises'. Raze *had* surprised him by diving right into a telepathy lesson, but it sounded like she'd also meant Sol himself.

He was brought out of that train of thought by Ashla's accepting a dance, grinning with both self-satisfaction and a little embarrassment from her compliment. It was gratifying to hear, although he still wished he could take off the damn jacket at least. Soleil was guided onto the dance floor, brows rising with surprise. He recentered himself in front of Ashla and settled his other hand against her waist with ease, cat-droid hovering nearby.

Soleil took the lead, at first swaying them into the music and getting used to it. There was a sense of mixed confidence and uncertainty about it as the Wrean acolyte tested out the motions one by one. His gaze flicked to follow Ashla's to Draugr, grinning conspiratorily at her comment. Mid-motion he made a series of little body movements that translated as "You were missed." In a burst of experimental boldness, his left foot stepped back, hand-in-hand pulling Ashla toward himself and guiding them both into a steady, spiraling sway.

Where his dancing lacked refinement it held an eager energy. There was little rhyme or reason to how he moved next, no concern for if he seemed 'proper' or 'noble' while still keeping to the beat. But his attention was laser-focused on his partner, eyes locked to Ashla's. Smiling wide enough to show sharp fangs he changed from the spiral to moving toward Ashla, moving forward while swaying his hips and shoulders.
'Surprising?' he projected to her, the sound somewhat stilted to get three syllables out but clearly a question.

He was very curious about what she'd meant earlier.

Amira permitted the Acolyte to lead her onto the dancefloor, into the midst of the other dancers as brown and golden fabric glided across the ballroom's marble floor. It was probably a nice change for a Acolyte accustomed to taking orders and following them without question day in and day out. If he was the talented dancer he proclaimed to be, the least she could do was give him the opportunity to prove himself. On this one particular occasion, too, she did not mind being led. There had not been many opportunities for formal, proper dancing following Darth Roth into the darkest recesses of the galaxy, and she was out of practice.

"Is that really all you have to recommend yourself?" she inquired in a light tone. "One gaudy suit, your family name, and this youthful face? That would be a shame." The Champion tilted her head to one side, a faint smile tugging at the corners of her lips. She was teasing him, of course. The Acolyte was quick on his feet and quick-witted, the latter far more crucial in their... line of work.

"Your dancing is impressive, Acolyte, but that won't impress them." She spoke of the lords in attendance— the influential members of the Sith Empire that held his malleable future in their hands, that could and very well would decide whether he lived to realize his full potential or died a nameless and forgotten disciple. She smiled, shrugging. "But maybe you're not here to expand your influence. You never did say."

The Tiefling's gaze moved past the Acolyte, to a group of teenagers gathered to one side of the ballroom, laughing and chattering amongst themselves. "Maybe you are here for a suiter. Is that why you asked me to dance? To impress them by dancing with an older woman? And with these horns, there's no chance that they'll mistake me for your sister," she chuckled.

When he asked how he ought to address her, Amira did not answer immediately. "I do like the sound of 'Champion Din,'" she grinned. "But I have no real preference. I'll let you decide. What do you think would be proper?" She was teasing him, again. @Tom

Oh wow. Now he wanted to sound mysterious as it seemed. She couldn't help but to scoff when the song and thereby this first dance was over, but this scoff was not only sarcastic, but also slightly annoyed, because he was unfortunately quite successful with his attempt. Men didn't usually make Nova curious anymore, but there was something about this Ronan that was quite compelling and that was quite a nuisance for Nova. To her discontent, he had sparked her interest and no matter how much she tried to justify it, she had to admit that she was a little desperate.

His smile was infectious and so she grabbed his hand with a smirk, confidently pulling him of the dancefloor. She let him lead her during this dance, but now it was her time to set the tone. "Well, lets see how fast I can change that" she assertively said to him while they were approaching the bar, right before she ordered two strong glasses of whiskey. Her curiosity annoyed her, and so she had decided to loosen his tongue with some drinks again. "Wanna catch some fresh air?" she suggested with a charming smile once the bartender handed them their drinks, hoping that he would actually agree. It would definitely come in handy if they would move this conversation somewhere more quiet and private.

There was something different to social gatherings from the sith in comparison to the many Nicolae had gone to through the rest of his life, or at least it felt different to the Anzat acolyte. Maybe it had to do with the fact that he had more in common with the sith than he did with the noble families of Onderon, given how he had gone from hiding his force sensitivity to proudly putting it in display, maybe it was because he now didn't have the pressure on his shoulders of staining his family's name, or maybe it just had to do with him growing up and seeing them in a different light, but regardless, he felt at ease at the moment.

Wearing a vibrant purple suit with the aim of standing out from the rest by employing the most noble of colours, Nicolae quickly looked around and assessed the situation, interested by how he could both spot kids his age and important people of the empire all in one place, from acolytes to dark lords of the sith, the party had a lot to offer...Now it was up to him to see what he would do with it, who he would talk to and for what end. Truth be told, he didn't really come to the party with a goal in mind, but he would be more than happy to make one as he went.

The exiled noble made his way towards the bar, his eyes noticing another young man turned towards the dance floor surveying the situation right besides him (@Braden) "Are you looking for someone in particular or do you not know who you are aiming to find yet?" Nicolae asked before ordering a glass of red wine for himself and turning around as well, taking a proper look at the people dancing with a smile "Well, whichever is the case, you'll probably find them, this place is full of...interesting figures, at least from what I've seen so far" Nicolae counting himself among them, of course, the Anzat had decided that for now his main objective would be to know new people, so he might as well start with that one.

"Perhaps," she answered in response to Varyn's first question. For his second question, as they each took a step back to end their dance, she would give him a slight shake of the head. "Thank you, but, no thank you." Already her pale eyes had gone in search of the Zabrak, and luckily for her, it seemed he hadn't moved at all. She had declined Varyn's offer because Draugr and the other stood by one of the tables lined with champagne, and it would, in her opinion, be odd for Vayrn to bring her a drink while being surrounded by them.

Once they parted ways, Imani would turn and head back to where Draugr (@Scoobert) and the other man (@Apollyon) were standing and talking. She tucked her hair behind one ear, then joined the two of them there.

"Are your hands tied, or could I steal you for a dance soon?" she asked as she plucked a glass from the table, looking up at him through her eyelashes. She then turned to acknowledge Aralan, introducing herself as, "Imani Din."

When he received the invitation to a Sith gala on Serenno, Caerllion felt tempted to decline. Since he was young, the young man has gone to several similar events organized by members of the nobility of Annwfyn. While his father used to say how it was important for him to participate in them, he always felt bored. It was annoying to be surrounded by sycophants of lesser noble houses that looked like a swarm of flies.

At least it would not happen in an event made by the Sith. With Caerllion being a simple Acolyte, no one would care to approach him. However, the reason why he decided to come to this gala was the opportunity of meeting other Sith. If he learned something with classes that his father gave him when he was a child was that having allies was important.

Caerllion also learned that dressing well could help with it. This was why he was wearing a black outfit with a cape with golden branch-shaped embroidery. He was also wearing a black facial make up, while branches made of gold decorated his hair. His ears have golden earrings, while his finger has several precious rings. His nails were painted with black nail polish, with a silver dot in each of them. While some could consider that he was trying to stand, this was how he used to dress in the events of his homeworld. Each part of him reflected the culture of Annwfyn.

When he arrived at the gala, Caerllion concluded that he really needed to find some. He barely knew any of the people that were there. While he watched the crowd, the young man saw a guy dressed in a purple suit that made him look more as a poster boy of the ISC than a Sith Acolyte. Perhaps he got lost and ended here.

The Acolyte approached the cosplay of the ISC and saw that he was talking with another guy, this one dressed in a fur lined coat. Caerllion wondered if it was real or synthetic, the use of animals to make clothes was barbaric. While he approached them, the Annfyn could hear some details of what they were talking about.

Indeed.” he said, after stopping next to the purple guy. “There are many interesting and different individuals here.” to a Annfyn, it wasn’t common to socialize with other species. He turned to the other two. “My name is Caerllion of Cyfnos.

Meanwhile...

Tiamat watched as others mingled among themselves and others and she questioned whether she was still too intimidating for someone to even say hello. There was something to be said if they were approaching Raze to greet him and she starting to wonder how many greetings it would take before Emryc started to get annoyed. As for herself, she wasn't just quite ready to migrate to the dance floor, instead she had downed a couple flutes of champagne, and it was surprisingly palatable compared to some other varieties she has tried. Though, she saw this as opportunity to try some new drinks...since she didn't have to drop a credit, and perhaps just absolutely get plastered so she could go home, watch reruns of bachelorette in paradise and love space station without her critical mind snapping into reality mode.

She thought too she still had a pint of double chocolate cake batter ice cream left, so it could be a really relaxing evening later.

It would be she did find her new favorite drink, the gimlet. Surprisingly, one that didn't involve excessive amount of syrup or it being a wine, and she had about three on top of the champagne, and uncounted number of shots. At one point, she thought she was just going cry and vomit, but she was able to move past it with some more alcohol and now, she couldn't really care much about anything right now.

The woman heard the tune change on the dance floor and she quickly downed her drink as the bar tender gave her a look of concern as she dropped the glass on the counter with a bit more effort than what was needed. It was time to dance, and she absolutely loved to dance as she swayed onto the dance floor, alone in her own world as she moved on the off beats with her imaginary partner.

Emryc had this uncanny way of making his dance partners feel as if they were the only ones in the room. The same applied here as he kept his undivided attention on Vahliri and spun her around using her hip as was more traditional on her planet. His gaze briefly flicked to the bangles on her wrists, recognizing them as authentic materials from Indupar. The fact that her lehenga was hand stitched meant she came from means.

The half Sephi pulled her close by her hand so she actually did press against him this time. She would get a whiff of his expensive cologne and unreasonably expensive shampoo and aftershave all at once in a perfect complement. It was worlds apart from the teenage axe sprays she was likely used to from being around Altair and other acolyte boys her age.

“Are you related to Laila Kahtal by any chance?” He asked after a moment. Naturally, he wouldn’t elaborate beyond that or answer any other questions about how he would have known that. He instead focused on the dance, nudging her away from himself yet again to continue the dance.

The song began to wind down and he finally released her hand, giving her a nod, “I will be getting a drink. Feel free to join if you please,” He said simply before making his way over towards the drinks. Emryc spotted the tiefling woman from earlier make an almost desperate beeline for Draugr, the sight almost drawing out an amused grin. He next observed the series of acolytes that strolled in that looked as if they were used to having attendants wipe their asses for them even now. He found himself somewhat missing Caelestis.

The Dark Lord grabbed a glass of whiskey, taking a sip as his gaze flicked over to Tiamat on the dance floor. In the dress, he couldn’t help but find her appealing to behold. Even though she was moving to her own rhythm, there was an elegant flow and sway that was built into her from years of dance practice. He didn’t move to dance just yet, quietly sipping his drink and observing others.

His eyes were dancing over the faces of the dancers when a rather brightly coloured man approached him. Wodan glanced over at the bright purple suit raising his eyebrows at the rather ‘bright’ colour. “No one in particular, just getting a lay of the land.” He replied, giving the man a smile and holding out his hand. “Wōđanaz Ása-Liðar, a pleasure.”

Before he could get a reply however he was joined by another, it seemed Wodan had become a little epicentre of the late arrivals with interesting forms of dress. At least the second one introduced himself, Wodan did so in kind, holding out his hand out to the latest arrival as well. No matter if either took it he would continue talking. “I would agree we have a former Darth dancing by herself,” Wodan’s lips rose in a smile as a little idea came to mind. “How about a little game? Loser has to make a move on Tiamat?”

Ronan smiled amusedly as Nova pulled him through the crowd, suddenly eager. She ordered them two whiskeys, and then suggested they catch some fresh air. "Why not?" Ronan replied. He placed credits on the bar and then followed Nova out, not caring about the knowing looks other Sith gave them.

Once they were outside, Ronan took a long sip from his glass. The world blurred and he had to blink it back into focus. Oh yeah, he was definitely drunk now. First the fire whiskey, and now this. Tonight would certainly be interesting.

Just when he was going to shake Wodan's hand he was interrupted by another figure, his head turning towards him...Was he wearing a cape? Someone was quite old fashioned when it came to their clothing, probably inherited from some rich old grandpa that thought it would make him proper and dapper...Nicolae did like the golden embroidery though, and the makeup the living blast from the past was wearing.

After Caerllion introduced himself, Nicolae took Wodan's hand and shook it, followed by a small, polite bow aimed towards the other man "Nicolae Zamfir...of Onderon" Nicolae added, mostly because Caerllion had felt the need to state it, probably because he was a noble of sort...Nicolae obviously knew that stating he was from Onderon would raise some eyebrows, but he didn't care, if anything it was a nice icebreaker "Honored to make your acquaintances"

Raising an eyebrow when Wodan asked if they wanted to play a game, the Anzat acolyte let out a soft giggle as he told them what the prize of failure would be, looking at the dance floor before taking a sip of wine, it was quite curious to him how alcohol had the same effect on him as it did on humans, probably because it was more of a fun poison that an actual drink to gain nutrients from, it seemed like the one thing that he could enjoy like other sentients was their vices "I'd like you to elaborate on what game we are playing...But I am listening" Nicolae stated, not really minding having to approach Tiamat should he lose. The acolyte actually had thought of doing that already in fact, but treating it like a game was just fine for him.

It’s a pleasure to meet you both.” the Annfyn said, after the two presented themselves. Caerllion couldn’t avoid raising an eyebrow when the ISC poster boy, Nicolae, introduced himself. Didn’t he notice how idiot he sounded by saying the planet from where he came?

The Annfyn only said that he was of Cyfnos because this was his house. For him, this was the same thing as a surname. If the vampire tried to make a joke with it, he had failed and only made himself look like an imbecile.

Rather than wanting to waste his mind with such buffon, Caerllion turned his attention to the other man. “I’m also curious about this game. I don’t vow that I’ll participate in it, but I would like to know what you have in mind.” the Annfyn wasn’t crazy to meddle with an ex-Sith Lord. Even if she was a Master now, he didn’t want to make her mad.

Both Nicolae and Carellion seemed up for a little entertainment it seemed. At least it would add a little interest and spice to the evening's festivities. Wodan had a quick look around to see what was at hand in terms of a fair game, he had no cards or dice on him and asking a servant to fetch some would take too long. A quick gaze over the nearby drinks table gave him the inspiration he needed. “A test of skill and accuracy?” He said walking to a nearby table, he took two of the half full wine glasses, tipping one into the other before placing the empty one to the side away from the rest. Wodan then took a couple of olives from a nearby tray before returning to the pair.

“Attempt to throw the olive into the glass, furthest away loses. How do we feel?” Wodan had a decent throw and a half decent eye so even if he didn’t get it in the glass he guessed he wouldn’t be far away, so his odds were pretty good in his eyes.

It had been nearly six years to the day since Commander Habrak had attended his first event with the walking gods that were known as the Sith. It was as much a privilege that day as it was half a decade ago. To be invited to stand in uniform before those he was utterly committed to.

Times had change. A failed crusade. A change in leadership. And a resurgence of their might on the galactic stage was now at hand.

Habrak had spent these years committed to the effort. He had reorganized planetary defenses, restructured logistical efforts between worlds, and worked ceaselessly to alter war doctrine to better succeed at Imperial gains.

Habrak was not a hobnobbing sycophant. Habrak was not an ambitious braggart climbing his way to the top.

He was a servant of the Empire and its masters, nothing more.

Here he stood in uniform, in a small group of other officers and their attendants that were not of the magestic class and status of any dark sider, watching the festivity at a distance should he be called on for any purpose. Now he was not as nervous as he once was standing before them, but the awe of their status was never lost on him, and the respect would ever be granted.

"Gaudy? I told you that I didn't want people looking at me-- and I think it looks quite nice." The acolyte replied, putting on a mock offended expression despite his clear sarcasm. "Besides, a family like mine doesn't get to just coast along it's wealth and prestige where I come from. A dynasty doesn't survive-- thrive-- for 25,000 years without being worth something." The boy answered, a grin widening on his face. Circular reasoning and inherent elitism aside, Alexios brought up a valid point-- prestige on his homeworld came from deeds, not name alone.

"But should I go down the laundry list of reasons as to why I'm an asset, Champion Din? I thought this was a party, not a job interview." The boy went on, chuckling a little. Her next line, however, caused the movements of his feet to slow, the sway of his hips becoming more reserved, and that bright, youthful smile turning suddenly to a serious expression. He said nothing at first, allowing the tiefling to go on about suitors, cracking jokes about him only dancing with her to impress a couple teens nearbye. It was all funny, and internally, Alex appreciated all of it-- but he wanted the next things he said to be crystal clear.

"My influence," the boy began, "is my family's influence." He finished. "I'm here to do what every De'jaal worth their salt has done for as long as there have been those named De'jaal-- protect and preserve me and my family's power and position." He went on. "That goes for my time at this party, my time at the academy-- every moment I spend fighting for the Sith, I spend intertwining our interests together, forging ties, building influence-- doing the same thing my family has always done." He explained. The playful boy the champion had been speaking to had fallen into the depths of the professional, formal role that he had been groomed to fulfill from the moment of his birth-- and he played it quite well.

"So, when the flag of the Empire flies on every civilized world-- when every man, woman and child calls the empress their sovereign-- just as it was under the Drast Empire, it will be one family that rules supreme over my homeworld, thanks to the connections that a powerful and influential Sith forged." Alexios finished, before his grin slowly but surely returned. "And if I get to dance with beautiful women and drink champagne along the way, I certainly won't complain." He'd add, going from ultra-formal, serious aristocrat to playful teenager at the drop of a hat.

"And for the record, I think Champion Din just roles off the tongue way to well to drop."

After a while and her second glass of champagne, she had decided that it was time to get this evening started. This was her first night off after such a long period of time in which she was constantly confronted with complicated, political issues and negations and so she really wanted to have some fun. After all, she didn't buy her glittery, champagne dress for nothing.

She put down her glass on one of the tables and watched a few dancing pairs for a moment. The dance that caught most of her attention was the one between Darth Raze and a young woman she hadn't met yet, but it was surely interesting. An amused smile was still on her lips when she was scanning the crowd for familiar faces again and after a while she found someone. Commander Habrak. She had definitely heard of the man that was said to be ambitious and loyal before, but she believed that they had never officially met. That was exactly why she felt like this could get interesting. She always enjoyed meeting new people and it has been a while since she had interacted with the military corps. Also, she knew that he was in charge of the defenses on Dathomir and that was even more the reason why this successful man was interesting.

She elegantly made her way over to him, noticing that he had distanced himself with his group of officers. This made her even more curious, because there certainly had to be a reason for that. "Commander Habrak, I don't believe we have ever met in person. It is still a pleasure to meet you here on Serenno" she greeted him with a charming smile, extending her hand to meet his. She expected that he might get a little confused because of her direct approach, but didn't bother much as she was clearly not lacking any confidence. She also wondered whether he knew who she was, but she would soon know the answer to that question.

The delights of the evening were not entirely lost on Venthis, but he did have some struggle with it. The dancing was amidst people far above his status, or officers foolish enough to dare to try an elevate themselves by plying for the attention of those far above them. The officers that were with him were clearly somewhat eager to join into the function, but alas did not have the wit or the guile to get involved. They barely had the courage to ask for a drink when one went by.

Venthis was not so timid as this, but he was firmly grounded in knowing his place such that he was content acting as the stoic in this room. Some years earlier he had attended one such event that turned into a coup, for which he was a participant as honor and law dictated his action. This gathering was far more civil.

He was not so blind as to not see the elegantly dressed lady approaching the group of officers and himself. He anticipated that one of them was needed to discipline a servant or a trooper that had done something inappropriate.

But when she spoke his name, his heart seized up for a moment. He kept his motions deliberately calm as he had learned to do, but he was shocked to spoken to nonetheless.

"Lady Stythani." Venthis took her hand, bowed his head, and took a knee, kneeling in a customary fashion that was at times lost on many of his counter parts. "It is a privilege to be in your presence."

Venthis made a point to learn guest lists. It was right for Sith to not know who he was, but it was unforgivable for servants of the Empire to recognize their Sith superiors when they approached. And to be offered the hand of one was a striking, especially one of frightening beauty.

Venthis would remain kneeling until told to rise.

"I have had heard magnificent word of your dominion over the Rattaki. Please accept my humble ovation of this achievement and testament of your future success."
