I will be running group training sessions on leadership. I know you all will think that leadership qualities in your characters won't matter until they're higher up, but, as Jedi in the NJO, you will be expected, at any rank, to lead Galactic Alliance troops.

I'll be taking 6 students per class, on a first come-first served basis. Don't worry if you don't make the first draft, I'll run a couple of classes.
